Omg. My experience with Best Air conditioning was the best. First of all I like how they kept sending notifications regarding the technician arrival, a picture of him , and calling. My technician was Matt and he was so professional and explained everything so that I could understand. He was very courteous and gave me all the pros and cons to getting my heat back on and working again. I would highly recommend this company based on the positive experience I had with them and Matt.Feb 14, 2922Just another update from me regarding this company. I have been with Best for years now and called them today for a leak under my kitchen sink. They sent me over Levi for my technician. He was on time very professional and explained what was happening and why my faucet was leaking. Gave me a couple options to remedy my situation based on my needs. He left and returned in absolutely great time and had my faucet changed out before I knew or expected. Great work great customer service and phenomenal technicians. I’ll never call or use another company.

Best, is just that! The Best service, customer care, and most of all quality work, and very professional! Called them, and got next day service! David came out and fixed my heater in 10 min. or less! I would highly recommend this guy to anyone! On day two Michael came out and replaced two water shutoff valves, relocated my drain pipe, and moved my gas supply to my range about 3ft.. All in about 2 hrs.??!! Outstanding! It was like he was never there! Yes....that fast! You guys keep it up! I cant say enough , about how glad I am to have used you guys!!!! Found this company last minute, gave them a ring and scheduled an appointment. First thing that I liked was that it’s a FREE estimate and consultation. Alex rolled by first thing in the morning and assessed the issue and gave me a handful of different options (always a plus!). Found the reason why my master bedroom heater wasn’t working and ordered the parts. Arrived early in the morning and knocked the job out in roughly 30 minutes, in n out. Very professional company, gives you options, and very transparent. I’ll definitely be calling Alex out again when summer rolls around. Don’t hesitate on calling this company.

We had 1/2 of our AC go out at about 5:00 PM and called for service. They said they'd have someone out soon and within a couple of hours, Alex Valencia arrived. Alex was entirely professional, courteous and friendly. The problem turned out to be the low-voltage wiring and as an Engineer I can tell you that is a problem that's hard to ID and correct. Alex hung in there with several trips into our super-hot and small attic but got it corrected and the frosty air flowing! Best of all, the cost to us was zero because he identified the problem as being covered under our warranty with Best AC.Overall just a terrific experience with Best and with Alex. Michael, Brendon, and Taylor were extremely professional and responsive. Even though they encounter unexpected difficulties, they work well past the time allotted to finish the job in one day. My 83 year old father supervised the work and I have had previous contractors walk off the job because of him. He said this was the best company he has work with.

Best Air Conditioning and Plumbing has excellent and professional staff. They were able to set up a prompt appointment when it began to get warm out to service our AC. They provided a cheaper service than my usual company which is why i made the switch.The technicians were professional, kind, and took appropriate measures in social distancing during their visit. I walked into my garage the other morning to find water cascading from the top of our 7-year old water heater, which had apparently corroded to the point of failure. I called BEST to report the problem and they had a technician at my house in under 4 hours. Mike was extremely professional and courteous and was able to explain to me the issue and offer several courses of action. We opted to replace the water heater on the spot, which he was able to complete in under 2 hours. I felt that he was honest and straightforward with all of the information that he provided me and allowed me to make the best decisions based on my specific situation. His work quality was top notch and he even cleaned the area before departing. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

BEST really is the best! I spoke with Mike and he assured me he'd be able to resolve a clogged kitchen sink that had already stumped me and another plumber. Sure enough, Mike was able to unclog the pipes and gave me recommendations for how to ensure the risks of it happening again were eliminated. I will always be hiring BEST.

A five star rating is not good enough in my opinion! Where is the 20 stars rating?! I have highly recommended BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair to all of my friends and family. My sink started leaking late one night and I called my friend asking what to do. He told me to call these guys and they sent out a technician right away to fix my sink. The technician must've been on speed dial because he was there within 15 minutes. From phone call to repair it took a maximum of 40 minutes and they successfully saved my bathroom from flooding! I could not be more grateful for their speedy service and awesome prices! I need to replace my a/c unit before this summer and I know exactly who I can trust to get the job done! So I got home on a Sunday morning at 7:30am after work and found that my air conditioner wasn't working. I looked online and saw the Best came highly rated and had after hours service. I called and was able to get a technician to come out the same day. Robert arrived at 8:30 and was able to diagnose and fix my problem quickly even though having the distinct disadvantage of being a Dodgers fan. This has to have been one of the most pleasant and professional encounters with a company or service technician that I have ever had. I won't let anyone else touch my HVAC or plumbing.

We are very pleased with the service. Mike Scavetta came out to assess our needs and within a day, they dispatched a technician to install a faucet, garbage disposal, and reverse osmosis system. Definitely something that I didn't have the expertise to do. The technician, Brandon Wright, arrived as scheduled, politely introduced himself, and began the work. He completed the job sooner than expected and performed professionally and with care. He was very friendly and upon completion of the job took the time to explain the workings of the reverse osmosis system. As stated, we are very pleased, and will be happy to use BEST AC Plumbing Repair for future needs.

Called BEST because my ac had went out and anyone who knows vegas heat knows that an AC system going out is the last thing you want during summer time. I called in during the extreme heat wave we had a couple weeks ago, I have a couple dogs in the house and the temperature was getting up to 95 degrees and only getting hotter. I spoke with Martha and she was able to get me on the books to have a technician come out and take a look at my system. She gave me an expectation on what the visit may look like when my technician arrives. Luckily not to long afterwards Crystal gave me a call with an ETA and sent my technician to my home. AJ was very polite and put on his shoe covers and quickly got to diagnosing. Sadly my unit was 40 years old and on its last leg :(. AJ provided me a price and spoke with his manager Robert who was able to work with me and my budget. I was able to get financing and got scheduled for install same day. I really appreciate the urgency and hard work from everyone and would gladly call them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Evelyn also helped me get my city inspection scheduled and taken care of quickly as well. Thank you BEST!

