Mike and Mike V. came to the property first thing in the morning after we experienced some issues overnight. They were able to remove part of what was clogged in the pipes to help get water flowing better.
I appreciated that they both were able to figure out what was needed so they can get the right equipment over to fix the problem. Both Mike and Mike V. were very professional, kind, and explained what was going on as they worked on the plumbing.

A very fine crew was at my home at 845am. They removed and installed a new furnace,air conditioner and a water heater under 4 hrs. They were very efficient and professional in their task. Being relatively new to LV when my AC went out last night I thought I would have to live in the 100+ degree heat! I call Simply AC and spoke with Daryl. He was friendly and spoke directly about the repair costs and was willing to work with me. He scheduled a tech to come out early and Steve arrived as scheduled. I was totally impressed. Steve went to the heart of the matter told me my options and did not try to upsell me. He repaired the AC and gave me honest feedback on the system which is older. I would give them a negative number if I could. I called Simply Air to come to my home to help with a slow draining tub. They ran a camera into the sewer line and started pushing that I needed to replace my entire sewer line, which meant digging up all the floors throughout my house. While looking at the drain line in the laundry room (far side of the house) one of the technicians broke the sewer clean-out, which flooded the laundry room. They advised me to call my insurance company and file a claim, which I did. The technician called out a restoration company to cleanup the mess. A week later, knowing that I would not hire them, they gave me a check for the deposit for the replacing of the sewer line. TEN days later Simply Air came out to replace the sewer line clean-out and then the next day sent out someone to replace the cement in the holes that they made. The office manager (wife of the owner) called me and offered me a year of air conditioning maintenance for free as a compensation for the trouble. That does not even come close to covering the insurance deductible that I now have to pay, let alone the increase in the insurance. The restoration company that Simply Air hired were also scammers, in that they charged me almost $5000 for just packing up as storing my belongings, but when I questioned the charges they lowered it to $2500. The company that I did hire to replace my sewer line actually lined the pipes where they could, which saved digging up all my floors. The plumbers also showed me that the Simply Air plumber had installed the wrong pipe as the clean-out access (a “T” versus a “Y” connector). Also, according to the contracts, Simply Air would not cover repairing the floors or walls that are opened up during the process, where the company that I did hire did all the cosmetic repairs even replacing all the tiles in the bathroom.

I was in the market for a new HVAC system for my house (A/C and Heat) and decided to get 4 quotes on the job - I decided to do business with Simply Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing. Stan came out to do the quote from Simply - he was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The quote that Stan provided matched up exactly on price with one other company, but that company was offering to install a different brand of equipment that came with a lesser warranty - and the final cherry on top to give my business to Simply was when they agreed to a cash discount that amounted to another 5% off the total. Simply was great to deal with in setting up the installation, we decided on a date and the crew showed up right on time, with a courtesy call ahead of time to let me know they would be there as scheduled. The install team included Brayden, Gavin, Michael V, and Tristen - all of them were polite and respectful of my home, and they did great work as well and cleaned up after themselves. To get the new furnace into my attic the crew had to remove the drywall edging around the access point, but assured me that the company would arrange to have it fixed as good as new - true to their word I was contacted right afterwards by a drywall contractor named Mark about the repairs. Mark came by at a convenient time and did the repairs in a short amount of time and left the attic access looking better than new. What a great company to do business with - they offered a great product at a fair price, and came through with each and every promise made. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

And they do plumbing as well! I haven’t had a need for a plumber but you can bet they’ll get the call if a need arises.

He walked me through every step through his troubleshooting and explained why and what he was looking for. If you are looking for honest, efficient and friendly AC/Heating service with a smile in the Las Vegas valley, look no further than Simply Air Conditioning and Heating.
We are a small Baptist church in the valley and one of our units went out right before an event. We called Simply on Thursday and they were out almost instantly. Frank worked for hours trying to identify our issue, when he determined he need another tech which brought in Adam on day 2. These men were in our attic in a mess of wires and other AC repairman’s mess for over 8 hrs trying to fix our issue without us having to replace the unit. We did eventually have to replace the unit which brought in the next crew of Brayden, Gavin, Tristen & Mike.
These gentlemen had us up and running in no time. Left no mess and were very quick. I honestly have never had better AC service in this town. We will never look for any other AC/Heat service outside of this wonderful company. They are very fair and so efficient and all their employees were very kind and respectful of our church and our time.

