This is the 2nd time that I have called on Nick. I found him on Google last year when I had a leak- he and his team were amazing! I felt confident in my choice of plumbers. He explained everything to me in words that I could actually understand without making me feel dumb. He did an amazing job on the repair, they also had to color match some paint and you can’t even tell any work was ever done. This time it was my water heater - again he responded in a timely manner, scheduled an appointment and showed up ON TIME! I had a water leak and found 24 hour plumber online. I called and he looked at pictures I sent and over the phone he helped me get resolution for the evening so that the leak would stop. I am waiting on warranty company stuff so stopping the leak was important until that could be resolved. He didn’t charge me, just super nice guy helping out someone in need over the phone!

I called at 6:30 a.m. we had a leak in the ceiling and I could tell that Nick just woke up to my call he was very polite and I expressed my concern because water was coming down one of our classrooms here at the church and he was my seventh plumber I just finished calling and the others were going to be a couple of days he said he could be here within 30 minutes he was here in less than 20 came in turn off the water tell me how much it was going to be Now remind you this is not my first time around the block in life so I know how much plumbers usually are and they're more when you tell people it's a church so I was expecting some sticker shock the only shocked that Nick had for me was his low prices and his eagerness to get the job done right and get it done now so we can see how much damage was done to the ceiling from a scale to 1 to 10 Nick is 15 I've called all the rest and I know this is a cliche but Nick is the best thank you Nick God bless

Nick was THE BEST!!! He was very thoughtful and helpful with our issue. Our downstairs toilet was backing up causing flooding into various areas of the house. He diagnosed the issue and wasn't satisfied until the cause was found and fixed properly.
Nick worked until 11pm on a Friday night to get everything repaired. We received fair and reasonable price. We will reccomend Nick and his company to anyone in need of his services.

My emergency started as an a/c issue that turned into a plumbing issue. My tech Zach showed up with in 1 one hour and stayed until the job was done. He was kind enough to finish the job the a/c didn't get to before leaving. Very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use them in any other plumbing need.

I highly recommend these guys. Called to get a quote, took time to actually listen. Got a technician out to my house within I believe it was 2-3 hours. Once he was out my house started pretty much right away after chatting about it and him explaining my old system. Which was apparently the worst one on the market at the time. Painless and easy.

The first time I called 24 Hour Plumber was a year ago when a tsunami sprung from under our kitchen sink. Zack quickly came and put our worries to ease by repairing the problem and ensuring it would not return. Having found a terrific company, we didn't hesitate asking of their services again. 24 Hour Plumber installed four sinks and faucets that look and function incredibly about six months later. Another few months down the road, we knew we could depend on their honest and dependable work on an outdoor faucet. They communicate well with the customer and are wonderful at giving both details and suggestions.

This company sets a high level of service -- one often only thought of nostalgically -- that I am sure to call upon for my plumbing needs in the future.

Called the company, approximately 5pm. Zack, the plumber was out repaired my plumping up in the attic and then was done within 1 hour. And, he came clear out from Summerlin to top it off. The guy was very professional and did an amazing job. Felt bad for the poor man, he almost got stuck in the attic, almost had to call the fire department. LOL he was a good sport about it. Would highly recommend him to return for any future plumping issues.

I had a situation where I was doing some yard work, I end up tripping over the main water supply to the home with the garbage can doing some yard work in the backyard. I didn't know what to do. I contacted the LV Water District and they advised to turn off the main supply valve to the home. I did but I didn't have any water in the home for ANYTHING!!! I contacted this company and they were friendly, pleasant, and came out in just enough time. I am super excited that they were able to resolve my issue and in such a fantastic amount of time. Very inexpensive. I completely recommend using this company. They are extremely helpful and effiecient.

I had a water leak outside, and I called for what I thought was going to be a sewer clean out. Zack came and discovered that it was the main supply line from the street to the house. First, he loaned me a shut off tool and showed me how to manually shut it off so I wasn't pumping gallons per hour into the ground.

Then he and Nick cleared the next day so that they could get it fixed. It took 2 days, mostly because they had to dig under the driveway to install the new line, but now I have water and all is well.

Great service, really nice people, and they didn't gouge me. Sure, it's expensive, but considering the amount of work involved, I think their price was quite reasonable. I definitely recommend these guys.

This is our 2nd time, previous was on a rental, however, this was now in our new home. It was for installation of a 5 stage water purification system - whole house filtration > softener > reverse osmosis.