Our AC wasn’t working and with it being summer couldn’t have that so we called up BEST Air Conditioning and they sent a guy the next day. Jason Lobo was our guy very friendly and communicative. Informed us of the situation and all our options every step of the way. Even when we thought our unit was done for he found a way to get it up and running again and save it. He also wasn’t pushy or like other companies trying to upsell you on everything. Very professional definitely recommend!

Michael Burr responded to my emergency main line water leak problem immediately, explained all of my options and and gave me a flat fee quote to fix it. He completed the job without damaging any of the landscaping even though he had to dig completely across the yard from the meter to the garage. After the inspection was done I came home to a fully restored yard and barely able to notice that there was a huge ditch across it when I left that morning. Best Plumbing lives up to its name with technicians like Michael so why call anyone else?

Then he told me that he wasn't responsible for replacing the trim that they had to take off to get the equipment to my attic...I was told he would do it before he left. The trim is still not replaced. I had an appointment for inspection yesterday but no one showed. I called and was told that they would call when they're on the way. 24 hours later I'm still waiting for that call. I feel like I was only important until I signed the contract and now I'm not even an after thought.FOLLOW UP: To follow up on my update. Julio and Ernie came to replace the trim. Evelyn set me up with a new inspection date. Julio was very kind and courteous. Both Julio and Ernie were very professional and respectful. My faith and my original good feeling about this company has been restored. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend them.

Michael Burr is extremely professional. The name of the business says it all. We started a home project with the shower and it turned into a mess (unavoidable-just the way it was built). High pressure sales, scam pricing, asking for a deposit so they could “order parts” even though they were willing to schedule our work for the next day. I could go on and on. My favorite part was the tech took a picture of our AC lines lacking insulation and then just took off and left without adding insulation. Maybe I should send them a bill for doing the work myself? Also said he washed the coils on our two AC units, yet when I went out to look five minutes later the ground around them was bone dry. Use literally anyone else.

In 2018 our AC died. Best came over and in 1 day for we had a new AC and Furnace. We have their Cool Club. They come every 6 months to check the AC and Heating.We had a new toilet installed and new kitchen sink and faucet installed in 2021. He have had poor ventilation in a few rooms and dust build up. Rick Wilment came over and diagnosed the issue.Rick Wilment and his team installed our new Duct System. They did an excellent job. After install we now have great ventilation. I thought it was a bit pricy however after install we are now extremely stratified.I highly recommend Best AC and Plumbing.Best is truly the Best

I had an appt scheduled between 12-4pm but right at 12pm the office called me that a technician was on his way. Johnny showed up right on time and got to work. This appointment was for my yearly plumbing maintenance. Johnny checked all of my plumbing and gave me recommendations of what my home needed. He is very knowledgeable and professional and did not push any sales on me. So I did not feel pressured at all. We had a condenser installed by our home warranty the year before and it stopped working this summer. A quick search on Google led us to Best, who we saw had great reviews. David came out that day and found that the air conditioning unit was not installed properly, and that a part of the system was seriously deteriorated. I needed a water softener installed at a new house and had a problem with a shower. Mike from Best Air Conditioning and Plumbing inspected the situation and provided an estimate for the work. He was very thorough in explaining the issues and walking me through the options. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very friendly.A week later I had an issue with a toilet and he came to take a look. Again he walked me through the options and then took care of the problem very quickly. I don’t like having plumbing issues but I feel very comfortable knowing that Mike will always take good care of my problems.Update: Since my initial post a year ago, I have used Best Air on a few other occasions and I continue to be very pleased with their service. I’m glad that I went with my gut and trusted them once again for a major project on my home. In a city full of random HVAC contractors and plumbers, BEST is the only company that has come through on several projects. When you contract with a top-rated company, you expect excellent service, and once again they have delivered. When I had questions/concerns, they were promptly addressed by management. Instead of ignoring me, they took decisive action to ensure that I felt that the work was done properly. I appreciate a lot of the small details they have in their processes, like sending the name/photos of the workers that come to work on your house. That helps to have a friendly discussion, even if it’s a lengthy dialog on the best course of action when unexpected situations arrive. It also helps in feeling secure that the people working on my home have been properly vetted. They work to ensure they leave your property safe and clean, and all of their employees are well-groomed, friendly and approachable. When you have work done that leaves things a bit upended for awhile, it’s comforting knowing the crew are professionals and care about the job site as much as you do. I can’t recommend them enough.

I had Best Air come out last year when our AC unit crapped out. They did a great job, so I called them again when our water heater decided to stop working. 2 of our toilets also needed to be replaced. Mike was friendly, professional, and came out to assess our needs and gave us numerous options that worked best to fit our home and family of 5, with 3 dogs. Aside from the toilets, we opted to upgrade to a tankless water heater. The next day, Brendon worked really hard, in a timely manner and efficiently to complete the install. He also cleaned up really well once he was finished. Evelyn was also helpful when it came time for scheduling for the city inspection. I hope I don't have anything else come up with our house, but if I do, I know I can rely on Best Air and their techs :)

Was quoted $1200 for the first of 3 options (it's common practice for salesmen to have options like this instead of being able to just fix the issue). That option later turned into $2400 after adding a fan motor to the estimate - a part that had already been changed recently. When I got the email with the estimates, this option was labeled bandaid. The tech made sure to tell me multiple times that he could not guarantee that this bandaid would fix the issue I was having. Keep in mind, the unit was working, but the breaker would trip on occasion. The second option was for $8888. The tech labeled this option as Not recommended in the email he sent me. So at this point, this tech has recommended 2 different services at 2 vastly different price points, while labeling the more expensive one as not recommended and not guaranteeing a fix at all. Another red flag. Then the tech offered to just replace the system due to freon being so hard to get. That price was $17000. The price of a decent car. So this tech cannot guarantee his work at $2400 or $8888, but he now wants me to pay $17000 for him to install a new AC unit. While the logic was lacking, the red flags were ever-present. The tech made sure to go back up to the unit for a second time to get better pictures after already showing me pictures and videos he took of the unit. If I cannot trust you to do the job at $2400 or $8888, there's no way you can get the job done at $17000. Tech was nice enough to tell me that even if you were my friend, like friend to friend, I couldn't even recommended the $8888 option because I might not fix it. Seems like this tech is a pretty terrible repairman. I ended up paying $180 bucks to get the repair done by someone else. Just needed a new capacitor. You guys are the reason why the industry is looked down upon so much. Salesmen first. Repairmen never.

