If you trust Air Pro Master for your plumbing needs, you are making a big mistake. My wife and I learned the hard way. We have a rental property that had a leaking water heater. Air Pro Master had sent a technician out to identify the problem. The technician never figured it out and even claimed that there was no leak at all. Our tenants showed us pictures of the rusty leak stains on the drywall prior to the technician's arrival. Maybe he was color-blind or just plain incompetent. As a result of his negligence, drywall damage occurred and I had to file a claim with my insurance company to repair the damage.There are other, more reputable companies that can provide better service than Air Pro Master. Do not waste your time or $$$$ dealing with this company. Unless, of course, you do not have a problem with substandard workmanship.***I recently checked back here to read some of the reviews. It’s amazing how this company went from an overall rating of two stars to four stars. Maybe they got their act together but I am suspicious. The positive reviews are filled with very generic remarks and poor grammar. That’s usually an indication of fictitious reviews to bolster a company’s reputation. Again, maybe they got their act together and have been providing good service, but I don’t buy it.It is very interesting that the owner only responds to positive reviews and never addresses negative reviews. That’s someone who never cares to improve or learn.***

Wow...what an amazing company. I called them on a Saturday and by Monday the repairs were completed and this is the busy season for AC units. There customer service was impeccable. If you looking for an honest company that is going to look out for your best interest Air Pro Masters is who you should use.

This company is awesome! We had some issues with AHS and they worked with us had somebody at our house that evening and had the AC fixed the next morning! They were the second company sent to us and saved us $800! Highly recommend this company! They even called after the AC was fixed to make sure it wasn’t having issues!

Recognition knew exactly what was needed to replace the water shut off valve that had corroded and was leaking he got right to work ...very efficient! Even went to the street and turned the water back on for us! Wish we could get these guys all the time!

I had high expectations for this company when our home warranty sent them and saw their reviews. They came out next day and the first tech Alfred was only here for 1minute, literally. Said we needed a new water heater…. Did not look into any other problems. Ordered the part and scheduled a time, not only did they have to reschedule for a later time in the afternoon the day of service, they got here and said the first tech Alfred ordered the wrong part and that a bigger water heater was needed… ( mind you how would we of ever known that, it’s the same water heater when we moved in 3 years ago) the second tech ken and brad disconnected all our lines and bent copper tubing and left us with out any water since Saturday saying they would order the part and come back out. Mind you, our water heater was leaking but we still at least had hot and cold water… they left us without any water for the whole house due to us having to shut off the main line due to them bending pipes because with the water on, it’s a sprinkler in my hallway…. We called Saturday night wondering why it’s taking so long to find out brad and ken never put in the new order per our home warranty. Customer service 24/7 line wasn’t available… way to false advertise we called 5 times. Along with your false advertising for emergency services. I have a baby in the house and informed them of this., We called Sunday to Amy in the morning, she refused services for anyone to come out to fix what the prior techs disconnected, I am just wanting water in the house…. I am not asking for expedited parts to be ordered I am asking for running water. A tech to come out and reconnect the lines, but despite the advertised emergency services 24/7, we have been left with no running water for 24 hours with our baby, a huge inconvenience. We were left off worse than what we were before calling them. We called a second time to Amy to clarify this false advertising for emergency 24:7 services and was left with there’s nothing I can do till Monday. Cannot refund my original payment , cannot send a tech out and was absolutely useless. I am not sure how they have good rating. Absolutely horrible experience.

This Company is a Joke. Been dealing with them over 2 weeks and the water heater issue still not fixed. They don't call back and after we call everyday to check status now they're refusing to do the job because they feel harassed. It feels more like they don't know what they're doing and they have no sense of urgency. This company is incompetent. And as you can see on other reviews they had the same issues. I have no idea how they can run a business this way specially when upper management cant come up with a solution. Don't waste your money or time, you will be very disappointed.

Office scheduled an appointment within 24hrs of the home warranty alert. Tech showed up at the correct time, assessed the issue, had the parts on the truck, and had cold air blowing again. Can’t ask for much more during the middle of a hot Las Vegas summer

Absolutely top notch outfit! They were assigned to us by AHS. Air Pro called at 8AM the next day, the technician Doug showed up BEFORE the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He told us he would be back the next day with the parts to fix our AC. Doug showed up the next day right on time fixed the problem promptly. EXCELLENT SERVICE I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. THANK YOU

From the first phone call, answered within 2 rings and a friendly helpfull voice. To the sales person Ed who was on time for his sales appt. For his knowledge and the time he spent explaining the options. To the installers Cesar , Larry, Brian that worked hard cleaned up after themselves and answered my questions clearly. Very rude and unprofessional, he said he cant fix it because he is too heavy. Its not my fault that he is too fat for the job, . Didnt even apologize, very unpleasant experience. Not recommended at all. ..Update to the owners reply. Fyi , it came from your own technician himself, he said he is too fat and big for that tight space where he needs to get in, . He said even the skinniest tech wont fit which is not true, we had this issue before and another technician was able to get in and fixed it. It is a little challenging but he is not willing to deal with it . You need to hire a technician that has willigness to help your customers , has empathy to frustrated customers , shame

Is hard to explain in English, because it is my second language. The technician was very good, nice and explain very well to me. The problem was that when I called to see when they are going to come they told me Monday between 11 and 3. And they said the same to Old Republic, my Insurance company. They told me again that the technician was coming Monday from 11 to 3. When I called to see what it is happening that the technician did not come, they told me that they did not receive the part. In this case, why they told me, 2 times, that the technician will come Monday between 11 and 3? Tuesday I had my cataracts surgery, and Wednesday and appointment to see if every was OK. Thursday finally they said the technician will be here, between 8 and 11, I did not remember very well, because I was going to have my covid 19 for my surgery and I was very nervous. Well, today the technician was here and the repair was very quick. Finally, even the days were very cold, just today I can use my A/C.

I have been a customer for many years with American Home Shield warranty. Recently my water heater went out and the contractors Air Pro Masters Las Vegas that they had sent out lacked in the communication department. They came out and informed us to wait to hear from the insurance company. I was then called by a rep from Air Pro Masters saying that the warranty company did not cover everything and that I would have to pay $450.00 out of pocket to change the water lines on the heater saying they were one time use. I called AHS asking if this was true and why it was not covered. The rep said that it was to bring the water heater that was being installed up to code. Why for one are they installing old water heaters that already aren't up to code. Then when I called back Air Pro Masters they said that there were no availabilities for another two days. I was not happy that it was going to take that long for a water heater to be installed. I went ahead and scheduled it and paid the $450.00. The day that Air Pro Masters came out they guy showed up and said now he could not do the installation because the water softener had to be moved? I asked why when the last time the water heater was installed they did not move the water softener. I went inside to call AHS and grab a tape measure and the rep left without a word. They have already charged my account and did not complete the service. There is 32 clearance from the water heater to the water softener. Air Pro Masters took off without saying anything and AHS tried to call them but kept getting a voicemail. Their customer service is horrendous and I am extremely irritated now.

Company had additional charges totaling $400 above the required deductible for warranty. After a few phone calls and visit from service tech charges were dropped. Technician Gus Sotelo is great, I found him to be professional and honest in diagnosing the issue. The original work order had additional modifications that were both optional and not necessary. He's the only reason I gave such a high rating.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Brand new water heater was installed and a few days later there is no hot water. We have been without hot water since 2/5/21 since 1st what they call “technician” came out and says gas valve is problem on brand new water heater so we wait until 2/15 for someone to come back out and now they are telling us that isn’t even the problem and have to wait until 2/17/21 for someone to come out to see if they can fix the other issue. This company is a joke and I would not use their service at all.

I was not home when the technician came for the AC service but my father-in-law (who was present for the service) said that the Air Pro master tech was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Highly recommended by my FIL and he stated that he would request the same company again for any AC issues. I will definitely ask for same company when I call my home insurance for any AC repairs.

Vanessa at APM provided great communication on the replacement process and when they would be able to get a tech out for intall. They let us know when their technician was on their way and even provided a link to track the tech's location. The technician, Brad, replaced our water heater in a little less than an hour and was very nice and courteous. Great experience!

Joe and Francisco did a superb job at our home today. Recently, our old 25 year old furnace and AC unit from 1995 broke. We couldn't live through these horrible Las Vegas heat waves. I tried to get the best price as possible. Tony came over and was very professional. He looked at the system and got me a very cheap estimate. I couldn't pay it outright, so I got financed and it was only $95 a month. After that, Francisco and Joe came over the same day and installed a new furnace in the attic, a new thermostat in my hallway, and a new 4 ton AC unit. It was a reasonable wait time as it takes a while to get the old equipment out and the new equipment in. They cleaned and vacuumed the floor. 10/10 service. I will definitely use them again if I have to. Thank you Air Pro Master!

Terrible experience. On their first visit, their tech could not fix the issue, said he needs someone more experienced. The experienced tech said he'll come over between 11am and 5pm, 6 hour window. Really?! Upon arrival, he knocked for 10 seconds, didn't try to call and just left. But said I missed the appointment, so he charged me. The only way I know he actually came is security cameras. I guess if you can just charge and leave, it's easier money than actually doing the work. Only problem is no repeat customers for that service. So disappointing!