Rashelle was able to get me on the books for the next business day and even offered me a Saturday install. It all started with a postcard in the mail. My a/c wasn't cooling the house, so I called several companies to determine their fees. The companies I contacted charged a service fee that would not be applied to the repair if I had them do it. I went to get my mail and a postcard advertising Simply Air was in there. I immediately called them. You will not find a more qualified staff anywhere else than at Simply Air. Becky answered the phone and said she could get someone to access the problem immediately. This was on Sunday evening! They are open 24/7 and there is no extra charge for weekends. Sean was at my home within the hour. He explained what the problem was. The unit was 20 years old and it was time to install a new one. Sean went over what it would cost and I was approved for credit. He was very patient and showed me the unit I would be getting. On Monday, the very next day, Brayden and Gavin came to install it. They worked conscientiously and did not take any breaks. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left. Both of them were true professionals, highly proficient, and qualified. Some perks came with installing a new unit. Such as a year of free maintenance (including 3 visits) and they will even flush your water heater. If I could give them 100+ stars I definitely would. As far as I am concerned, Simply Air is the only one for me. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Simply Air. Robin

I have used Simply Air twice now and both times were fantastic. The first time was a for a quote on a new unit which was WAY better than a similar AC unit quote from a competitor and the second time was a service check to understand why my AC was not kicking on when it was supposed to. Both times they were fast to respond. I can't wait to hear about other people's AC issues so I can point them to Simply Air.

I had my A/C go out on Thursday and I had four companies give me an estimate, I decided that Simply Air gave me the best estimate. Steve who came out was very professional and check my unit including the furnace in my attic. A very thorough check with pictures and then we sat down and he explained everything to me. He gave me two quotes, one for a 14 seer unit and one for a 16 unit and explained the difference.
When I had all quotes that afternoon, I decided that Simply Air was the best on, not only on their price but also on their service provide after installation. I was very impressed with Steve Frederick.
I called them that afternoon ( Thursday) 8/26/22. They arrived at my house first thing Friday 8/26/22.
The three men that came to install my New Air Conditioner/furnace, and Thermostat were Adam B., Mike V., and Lou M. They were VERY professional and polite and. They had my new unit installed and working in less than 5 hours. They explained every thing to me and took all of the old ac and furnace out. I can not say how happy I am with all four of these men and of the company including Joy from the office. I'm not ever going to worry about who to call for all of my a/c, plumbing and heating needs in the future. These guys Steve, Mike, Adam, Lou and Joy were Super. This is the one company that you need to call for your Quote and I'm sure you'll be happy you did. 🙂

From start to finish the experience with Simply AC was great. Requested a quote Wednesday night, and within a few hours had a response. Mike came out to my home, to look at my AC unit that was 40+ years old. He replaced it the next day with a new unit and included a 10 year warranty. Mike noticed I also had an extensive water leak and fixed that as well. Mike was very professional and his customer service was exceptional. He took the time to talk to me about the unit, my house, and other concerns I might have. It is not often you run across someone with his integrity and work ethic. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and polite, his work was exactly as he promised. So I had Steve come out and diagnose my A/C problem. He was VERY thorough and very knowledgeable! I knew the compressor was bad from a previous tech from a different company but I didn't say anything to see what Steve would say/find.

He checked the fan (bad,) the compressor (shorted), the freon level (most likely full) and showed me how the A/C unit was not up to mfg's specifications regarding the capacitor, some wiring, etc. All things the other tech said nothing about. He didn't even test the fan nor connected his freon meter which is required to detect a leak. Steve also looked into my attic at the A/C unit and didn't find any problems there. The other tech didn't do that either, but he did take a picture of my filters. (Probably looking for a reason to deny my Home Warranty claim but I changed them about two weeks earlier so they were real clean and I ALWAYS put the date installed on them.)
Steve also educated me on the trade-offs of using the Filtrete 1900 filters. Steve was very nice and very professional and I couldn't recommend anyone higher!