We homeowner in downtown Vegas—our system crashed and it was hot as blue blazes. Called these folks and they sent Ivan right over. He troubleshot our older system and found the compressor had gone out. He fixed it on the spot, didn’t try to sell me a new system, and engendered real confidence and trust. Great cost points and I’ll use these folks regularly.LEGITIMATELY TRUSTWORTHY! Repeat customer for sure in the future for all our needs. Great discount club membership is reasonable—while I shy away from these things usually, I’m joining.

Suggested a few maintenance that can be done at a latter time. For now we will have our drainage pipe installed. We haven’t had the work done at the time of this review, but AJ was great to work with and helped answer any questions that we had as we make the decision.

I had Best AC come out to replace a complicated thermostat replacement issue after another company could not do it. Mike from Best came out and immediately assessed the problem and presented me with several options. The estimate came back higher than I expected, but I went with them because they seemed to know how to fix my issue. Christian came out to do the work and was super nice and professional. Had me set up and running in under an hour. After discussing an issue with the final price for the job, I was contacted by one of the managers who was gracious to adjust the cost for me. I would absolutely recommend Best and will be using them in the future for HVAC needs.

I called this company to come fix my AC unit. They said that I needed a new unit and tried to sell me one for $15,000.00.I had another company come out the next day and they told me that the motor to the fan was out. The repair cost me $400.00 and now its working great. Do not use this company!! They will try and rip you off.

Bandon came out when our central AC compressor broke and it was 109'. He walked me showed me everything he was doing and to troubleshoot the problem. He also went out of his way to get us extra portable units in the time it took to get the new central air installed. I would highly recommend them if you have any HVAC issues.

Totally professional, very clean, efficient with their time, and answered all our questions as we kept asking them during the install. They are leaving their work areas extremely clean, and have taken only about 5 hrs to do all of this repair and install work. They have completed everything that was agreed upon; except they’ll be bringing 2 different thermostats. Meanwhile the 2 they had they did install so we would have our units up and running. Absolutely LOVE them. They have 5 stars for a reason! I will admit, they are on the pricier side but there’s a reason for that. You’re not only paying for the product, but the service as well. Everyone I’ve spoke to is so polite and this company has incredible communication skills. Unfortunately a different HVAC company screwed me over, but BEST Air was here to save the day! The technician stayed at my apartment all day after he did his initial diagnosis and realized I need a whole new unit. The unit was installed within hours! They also partner with a 3rd party company to allow financing options which is great as well. I’d give them 10/5 stars if I could. Pleasantly surprised with this company!

Awesome service overall. Communication was on point as I was notified when the technician was enroute and on time! They even sent me a text with a picture of the technician, which was Matthew at the time. He was very courteous and honest in my opinion. He came in to my home with shoe covers; told me exactly what was wrong with my furnace, showing pictures and a detailed explanation, getting straight to the point. He worked well with my intentions on how to tackle the situation. I don't think I'll be looking elsewhere for services anytime soon.

My toilet started leaking and the plumber arrived and fixed it on the spot. I needed a new wax ring and the bolts to fasten it to the floor. They waived the service call fee with the repair as promised. The plumber was very nice and obviously knew what he was doing. I Highly recommend them.

So my AC went out today and a quick Google search led me to Best air conditioning. Within a few hours they sent out my service technician Alex V (who is really hot btw). Excellent service all the way around! Really impressed and satisfied. He had me up and running within the hour. Do not hesitate to give them a call, we'll worth the money!

Since all of these triple digit Temps we started trying to help our older air conditioner by using fans and misting water to help stay cool. We had our older air conditioner and attic checked for any issues. However, you just can't prepare for the heat we've been having. So for about a week we keep feeling the inside temperature rise. Friday July 21st, 2023 I called Best Air Conditioning and Alejandro Ruiz came out the same day and he found the problem. My air compressor is leaking. I love his honesty and professionalism because he said just because they fix it now it could start leaking again in as little as a couple of years. My husband and I decided to purchase a new air conditioner with 10 year warranty. We were also able to have the install the very next day on July 22nd, 2023 between 2pm-6pm.On Saturday July 22nd, 2023 at 1130am I received a phone call from Ernie Lara a Best Air Conditioning Technician (Installer) asking if would be okay to come earlier and I was overjoyed. They got to the house and got straight to work and they were done quicker than I thought it would take. Ernie and his team very professional and nice ensured that the temperature inside the house was lowering before leaving our house.This company really does care about their customer's and we are so grateful that they came out to help us as quickly as they did.If anyone is having a problem with their air conditioner, Call Best Air Conditioning because they want to help you and not break your wallet!Thank you again to Alejandro Ruiz, Ernie Lara and their boss Robert.

I called Best Air Conditioning to obtain a second opinion about my home HVAC system, which my current service provider said one of my AC Unit compressor was shot and the entire system needed to be replaced. Matt came to my home and spent a couple of hours examining my cooling and heating system. What a shock to hear him say that my AC compressors were not “shot” and were operable. I have a 9 year old system. Matt spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining my system, suggested areas that were struggling and offered very sound advice on the options of repairing, improving or replacing. He spoke with honesty and candidness about the pros and cons of repair versus replacing. It was refreshing to see such dedication and professionalism and a true concern for my families best interest. His honesty, professionalism and dedication to customer service was beyond reproach and speaks highly of the company.

This company told me I needed to replace three of my air conditioning units at a cost of $15,000 each. They are less than 5 years old. They spent 7 1/2 hours doing analysis in my house doing God knows what. I can only suspect they were messing up my system during that time because nothing at all was fixed.I called an independent repair person and he came and fixed a bloated capacitor for $300. He showed me that you can tell what the problem is right away by looking at the capacitor because it’s literally bloated. His analysis and repair took less than 30 minutes.The service technician from Best air-conditioning did not once mention anything about replacing the capacitor but instead said that all these other components were broken.At best they are horribly incompetent, at worst they are thieves and liars and will stop at nothing to take your money away from you.