We had tree roots growing on the piping in addition to several other problems so Nick worked as a gardener, getting rid of the roots before actually installing our new throne. Nick is great. Unfortunately, the AC unit on my house is not. We were referred to him, and he gave us a great price on a new AC unit. We only had a functional AC unit for one week. No AC in Las Vegas in the summer, not great. It has been one thing after another since install, even when it was functioning as an AC unit, apparently the heater wouldn't be functional. Beyond disappointed. I really wish we would have spent the extra couple hundred and went with people who specialize in AC.

AC has been working great since install. Was a nightmare getting it all working, but it has been fantastic since then. Nick is great, and honest. Would recommend for whatever is needed!

Great experience with both Nick and Zack. Called them at 6:30am and by noon my water heater was fixed. Second time I've used these guys and both times they have exceeded my expectations. Nick is so awesome! He installed my water heater last year and brought it up to code. He came out today, within 24 hours of my calling him, to help with the plumbing in our shower. He detected the problem and was very quick, always professional, and very friendly! He noticed while he was here that it was passed time to flush my water heater and he found the time to do that as well, at no extra cost! The water company said that we may have a leak somewhere, so he also inspected the entire plumbing system. I was also happy to learn that he can help us with our bathroom remodel! I have only positive things to say about Nick, no downside.

Super fast service, very friendly and helpful technicians(Zack). Zack came over same day and repaired a plumbing line for us. We also had him install a bidet for us. We were missing a part, so he set it up almost to completion and told us once we found/replace the part to just give him a call and he will walk us through it. Awesome customer service. Nick was super accomodating. We are a business that stays open until midnight. Our toilets began to clog around 3:30pm and every plummer were were calling kept saying they were booked, or the next appointment is tomorrow. Nick was different. He said he would be right over. He fixed the problem and really worked with us on a fair price for the work he did. He was definitely the best plummer we have ever worked with, and unfortunatley the toilets get clogged a lot over here! It's nice to have a good plummer on call!

This is the best plumber I've come across since moving to Las Vegas. He was honest with me up front about the cost of items. I talked about parts of plumbing that I knew about and he helped fill in the spots I wasn't sure of. I did not commit immediately during our initial conversation. I called back the next day and we scheduled the appointment. He called and confirmed the next day and called 30 minutes out. Upon arrival he went right to work--we discussed items pertaining to the job and he told me everything I needed to know. He went to work and we chatted while he was working. Very nice to get to know him. Job was finished professionally. He kept me informed during the whole toilet placing job. I had to have 2 toilets replaced for ADA purposes. Good price and excellent service. He's staying in my rolodex. I will call him again.

The cartridge in my bath/shower faucet has to be replaced. I’ve used 24h services a few times previously, and will continue to go back for any plumbing needs.

On Sunday night, he went to check the sewer at my house. it was clogged. He went 2 hrs. after I called. That is amazing ($175 for the late visit, not bad). he tried to unclog the sewer using the snake, no success. I paid arround $450. next day my landlord came, and in 10 minutes, fixed the problem with the snake. So I lost that money cos my landlord toldme He did not fix anything.If you are renting, and hapens something like this to you, be patient and call your land lord firs. But after 12 hrs. In the Covid unit, I just was trying to shower

Nick replaced a water heater on a Saturday for an amazing price. He was personable, courteous, patient and prompt. We will definitely use this company again and again.

These guys are the VERY BEST PLUMBERS IN LAS VEGAS!!!! They deserve more then 5 Stars but that's the highest rating available.

After a very disastrous week with out a hot water heater, dealing with a home warranty that we will be cancelling, and the very incompetent Air Pro Master that is completely devoid of customer service (don't waste you time with them), Yes! plumbing that clearly sent a sales guy instead of a plumber that was prepared to rip me off (they be the big guys in town but not really the good guys), I was at my wits end thinking to myself that this is a never ending nightmare...then On Time Service, came to my rescue and was my night in shining armor.

Not only were they prompt, service and complete job with in 12 hours of contact, they were complete efficient, thorough and nothing short of amazing. Zack was very good at explaining everything to me. There pricing is fair and competitive.

Let me start off by saying, this dude Nick. AWESOME. Very professional, nice, and funny. Came within an hour of calling. Very respectful and reasonable. All I needed was a change in kitchen faucet, turned out I needed a whole new sink/valve replacement. He came in the next day, and within a few hours everything is fresh and new. Let alone, he is a jack of all trades, heating/cooling, electrical, you need it fixed. He is the guy to call. I want to say thank you again for everything you helped us out with. Nick your awesome.