Also; here it is, over two weeks later and we're STILL waiting for a compressor from the other company to come and do the work. I'm getting to hate these Home Warranty Companies! Do they ALWAYS use the lowest bidder and cheapest parts?!?

I recommend this company 100%. Our AC gave out on us during 119° weather. We were miserable. I called Simply Air conditioning and they came out the very same day. Daryl checked our AC and he said it was not repairable. Or if we did repair it, we probably would shortly have to repair it again.we knew it was a dinosaur,
the unit was 19 years old. It had ran it's life. Dreading I thought I would have to wait weeks to have them come in and change it. But no they were here the very next day crane and all. Daryl sent his crew and they were very professional and courteous. Something you really don't see anymore. Gavin and Brayden were so professional and well mannered I was so happy with their professionalism. They installed the unit and cleaned up and installed a new thermostat all in a couple of hours. I can't tell you how satisfied I am with their work. If you need an AC company to repair or replace your AC this is the company. You won't be disappointed.

Late Saturday afternoon, I walked into the casa after being outside for a few minutes. It felt stuffy. I checked the digital thermostat and it was blank. No reading, no control settings, dead. After flipping every circuit breaker several times over the next hour or so, nothing. I called Simply Air, who handle our maintenance. Shawn,the same tech who came out last April arrived at 8:00am Sunday morning. He warned us the last time that the system was on its last legs, including pics of corrosion and deterioration. But with medical expenses and a lack of income this year, we decided to see if it could make it through year 17. Nope. Controller board was cooked, it was time. Because what else would you want to do with $14,000? I knew it was inevitable, but no one ever wants to have to replace their HVAC system because it's a big job and not cheap. BUT…the new system would be installed first thing Monday morning, just in time for another round of serious Nevada heat!

Three men in Simply Air uniforms arrived early Monday morning - Mike, Ryley, and Eli. These three guys were absolutely stellar. Talented, professional, friendly, polite, and worked non-stop for 8 ½ hours in very demanding conditions.

The AC came back on around 5:30pm Monday evening and we were feeling more comfortable immediately.

Only 48 hours from the crash to a completely new system. That’s FAST!

THESE GUYS - Eli, Ryley, and Mike (pictured) - are the heroes!! I want everyone to know about a great experience provided by Simply Air serving Henderson and Las Vegas!

I’m also pleased that our system hardware is American designed, engineered, and built!

I had a 17yr old heating and cooling system that finally failed. During the inspection the tech that came out walked me through all my options and we ultimately decided to replace both units.

On the day of installation six techs showed up to do the replacement of the units (Mike V, Ryley, Gavin, Brayden, Markous and Adam B). Between the six of them they were able to get the old units removed and the new ones installed in about 4 - 5 hours. They were very professional, exhibited good craftsmanship and answered any questions that I had with no hesitation. After the work was completed they cleaned up and answered any followup questions that I had.

Based on this experience - and the experiences I have had in the past with this team (I had a hot water heater replaced earlier this year) - I would whole heartedly recommend them for any heating, AC or plumbing work that you need to have done on your home.

Steve F. & Maritza are fantastic! Shorty after making a phone call to the managing office, Steve called to introduce himself & Simply AC. Steve is so polite and shows genuine concern. The lack of customer service that is so rampant in Las Vegas HAS NOT penetrated this company. Steve is friendly & professional, he took the time to listen to my concerns. After carefully inspecting my HVAC, Steve patiently explained the issues and stated the needed parts were still under warranty. (No price gouging here !!). Before leaving he ordered the needed parts. Shout out to my go-to Heating and Cooling service with Simply Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing! I have used them multiple times even with my investment properties. When i needed immediate assistance on my AC, Simply Air delivered. They were able to send their senior service tech, Shawn, the same day for free estimate and gave good options on how to resolve my issue. Our AC was part of the original house 29 years ago and I guess it was time for a new AC and heater. The cost to simply repair the compressor would only be a temporary fix. After agreeing to replacing our AC/heater, they were able to schedule shortly after that. Riley and Gavin came to replace the AC and heater. They were corteous, professional and on time. They came at 8a and finished by 12:30p. They kept the area clean after they were done. My AC and heater works great. Would highly recommend them.