This is the worst company. They don’t even deserve one star. Our AC started acting up and we put in a claim to home warranty (don’t use American Home Shield) who put us with this company on July 10, 2023. They kept telling us they were looking for parts. Granted our system is old so we took them at their word that the parts were difficult to find. They took parts out of our unit disabling it on July 12, 2023 leaving us without any AC with the outside temps at 115 degrees. On July 19 we were still without air. They were still looking for parts. We are seniors with 3 dogs and we were all suffering with the heat. I called the company and told them in a voice mail that we wanted our parts back. No response that day nor the next. My son took a day off work on the 21st and went to Air Pro Masters to get the parts back. He had to go back a few hours later demanding the parts back. In the meantime my son researched and found a local company APC who had all the necessary parts we needed to fix the AC ourselves. This company LIED to us and made us SUFFER needlessly for 11 days in this heat. They just wanted us to buy a new AC unit for $9000. We got the parts for $345 and my sons did the fix.

Water heater replacement quote.Called my home warranty people on Tuesday 7-27 due to water heater leaking. I was assigned Air Pro Master as my service provider and called them for appointment, Wednesday was first availability. Technician inspected problem informed me that I would be contacted on Thursday for replacement.No call on Thursday. I tried to call several times but was automatically put on hold then disconnected due to no one was available and given a voice mail option which was full. I finally got through late Friday and was informed the home warranty denied their modificaton fees of $760. When I asked the reason for the denial and the reason for the additonal fees I was told I needed to contact the home warranty. I then expressed my frustration of not being able to contact them by phone which was not acknowledged and no apology was offered. I was only asked if I needed anything else.I then spoke to my home warranty in regards to the denied charges. I know there is cost to doing business but a majority of the charges apeared to me to be unnecessary and inflated. Below is what I found.Permit charge quote (required by city) $185. City informed me cost is $41 and could be completed online by the home owner and would take 5-10 minutes.Modifications to vent quote $200. Looking at the vent tubing there is enough expansion to accommodate a shorter water heater. Cost of tubing if needed $48.Installation of expansion tank quote $250. Confirmed with city it is code but not inforced so it is not required. This is possibly due to the failure rate of this piece noted on the internet.Last 2 items were a sediment trap (city code) $75 and standard disposal fee of $50.I was not told the price quote of $770 was just an estimate but was only offered a payment of credit card over the phone, cash or check the day of service. Total unnecessary and inflated charges quoted beyond the home warranty amount to $594.Buyer beware even if you are able to get them on the phone.

on 11-21-2019 my heating unit went out in the house and American Home Shield issued a work order for Air Pro Master. Gary the technician arrived on Friday 11-22 within the time window given by their dispatch. He was cordial but professional and found the problem. The mother board failed. He stated it was an older unit, not as common and could take several days to find the right board. He was very safety conscious about only installing the proper mother board for the unit. I was resigned to several days without heat. To my surprise, their dispatch called later that day and stated Gary had located the proper mother board and would be installing it the next morning He intalled it Saturday morning and had the unit up and running in no time.Gary, a very professional technician. I highly recommend Air Pro Master!

Air Pro Master was assigned to my 87 year old f-I-l's plumbing repair h6rough American Home Shield. Not only did APM request full payment upfront, but they have been out 5 times to fix the problem and it is still unresolved.Shame on American Home Shield for not allowing my f-I-l to change contracts! They care more about horrible contractors than their customers.

These guys got sent out because of a pipe issue in the front of my house. We have a home warranty so we do not have much control over who comes out. Unfortunately we got this company. The guy showed up and the box was full of water. He literally spent 30 seconds looking at it and then said it wouldn’t be covered by the warranty and that it would be around 2000 dollars to fix because the leak was coming from further down the line and they would have to dig up a bunch of the front yard. After he left I took a cup and emptied out the box in the front yard. Much to my surprise they leak was right there at the meter. I called back and they said the tech would come back out later that day. He never showed up. I called back that afternoon to find they close early on Saturdays and I was out of luck. I had no choice but to call another company who showed up and fixed the leak in under an hour and did not charge anywhere near 2000 dollars shockingly enough. Unfortunately I lost my 75 dollar deductible and apparently that tech got paid for 2 minutes of work. Worst service I have had in a long long time.

Day 1 - Called dispatch at 8am to request service for broken ac unit. Got appointment following day.Day 2 - tech came and told me he couldn't diagnose issue since outdoor unit was frozen.Day 3 - tech returns and finds a faulty circuit board in the attic. Tells me item is covered by manufacturer warranty and that he would order it and replace it the following day.Day 4 - no response. I call and I am told the tech is waiting to hear from manufacturer to see if the circuit board is covered under warranty. I ask how long that will take and they say they do not know.Day 5 - I call for an update, dispatch tries reaching tech and aren't able to. I am told no other technician is available, and that my tech will come and fix it tomorrowI am still waiting for my ac to be fixed. I had to purchase a swamp cooler and I have a toddler in the house.

Likely the worst business experience I've had in Las Vegas. They were assigned by my home warranty company for a washer drain overflow and washer faucet replacement. Ten days and another drain overflow flooding later my plumbing problems were still not resolved. I cancelled their service call and then cancelled my home warranty. Paid out of pocked for both problems to be taken care of by a company that had the best reviews on Yelp and Google. Problems were taken care of in about 4 hours. Can't put a price tag on peace of mind.

Yesterday, at 6am our hot water heater sprang a leak - a big one! Today, at 2pm, we have a new 50 gallon hot water heater completely installed. Awesome service!!! Pete was outstanding and very professional. There's no problem he can't solve.We're also delighted with American Home Shield. Very happy customers and we're so happy Air Pro Master was referred.

American Home Shield sent the A/c referral to Air Pro Master. The receptionist told me that she would give me the first available appointment for Saturday and that they would be here by 7 a.m. I waited and decided to call them to see what was going on because no one had shown up. She tells me that no, that they would show up between 7-1 p.m. She checked the work orders and told me that they were only 3 service calls ahead of mine and it shouldn't take that long. The tech did not show up till 2:45 p.m. to basically tell us that he wouldn't risk his life to get on the roof with all his equipment to fix our A/c because of the tile on our roof and the trees in the backyard were on his way. He mentioned that everyone else goes thru the front. But it was basically a no. Unbelievable, this company is so unprofessional. Do not accept a service call from them.

American Home shield sent this company to my Daughters home for a water heater replacement.They took days to come out and asked her to pay them $570 upfront,before installing the water heater,the guy named Yuan was very abrasive(rude)to her and did not have an itemized receipt for what she was paying for,we called the Mgr named Rofu and he said Ya,he's like that,he's a character!🙄he then proceeded to tell us the permit was $185,$75.00 Sediment,$85.00 earthquake strap,and $225.00 for expansion tank...we asked him where the permit was??No permit was given(ILLEGAL!)Then we informed him that American Home shield does not require the expansion tank.Another bogus charge!This company is a rip off and we are reporting them for charging without obtaining a permit!

Our home had a 1985 vintage HVAC unit. We knew it would need to be replaced. We called several companies, including AirProMaster, after dealing with a situation where the existing AC unit upstairs quit working. We knew about AirPro Master becuase American Home Shield (warranty company) arranged for another company to come out, but that company couldn't accommodate an immovable event on our calendar. I got the warranty company to give me another number at random and they sent AirPro. Air Pro's dispatch understood my situation and immediately had a tech out. That tech (Rob?) was so professional, knowledgeable and nice to work with. It was a simple fix and he educated us about it. He clearly liked working for the company too.So, when we decided to move ahead with replacing the HVAC, AirPro was automatically on the list. Ed Barrera, the sales manager, came out and talked to us for quite some time - I deal with contractors a lot professionally, and have a pretty sensitive BS meter. After that conversation, I had such a good impression I didn't really want to talk to other companies. However, for such a big purchase we had to do some due diligence. My husband and I spoke with other companies and did a ton of research into the options Ed presented to us. Though AirPro was a little more expensive than another firm from whom we got a proposal, we felt so confident in Ed (and again, had had such a good experience with the tech) that we thought it was the best choice.We were not wrong! Air Pro Master scheduled us right away. We were also able to take advantage of a promotion for a new water heater to replace the 15 yr old unit. There were a few minor issues with the HVAC installation - condensate pipe came unseated after a few days where it was tacked on the eave, some minor litter, and some minor tar spatter on the stucco - and a minor issue related to iron staining in the driveway associated with the water heater replacement. I called Ed - he took my concerns seriously and a crew was on site the same day I called to address the concerns!!! I mainly wanted him to know about these issues as they are coaching opportunities for a crew. Not only did the crew (led by Mike) address my concerns but they also went above and beyond to look for other issues that I might not have noticed. They took me seriously and were very professional.This is long and detailed but in my book - stuff happens, it's how you deal with that is important; and integrity is something you can't put a price on. I cannot recommend AirPro Master highly enough. I love being cool with a nice quiet AC and having the peace of mind that if something happens, I can count on Ed and his people to take care of me. Wish I could give 10 stars!!