I highly recommend these folks. I needed a new duct system since it was not compatible with my newer HVAC unit. My duct system was so bad Alex, my tech, called to make an exception to get it fixed ASAP (it would be an attic install in triple-digit heat) and thankfully they allowed it. Alex was super easy to talk to, straightforward and explained everything so I understood. He worked to give me the best deal possible, it was not a small project. The team that was here doing the install were so polite and considerate, they went above and beyond, wore booties the whole time, they were able to complete all the ducting in a day and even left my place cleaner than when they arrived. Could not be happier. My allergies are so much better!Since I had such a good experience with my duct work, I called them for a leak in my garage and a faucet. Mike S. was my tech and he did the impossible, which was, impress me more than I already was with them. He really knew his s*&! — the company I had used to install my brand new water heater only seven months prior (Serve-All) had not installed it to code, and the drainage pipe they installed was cracked and leaking in the wall. I was devastated, the unit was leaking already! Mike was very compassionate to my disappointment and was so impressed with his knowledge I asked to have Best Air replace the unit altogether, even though my unit was under warranty with Serve-All, thats how little confidence I had in using them again. Mike presented me with all options to work within my budget. They even gave me a credit for my faulty unit since they were an authorized dealer for that brand even tho I didn’t purchase it from them, which they were under no obligation to do. Then Mike said they could install a new waterless heater that same day..and a water purifier.. I was floored! Sure enough, a half-hour later, they showed up to start the install! The team worked hard and it was hot, they got it done and once again, it was cleaner than when they started. Brandon (hope I spelled it right) and David did a wonderful job and I love my new waterless heater! They also replaced my leaky faucet, I let Mike pick it out (which is unusual for me to trust someone to do that but sure enough, he got the perfect faucets, they look great. My water tastes great! Thank you thank you! This is by far the best experience with ANY service provider I’ve dealt with since moving here a year ago. Kudos!

Jason showed up on time for HVAC maintenance and did a very thorough job looking at every component. The HVAC system was a 2005 original system and was in poor condition. He explained the pros and cons of repairing what could be salvaged, but ultimately we decided it was time for a new system. He asked all the questions to minimize our cost and got us a military discount. We were able to get same day service for a totally new system. Chuck and John worked non-stop for 5+ hours and got it all done in one day. BEST even filled out the Lennox registration for the 10 year warranty. We'll be using BEST for annual preventative maintenance. Highly recommend!

Our repairman Brendan was great when servicing our AC. He came in got the job done quick & now our AC is back to blowing cold air. Our A/C stopped working and in the summer no less. We have a one year old so having a safe and cool house is very important. We called Best AC and someone was at our house 30 mins later! Did I mention this was a Sunday! Jason L. was so nice and professional and honest with the situation we were in. Unfortunately our system was just to old to salvage and we had to replace it. Jason did everything he could to get the system replaced the next day and helped where he could financially.Brian and John came first thing the next day and a 6-12 hour job was done in 4-5! After reading some reviews I decided to call Best Air for an air conditioning replacement quote. They were prompt in sending out a technician. Janelle was very kind and patient with all my questions. She was thorough in looking at my ac and even took pictures of everything to show me. Glad I called. Highly recommend.

We recently found ourselves without AC in 115° heat . I called Best and they sent a tech out within the hour. Khoder was the tech that came and evaluated the situation. Unfortunately we needed a whole new AC unit. Khoder assisted us with getting everything financed and the unit was scheduled for install the next day. Khoder and the techs who did the install and QC check were very professional, friendly, showed up when scheduled, and were very knowledgeable on the product. I give Best 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. This crew under the leadership of Brenden did a fantastic job, and in great time. They removed both of our heating and cooling systems, and replaced them with two Lennox systems. The work was completed in less than eight hours. They didn't damage anything and cleaned up everything when complete. They provided detailed operating instructions of all equipment prior to leaving. Uniforms (with name tags, and masks were worn by all). This was an exceptional team.The price of the entire job was very reasonable, and I would recommend this company to everyone.

Product: New Navien Tankless water heater, and NOVO HTO/HTOK. Over all these two products in combination have made a huge difference with our daily routine of running the dishwasher (dishes are cleaner), washing machine (clothes are cleaner), and our water from our showers and faucets(no itchy dry skin feeling). You all were professional, did a great job, on every aspect of the install even though there were a few hiccups. It took a while for the city, I'm assuming; to approve the gas hook-up. Zacharyr was great! The problem was obvious, the sewage backing up to the bathtub. Zach gave me a break on the price. He ran the snake down the maintenance cleaning pipe out in front of the house. Afterward he had the camera looped down the pipe and showed me the problem, roots growing within the pipe. I will have Zach back later on and for any other plumbing down the road.

A/C went out when it was 115 degrees called several places. Typical its busy time of the season, we can get someone there maybe in 2 or 3 days. Robert showed up that same day. Gave me a quote and scheduled the install the next day.Brandon and his crew installed the A/C and heating system in 8hrs and didnt leave until the job was done late into the night. Very professional and taking Covid-19 precautions wearing masks even in 110+ degrees.Robert came a couple days later to do quality control and scheduled a plumbing inspection.Mike shows up does the plumbing inspection, needed a new water regulator, flushing of water heater and I decided on a water softner. Again the next day Brandon shows up with his crew and again excellent work.Mike comes to do install and quality control inspection and makes some fine tuning adjustments.Spent a lot money but, with the service and equipment warranties I highly recommend.

We were having flooring installed including a powder room. When the flooring company made the measurements and the plan, they stated they could remove and reinstall the sink and toilet in the powder room. Come day 1 of install and they said they couldn't remove the sink. We called Best and they were able to send someone out that afternoon which meant no delay in the flooring installation. They also went ahead and booked the return appointment to reinstall them without us asking. All around fantastic experience and thr speed was so appreciated.