Ok. First of all, Patrick is amazing. I'd say quietly brilliant. I'd wanted to change out my bathroom sink for three years and no one could figure out how to do it. Have a leak of the condensing coil per Steve diagnosed and require replacement of the condenser unit. Steve explain everything that I need to know and before I knew it we are discussing how much it cost to have it replace. The following day I have it scheduled for replacement. It's amazing in the huge city you can still get service that treats you like family. My HVAC system died on Monday and my family had no air on the hottest day of the year so far, within a couple hours after I called Simply Air had a crew out to my home to do an entire HVAC system replacement the same day! It's not a fast process because of the size of the job but Ari, Marcus, Ryley and Mike V. had a new system installed and my house cooled down by night fall. I cannot recommend this company highly enough not only for the knowledge of what their installer did which was install a water softener system for me in addition to cleaning out all of my water lines and draining my water heater. I really can’t say enough great things about this company. I was in the middle of an AC nightmare and these guys really did go above and beyond to figure out what the problem was and to get it corrected. It was a long process; but they didn’t give up and they showed up to our home almost daily until it was corrected. Daryl (I believe is the owner) actually came out since it was such an ongoing issue, he was so polite and helpful. All of the techs were amazing and so nice.
We actually started to have trouble with our other unit during this heatwave we are in, we called Mike on Saturday at 4 in the afternoon and they are sending a tech out today (same day) to take a look for us. Even though they are slammed busy, they are still fitting us into their schedule! AMAZING customer service! You will not go wrong using this company, they are great and if something is wrong with anything they install, they WILL make it right. Again, can’t say enough great things about them!

Had my AC go out around 11 am and called Simply Air. Was told the service call would be $25, but will be applied towards any service if I was to have one done. Tech came in about 45 minutes, with a mask on. He was here about 1 hour earlier than what I was told. I was happy, since the high was forecast to be 108 degrees. Bobby was very pleasant and professional. Called me sir many times. Within 20 minutes, he had diagnose the problem and gave me a quote. I thought it was very reasonable and went with it. He had it done in about 20 minutes and told me what I can do in the future to prevent it from happening again.

I’ve had some issues at the house I live at now. I have called Mike and he always schedules himself and the guys to come out right away to look at the problems and come up with a solution to fix. Mike V was out last time. Super nice guy, Very polite and knowledgeable. After fixing what he came to do he also stayed and helped me with my mini split remote. Very thoughtful.

On another incident my brothers AC stopped blowing cold. I called Mike and he had Adam out to my brothers house within the hour. Adam got the unit diagnosed right away. Once it thawed out Adam came back out and made sure everything was running properly. Adam is also a great guy and great technician, polite and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Simply Air Conditioning and heating. Owner Mike has been servicing my ac’s for years. He is the nicest, most honest, knowledgeable person I know. So are his employees, from the gals in the office to the techs in the field. I will never use another company, Simply AC cares about there customers.

I was in need to set up regular maintenance on our HVAC system in a house we bought 3 years ago here in Vegas. The A/C was working but struggling being 20 years old. I called Simply based solely on their ratings and price point for maintenance on a split system.

Steve was our tech and he showed up on time and was professional and friendly. He checked our A/C first since it hadn't shut off in over 24 hours and wasn't cooling like it should. As I suspected, Steve told me our A/C was struggling and showed me the rusted cooling coils and crud. He was straight forward and told me there wasn't much he could do to remedy it since everything was so old, fragile and the old Freon was no longer available. He was simply confirming what I already suspected. He ended up waiving the maintenance fee. I knew it was time to replace it, especially since we had hot weather on the way. I asked for a quote and he provided one and referred me to Beckie in the office if I decided to take the next step.