01/04/2023 - Fernando from Air Pro Master came out and installed the faucet along with the angle stop, work was completed in under an hour. We are now able to turn on the water to the house and leave it on. Thank you for all the help, we do appreciate it. Revising review.01/03/2023 - Tim, manager of Air Pro Master called me to inform that he was sending a person out to fix what was promised and agreed to from American Home Shield. He apologized and said that none of this should have happened.On 12/03/2022, American Home Shield assigned Air Pro Masterto perform work for the home warranty regarding a leak at the bathroom sink. The ticket with American Home Shield was closed almost immediately, even before a technician came out to estimate the repair. The company claimed they didn't understand why the ticket was closed as complete. We needed leak at the bathroom sink addressed as the angle stop and the faucet were both leaking. The first technician recommended a replacement faucet along with a leaking angle stop, which was authorized by American Home Shield to proceed with the repair. Almost 1 month later, the faucet that was authorized to be replaced by the home warranty company still hasn't been replaced nor the angle stop. The second technician named Chris was sent out today, 01/02/2023. Chris said that the angle stop or the faucet doesn't need to be replaced, and the problem was a leak between the sink and the faucet which he claims to have addressed. My statement to Chris was the person prior, Daniel recommended the replacement. Chis responded, well that is part of the reason he has been fired from the company. The angle stop and faucet are still leaking. Both items, angle stop and faucet were authorized for repair, but Air Pro Master refuses to complete the work and told us they will not be returning. The water has to remain shut off, to prevent further damage to the wall, as the angle stop underneath was never repaired.

they dont deserved this one star! ac tech went to my house , he was on a rush to check whats going on, the AC is cooling but its very weak that the second floor is hot, hes diagnosis was ac balancing issue, he didnt do anything to fix, he said that cleaning the airduct will help. I lived in this house for 6 yrs so i know the difference if my ac is working or not , I paid $1000 to a different company to clean the duct but still having same problem, called air pro master for a recall to aend someone to recheck the problem, but the front desk lady and the manager was rude and very unhelfpul, she said theres nothing they can do to help with my problem. I told them i paid out of my pocket to a different company to diagnose the problem, which they find out there is a blocked in the duct thats why were not getting enoug air. im told them about this and asking to send a different technician, but she was so rude she said that since i paid out of pocket to a different compat I should have paid them also to fix it!! this is companay is useless!! dont ever use this company. !!! goodluck to all of you in air pro master!!!

Would have been 5 stars but had the first tech come out then realize it's a second floor AC then mumbled I'm not going up there then proceeded to tell me he bent the bar holding his ladder so he can't get the ladder out. Said he would go back to the office and swap vehicles. He arrived at 9:45am and disappeared after that. I called and spoke to someone who said she didn't know where his tech was and they don't keep track of them... which I thought strange because when I called earlier that morning the Ms I spoke with said oh yea I can see he's on his way. Implying they do track them. At about 12:30 ish the second guy showed up. Nice guy , fixed everything within an hour. I recommend him 100% if they work on the customer service they would be an amazing company. Glad to have AC again.

This is the absolute worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot being that I am a real estate agent and property manager for 20+ years. Air Pro Masters was assigned to me by American Home Shield when I placed a work order for my client because a kitchen sink faucet spout was not moving properly. I received a notification from the home warranty company that the repair had been completed the day before anyone from Air Pro Masters even looked at the problem. They then tightened up the faucet to the point that it would not move to either side of the sink at all. They also told the home warranty company that there was no mechanical malfunction even though the faucet clearly wasn't working properly. I placed another request with the home warranty company and they were reassigned to come back out. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks and called in to see why. They told me that the work order had been cancelled because there was no mechanical failure. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold until they closed. I have spent hours on hold and have resorted to writing this review instead. I have videos supporting the malfunction if someone from Air Pro Master would care to make things right. I would be happy to adjust my review if this happened. Otherwise, my clients are out $100 dollars and are worse off than before this company arrived.

The two man crew arrived promptly at 8:30 AM and knocked on my door. I met them outside, got up on a step ladder and pointed out the problem: A too-short condensation drain pipe from the New A/C. Once I explained the problem, the guys promptly got to work and solved the problem by extending the drain line.This little remediation job will save me from having to replace rotted fascia boards, composite roof tiles and it's underlayment.The crew was in and out in 1/2 an hour. My A/C condensation line drains properly.Job well done!

I have been working in this lovely city for 15+ years as a property manager for single family, apartment, and manufactured homes. I have worked with over 100 vendors and we all know some are good and some are so good. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! It starts and ends with the the unprofessional of the female who answered the phone. She lack professionalism and has the worst customer service I have experienced with any vendor! The lady lacks the ability to professionally answer a question. She responded is disrespectful, condensing, and rude. When I asked to speak to office manager or supervisor she responded ummm no, goodbye! And hung up the phone.If this was an employee within my company, she would be terminated immediately. If she cannot answer if I will recieved notice before someone arrive or not in a professional manner then don't work. This was a warranty call from American Shield. I called American shield to raise a written complaint and in reply I was informed this isn't the first complaint we recieved. Not surprising that this isn't the only complaint regarding the same rude lady. Sadly this company may have no idea what's going on as she doesn't allow you to speak to management or supervisor. I see great reviews but regarding the work the technicians done. I would investigate thoroughly if it was my company. There are other companies much more professional such as got plumbing.

During the hot summer months in this city… You need air condition. But not just any air condition, properly running air condition because it's hot and you don't want to pay an arm and a leg to your electricity provider if you have an inefficient running machine.
Air Pro Master came out and tuned up our AC units. The employee was extremely professional, friendly and helpful.Oh and very reasonably priced! I don't think you'll find anyone else out there as affordable and professional as Them.
HIGHLY recommend calling Air Pro for all your air conditioning needs!

The people at Air Pro Master did an absolutely fantastic job of helping my family and I save money and cut our air conditioning and water purification bills in half. Prior to hearing about Air Pro Master, we had three outdated air conditioning units and an old water purification system, all of which were very noisy and required a lot of power to operate, making them costly to use and maintain. Of all the business in town, we received the best quote from Air Pro Master, and their team of professionals was able to install brand-new and highly cost-effective air conditioning units and water purification systems in a very short amount of time, making our bills much cheaper and our experiences much better. If I could give >0 I would. Horrible customer service! I had made an appointment on Monday, they couldn't see me until Thursday between 2p and 6p waiting on Thursday and no one showed nor called. When I call the office at 5:03p was greeted with a recording telling me the office hours are 8a to 5p. How are you going to have techs out after closing and not call your customers to give them an update? When I called the next day when the opened I was placed on hold for 20min! When I finally talked with someone they told me oh when we realized the technician was down it was already after buissnes hours Are you kidding me? Nobody has contact with their employees or customers after 5? And not a single person before 5 could see how many call/appointments were left to update these people? Kitchen sink was down for 4 days and the person on the phone didnt care one little bit. All she could do was tell me they would have someone out between 1p and 6p. Considering I was screwed the day before should I have been 1 of the first people in the list?

I have nothing bad to say about the performance of plumbers or the quality of the parts and service. It's the person who answers the phone. She always says, Hello, please hold. I've never called and had her say, Hello may I help you? I've held for between 15 to 20 minutes and once it was just to get a phone number to another department. And if you don't talk fast enough when she finally gets back she puts you on hold again. I have to hear the commercial about Fred & Mary's hard water problem on loop. You know you've held long when you can say the commercial verbatim! Air Pro please get more phone help. Hold times are long and your phone person is abrupt. The first experience is with the person who answers calls and I just wonder how much business you lost from people who got tired of waiting.

They came in under their program with NV Energy for my FREE duct inspection. They checked the ducts and they fixed two big leaks and now my house gets warmer and they said I can save up to 30% on my NV Energy bill. Woooowhooo!!!!! They also told me that they will come back out in about April and they will check out my A/C unit and cut that bill by 30% too. I'm very pleased. They were knowledgeable and courteous! Way to go Air Pro Master!

I woke up today and the heat was broken. I called my warranty company and they sent Air Pro Master. They showed up within a few hours of placing the order with the warranty company. Josh D showed up and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and thoroughly explained the cause of the issue. He also answered a few other questions for me in regards to HVAC and general maintenance of the AC units. He was very respectful and professional.

I had a horrible experience with this company. They're costume service is rude and they lied. The guy that came to my house was supposed to do a hydro jet and he came with a 50 feet snake and my line goes out 112 feet. My husband had to help him because he did not know what side of the pipe he should go.They wrote a report to the insurance that the problem was in the street and the insurance wanted to cancel the coverage. After the City came to checked the problem they saw that it was in my property and the insurance sent the same company again. They did not show up 2 times and finally the 3rd time they promised that they would be here at 9:00 am. It was 12:00 and nobody came. I called them back and they said they were in their way and the technician got here at 1:00 pm with what they called a hydro jet. The hose was broken and they had to used my. I did not heard any Jets and it was water sprinklers coming out of the hose. They did not solve the problem and I'm without a plumbing for over a week now. They're incompetent and I don't give them any stars. I had to press one to write this.

This company is the worst repair company I have ever dealt with! A service technician came out to my home to repair a leak and did not repair it properly. The leak started again the same day. Henry who claims to be the manager refused to send someone out again gave me the solution of turning off my water until the next day. We are in the middle of pandemic, who would turn off their water at such a time? Now there is water damage to my wall and this company does not want to be accountable! They however have no clue of who they have just messed with they have not heard the last of me!

I placed a call to my home warranty when my A/C broke and was worried when Air ProMaster was assigned due to the plethora of bad reviews. But the technician showed up in time and his assessment of the problem was fairly accurate. He clearly explained to me what the process entailed and the time-frame involved. They eventually replaced the broken unit within the time-frame they gave me and I am pleasantly surprised with their great service.

Edwin is a good technician.The prices they charged me we're good. The only thing I wasn't happy with is noncommunication. If you set an appointment up with a customer between 9am and 1:pm, and your not going to make it, or the part didn't come in...call and tell them so they don't waste an entire day waiting on you. People have lives! They work, they have appointments, its called common courtesy! I'd give them a 5 stars for everything except respect of their customers, and for that, I would not use them again. Edwin however...was great!

