Carlos was amazing! Came the same day I noticed the leak and was able to replace my water heater with the exact one I wanted. He was very efficient and made sure to clean up after everything was done. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything that was going to be done prior to the service. They came out quick based on my diagnostic view. There tech was quick in my opinion not very knowledgeable but eager to fix the issue with direction. Reasonable price no upsale and honest so ill take it. Sloppy cleanup tho.

Had a tech come out to fix leaking AC that caused damage. Was charged money and nothing got fixed. Was told they would be back the following day with the parts needed for the job. They did a no call no show. I had to reach out to them after the appointed time to find out where my tech was. I was told the parts would not be in till days later. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform me that no one was coming or that they were waiting on parts. Taking our business elsewhere and waiting for a refund.

Juan and his partner were great. Answered my questions even gave me tips on keeping this unit looked after. Mechanically inept here, and they helped me out perfectly. Juan even checked out a drain problem I'd have had. Will be calling back again.

After having an unpleasant experience with another company, we were assigned Tech Cool Plumbing and AC through our home warranty. They came quickly, diagnosed the issue and most importantly were honest about what needed to be repaired. Another company was charging us almost $800 more than Tech Cool. German was very friendly and professional he answered all my questions and did a great job in A/C preventative maintenance.
I called at 10am on a weekend as my tenant said she had no hot water. Juan Carlos Garcia arrived to my condo by noon and had my broken hot water removed and replaced by 2pm and my tenant was able to shower! Tech Cool to the rescue! Highly recommend!

Very quick and efficient. Called on A Monday morning to have the HVAC system inspected which was most likely unit that was installed in 1996 when house was built. Unit was outdated and had leaks so a new ubit was ordered and installed on the same Monday. Even during their slow time that was impressive.
It's always a pleasure having their technicians show up. They're on time and responsive. They provide straight a forward diagnosis and are always willing to help you figure out a plan. I will continue using and recommending them.
Talked to Hector for a quick quote to replace a water heater and he was very nice and upfront with their competitive pricing. Got a schedule right away within 20 minutes of talking to him and Zach the tech was at my home right even before my time allotted schedule. Draining the tank took the most time as the tank got pretty bad to the point where he has to take off the drain faucet itself to empty it out. Two hours later and got myself some hot water again that can be taken for granted everyday. Thank you Techcool for the fast, awesome, competitive and friendly service! On a side note, if anyone reading this, is on the market for a home warranty, avoid Amazon Home Warranty like the Covid plague as they only cover “mechanical” breakdowns on a water heater. If it leaks, you’re up-creek!

OUR HEATER STOPPED WORKING AND I WAS VETY STRESSED OUT WE HAD A TECHNICIAN NAMED ZACK COME OUT AND HE WAS THE BEST. HE TOLD US WHAT THE ISSUE WAS, PROVIDED AFFORDABLE ESTIMATE. ORDERED PARTS AND INSTALLED AND FIX THE ISSUE THE VERY NEXT DAY ONCE THE PART ARRIVED. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO TAKE TIME OFF WORK, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE DESERVES A RAISE. I AM VERY GREATFUL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND ZACK IS THE BEST!

We we're suddenly using 3x the usual quantity of water so we called techcool to help identify/rectify the problem. Responded quickly on a Saturday with a tech. He went through the usual checklist of possibilities and soon found the problem with a running toilet. Juan Garcia the tech was polite and efficient. If we ever do need significant work done in the future, we'll certainly call Techcool.

Called several AC repair places looking for free inspection/quotes for my AC. When I asked about free inspec/quote, they said said yes and they would be out in 3 days. When they showed up I asked again to verify the free inspection. Glad that I did, as the tech said no the inspection isn't free, it is one the highest highest fees in the area that I have found at $75, while other places charge $30-$50. Waste of 3 days.
My ac went out, so I called them first thing in the morning. It only took 2hrs for the tech to show up, diagnose and get my ac back up and running! They also sent text updates, as well as a photo of the vehicle and tech that were dispatched, which was nice! 10/10 will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Everything they did they did well. I need a new AC Heat pump for my office building. I sent them the information and within 10 minutes I had an estimate. Holy smokes where do I begin? Well it all started with a cold shower at 5:30 am. Water heater went out and I wasn't able to restart the pilot light. I called and they were ready to have a tech at my house within and hour. Due to work schedule they pushed it back and showed up at the BEGINNING of the estimated arrival time. Carlos diagnosed the issue immediately. If he had a 50 gallon tank on hand it would have been replaced that same day. He was back first thing the next morning, repaired it and was done within less than an hour and 45 minutes.
Can not recommend this place more. Super responsive, professional, and timely.

Juan Carlos was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful beyond any expectation. Very timely and responsive too. We had a really unique water heater and Juan Carlos went above and beyond to make sure it was replaced with the proper model and parts to meet code. He took a lot of time he didn't have to to ensure things were done correctly and the proper parts were used. Took multiple trips due to supplier issues but Juan Carlos made a difficult situation a lot easier to handle. Thank you.

Our hot water heater would no longer ignite. I called Techcool at 9:30 am, and at 11:30 the technician was at our door. By 1:30 pm, we had a new water heater installed. My air went out , leaving me stranded with my two small children(one being an infant) and they arrived, they arrived so fast and the tech, Carlos was so helpful in answering all my questions. They were able to locate and repair my issue within a few hours. Carlos remained to make sure everything was running smoothly and even called to check back in the next day. I would absolutely recommend them if you need any hvac service, hands down one of the best choices I have ever made!