Beckie was wonderful. I ended up financing and the process took less than a half hour and she scheduled the install the very next morning (today 7/12/23)!!!

Promptly at 8am this morning, Gavin and Brayden showed up and by 11:30am they were done!! As I type this, it's a cool 78 in our home (we've never been able to get it below 81 in three years) and I'm stress free from the upcoming 110+ degree days. I don't think our old system would've made it.

Mike with Simply Air is God Sent and my family cannot thank him enough! It's Sunday over 100 degrees outside and changing our Thermostat our A/C shut down. After trying everything to get going we started calling every A/C Service in the Las Vegas Valley and no one had a Tech available. Then Mike called and I told him exactly what happened and he immediately knew it was a blown fuse in the attic portion of the A/c. Mike stayed on the phone with me as I took the panel off and there was the blown fuse. Minutes later I replaced the fuse and the A/C came on. This is true Customer Service and someone who cares about helping and not just money. WE CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH AND SIMPLY AIR HAS ALL OUR FUTURE BUSINESS! Of course our AC went out in the middle of the summer! That’s the way it always goes. After a ridiculous bid from a different company, I called around to a few places and am so glad I found Daryl and his crew. He gave me an honest price right up front and had a crew out the next day. The technicians were so professional and polite. And very clean. They had to come inside and laid cloths down to not track dirt. They also replaced the trim they had to remove and even swept after themselves. I have already recommended them to a friend who found herself in a similar scenario and will use them without hesitation when our next unit needs replaced!

I got a friendly note from LLVWD that I had a continuous leak in one of my water lines, so I contacted five plumbing companies, of which this was one. Mike Daigneau from Simply A/C and Plumbing came out, assessed the situation (main water line from the meter to the house) and got me a quote that afternoon. I got quotes from several other plumbing cos. and, while Mike's wasn't the lowest it was about in the middle of the range and I liked Mike's attitude and professionalism. Compared quotes (threw out the low-ball bids) and accepted Simply Plumbing's. These guys are very professional--Justin Ballard came out with his team--and they got right to work, worked all day and finally left around 5PM with a completed job, replaced concrete they had to cut with new, clean-up, the whole nine yards (no other bid included replacing concrete or wallboard and were thousands higher). Just an excellent example of professionalism and know-how. A fair deal at a fair price! Thanks to Mike, Justin and Kyler for a job well done. If I need anything in the future, you're on!

SUPERIOR SERVICE!!! Highly praise & recommend Simply Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing! They get 5+ stars from me because they are prompt, professional, courteous, and exceptionally helpful in a time of pressing need. I have recent heart health issues and my air conditioning went out at 1 AM. I contacted Simply Air Conditioning early about 5:30 AM and Laura quickly scheduled my appointment. Daryl, the service technician, was here well before 8 AM, diagnosed the problem, discussed the problem, and fixed the problem by 9:00 AM. Before Daryl left, he showed me the bad parts and explained its function, he let know that the A/C unit was as old as the house (rental, 30 years old) and to inform the owners.

The invoice for the parts and labor were extremely fair, no price gouging, no inflation, or nonsense. I had a teacher friend's son who knows about HVAC confirm that I was getting the BEST DEAL that could be had here in the Las Vegas Valley. Daryl is very kind and honest, and knows his craft....I am IMPRESSED!

The property management's house/rental service insurance reported that they could NOT schedule me any earlier an appointment until late Thursday afternoon. THAT was completely life threatening for me & my senior rescued dog in this summer heat and unacceptable, so I took a chance with SIMPLY AIR and am very grateful & satisfied with them and will forever use them as my #1 service for air conditioning, heating, and plumbing!

Steve was the first service technician to come out yesterday evening. He checked everything including our attic and explained exactly what we needed and why. I checked what he was advising on the internet and everything he explained was correct. We were told they would be at our house between 10 and 1 today. 10:00 they were ringing our doorbell They installed a brand new AC unit ,Furnace and Thermostat. We called Simply Air at about 3 pm on a Monday. Mike came out around 5, accessed the problems and we had a new a/c by 1 pm the next day. We received the best response we've ever experienced with a service company if any kind in the 58 years we've lived in Las Vegas. I just noticed they do plumbing, also. I'm sure we'll be calling them in the future if we have plumbing issues we can't handle.