Anthony had his face mask 😷 on social distancing and showed me everything about my A/C plus checked the air filter and temperature coming out of the vents . Zero stars. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. The contractor they sent for a home warranty claim spent a few minutes trying to snake a clog, swore a bunch, and left saying he needed to talk to our warranty company. Next thing we know the company is saying it needs to be cleared via a roof vent and paid out of pocket. No clear attempt to do anything else or explain why they can't clear it another way. Just a money grab. Wouldn't recommend them to turn off a faucet.

Horrible experience right before Christmas. These people are scam artists. This company held us ransom for close to $900 even though our home warranty company agreed to pay the full amount for the replacement of our water heater. They were rude on the phone and told us that if we did not pay the extra money they would not come out and do the replacement. We were stuck because our warranty company is contracted with Air Pro Masters and nobody else. At first we were told that extra fees were for a new pan, new lines, earthquake straps, some work to be performed to bring it to code, along with permits and some other items. A written estimate was provided and the warranty company even arranged to have the water heater provided (brand agreed to was Bradford/White). After an very uncomfortable back and forth on the phone we arranged for the installation but were told we had to pay in advance or they would not come out. How odd is that? They discounted the fees to $550 and stated what was included even though none of it made sense after speaking with several other plumbing companies. Anyway, once the plumber arrived he hand wrote a blank invoice for the agreed price and insisted we pay cash up front before he began. If we did not he said he was going to leave. The invoice did not contain any of the previous agreed items (earthquake straps, pan, permits...etc...) it was completely blank. He then took my money and proceeded to install an inferior brand product and none of the items they said they were going to provide originally. Bait, switch, threaten, and scam! That was our experience. What a crooked organization!

I had the misfortune of having this company service my home through my home warranty company. My water heater Was feeling and so they'd send a technician out. It was discovered that my water heater needed a replacement part. The technician that came out however replace the parts and failed to check whether my water heater would still work after replacing the part. Commonsense stuff I would think. Not only that he also left without finishing the job And not only did he leave me with cold water. He left me with no water because he failed to turn the pump on again. This is simply unacceptable and unprofessional. How does someone leave a job without checking that it is done correctly and working And leave leaves it worse off than when he arrives? I also called the emergency number, and guess what I hope you're not dying of an amount emergency actually hits you. They are unresponsive and nothing is diligent an urgent to them. I have an infant and a senior in my home and they do not care. Imagine your grandma or your infant having to be an ice cold water in this weather. Please avoid them I would never recommend this company again and I will relay that information over to my home warranty.

If you own rental properties, do not use this company. They terrible at communication! Going on 3 weeks to fix a slow drip leak from an upstairs shower, I finally had to fire them and hire a real plumber to go out and get the job done for my tenants. The technician does not communicate with me. When I call the office, I must go through office workers who know nothing. That’s right, I HAVE TO CALL THEM. They don’t communicate with my water damage remediation company or my drywall repair company. Yes, you will have to hire them separately because Air Pro Masters “technicians” (lol) are too good to do that kind of work. Or, even have sub-contractors or other contractors they work with. They are not interested in getting the job done quickly and efficiently, even though I am more than willing to pay for the work. They seem to be professionals at going out to the property and finding any reason NOT do the work. If I treated my clients the same way, I would be out of business. Stay away from this one!

Also they will lie to you and try to scare you that you equipment will never be the same unless they fix it(*no other company can do the same job they can). They have a very bad business model.Hello, I see that there is a owner responses to reviews here. I am writing in hopes of receiving a response from the owner. I am currently working with your company to have a hot water heater replaced through home warranty. The warranty is covering the replacement, but out of pocket it is going to cost me 2,045 dollars. One of the cost is vent modifications which is 850 due to the vent is not to code. Another is water line modification due to not to code that is 450, Temperature and pressure modification due to not to code 250 dollars, and code and upgrade for lines another 250. Im not sure why the technician is saying none of it is up to code. he only checked the b-vent in the garage never went to the attic. The water line are hooked up with flex cooper to the main line coming from the wall. Im hoping your company can work with me on a better price to get this job done. Is it possible to have a senior technician come and look to verify and give second opinion to original quote?

The technician called to say he was on the way over to my house, and he asked me what my air conditioner was doing? Air pro masters came out through American home shield, my home warranty company, to drain the condensation line on my air conditioner which the insurance covered. They were not nice to me in addition to the insurance they wanted 1800 dollars. They kept pushing me to purchase a new air conditioner unit and had different people call me to make the sale. I told them i was almost 80 years old and did not have money to buy it. The last call i received was from Christina at Air pro masters. She told me they recommended i purchase a new unit. If i wanted to just do the repair i would have to pay them 3,000 dollars in addition to the insurance. If i didn't want that then find someone else. American home shield offered to cash me out and find my own contractor which i did. It was completed in a few days and i am very happy. I would never allow Air pro masters in or near my home. They were terrible and after weeks of pressuring me for money they never fixed the air conditioning.

Be aware of this company. I called American Home Insurance for a kitchen faucet leak and they set me up with Airpro Master. I called Airpro Master to set up the visit and they informed they'd a video call so they could see the problem and cone to my house with the parts needed. In the day we scheduled the call they saw the faucet and said they couldn't do it. OK. I waited 3 days and they couldn't do it, very inconvenient but the worst is they KEPT the money even not coming to my house and even ONLY saying by video they couldn't do anything. I called American home Insurance and they tried to contact Airpro Master and they insisted in keep the fee.This company is totally unprofessional.

Air Pro Master lived up to it’s reputation as a class A+ 5 Star HVAC repair service. Both technicians that responded on separate visits were very knowledgeable, professional, and very hard working; and this was when the outside temperature they were working in was 110 degrees. They very quickly diagnosed the problem with our 20 year old AC equipment and repaired it.

Called Home warranty company after Garbage disposal started leaking. Got Air Pro Master assigned to repair the unit. Received a call from Ashley the next day, who scheduled a repair the following day. Fernando showed up during the time indicated, replaced the garbage disposal within 15 minutes and all was fixed. Air Pro Master is a great company! I call them for air conditioning, andheating maintenance. They check everything, very professional, show up on time or early. I recently returned from an extended vacation and the hot water heater was not getting hot. Fernando found the problem fixed it and did a through flush to remove any sediment.Robert came out the same day as well and checked my air conditioningsystem, has it working like a charm. They had to dismantle and remove the ancient 66 gallon hot water heater, and install the new modern 50 gallon plus booster over a spot that had received leaking water and was rusted as well. And, it had to be hand carried to the second floor. Professional, diligent, and efficient. He also noticed another situation that had gone unnoticed for apparently some period of time. A new claim had to be filed for this, I highly recommend Air Pro for everything that needs to be done in the home.

We moved to Boulder City Nevada in the hottest few months of the Summer. We were only here for a few weeks and our air conditioning started giving us a problem. I called Air Pro and they were out here in a few hours. Told me the AC was very old and had a lot of issues so I told them to give us a new air conditioning unit thinking I bet it's going to take a while to get it and I also was worried about my husband who is not well and would have a hard time with the heat. Well they were out here the next day putting the new unit in and went above and beyond being caring and kind and very professional. If I needed anything to do with heat and AC I would not hesitate for a minute to call them. They were reliable and followed up with me and the manager came personally out to the house to talk to me. I was very impressed and would highly reccomend this business to anyone who needed their services. I was unfortunate to use this company for my plumbing need. I will never use them again! I had a technician named Chris Hernandez to come out from my home warranty company. I had issues with my toilets and kitchen sink faucet. I asked him to tighten my kitchen faucet. He lied and informed me that the faucet needed to be replaced and that he couldn't tighten it. I informed him that I hadn't had it for that long. I thought that it just needed to be tighten. He informed me that he was going to get a new faucet put in. I really thought he knew what he was speaking to since he was suppose to be the professional. Needless to say he never came back to fix my faucet. Nor did he call. He ghost me! Lied and said he was returning in 24 hrs. My faucet only needed to be tightened. He was so unprofessional that he brushed me off. Very rude! I was appalled! I have never had a tech to treat me in such a rude manner. I wouldn't refer this company to a gas station with a busted toilet. These people that are rendering services now are just bad quality people. And I gave this person a tip, and for what!!! His tip should have been to get into another field, and that his attitude SUCKS!. He is a terrible tech. He does a dis- service to this company :/... They get a 1 in rating from me. I do not, nor will I ever reward bad behavior! I am a business owner myself, and provide and take pride in good customer service. It is everything to me. It can make or break your company. Good or bad news can travel fast! Not saying all people at this company are unprofessional. But it can sometimes take only one bad apple to spoil the whole bunch. And then she proceeded to have the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with. I needed a spout for the bathtub changed, a cartridge for the shower changed and the drain changed out. The company was able get me on the schedule fast! They came out on a Saturday for no extra fee. The scheduler was very nice, she had me scheduled lickedy split.My service tech was great! I wish I got his name. He finished the work in less than 30 minutes. He was very courteous, professional and very nice. He seemed very skilled in his job. I would recommend this company and definitely use them again.

The capacitor on my unit was messed up and the company assured me changing that piece wouldn't fix the problem. They recommended replacing the motor ($900 expense) or replacing the whole unit. A few days later I ordered a new capacitor on Amazon for $50 and the unit has been working perfectly for the past 6 weeks. Seems like they are more interested in profit than the customer's best interest.