Julio is very knowledgeable, and helpful, explained everything, showed us how to operate the unit itself and how to do it on our phone. Christian did a great job fixing our heating/cooling system as well. Both took their time to their jobs, did not rush. Jason, who first came, did the diagnosis and was able to pint-point the problem, also very knowledgeable and helpful, did a good explanation. These guys did not disappoint. They were able to send technician David P. to evaluate our situation within a day. Although our repair required multiple visits to satisfy a prospective buyer, David P. was courteous, professional, and efficient on each visit. I had a water heater replaced at my elderly mother’s condo, and the crew involved could not have been nicer or more professional. Matt, Clayton, and Nick performed the work and all made sure to keep the home clean and had a friendly demeanor towards my mother and me. They performed the job quickly, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I felt comfortable enough leaving the employees with my mom which meant a lot to me. It goes to show you how well trained and friendly the staff is. There are a lot of choices for HVAC repairs, and plenty of people can perform the job, but I recommend this company because they take things a step further. My air wasn’t working. I was so hot that I was beginning to have sympathy for the Thanksgiving turkey. Called Best Air, which I found on Google, and they sent someone out within the hour. Dave walked me through each diagnostic step and explained all of my options. He in no way pushed me into making one decision over another. I made the choice to replace my unit. Dave scheduled the appointment for the next day and helped me finance it before he left. Steve and Brendon showed up on time the next day, explained each step, and cleaned up the mess. Wow, when they say the Best they don’t just talk about their company themselves but the employees that work there are top of the line!DUSTIN came to me in a time of need I’ve had multiple issues and had multiple company’s come out and “pop and go” but Dustin took the time to be through, clean, informative, and not only did he describe what’s a potential issue he showed me exactly what he was describing and little did I know pipes require maintenance! Dustin and his team performed a full home Jetting to clean and descale my pipes so I don’t run into these back up issues time after time, I will only be using BEST form now on!They can do it all!!!!

They troubleshooted the AC and identified the issue and the repair was made the same day the service call was made. Great place David helped us get a new system installed, Best AC is very professional, I would have given 5 stars but the install had problems and started leaking from the drainage pan. I called Best AC and sent someone to repair the damage the very next day. Any damage caused from the install is covered by them.

Levi came out and took a look at a leak I had beneath my bathroom sink. He was very thorough and professional with how he handled everything from the time I answered the door to the time he got my plumbing fixed. I couldn't recommend a better company in Las Vegas than Best A/C and Plumbing. Their whole team was excellent from the start!

I had the pleasure of working with Fernando today and a few weeks ago. A few weeks ago, I had a lot of things go wrong with my aunts house. First, She needed a new water heater installed. Her old water heater was gushing water all over the place. Second, my aunt’s entire piping system needed to be changed. There was severe leakage underneath my aunt’s kitchen sink. Third, my aunt’s heating system needed to be replaced. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I called Best Air and they did everything in less than 2 days! I’m so happy with not only how efficient they did the work, but how they were able to respond to my aunt’s emergency situation.My aunt still needs a lot more work done on her house. She needs a water softener due to our hard water, but I will make sure to ask for Fernando to do that.------------------------I want to add to this review. I am very happy with the work Fernando did regarding the tankless water heater and installing all of the faucets in my aunt's house, and gave me pointers on how to do other repairs within the house. What I am complaining about next has nothing to do with Fernando.As part of this project, I contracted for the black mold to be taken care of under my aunt's sink. This was absolutely a critical issue that had to be taken care of, since mold is a potential health hazard. As of yet, I've received no word as to when this part of the project is to be started. And we are now approaching the two month mark. I would really appreciate an answer in this regard.This experience has not diminished how I feel about Best Air Conditioning and Plumbing by any means. I do understand that this is probably the most complicated part of the project. My aunt has been pestering me everyday at lengths about when work is to be completed. This probably explains why I am a little bit impatient in this regard. Please contact me either by email or by phone as to when you think work can at least be started. (or at least keep me updated so I can update my aunt as things happen). Thank you.

Called BEST because of the reviews and rating. I have a plumbing issue and my home warranty had already had a company come out to diagnose. I wanted a more reputable company to bid the work. BEST said they would charge $199.00 to diagnose the job, and apply the $199.00 to the job if I went with them. I let them we already had the diagnosis and wanted a quote from the Best plumbing company. They said they don't come out without paying the $199.Look at their reviews. The majority of them are from users that have only left 1 review, and that review was for BEST. Almost always when this happens, it is from a business buying reviews. I can assure you that they are not buying mine. They also are listed as an AD with Google which confirms that they do pay Google to be atop the list of plumbers.Be careful when choosing a company that charges you $200 to diagnose an issue. A quality contractor does not need to charge clients to earn the job.I did mention to them that I had all the details of the job and if someone from there wanted to talk about cost of repair to reach out to me. Nobody called back. I also mentioned that I had not issue paying the right price to get the job done correctly. My plumbing job is considered major and I do not want to cut corners getting it fixed.I reached out to 2 other plumbers that I recieved from larger construction companies. They had no issue providing a quote and scope of work....and without charging $200 to do so.Beware**

Michael was so pleasant to work with. He really knows his stuff and answered every question I had for him in a respectful manor and took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my house. I highly recommend! They were fast in fixing our issues! Very happy!

I believe Zackery came out and threw in extra work. We called about a garbage disposal and he talked my landlord who lives out of state to replace everything except the sink. He said there was a leak under the sink I never noticed any leak. Then he says he is going to be back with parts and be back a hour or 2. Fernando and his partner come back 3 hours later replaced everything, and the brand new garbage disposal leaks. They say someone will call me to reschedule to put in another new garbage disposal. No one calls, my landlord calls them. Fernando comes back out and fixes it. Fernando was the one good thing I can say about this company. It’s a garbage disposal it should take less then a hour I spent my entire Friday 10-5pm waiting on this guys. Someone comes out to estimate the job leaves and someone else comes to fix it. Just send me the guy who fixes it. Fernando came and fixed it and apologized for no one calling me to reschedule. I have a working garbage disposal thanks to him!

