Best Duct Installation in Las Vegas NV

TECHCOOL Air Conditioning is awesome. We had an issue with our A/C not cooling. We called our home warranty and they sent out a company that was unable to fix the problem. We requested another company and we were sent the best. Zack from TECHCOOL arrived was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Zack was able to find the problem and fix it.

I submitted a service request at 7:00 am and had someone here by 9:30. Haik was knowledgable and explained his recommendations thoroughly without any high pressure sales tactics. Would recommend to anyone with A/C service needs!

Francisco came same day as I called for an appointment. He was very thorough and explained everything to me upfront along with costs. He changed my shower head to an upgraded version and fixed my other shower head that was leaking. It was a pleasure! I am getting a new faucet and calling for him to come back and install it. Thank you.

Did not use them for plumbing services but called them in the middle of the night with a sprinkler system issue. They got back to me on the phone very quickly and walked me through how to shut off the valves without trying to charge me. The person went out of their way to try to take pictures and verbally walk me through the process. Would definitely give them a chance for plumbing services.

I have been trying to use this company, thanks to my
Home warranty, to fix and or replace my AC unit. It took nearly a month of constant phone calls and showing up at their office to get any movement. Constant no shows, run around, not answering calls, and techs not showing up for days with no calls or explanation. I have filed complaints, spoke with the owner, to no avail. They are not customer service friendly nor expeditious on their intent. The AC install was fine but the follow up has started back to square one. No warranty info. No paperwork. One duct vent needs adjusting and a drip pan installed. Two weeks now and still waiting after the installer failed to show for 3 appointments.

They changed my hot water tank in 2 hours , excellent service . 10/10

I'm going to keep it short and simple. These guys are great! From the office staff to their technicians. Robert (A/C Tech) & Mike (Plumber) were so great to work with! They we're very down to earth, knowledgeable, and cost effective techs. They allowed me to walk around with them through their whole inspection telling me what they were doing and how they measure their test. This way I understood what their recommendation were and why I should do them. Our house is going to be a rental in the next year or two, so we were able to break repairs down into categories. Immediate to prevent catastrophic system failures, future preventative maintenance, and long term right before the property goes up for rent to prevent any major systems failures and unwanted calls from tenants in the middle of the night. As long as I live in Las Vegas, these guys are the only ones I trust. I Recommend to anyone who is looking for rapid response, honest, and superior workmanship!

These guys are amazing. I had been dreading trying to fix the toilet for days with my busy schedule. Plumbing is not my thing. They came over and replaced and repaired everything in minutes with no mess. I should have called them weeks ago. The price was right as well!