I have a home warranty and this company was who was called. They were unable to come out and look at the air conditioner that Friday so they scheduled a technician to come out on Saturday. The technician came out for 2 minutes and called the compressor bad. We were unable to get an appointment scheduled until Wednesday between 1-6 pm in 100+ degree heat. Around 830 pm we finally get a call that the technician is on his way out to change the part. The only reason they are receiving 2 stars instead of one is because of the technician being kind enough to still come change the part at that time of night. It was not his fault, it is the poor management of the company and over scheduling of their people that caused our situation.They will also call you and ask you to buy a brand new air conditioner rather than just replace the part that is covered.

We used Air Pro Master through our he warranty to replace our leaking water heater. They were very efficient in reaching out to us and scheduling a time for an inspection. Air Pro Master was on time for their appointment, and efficient again in letting me know the problem and the solution. As soon as our home warranty approved the order they called immediately, which was within 24 hours. They came the very next day and installed our new water heater. Generous 2 stars, because it wasn’t the techs’ fault. Admin had the issue. They rescheduled us 4x and took almost a week to install a new water heater (after having us pay upfront- for service call and parts?!) Rescheduled us for Sat, then cancelled Sat AM, (3rd reschedule) claiming Ferguson’s (the water heater supplier) was closed so they rescheduled us for Monday - making us go nearly a week without hot water. I kept thinking about what she said.(It didn’t make sense.) I called. Fergusons said they were open Sat! Unbelievable!

Had a warrant claim go through them. It was an easy process to set up them going out to do the claim. The only down side was the communication the day of. The technician that was scheduled to come out got stuck on a claim and no one from the community reached out to tell us. So they scheduled him to come between 8am and 1pm for our claim. I called at 1:20pm to see when the technician would be showing up and the lady answered very quickly that he's stuck at the previous service call. (which to me if you could answer that quickly shouldn't you have called to inform the customer??) She told me he said he should be done around 2pm. Didn't get a notification until 3pm that he was heading my way and would be here in 15 minutes. Comes 4:20pm that the technician actually shows up to my house. So I wasted my whole day that I could have been working for most of it. The technician was actually pretty good and worked quickly to resolve the claim. It's just the lack of customer service on the business end that rubbed me the wrong way.

I was assigned air pro master by my home warranty company when my AC went out and could not be more disappointed it took nearly a month to get a leak fixed and a king valve installed and once those things were fix and repaired our AC system was still down so i called to get a second opinion by another local company which came out and found that the king valve that was installed by air pro was not opened causing my system not to cool i am glad i got a second opinion if not who knows how much longer we would have to endure this oven of a house.Also Henry their service manager has no customer service skills when i called asking for a discount because my children and i have been in these horrendous conditions due to his guys not being able to get my system fix he copped an attitude and said he did not have me living in these conditions and undermined the severity of our living conditions and offered what i thought was an unfair amount so i denied it and said i would let anyone that listened know to stay away from air pro master you have been warned.PS.double check your paperwork for work done mine stated that my filter dryer was replaced which come to find out was not.

It is rare to impress me with any home service repair however Air Pro Masters did just that with 2 separate service calls. Beginning with professionals scheduling, with technicians arrived at the specified time, and the professionalism from both techs who repaired both items fast, and extremely important…they cleaned up all debris from repairs. I have just finished discussing my options to have Air Pro Master replace my water heater. I was alarmed to find that they were charging me an additional $460 to complete a job that American Home Shield (my home warranty company) had already paid for. They advised me that I needed a permit for my new water heater which the Clark County only charges $60. Their cost for the permit was $180. Also a price of $100 for disposal of the water heater itself. But I found it there's no charge for sending the water heater to the Clark County Recycling Center. Also I was told that I needed some modification for piping in my house which would cost me another $160. But two years prior to the incident of having my water heater replaced, these modifications were done. And when I denied them the extra cost they immediately advised me to call another company.I'm very concerned that companies like this take advantage of people who are uneducated regarding the replacement of a water heater for their own personal gain. This kind of greed is alarming and evil! If I had been ignorant of such matters, I believe they would have no consience of taking advantage of seniors on limited income. These deceitful and undermining expenses are for the sole purpose of base gain. Being without a water heater for 4 days was not the worst of the matter, it was the lying and deceitfulness that they use to take advantage of my family in a weakened condition. This company hurts our community and our economy! Do not use Airpro! There are other companies available, honorable and honest! I am planning to file a claim with the better business bureau!

We called because we had a leak on the ceiling next to an ac vent. The technician came out and inspected our 2 outdoor units and then went into the attic to check the units up there. He tells us the leak is a plumbing issue and not the ac so he left. Turns out he was right about the leak, however 30 minutes later I realized the upstairs thermostat was completely off when it was working fine before he was here. We called them back and they said they couldn't come back until Monday morning and this was Saturday afternoon. After an evening and night of dealing with the ridiculous heat we called another company Sunday morning and they came out to look at it. Turns out your technician unplugged our upstairs unit when he left the attic. We were thinking of using your company to replace our old units but not anymore.

I want to start by saying this is the first review I've ever written, positive or negative.AirPro Master is the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with.They were referred to us by HSA Home Warranty to repair a leak in our water heater pipe. The leak was minor and there was minimal damage to the base of the water heater when we discovered the damage. The part that AirPro Master used to repair the leak failed and a tiny hole developed in the pipe.This defect, along with the pressure from the water heater, created a mister effect, spraying water along the entire back and side walls of our garage. Because the stream of water was so light, we didn't discover the leak until the wall was so wet that the paint was literally falling off the wall in large sheets. It was only when we went to get our camping gear that we store along that wall did we notice the damage. By the time we found it, the damage was estimated to be in excess of $7000! We called AirPro Master for 8 days straight, trying to speak to someone about our situation. Each day I was told that the manager was working with other customers and would return my call when he could. On the eighth day, I expressed my frustration to the receptionist, Melinda I think was her name, and tried to explain that we were concerned about the possibility of mold developing. Without telling me she was going to do so, she randomly put me on hold several times during our brief conversation, I'm assuming to help other customers, leaving me to wonder if she'd hung up. Finally, I reminded her that we were customers also with a serious concern, and I told her I would hold for the manager until he was done working with other customers. She told me that she could not allow me to hold and tie up the phone line because they were very busy helping other people...and then she actually hung up on me. Reminder...this was on day EIGHT of trying to speak with someone.When we finally heard from Eric, the manager, he said that AirPro Master only guarantees their work, not the parts they use, and because the actual welding was not what failed, they would not cover the damage.On a side note, HSA Home Warranty refused to help also, saying they don't repair secondary damage caused by their contractors.We started with a small leak amounting to less than $50, and AirPro Master left us with extraordinarily rude and unprofessional customer service and over $7000 in repairs.

I've had Air Pro Master over numerous times over the years and I can't recommend them enough. Always on time, very professional and fairly priced. On Monday, my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I called them and a repair technician arrived at my house by the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to me what was wrong (although it all sounded like a foreign language to me). Have to change my review. Shame. Turns out this place is a scam. Basically lazy people just wanting to make a quick buck doing the least work to fix a symptom. Javier was our technician and was not in the best of moods upon arrival. Ended up doing a little snaking and suggesting a $10k plus full ground breaking exercise. Had another local team out today that literally walked around and solved EVERY plumbing problem in the house. Highly recommend avoiding Air Pro Master when there's other hard working real problem solvers all over town.

Yes, I know it's hot and the beginning of the week, but a company that repairs AC units should anticipate the higher volume of calls and increase staffing. I have called 8 times and been put on hold every time. The queue is never less than 4 people and the system hangs up on you after 20 minutes of waiting. Have been unable to talk to a human for 2 days, AC busted and no appointment in sight.

This is a contractor company through my home warranty and I wasn't sure what to expect but not only were they able to get me in the schedule a day earlier than originally quoted (thank goodness because the house was up to 88 degrees!), they also sent an awesome technician, Mason Reed. He was so polite and professional, and was able to solve the problem in about 20 minutes. He explained everything to me as well which I really appreciate as a female homeowner; some techs assume I don't know anything and am not interested in learning but it was really helpful to understand the process. He seemed genuinely excited to share his knowledge too! The scheduling personnel were very polite on the phone as well. All around excellent service and, while I hope I don't have a need for more repairs anytime soon, I'll make sure to request that my home warranty pairs me with Air Pro Master again!

Update: It's been a few years since my initial review and my 25 year old AC unit finally died. I called Air Pro Master and two other companies to get replacement estimates. The price and warranty was best with Air Pro Master so we went with them. Two days later the new unit was installed, they taught us how to use our fancy new thermostat, and left a thank you basket. The install was really fast and their follow up is great. My lower power bill is awesome too! Still highly recommend this company.I came home at 5:30pm on Friday to find that my air conditioner had stopped working and that it was almost 90 degrees in my house. I immediately called my home warranty company and my claim was assigned to Air Pro Master. I called their office at 8:30am Saturday morning and a very nice man (I can't remember his name) told me that he would have someone out before 1:00pm. By 10:15, Gary was up on my roof diagnosing and repairing my AC unit. He said that he had to rewire the condenser because some of the wires were fried. (Or something like that, I don't have the service order in front of me as I write this) When he left at 11:00am, my air conditioner was back up and running. Thanks, Gary!!My experience with this company was great from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them.