Had an issue with my toilet flushing really slowly. Couldn’t for the life of me figure out why this was happening. Snaking and liquids did nothing to help. One of Best’s technicians, Johnny, came through and helped determine what the issue was within minutes. Another company wanted to charge $2600 to fix an issue that these guys will do for well under that. Time, money, and stress all saved with this company. Highly recommended.

Cole took the initial call. After getting the details Matt was scheduled to come out between 6:00 and 10:00 tonight. Matt called to confirm, reviewed the work order. Less than an hour later, there were two cancellations. Asked if he could come now. I said a resounding yes. Work was completed in minimal time. The house is already cool. I paid Matt upon receiving the invoice. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Best for outstanding professional service.

We've had multiple techs come out as we have had this company do a lot of work in our home. Both Mike and Alex where the main guys who explained everything and worked within our budget to get what we needed! We had a whole new AC and filter system installed as well as new ducts and we are now working with the company to get a tankless water heater, water softener and filtration system.They have been super professional and all the techs that have come by to do work have been amazing!We will continue to use this company for all our AC/heating and plumbing needs!While they aren't the cheapest they are 1000% worth every penny!

Our A/C stopped in the middle of the night. Our upstairs was sweltering and no one could sleep. I called Best A/C at 8:15ish in the morning and our A/C issue was diagnosed, and fixed and working great by 11:00am! Amazing! Our technician was prompt, professional and polite. Prices seemed reasonable and we felt comfortable with the cost. We have had 4 other A/C companies out to our home over the years, but our Best A/C experience has been the best by far. He called his boss and both worked out a deal for me. Coming next day to repair. Love this immediate and knowledgeable service!! Thank you Richard for your thorough inspection and transparency. This critical repair is needed and not an upsell like most other repair people push on you. Alex and install techs were on time, professional, cordial, and followed through with everything they said they would, including laying down plastic to protect our new carpet and wearing booties. They were here for nine hours, in the absolute worst heat of the day (115°) yet they were always polite. Very satisfied with our new Lennox system - but still suffering from sticker shock, to be candid. We've never had to replace an HVAC system before, so we weren't prepared for replacement costs. However, given the level of service and quality of work performed, and the fact that we were only without AC for one night, the cost is justified in our in our opinion.

I haven't had maintenance performed on the heating system since I've owned the home (2 years), and Matt from Best explained to me exactly what I had, a two furnace system, and welcomed me to follow him to watch him work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.After doing the routine maintenance, he explained to me a couple issues he encountered with my furnaces, the different solutions and costs, and what would happen if I decided to wait on correcting the issues.My issue was a dirty flame sensor, and if left unattended would eventually prevent the furnace from turning on. There was no pressure to purchase a service that day which was great. I decided to wait instead of getting it fixed at that moment, knowing that in the future if the furnace doesn't turn on I just need to clean that sensor and can deal with the cold for a day or so.

So far, the name of the company matches their customer service. Curt was great from start to finish. Keep it up.

We had our water heater changed out today as our previous one has reached the end of its warranty, and we all know water heaters don't last long after the end of a warranty. Mike, John, and Taylor were great! they were very professional and friendly. Our old water heater was hauled off and they redid the pipework and all other parts leading to and out of our new water heater. The next 6 years will be worry free as they service their own warranties and this makes repairs, if needed, quicker as you don't have to go through the water heater companies and deal with long waits and service appointments that can be a week or more out. I would definitely recommend them.

Mike came out initially for the leak detection and wanted to give me 100% certainty that it was the water main leaking before recommending the main repair because it is a pricy repair. Fernando, Serenity and Arthur showed up for a waiter main replacement the following day and were very professional and experienced with replacing laying the new main line. We had a problem with our thermostats, Robert came out and took care of the problem. He was extremely professional and took care of all our concerns. He was great about explaining everything he did and answering any questions we had. This is a new home for us, he arranged a checkup for our heating and plumbing systems in the house. Because of the age of the house we decided to replace our hot water tank with a tankless hot water heater. James and his assistant came out the next day and installed the system. They were also well informed, professional and great to deal with. They answered all our question and cleaned up everything before the left. This company was a great find for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone, they are professional and a pleasure to deal with.

BEST Air conditioning was there for me after hours. Reyna was amazing and professional and got me scheduled right away. She explained to us in detail how much and what for and when. The technician Ryan arrived in about 2 hours and then less than 1 hour to fix the unit. Ryan was very knowledgeable and patient. We will only use BEST Air for now on.

Very impressed with the service provided by Michael. He came out and fixed my broken drain for my shower and also fixed my bathtub faucet. The bathtub faucet is now a very smooth and effortless turn of a knob. The drain is 200% better than when I bought the house.Working 8 to 5, I thought I would have to wait for them to come out on Saturday. He came the very next day.If you are not sure which plumber to go with, do yourself a favor. Pick this one.

This company is the best, very professional, prompt to replay and repair. They are a full service outfit and do plumbing and HVAC work. They even installed my humidifier. Michael B is awesome and very knowledgeable. Being a perfectionist he pays great attention to detail but is also quick, efficient and thorough. As a handyman and cabinetmaker, I am not easily impressed, but I give him and the company a 5 star rating!

Oh my gosh my whole house was backed up. And Levi came to the rescue explaining everything to me. Helping me resolve the issue and then also gave me further knowledge on how to care for my piping. And some stuff to look for and things I may need to do in the future. He was super and helpful and friendly and even really kind when my little daughter showed up super curious what was going on! I was really upset we had to call the plumber but I am really grateful that we called air conditioning and plumbing and Levi came out to help us!

