Mason was an Awesome Tech. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable of the problem that existed.

Needed a water heater replaced. Our house is set up for a power vent fan and requires additional work to attach the exhaust vents. Good price and quick service.
Oh well. Spring and summer show up and the unit wasn't quite a perfect replacement. Wanted us to pay way too much to fix.
Follow up service wasn't as prompt, either. Two plus hours after scheduled appointment three separate times.

Needed to replace my A/C unit before I had to broil in my own house for another Las Vegas summer. Contacted Express Home Services and Jeremy presented me with all the available options and explained all the services to me. He provided detailed answers to all my questions and did not pressure with up-selling or make me feel rushed to make a final decision on my services.

All service technicians that came to my home were courteous, polite, and professional. They cleaned up exceptionally well after completing the services inside and outside my home.

I chose to replace my HVAC unit and have my duct work inspected and repaired. I also had my dryer vent cleaned. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing these services. Jeremy is your guy!

Had someone from this company out last summer and was impressed with their service which is why they were the first company I called when I was looking to replace my HVAC system.

They had someone out the next day on a Friday to help talk me through options and everything was installed with a fancy new thermostat on Monday.

My experience was wonderful! From the start I was impressed with the professionalism. I setup an appointment on a Monday and they were there Wednesday morning as promised. Our tech Stone was very professional and welcoming, my wife felt very comfortable with him. They also didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. They have integrity and are honest, that is hard to find. Don't think twice on choosing Express Home Services!

Recently, I had an issue with our furnace at home in the winter and too late at night to respond. The next day Patrick with Express Home Services was at the house in the time window they quotes, looked at the issues, showed me photos of the issues and correct the problem quickly and at a fair price. Very much recommend using again.

We have used them for plumbing and ac and they have been great for both.

During the summer of July 2021 my old AC went out and couldn’t be fixed. Express Services did offer to provide a complete AC system which was quickly installed and upon our return from out of town- cold air was working.
The warranty was for 10 years on most parts and I appreciated their service. They came and picked up the old unit and removed it from my garage. Today I am a happy customer and feel they followed through with everything they promised.

I had Express Home Services come repair my one of my HVAC units. They were there when they said they would be and the repair worked. The price was reasonable and I’m glad it is over. I signed up for the annual check up service and they came 2 months later to inspect the furnace and plumbing. It included a water heater flush. I am happy with this company. I’ve seen 2 separate technicians and they were all good.

The technician did a great job. Unfortunately he was sent out to give an estimate first even though we were just replacing bathroom light fixtures and a ceiling fan. Had to schedule him g or the installation on another day which is why I have them 4 stars.

Our AC was giving us trouble and the tech, Johnny, came by out (on time!) to do the repair. He worked meticulously to get it working again. Express Home Services is a great company. I had purchased a complete system from another company that was sold to them since the owner decided to retire. Instead of making my life miserable they not only took me on as client, but they honored all warranty and maintenance contracts to ensure that I was protected. I needed a technician to service my AC unit after a storm took out the power to my home. I called Express Home Services. They set up the appointment and the technician Johnny B. showed up early, told me what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was professional, courteous and through. I will definitely use their services in the future!

We had Jeremy do some electrical work at our house and he was great! They provide free quotes, great rates and calls and texts at scheduling and before arrival with a photo of your technician.

It was time to upgrade the thermostat which required attaching the C wire (the common wire). Please don't watch those videos assuming you can do it yourself (technically you can strip the insulation locate the common wire and attach it to your new thermostat - but they are going to be other wires that require piggybacking a technician will know AND there are wires that need to be connected to the circuit board at the furnace AND some of these furnaces may require a new circuit board!)

Do make the job easy and safe as possible for the technician - they need access not only to your thermostat but where your furnace is located (mine is inside my section of a townhouse second floor access into the attic space via an opening, so yes I had a 9 ft ladder at the ready - even holding it down so that the technician can safely get up there!) Stay out of their way so that you will have everything necessary accomplished.

Needed to replace my HVAC so got 12 quotes (yeah, I went overboard). Chose Express Home Services out of the dozen because 1) they were recommended by my energy audit guy, 2) they provided a *very* competitive quote, and 3) they were super responsive to all the questions I had. Essentially, I went with the company that gave me the best value and vibe, and I have no regrets. Everyone that came out and did the install, and the owner, Jeremy, are total pros. I love my new system and I have no qualms using Express Home Services again or recommending Express Home Services for anybody's HVAC needs.

Walked into my garage and there was a pool of water from my broken water heater. I reached out to Express Home Services that evening and boy am I happy that I did. They were extremely responsive and were at my house first thing in the morning. Joey was my technician, and he was courteous and very knowledgeable. My water heater was replaced with no issue. Great service! I got an AC Tune Up from them and they were thorough and made sure that everything was covered.

First and foremost these are seasoned & professional plumbers. Tradesmen not a “technician” with his small set of tools. They were slightly more but only because they proposed & delivered more services, warranty and annual maintenance. They secured the permit, oversaw inspection and left a gas line ready for our 400000. BTU pool heater.

We reached out to Express Home Services for Several Electrical projects. Although the office was responsive, their technician was completely rude and unprofessional. He was angry and complaining from the moment he walked in the door and then further, when we were trying to explain the work that needed to be done was argumentative and disagreeable. We had provided their office with a list of the project work needed and in which room but he didn't seem satisfied with that information, instead he demanded that he get clearer instructions to do things light replace a ceiling fan or bathroom fan. He clearly did NOT want to work and if that is the type of worker coming out of this company the thousands of dollars we would have spent to get our 10 project items done will go to someone else! We have worked with at least 10 other companies to get other projects done so we know that this guy was the exception and not the rule. I do not recommend this service at all.