The worker came to my house to install 2 smart thermostat and after he leaves AC was not getting cold enough but this was not the problem, the problem was that when we open we could see that instead he unwrap the wires from the old thermostat he just cut them which make the wires very short and plus also did not install the wire for the heat.Making short we pay this guy $320.00 and another company we paid $80.00 to do the right job.Never again

I had an old unit that used R-22 and could not be repaired. Air Pro Master was next to me the entire process. From the diagnosis to the sales guy, all were class act. Showed up on time, delivered as promised. What I liked most is that they were able to finance me, otherwise I would not have been able to get a new unit (I mean, who has $8k laying around...).I did read some of their older reviews and was a bit hesitant but I understand that they work with home warranty and sometimes there are disputes that are out of their hands.Two thumbs up!

As far as I'm concerned they don't even deserve a star!! I'm only giving a star, because I'm forced to for the review. I was required to use this company threw American Home Shield and they replaced my water heater on 9/21/15. Today 7/1/16, I woke up at 4am to a water heater spraying water all over my garage walls, ceiling, personal items inside the garage etc, a complete disaster!! We had a raging river flowing threw our garage@!@#??!! Called AHS and they recommended we go through the manufacturer for replacement. So, we decided to call the Air Pro Masters who actually installed the heater, as they should stand by the product they installed. Oh yeah, they stand by it, but they are going to charge you labor, $150 replacement fee, Permit Fee (which it get / law) or they tell me to call AHS and it will only cost you $75. WHAT??? Sure, I should just call AHS, so I can have my premium go up!! After a horrible morning dealing with this issue, we were forced to call the Manufacturer and they could not understand why the company wouldn't just come out and replace it, because the Manufacturer will cover the majority of the cost. We were forced to use another company, Hawthorne Plumbing, who was gracious enough to come out within 2 hours of our phone call. Now Hawthorne will have to clean up after Air Pro Master, which is completely wrong. After reading several of their comments with regard to other AHS customers, it appears they like to milk AHS customers. They should change their name to AIR PRO SCAMMERS. I wouldn't use these people or recommend them to anyone I know or don't know EVER!!!

My experience with AirProMaster A/C cooling team started with a service call to prepare my systems for the summer. Kevin was the technician. Kevin checked out the systems and explained to me the serious conditions of both of the old units. His recommendation was to replace both A/C's and offered to call Ed, the sales Manager. I set up an appointment with Ed. Ed explained the systems AirProMaster could install and explained the performances between the seer levels and the capabilities. I wanted to think about it overnight and made my decision the next day. The following day installation began and was completed timely. Cesar and Larry worked in the attic with the wind blowing the blown-in installation all over them. They are a great team together. Tyler and Mark cleaned my air ducts and they too are a great team. Another service technician, (so sorry I forgot his name) hooked up the electricity and installed the thermostats. I'm sure he performed many other tasks including returning the next morning to adjust my heater. Everyone of them were friendly, customer oriented, polite, very competent and worked excellent together as a team. They cleaned up each night and left my area spotless. Your company is very fortunate to have such dedicated employees who get along well, work as a team and do the job right. I would recommend all of them should I get asked.

I would not even give them one star but I have to click at least 1 one star to post this review. Incompetent! They were contracted through American Home Shield to come out and diagnose/fix a bad leak under my kitchen sink. The tech took one look and said it was not my sink, it was the water filter system and that's not covered by my home warranty--then promptly walked out. the whole thing took less than 10 minutes. Called another plumber and the leak was indeed coming from my sink--the faucet to be exact. I paid that plumber to fix the problem. Poor service.

Under the kitchen sink I have water damage, pulled everything out from under and it’s all wet! So I called my warranty company and air promaster came out to check. After 10 minutes the technician says, “I can’t recreate the problem” took my service fee and left. Obviously under the sink there’s a leak, I’m not qualified to do the job or I would have! What am I supposed to do? I’m giving a bad review on the fact that the technician didn’t even try to diagnose the problem! I have a young child i have enough to worry about. We recently purchased a home which came with an extended Warranty. I did not put much value on the warranty because I assumed getting repairs complete would be more hassle than result. After 5 months, our garbage disposal stopped working. It made a nasty smell come from the drain and the dishwasher. We called AHS and was directed to AirPro. Made an appointment, and working 48 hours the situation was completely resolved with friendly service and great craftsmanship. We have had some terrible experiences in Vegas. This was one of our best! Thank you!!

Her water heater still had a manufacturer warranty so she was denied so I called them to get a price to install the new one I went and picked up. Air Pro Master was fetched to us by our home warranty company and we could not be happier. Appointment was set up within 2 hours of us filing the claim, the plumber was here 3 hours later. Jose (I think that was his name) was nice, he put on booties over his shoes before I even asked, got under the sink, found the leak and replaced the faucet within 35 minutes (I like to time these things hehe...). In any event, I'd like to thank Air Pro Master for taking care of this issue and would recommend these folks any day.

As promised the technician Antonio arrived in the window I was given when I booked the appointment. He called prior to his arrival with an estimate of when he would arrive. Upon arrival he did a complete inspection of my AC units and asked if he could come inside to test the temperature of the air coming out. He put on foot booties so that he wouldn't track anything in the house. He kept his mask on the entire time he was serving the unit. He explained all of his findings in detail. He wrote everything down on the service request and again went over everything. Antonio was polite and professional. I would recommend AirPro for any AC needs.

I cannot say enough about Air Pro Master. First, Tiersa was so easy to set appointments with, and her follow up was great. Roman I can't praise enough--prompt, efficient, diligent, and great at trouble shooting, even guiding me over the phone when our air conditioner stopped working a fourth time late at night. He truly cares about his clients' comfort, and is very frank and clear in his explanations of what could possibly be causing the issue, and what the fixes for each would be. He also followed up with a call to make sure everything was working correctly (our a/c had a series of issues so he had to come out multiple times). I can't recommend them enough.

Not only that they didn't fix the issue but they also cause a habitability issue!Air Pro Masters were assign by the warranty company to fix the water heater leak. It is a minor leak that started yesterday and the technician said that he can't fixe it until the heater stand won't be repaired which is insane because I highly doubt that in 24 hours because of a minor leak the stand got completely damaged. Moreover, the technician didn't hesitate to recommend me someone who can contact my home insurance to fix the stand. On top of it, he claimed that the whole unit has to be changed. Really?! This is a fairly new home. This guys clearly are trying to extort money from the warranty company and from my insurance company.Moreover, the guy disconnected the water heater completely, and now I have a habitability issue at the property. When I asked him to connect it back as it was, he said that I will have to pay out of pocket to connect the heater back. I did tell him to stop the leak but before and after saying it I emphasized that the hot water should be running. He said that he will fix the leak but he failed to mention that it will stop hot water completely.Just another unethical business that cares only about profit regardless of the consequences.Maybe it had something to do with the fact that it's Saturday evening and the technician didn't feel like working , in this case, change your job if you don't like it or if you don't like your schedule!!!

Beyond terrible, this company is actually unethical and immoral. Through American Home Shield I was put in touch with this company. Their Technician came over, gave me incorrect information; when I went back to him with the correct information I was never able to schedule/confirm an appointment to do the work. I tried many times with both with the technician and the office. So, after over a week, I went back to American Home Shield and they put in a second ticket; with a different company. The work was then done in excellent fashion and time. BUT, amazingly; Air Pro Master a month later billed American Home Shield saying they had actually installed new faucets for me; and charged American Home Shield. Wow, a total lie. Completely unethical. Do NOT do business with this company.

I was referred to this company because of my home warranty on my rental property. I did not have a very good experience with their customer service right from the beginning. To summarize, they are very hard to get ahold of. They placed me on hold for 30 minutes once. I emailed them, they do not reply. They did not communicate with me that they ordered a new water heater until I called my hoa to request a new company that they said they already ordered a water heater. When it finally came to the time of installation I did not hear from them for 10 days that they did not install the water heater and could not because I needed the water to be shut off.

I couldn't program my new thermostat even following directions. Unfortunately, neither could the tech support person you sent. He told me it wasn't programmable! But the instructions said it was. The tech couldn't do it. Fortunately, my tenant was home. He was able to read the directions and get it to the programmable part. Then the tech helped me set up the time and temperature. Came out the day after Labor day...said I needed a compressor. Well, now 6 days without air in Las Vegas. Said the part may be in this Friday...so that will make 10 days. Odd, called American Home Shield and Air Pro Master hasn't called for approval. Don't trust these guys. Oh you can call them and they always takes at least 10 minutes to answer and then they put you on hold. Use somebody else...at least you have been warned. I had to check one star to get this posted. They don't rate a star.

Hot water heater blew on easter Sunday, they had it replaced 2 days later. Very accommodating and Jose, Brad and Eddie provided great service. I am very happy. I used my home warranty, normally I receive average or below average sevice when working with the home warranty, But I was pleasently surprise by Air Pro Master plumbing service😁 You guys are great!

Their dispatchers are awful. They dont seem to care or have any sense of urgency. Vegas is a hot place. When you have small children and elderly exposed to the heat, being rebuffed and hung up on by thier dispatch is very disheartening. I will never go throgh them again. Last year was the same issue and they didnt even replaced the part they were paid to do. Cant be counted on.