Very Unprofessional!!This is a SCAM compay!!! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT BEFORE THEIR ARRIVAL! Original calling for AC tune up, then the tech came and did an okay job on that (my AC was running good since its quite new, but he quoted me for a bunch of problems which cost about $700 to fix). I did not agree on the solution but did bought the maint package that they offerred (this is another issue- its $19.95 a month and have to stick with them for 2 years, if not you will be charged $200 for cancellation even though you are not satisfy with their service). Anyway, the maint package included a free plumbing inspection so i went ahead and scheduled it. The tech came for plumbling was even worst!!! I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM IN MY HOUSE PRIOR TO HIS ARRIVAL. However, after the inspection, he quoted me for a $2500 invoice to fix the problems ( my house is new and Iknow FOR SURE those are not problems which could cost $2500 plus I just installed the water softener for about 6 months, so its branch new pretty much). After the inspection, I did not agree on the invoice so i said i would pass on it. And the same day!!! After he left, my water tasted very salty!!! I knew he must did something to the water softener so I called and spoke to the manager. He told me that was conscidence?!! But it was working good before he came?!? Alright, fine, one thing might be a coincedence, next thing, the same day, when i took shower, there was no hot water!!! ( and since i bought this house, I NEVER EVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM BEFORE,but yet out of sudden, right after his inspection?!). So everything started falling after his visit?! Trying to call the manager but no where can be reached!!! This is not okay to do business with no ethic like this!! Very disappointed and now I would not feel comfortable ever for them to come to my house anymore ( who knows what else they gonna break to try to get client's money). And of course, when i tried to cancel the annual maint package, they wanted to charge for $200 cancellation!And plus now i have to spend money to fix all the problems that they left behind?!! So BEWARE EVERYONE, BEFORE YOU CALL THIS COMPANY!!!Updated on 7/19- Even with all the incidents happened, I would say that this company is at least pretty good at responding to customer. The manager contacted me and offered to come to the house and take a look at the problems. However, I denied the offer since I have already called another company to take care of it after all that happened (sorry, I was not feeling comfortable at the time for them to come after all the hassles). In addition, he also waived the $200 cancellation charge after the discussion. Thanks for at least taking care of this!!

This company is dishonest called them up to check on my aircon outlet outside the house which I’m concerned bec there’s no water dripping out and they said time to replace all 2 units bec it’s old and rusted plus it’s leaking Freon they even showed me picture God knows where they got itand will cost me around 18k per unit brand new I knew right away there’s something fishy in there bec my aircon is working and they still charged me $158 for coming in and do diagnosis …I called another person which is this time recommended by my sister and checked also my units and did not find anything wrong still working fine no Freon leakage charged me only 100 dollars ..

This place really is the BEST! Rob was so helpful, the techs that came out were absolutely amazing! After dealing with my home warranty company for over a month because they couldn’t fix my condenser unit this place was out there the next day with a new condenser and fixed everything and gave me air (after a month of not having it in the dead heat of summer) shortly after my AC was repaired, they came out to fix a leak under my sink, they were attentive and on time and quick. This past summer, Robert came and cleaned out my AC so that I could actually get cold air upstairs in my house, after the previous owners moved out. He walked me through what needed to happen, and also pointed out some other issues with my system that I would want to consider doing for safety reasons or to better move air throughout my home. There was no pressure to do any of those other options.Robert came back today to work on my heating system with no complaints! I love using BEST for my AC/Plumbing (I have also used Nick to clean out my bathtub from previous owners - who I also recommend) issues as they call with a time estimate they will arrive, are always polite and friendly, work quickly, tell you honestly if there are other issues but never pressure you to fix more than you need. Called BEST yesterday morning (Saturday) because my air conditioning stopped working Friday night. I was surprised when Jason answered and assured me that a technician would be out within an hour. The technician Clayton arrived on time as promised and was able to diagnose, repair, and test my AC within 30 minutes. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Jason and thanks Clayton. Oh I forgot to mention. I had a bad capacitor. Clayton said that capacitors are one of the more common parts that go out. The total price of the repair including diagnostic was about $200. So glad he was honest and didn’t try to charge thousands. Really impressed with these guys!

We use our home as a vacation property. Came for a visit to have no hot water. Thought it was just a pilot light. Called BEST air 730am next morning. Told them I was only here for a few days and they were at our house an hour later. Discovered we needed an entire new tank. Michael was very thorough and made all arrangements to have new tank installed same day as we had an evening event. There was a ceiling shelf in the way of the tank. Michael and Robert removed it and emptied it themselves not making it an issue. This type of customer service is rare. Robert the HVAC guy checked out A/C units. This guy knows his stuff. I was very impressed. He didn’t have any issues showing me and explaining what he found in his diagnosis of the units. They were both here about 3 hours to do inspections and change tank. At the end,Michael offered to help put back all the stuff back in the ceiling shelf. I told him I could do it later. He insisted he give me hand. That’s above and beyond. I was thoroughly impressed with both Michael and Robert. I would definitely use this company again.

I had an old water softener that overflowed on me, and I called BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair because they were one of the closest plumbing companies I could find. Following my call, I got a call from Mike, the technician, who notified me that he was about 25 minutes away. He arrived on time, diagnosed my issue immediately, and shut off the water softener. My softener was obsolete and of no use, so Mike explained to me some of my options. I could tell that Mike was passionate about the products, and that made me feel like I was talking to a professional who knew more than just a thing or two about plumbing. Long story short, the very next day Mike removed the old water softener and installed the Hardness, Taste & Odor Removal (HTO) system. I am looking forward to the results of this new system, but I am equally thrilled about the service I received. Mike is going to be my go-to-guy for the future. He knows his stuff.

I'm going to keep it short and simple. These guys are great! From the office staff to their technicians. Robert (A/C Tech) & Mike (Plumber) were so great to work with! They we're very down to earth, knowledgeable, and cost effective techs. They allowed me to walk around with them through their whole inspection telling me what they were doing and how they measure their test. This way I understood what their recommendation were and why I should do them. Our house is going to be a rental in the next year or two, so we were able to break repairs down into categories. Immediate to prevent catastrophic system failures, future preventative maintenance, and long term right before the property goes up for rent to prevent any major systems failures and unwanted calls from tenants in the middle of the night. We called about a plumbing issue and they sent Zach out that same day! Zach was awesome! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He got us scheduled a few days later when we were ready. They even followed up to confirm my appointment time. Fernando and Toby came out to do the work. I had to leave for about 20min and had no issue with leaving the guys to work. I was expecting it to take about 3 hours, they were done in just over an hour. Very impressive since they had to remove a toilet and put it back. Both Fernando and Toby were very professional and friendly. I'm no plumber, but from what I can tell, great work! They didn't leave me a mess, everything was cleaned up and put back. We will definitely use them again!