Plus, they gave us a reasonable price quote with a 1 year warranty on labor and 10 years on all parts including the compressor.

I definitely recommend Simply Air.

I was really impressed with Darryl-the owner. He came and gave me a free estimate after I told him I had a quote from another company but want a second opinion because I wasn't really enthused with the other one. His quote was very competitive and even gave me a senior discount which the other one refused to. I truly believe his honesty and willingness to help.

Our HVAC system was over 30 years old so when it struggled to cool the house under 82 degrees we knew it was probably time to put it out of its misery and upgrade to a new system. Stan was at our home in less than 2 hours of my initial call. After confirming that it was time to move on from our old unit, Stan presented multiple options and explained the differences between the 14 and 16 seer units. We chose the 16 seer unit since it was more energy efficient and had it scheduled to be installed later that day. Brayden and Gavin started and finished the entire AC installation in under 3 hours. We had a brand new system in less than 8 hours from my first call. Everything is running cooler and quieter than before. Thanks again for all your hard work!

I have purchased two complete Amana cooling and heating systems from this company. One of the systems was making a lot of noise when it was on and I couldn’t live with it. I can't say enough positive things about this company, their technicians and the service they provide. My 23 year old casita AC died the day I was expecting out of town company. Mike and Steve were at my house in less than an hour on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem and quoted a lower price to replace the unit than I'd been given by another company. Adam, Jon and Lou arrived at my house early Monday morning and replaced the heat pump inside and outside units with efficiency, cleaning up any evidence of their work. Simply Air Conditioning sent a repair company to repair and paint the drywall that had to be cut in order to install the new unit.

Huge thanks to this company for their service. Had an issue where the transfer duct from my roof top unit into the roof was corroded and rotting away causing my system to have major air leaks. I called Mike and told him my troubles. He sent out Stan who checked out the issue. The same day I was given an estimate and explanation of what needed to be done, with a great price! On repair day, Mike and Alejandro came out and trudged away at uninstalling the unit from the roof (with help from a crane), cleaning up all the corroded metal and ripping out the damaged piece. They then sealed and installed a new roof curb and reinstalled my unit. Everything was done fast too. The professionalism and customer service of everyone I dealt with for this project was great! Would definitely recommend! Huge thanks for getting my issue resolved!

Quit searching, get these guys. We had 1 unit go out and had them come out the same day. Unfortunately they had to do a quick fix because both units needed to be replaced on the root (2 story home) due to the age of the units and issue with the amps being drawn causing wiring to melt. Shawn hooked us up with a great deal and the next day they were here with the Crane and New units. Mike and Eli worked their butts off in 112 degrees on the roof and by the time the house began to warm up, cool air was blowing. When you are dealing with units on the roof and 2 of them to boot, you better expect to pay for quality. Hardware is high end and workmanship matches. They even redid my AC runoff PVC.

Bobby, diagnosed problem with 20+year old air conditioner, presented alternatives for repair and new installation. We elected new installation. Bobby's presentation was comprehensive and he responded to all questions. Bobby coordinated installation with his colleagues Triston and Kyler. Triston and Kyler installed the new air conditioner and thermostat. After checking the vents, etc., Triston and Kyler instructed us on use of the new thermostat and reminded us to maintain the manual in a secure place. Awesome service by Bobby, Triston, and Kyler. Oftentimes while driving around, I jot down the numbers of different businesses in case I need them in the future. I saw Simply AC's truck one day and about a month later, I needed them to fix the air conditioning in my home. They came by, replaced the necessary part and my AC has been working great ever since.

Fast forward 5 months and a pipe busts in my wall. I called them, remembering that they did plumbing as well. They came by, identified the problem and fixed it up right, while also offering me some advice on how to work with my home owners insurance. Their prices are very reasonable and they definitely don't fit the negative stereotype of companies trying to price gouge.

The guys are very respectful and knowledgeable on everything relating to plumbing/AC/electrical. I would recommend giving them a call.