AHS contract was assigned for a water heater issue. I was contacted promptly to schedule in the morning and a tech arrived that afternoon. A replacement was needed and was scheduled the next day for the following day. Both techs were very professional and did a great job

In today's world, it is extremely tough in finding an honest repairman ( or company ), that is there to help fix your problem without trying to gouge you for unneeded repairs or add ons to jack up the bill. But I am happy to say that I have finally found a company that is 100% there to help me first and not their wallets and AIR PRO MASTER is the company that puts their customers first and not their profit line.This is the second time I have used AIR PRO MASTER for my HVAC needs and they have been outstanding both times. For this time around my technician was GABRIEL SANTOS and even though I called them for a simple summertime checkup on my AC, he was super friendly, extremely informative and just a truly honest guy.So in conclusion, if you are looking for a great company that will treat you right and make sure you don't spend money on things you don't need, call AIR PRO MASTER and make sure to ask for GABRIEL, a good man with a heart of gold.

I made a claim through my home warranty about a plumbing leak and they were the ones who contracted this company ( apparently they do plumbing in addition to air conditioning which is awesome). The Technician that came was absolutely awesome! He was professional, on time, extremely friendly and explained everything to us so that we could understand. We have had previous plumbers come out and they were rude and stand-offish with an attitude, but Dan was nothing like that. As a matter of fact out of all of the contractors I've had come out since I moved here he is definitely the best! I give it 10 stars!

First let me say the tech that came out was good, he was friendly, professional and on time. Unfortunately he couldn't fix my air condition. I contacted Air Pro Masters for an update, the young lady that took my call was very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I tried to ask her if there was an update on my repair, she quickly and rudely told me to let her finish speaking. So I did, when I again asked if there was an update to when the repair would be completed she rudely stated that her tech was working 14 hours a day and he wouldn't be back to finish my repair. As I can appreciate that her tech is a hard worker, telling me he has a lot on his plate is not my concern nor is it any of my business. I then contacted my Home Warranty company that required me to use Air Pro Masters, they unfortunately connected me with the rude young lady again. And, again she was ready to put her foot in her mouth and be rude. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I will tell everyone I come in contact with how truly unprofessional this company is.

Service with AHS , they provide this company to me, they came to my property twice , they said there has a leak but they not able to find , but still ask me to pay 10 pound refon , that’s 650 dollar out of my pocket , after three months , the refon all gone only has two pounds left , and I have to call AHS to request the other company to fix the leak and pay extra 520 for 8 pounds terrible experience

My ac worked fine I got the yearly maintenance and when they left it didn't work any more. I just paid for a different ac guy too come out n he said it works fine. They left the fuse holder that shuts it off just laying on the roof. I had told them Air pro it quit working when they left but they wouldn't come back without me paying for a service call. Not too happy... The new ac guy put the fuses back in and I have a again. .

I was on vacation in Hawaii and my HVAC unit decided to stop working during the hottest weekend on record. Air Pro was a business I saw with great reviews so I called because everyone else I called weren’t answering (guess they didn’t want money that weekend). They actually picked up and told me they would be at my house same day. They temporarily made a fix to get my roommate through until the next day (Monday) and it was over 90 degrees in the house. They were at my place next day on time and finished installing entire unit within 4 hours. They were on time and in communication with me throughout the process and did the transaction safely through the phone while I was away. Highly recommend their team.

I would strongly advise 'Do NOT use this company'. My home warranty company sent the work order at 10:15 and it was confirmed received by this company at 11 am. I called them and talked with Chersa at 11:05, who should NOT be in a job that requires her speaking to people, said they had nothing from AHG and that it could take 90 minutes to get it. I don't know of an email server, fax machine or pigeon who would take 90 minutes but I relented. I called the home warranty company back and they confirmed that AirPro did indeed have the order and would call me within the hour. I received no call and when I finally called, again, I had to talk to the same horrible person who decided to argue with me and actually told me I was lying and didn’t talk to her already, that she had left me two messages (to a wrong number) and that I should call another company if I wanted service. If you need HVAC in Henderson/Las Vegas I would suggest contacting AMA Air. I called my home warranty company back, they sent the work order to AMA and I when I called them 15 minutes later they were LOVELY and understood that having your home be 90 degrees is unpleasant. Their service rep was very empathetic and had a sense of urgency. Her phone voice was upbeat and positive vs the AirPro woman who talked to me as if I just kicked her puppy.

So, we tried to use AHS warranty over a week and a half ago. They told us we would be contacted by this company called Air Pro Master who would be reaching out to us. NOPE, no calls, text, voicemails or anything of the sort. So, I called Air Pro myself and was prompted to hold for 15 minutes until the recording said I was caller 10 and to continue to hold. One hour later, I was still caller 10. Go figure. I dont believe this company even is in business when they are not calling, responding to free business. Both AHS and this Air pro are not what they seem or they just dont understand customers and business development.

Air Pro Masters came out twice to repair AC but since this third time I can't an answer from Air Pro nor can my Home Warranty company. It is now over a month and my AC isn't fixed, damage to my drywall can't get repaired because AC is STILL leaking in the mean time my house sits at 100 degrees inside. UGH!!! Not happy to say the least!!! If you had asked me over a month ago I would say have said Great Company. but now since I have been put off numerous times with promises from the tech or John the Supervisor calling me back with an estimate or the decision and not getting a call whatsoever.

These people work with my warranty company. By the time you're done you will pay more than if you called your own people. They charged way more, they're a big scam. They find creative ways so that they can make additional money on you.Major attitude when the thing they supposedly fixed should still be under warranty. Two months later they want me to pay another service call to come out to look at what they didn't fix properly to begin with.Just Google air conditioning companies, there's so many other great ones, there's hundreds in the city. I have worked with many many great companies.

This company (David) is honest and I will use them for all maintenance and repairs from now on. I used another company to install two new units on my roof and as soon as the 2 year warranty expired on labor, they told me that a part was leaking and it would be $600 to fix it, on a two year old unit. So instead, I decided to get a second opinion and was told everything is perfect like it just came out of the box. Seriously, I have no problem paying for necessary repairs but, i don't like being lied to. David also took pictures of the work he did and showed me some broken tiles on my roof that are definitely going to need to be repaired. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Air Pro Masters handled our AC issue with great care! Our AC went out at the peak of a heat wave. They had a technician out here that afternoon. It was determined to be a ruptured condenser coil. The replacement part had to come from CA. As soon as the part arrived, it was installed the next morning. Mike did an excellent job of communicating and following up to make sure that we had AC again ASAP. Thanks!

NOT RELIABLE ! Called in home warranty on Thursday because my water heater is leaking on one of my house. They told me that Air Pro Master will replace it. The installer called Saturday, left message , I thought it's already been done only to find out that they did not do it because they are charging more for modification, permit, and disposal. I return the call and talked to a rude dispatcher. Asked for the installer to call me back. Sunday, I called in warranty why the contractor is contacting me, so they called them but no one was answering, left messages. Monday, 4th day with no hot water, still not calling me. I was unhappy of this contractor so I called in another contractor on my own expense. Job finished, cheaper, well done. Now, after 7 days, Air Pro Master called me, Sorry!

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE i have AMERICAN HOME SHIELD WARRANTY i told them i was hearing a noise on my a/c in upstairs room tech came to the house had a terrible attitude he could not find a problem but sugested to replace filters and in his work order put that he replaced capacitors and i called company air pro master to complaint that problem its not fixed, they told me that my insurance company dont cover any kind of noise, but they did change the capacitors to bill AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. if they dont caver that kind of repairs why send somebody to check problem if thats not covered .....this is just to add to there reviews that they are terrible techs

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.If i could give a ZERO star, i would!Absolutely horrible service! They don't know what they are doing and stole the newly installed thermostat without telling us.We needed new thermostats. They sent us workers, and they wired incorrectly and popped fuses multiple times, and told us our circuit board fried. And told us to make another appointment to install the circuit board.... Find out with other company that they just did it wrong.They initially told us they would install two google nest for $150. But they changed their mind and charged us $300.My husband spoke with the representative, and their service was just horrible as well. She said, I don't need to argue with you. Just talk to my manager., when my husband just needed to explain what was happening.

Had a work order through my home warranty company, with this business. It was a headache and a half to get ahold of them. Save yourself the trouble and just press 1 for dispatch. Elsewise, nobody will call you back. They will say they called you, but, they never will. I guess business must be so good, lying must be an acceptable business practice. In any court, I can prove they did not!!!! No calls AND no voicemails, Air Pro Masters! I had to have my home warranty company call them. It took the poor lady 15 minutes yo get ahold of anyone. Then....eventually... when it was finally scheduled for service. The technician bob, who came out... had me sign a document for him coming out and assesing the issue with my water heater. He went to grab tools and etc. Well, after offering him a drink due to the hot weather and giving him a lemonade to go. He added $800 worth of additional services to the document I signed. Didnt bother to advise me of this change to that document!!! When I spoke to my home warranty company, needless to say I was shocked! Lesson learned. However, when I called back, the person I spoke to said tjis was a normal business practice and it was how things are done! I told him of the issue with the signature and he said tjats how they do things and its normal business. When I asked about the new charges and why. He just said immediately, that it wasnt up to code. He wasnt Bob, he had a different voice. So, how did he know this? This begs the question, even to pull up a file that quickly as he answered it was highly shady and highly suspicious. As for the person I spoke to over the phone. I will pray for you and your insulting tone, as well as your bad buisness practices. I was calling to negotiate terms that seemed wrong and unjust and you immediately became rude and unflenching. Despite being wrong and having no knowledge of my particular situation.