By far the best service I’ve ever had. Professional expedient courteous. Best of the best.

I made an appointment with the company to come out on a monday so I took a day off from work without pay. They told me someone would be out at 1130 didn't end up coming until 3:45 wasted a day off, money, and time. On top of that couldn't do the work until the next day. Jeremy showed up early the next day and did an outstanding Job. I would Hire him again in a heart beat.

When someone complain about their AC I alway say: I know a guy. my AC stopped working in the middle of July and the temp rose like 15 degrees in no time. Called Jeremy and he came right away. He figured out the problem almost immediately and he had all the needed parts on him.

Mason from Express Home Services came out for a semi-annual maintenance. He found a leak and was able to fix it and fill it back up with coolant for us. It's running great now! Mason was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went. Really appreciated Mason.

Juan and his new partner diagnosed that the 1997 townhome we bought 5 years ago circuit breaker was one that was to be used in “living rooms” for a lamp instead of the now governed/inspected kitchen 20amp had lost its will to function - age, the high humidity, idiocy of it being there in the first place; all contributing factors. They were clean, communicated to me my options, organized- so much so, that I knew more things in this townhome needed maintenance and I called for their plumbing department to come help me with some s l o w Situations in the flushing department- WAYNE IS ALSO OUTSTANDING, finding my urgent issues, better, and best options if I wanted to get fancy but for a hot bidet hose when tap water is warm anyway, I spent my dollars becoming a MEMBER!!! (You get discounts on services, which I greatly appreciate ♥️) Because of JUAN and his lovely new partner he was training in the electrical department and now I had issues w/plumbing that Wayne was fixing, I knew HVAC was not far behind, w/tune ups and the lady that lived here before with her 6 white cats 🐱 and my 2 fur babies - I’m sure my vents look real healthy *sarcasm heavily implied*

It just makes SENSE for a homeowner to feel they have someone on their (MY) side. I have been screwed too many times in this town, and I’m sure many of you feel the same way - Jeremy and his team are so friendly, knowledgeable, willingness to please attitude, timely, and won’t quit until they find a solution to your problem (who KNEW an air fryer going on the same wall - not outlet - could crash a fridge breaker when it went to turn on … and I hadn’t opened that fridge for a few days?) Juan, and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but she’s going to be a great asset to your team, did! It took a minute to figure out, but they were relentless - it was clear something was not right.

As an aside, my new refrigerator arrived Saturday - it’s lovely, has fresh ice, keeps my food cold and or frozen AND I can even run the air fryer!!!

Wayne is coming tomorrow to finish replacing some hoses and some other boneheaded things they did in 1997 to my plumbing - my words, not his - he was much more respectful. I’m just frustrated I had this and one other home to choose from at the time, in a hurry, 5 years ago - this home is a lemon. With the help of Jeremy and his awesome team, “sweet lemonade” will be made and I will have a cozy safe we’ll functioning home that isn’t going to cost me billions to update!!!

**Update** Wayne, plumber savant 👨‍🔧😄, returned yesterday to finish replacing the ancient metal “emergency shut-off hoses” by our toilets (yes, I remembered that that is REALLY not the proper name for them) that were going to cause a heap of problems really soon, and install two bathrooms Bidet attachments - ⛲️⛲️ and they work great!!! Same kindness, efficiency, attention to detail - PROVES TO ME THERE IS CONSISTANT GOOD BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS- also, can’t forget LISA at Homebase coordinating everything- KUDOS!!! HVAC will be next 😃

Just did an AC maintenance, answered my questions, suggested only a few minor repairs since my unit is 10 years old, discussed a few other options to keep my unit working. This company has been the best AC company I’ve worked with!!! In my rental, I’ve had issues every summer and the warranty company sent out a random repair person. They would just throw a bandaid on it and call it a day. Patrick from Express Home Services took his time to diagnose the issue and has been back to continually check on the unit. Got home from a few days of camping in the mountains to find no A/C. One of the hottest days so far this summer. Called for service, tech was here the next day. Motor and circuit board, toast! They got the pairs and didn't leave until the job was completed. Yeah, no more night sweats!

Mason stopped by to give me a quote. The quote seemed higher than I was expecting, however I am sure it was fair given the solution.

Ultimately I did not use their service as I require that the in-wall humidifier is connected to my Nest Learning Thermostat 3g and the Express team did not believe this was possible without voiding the warranty. They might be right, however my research indicates otherwise.

Used this company to install my setup for electric vehicle charger. Great price and free estimate.

This company quoted me an astronomical price with a cost that was more then 3x the price of everyone else. They knew I was in a pinch and needed emergency services and they just hammered me with the price. I needed the work done asap, so I agreed to the price. On the day of the job Express Home Services did not show up. This company left me stranded in the summer heat in 100 degree weather because they were not prepared to handle the job. Then they called to tell me they needed more money!!!! I can say I will NEVER deal with this company again and I recommend you go somewhere else like I was forced to do. These guys are pretenders and not professional at all.

I have had a on going issue with my heater for about 3 weeks. Patrick came out the first time and tested the unit found what the issue was at that time and fixed it, but it only lasted a day and it went out again.
