John was very professional, personable, efficient, and educational! He utilized a texting service that told us when he was on his way and his communication throughout the repair was clear. It’s evident that he is genuinely a Master of his trade and would highly recommend him and IPS!

Suddenly had a problem with my water heater and called H20 Maestro. David were great and professional. He explained the problem and my options clearly, and was very patient with my questions. Gave me plenty of time to make a decision. After deciding to go forward with installing a new water heater, he showed up on time again and made sure again I understood everything. I am very happy with my service and plan to use H20 Maestro again in the future for my plumbing needs

Called Roto-Rooter first thing in the morning to get a bathroom sink drain unclogged. Appointment was scheduled for late morning. Their office called earlier than our appointment time to say they had a technician available who could be at our home within 30 minutes if that would suit us. The technician, Josh, arrived in about 15 minutes and very quickly resolved our drain problem. He was efficient, courteous, and neat in his work habits. We will definitely call Roto-Rooter of Lexington again.

Mark was very polite! Although it took longer than expected (not his fault), they could come fast to check out our hot water heater and was able to install right after the check!

We have used them multiple times through our home warranty company. Great service, respectful employees every time. I had a main line blockage and they came out. Jacob and Doug were awesome. They tried everything possible to save me money especially at this time of it year when money is tight and were very considerate with my questions. They were concerned about getting my house muddy and were just all around good guys. I would definitely use them again and again.

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.