We had a maintenance service in early June for our new home's ac unit to make sure all was well before the summer temperatures began to rise, and had an excellent service provided by Stan. The system check was very thorough, and Stan was excellent at explaining to these recent transplants to NV, new to the necessity of ac to survive here during the summer, just how ac units actually make the air feel cool. Additionally, the cost of the service was beyond reasonable especially when you weigh the quality of the service we received.

Today, we called the office and had a speedy appointment set up for within a few hours. Rick came out to assess why we were recently having some issues getting the best cooling out of our system. Rick was very thorough and professional and was able to establish that all was still in great working order, but noticed that with one simple tweak we should be able to realize the the cool feeling we wanted from our unit. Again, the quality and value of the service were superb!

Both instances with using this service provider, from front office to repair personnel, has left us feeling we are in good hands whenever there really is an issue with our HVAC unit in the future.

I want to send a huge thank you and recommendation to Simply Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing. My HVAC took a dive a couple of days ago and the home warranty company sent a different firm that did not fully diagnose the issues. I wasn't pleased and called Simply Air. They sent someone out right away and I decided to replace the entire unit. They told me I could be done that day, and I was. I have shopped around like at least 5 HVAC companies and Simply AC is definitely the cheapest and there was huge price difference. Another big factor that I chose Simply AC is the very good customer service and the sincerity and dedication of Mike and his staff. Even the after sales service was superb! The quote was very reasonable, less than some we had received and competitive with others. What tipped the scales to them in my opinion was the service technician Bill P. He was very friendly and professional, explained exactly what he would be doing, the quote was extremely accurate. today he came to install the water softener and did an amazing job. It would require some pipes to be cut and refit with flexible housing and we were quite pleased with the quality of the work. He took the old water softener with him swept and cleaned up the garage, was very efficient with his time. I will definitely use simply again and request bill. I recommend you give them a try.

We have had had multiple issues for months, all different reasons. This past weekend another one raised it's ugly head with water damage to walls and ceiling upstairs. Those that came to look, insurance, A/C said it could be the A/C. Our contracted company came out and immediately said we needed a new coil and evaporator and it will be about $6K. (Mind you, every time they show up they say we need $6-$8K in repairs.) We called Simply Air for a second opinion and Stan came out within an hour. He looked at EVERYTHING. He turned the lights out in the attic and lo and behold there is a big gap in the roof. We can't tell how long this had been going on or how it happened. Stan solved our mystery and didn't charge us. Very upstanding, honest, polite and extremely thorough. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Now to call our roofer.

I have used Simply for the past two years. They have installed my air conditioning unit, my heating unit and my water softener. I have used them for all my plumbing needs. Last summer, Steve came to determine why my thermostat was not communicating with the heating unit. He explained, just like a doctor, what he was going to do to diagnose the problem. He took out his phone which had a Bluetooth app which connected to the unit and, after a few tests to see that everything was in working order, he found the problem. It was simply a dirty filter. As simple as that may sound, it was a major problem in not allowing the sensitive heating unit to operate. He throughly explained why a filter was necessary, the type of filters available, how often they need to be changed ( more so in air conditioning weather). He then took the time to show me the app on his phone regarding what the furnace was “saying” as to why it was wasn’t working.
It’s obvious that Steve enjoys his job. But, more importantly, he’s extremely knowledgeable.
Over the past two weeks, I’ve had problems again with my unit, which, it turns out, are with the breaker tripping. Shawn came two weeks ago and we thought the problem was resolved. However, it did it again last night. Steve came, and, once again he explained how the unit is constructed, and how it connects to the breaker panel. While I will have to address this latest problem with an electrician, I have peace of mind knowing exactly what the problem is. And, the electrician will consult with Steve to get this issue fixed properly!
One of the pleasures of dealing with Simply is that they truly take care of their returning customers. I have always had such pleasant conversations with either Becky or Rochelle who are the first ones to talk to, or with anyone who comes to my house. Everyone has been prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Never has anyone tried to upsell, a quality which I find very important. If they did, I wouldn’t call them back!