Johnny V. arrived on time the same morning I called about a leaky pipe in the attic. He was extremely polite, professional, and eager to thoroughly answer all of my plumbing questions, even those not explicitly related to the job at hand. His work was efficient and clean, and I was absolutely satisfied that he went out of his way to make sure the root of the problem was resolved.He did go pretty hard on a sales pitch for a large filtration/softener/service plan/ect. package. So if one-on-one sales situations make you nervous, maybe psych yourself up a bit. That said, nothing about said pitch seemed disingenuous, and I am considering at least some of what he offered. I won't fault a business for trying to do business after all.I can confidently say that Johnny and BEST will be my go to for plumbing and AC for the foreseeable future.

BEST really helped me out when I needed it. I woke up to discover my water heater had leaked out onto my garage floor. I gave them a call and told them my situation. The office staff was able to get me setup and had someone to my house by 9am which was much appreciated. After some discussion with the technician, Mike, I was scheduled the same day to have a crew come out and install a tankless water heater by Brandon and Aron. These guys worked extremely hard to make sure everything was done correctly, looked nice, and were able to answer any questions I had. I'll for sure do business with them again.

Truly Best AC has been great with me and my family, they always answer the phone, come out on time and get the job done right, wether it’s summer or Winter they’ll be there for you. The techs are always friendly, I recently had my heating system changed out, my technician AJ came out right away when he heard my heater wasn’t working he was very nice and always let me know what he was doing. Can’t wait to see AJ back out for my Air conditioning Maintenance. Definitely recommend them they are top notch and never disappoint.

David, the person who showed up early Wednesday morning when my home was 61. He diagnosed the issue and ordered a new furnace to replace the 20 year old one. I highly recommend Nicholas cupp! My dishwasher wasn’t draining properly (draining out of the over flow into my sink) causing a horrible smell anytime I used my dishwasher. Now my dishwasher is draining properly and the smell is gone. And the best part is I called to set up an appointment and they immediately had an appointment open for 3-5 and he called to see if it was okay to come right then and he showed up by 2:40Absolutely amazing service!

These guys are the best. Super responsive, professional, and efficient. We had Fernando, Brandon and Gerardo replace a disjointed sewer pipe. They had to dig 6 feet down to get to it, then replace it, then refill the hole and the pavers. A very difficult job and they nailed it. Great work

I am very happy with the professionalism, expertise and efficiency of BEST. I like how they listen as we explain issues, schedule us for repair and then follow up prior to our appointment confirming they understand the issue, and then identify who will be arriving, and even sending a link (like Uber) when the person is within 30 minutes of arrival, Our toilet had been running and needed a part replaced. they also changed out my water heater and brought that up to code very thorough always prompt - Mike and Taylor are great - knowledgeable - Taylor did a great job on the water heater install. The roof top unit swap they did with a crane was seamless and my heating/cooling bills have gone down drastically - they also installed a mini-slip system in my living room. All in all a great company great products great service.

These guys are great! From the estimate to the installation - they know what they're doing and really strive to make the experience the best it can be. Our AC died and needed a custom part, so David walked us through the estimation process, outlined what we needed and what it would take to get, and then install the part. The installation crew - Brendan, Ben and Manny - were personable, super-professional and went the extra mile to not only get the job done, but also to make sure we were happy with the results. In June 2020 my AC condenser unit went out and I had trouble getting anyone to come out (quarantine was just letting up around then). Rob came out diagnosed my old unit, sold me the new unit, and was able to schedule the replacement of the whole assembly (furnace, condenser, and pipes) within a couple days.Fast forward to February 27, 2023. Just getting some annual plumbing maintenance that comes with the COOL Club from Best AC and Mike notices that my water heater is in dire need of replacement and it looks like it was brought from a different house. He set up an appointment to have it replaced the next day and came out afterwards to inspect it himself.I will always trust Best AC and Plumbing. They always provide great customer service and make sure you understand everything before they leave or sell you anything!

David came out on a Sunday night and arrived within an hour of our phone call. He found our problem quickly and efficiently and even explained how we could get much better performance out of our air conditioning. UPDATE 6 MONTHS LATER: They charged our card for $25 accidently.UPDATE: After having a couple of free diagnostic appts, it became VERY apparent that this company has an eerily similar business model as a TIMESHARE COMPANY. We wanted to change a 2° difference in one of our bedrooms and were quickly pushed into an agreement to spend $3700 on 5 dampers, a return, and for and an extra $2600 were told to install ionizer filters for the entire house (which after 2 mins of research is proven to increase the amount of OZONE in your home).We cancelled the monthly service fee and will go with YES! or Innovative Air for our next service.IF YOU STILL DECIDE to use this company, stick to your guns about your main concerns. They will aggressively push you into service you do not need. Also, they will push you to write a review for them to win prizes for their Spouse and will use your phone to show you exactly how to write a google review (see below).We LOVE Mike! What a calm, cool professional. Our kitchen was more than just a suspected clog and Mike worked diligently to fix the issue for us. He worked from 530-830p on a Friday night. He was friendly to our two kids and was more than knowledgeable about products and solutions.We're so thankful!

One of my ac units stopped working and I called around to have someone come out and fix my unit. I'm glad I called BEST. They were able to come out within a few hours and diagnosed my unit. The tech who came out was very professional and knowledable. He went over the options available to me (repairing or replacing). He was very patient with me (I asked a lot of questions because I was on the fence on what to do). I ended up replacing my unit. Their installation crew was here the next day and replaced my unit. They did an amazing job. The tech also showed me their maintenance plan and I ended up signing up because it offered additional discounts and they will be contacting me when the maintenance is coming due.