Great Customer Service! J.J. at Air Pro was great. He was very knowledgeable of the repair needed- replaced valve under the sink to restore hot water pressure- and resolved the issue quickly. I just had a horrible experience with Air Pro Master. My first time using them. Their Customer Service department is sarcastic and condescending. I spoke to a male employee that they transferred me to express my concern and the entire time he was sarcastic and kept asking me if I was going to pay the charge and that I still had to pay the bill. He never listened to my concern and just kept saying I'm sorry. I had a regular maintenance done on my air conditioners and was charged $98 for 2 air conditioners. The technician did not explain the detail of the service and made us believe that there was going to be a deep cleaning and not just a water hose spray and recommendations. No action was done. Will never use this company again.

I first would like to say my review of this company is 100% honest and what I’ve been having to deal with. First off their ac tech repair workers are very friendly. However their desk associate is very unprofessional and rude. My mom and I were at the grocery store right across the street for an emergency to pick up of important things and the lady called us saying in these exact words “ if your not there in 2 minutes my technician is going to leave.” The front desk lady also lied saying the technician called us. We looked in the phone history we had no calls. Then we and the home insurance is paying them over $1,000.00 for a repair it’s been over 2 weeks already and still no repair. Anytime we call they are very rude and disrespectful. There’s a heat wave going on, I have an elder mother, 2 small pets, and my 2 kids are having heat related illnesses. My daughter was hospitalized the other day. We have no where to go and it’s been past 2 weeks now. All these 4 , 5 star reviews obviously are happy yet I find shocking because the company itself is horrible. I’m sure these good reviews are either paid for, asked for, or they are actual employees with the company . However my review is HONEST and TRUTHFUL. This is unacceptable and our health is at risk because of this company. I do not recommend them at all. If I could give a 0 star review I would. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. My children’s lives, elder mother, pets & my life are at high risk.

The people at Air Pro Master did an absolutely fantastic job of helping my family and I save money and cut our air conditioning and water purification bills in half. Prior to hearing about Air Pro Master, we had three outdated air conditioning units and an old water purification system, all of which were very noisy and required a lot of power to operate, making them costly to use and maintain. Of all the business in town, we received the best quote from Air Pro Master, and their team of professionals was able to install brand-new and highly cost-effective air conditioning units and water purification systems in a very short amount of time, making our bills much cheaper and our experiences much better. We couldn’t be more thankful for the service provided to us by Air Pro Master!

All I have to say is that, Mr.Gustavo did a wonderful job taking care of replacing my hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. These guys were sent by my home warranty company to repair my ac. I didn’t expect much because last time around the company they sent was pretty useless.In any event, Anthony from Air Pro came. Was quick to diagnose. Quick to repair. Real pleasure doing business with.Next time I’m going to request Air Pro Master and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

AC check up was fast thorough and even unclogged the primary drain from outside. Gave me reassurance my AC system was “ok” for the summer. Would have liked to have a report, pictures summary of the check up documented - a little more than “everything looks good” as the tech is going to his truck —thus the reason for 4 starsAlso in doing my research prior to submitting the request with the home owner warranty company I thought the technician would check the compressor or coils in the attic as part of this service, the vents air flow or cooling temp ? The only thing included for the $100 service fee was the outside AC unit checked I’ll prob just book and pay more for a more thorough annual checkup in the future.

REALLY! Cannot give this place any stars. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SUBMIT A FALSE REPORT to American Home Warranty (AHW). The tech was shown that water was NOT coming out of the faucet and said NOTHING about this issue in their report to AHW! INSTEAD THEY REPORTED THERE WERE NO PLUMBING ISSUES!! I also called them for an estimate in the past and their estimate was high compared to other contractors. SO WHEN YOU GET THEIR MEASLY FLIER IN THE MAIL, GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY with the knowledge that there are plenty of other companies to go to for better service and more reasonable PRICING!!

Called for a issue with my AC on Saturday. Appointment scheduled for Monday between 1-6. Technician was late. Inadequately diagnosed the problem and left leaving me with the same issue. Same technician returned the following day and indicated he couldn’t do repairs, a senior technician would be needed.Day three the senior technician arrived (late) and indicated he couldn’t access the unit the ducts would have to be removed and would call back with an estimate.I called another company before the door closed. 30 minutes later the other company arrived and 30 minutes after arrival the problem was resolved.

Do NOT use this company. I had a bad experience with the tech who was impatient and rude when I questioned the service charge and wanted to confirm the coverage. He left abruptly. I got two calls from Christina (spelling?) with Air Pro Master Customer Relations. When I explained the encounter and said that I do not appreciate when people like him are rude to a woman in their home she interrupted me and said she didn't feel comfortable with that statement and hung up on me. I can honestly say I have never been treated by a company like this in my life. VERY unprofessional! I would never use them again.

We've had Air Pro Master out several times for various issues and they are always professional, courteous, and timely in their response. Recently our hot water heater was not working & there was water leaking out of it. They came out right away & got the water leak stopped (over a holiday weekend). 2 days later they replaced the water heater. Every tech we've had contact with is excellent.

What a terrible company. American home shield is also a terrible company that air pro has a relationship with. After 4 days of having no AC these two companies couldn’t get it together to service my 80 YEAR OLD FATHER-IN-LAW, so I called them directly. The witch on the phone was rude and nasty, and after I realized it was looking unlikely that these two companies were going to work together to get his AC fixed. I just asked to make an appointment directly with them. I was desperate to help my father-in-law, which she couldn’t care less about. She said she would have the OTHER department call me. Well they never did. If they don’t want to do business with AHS or even customers of AHS, they should end their relationship with them and not keep customers in limbo like this. They probably like keeping their options open when business isn’t as good as it is in 115 degree weather. Luckily I decided to look through my father-in-law’s paperwork and found One Hour AC and it turns out his unit was covered under warranty and they came out within a couple of hours an fixed it in five minutes FOR FREE. I tried calling air pro back to tell them I didn’t need them but was on hold for 20 minutes and just hung up. And again they NEVER CALLED like they said they would. Go with ONE HOUR AC!!!! They were awesome AND KIND!!! Not like the heartless, nasty people at air pro masters

They came to my house to “diagnose” after already knowing what the problem was. Called the number and received attitude and abysmal customer service when attempting to figure out a solution. Living in Las Vegas in the summer requires AC. This company is ill prepared to fix units in a timely manner. Go ELSEWHERE.

Terrible experience. Worst ever from a company. Never would have thought we would have to go through this. Agreed to do work from warranty company then day work is supposed to be done it is denied due to company not having an understanding of how work is supposed to be done. Work was approved then disapproved day of appointment. Do not hire this company for any type of work. I never leave reviews this is the only way to hold a company accountable for their actions.

I had AC work done before on my 2 roof units, and other companies tried tontell me the units needed this or that or total replacement... The tech from Air Pro Master did not try to upsell and told me that the units were working fine and should be good for a while longer. He did tell me I was low on refrigerant for one unit, but suggested I go through my warranty company for a lower out of pocket cost. Great advice!

Our AC went out late in the afternoon yesterday where temps were reaching 100. We called and they said they would send someone out by 7:30p. The technician Justis was there to do the entire job in 40 minutes. He was clean, courteous, efficient and a real gentleman. Veronica in the office was very, very helpful. Not only would I use Air Pro Master again, but I would highly recommend them to anyone. In the past I've used other AC companies who were good, but Air Pro Master was great...I would rate them 5 Stars. I'm not a paid spokesman, just a very satisfied customer.

They are by far the worst and incapable company I have came across in quite awhile. The dispatcher was very abrasive, patronizing and plain rude. When all I was trying to find out is why the driver was already an hour late , and he was pushing back the time frame yet again. I urge you all to be diligent in your search for a good plumber , because air pro master is bottom of the barrel when it comes to Las Vegas plumbers.

Great experience. Our central AC unit stopped working around sunset. It had been 110 degrees the day before and 108 when it went out so we were concerned and wanted it dealt with right away. I contacted our home warranty company and was referred to Air Pro Master. I contacted them as soon as they opened the next morning and was given an appointment window that day.Technician Robert arrived during that window and got right to work diagnosing the issue. He was professional and friendly It was well over 105 while he worked on our unit, 99 degrees indoors. Within one half hour (or less) Robert had located a bad capacitor. He had one on his truck and swapped it out. He got it working. He also did a quick overview of the system and made some simple suggestions to keep the AC working.I am very pleased with Air Pro Master and Robert and would recommend both.

I recently received a new HVAC Unit (split unit) and received a new hot water heater with it for free by taking advantage of a special they had. The hot water heater was placed with all of the appropriate safety requirements (which I previously did not have) in a very timely manner. Brad was very knowledgeable and proficient with the installation of the new unit. Adam and Caesar installed the new HVAC Unit and demonstrated the same knowledge and proficiency with the installation of my HVAC unit and thermostat. All three men were very courteous, respectful and neat and cleaned their prospective job areas and took the old units. I could not be happier with the service I received from the technicians that were sent by Air Pro Master. Best Customer Service!!I

Alexande came out fixed a capacitor on a/c but had to recall them back out because it kept blowing hot and then cold. He came out checked the fans were running and said it was fine and left! Still not fixed.!

We had a water leak and the water to our home had to be cut off. We called Air Pro Master and they were booked solid, nothing available until the next day. My husband could not turn the water on because the leak was bad. Air Pro Master's called us back and arranged for someone to come to our home, by the end of the day. I was grateful, I have children and and elderly person living in my home and could not figure out how we were going to make it with no water. The plumber was professional, very knowledgeable and polite. I recommend this company to all of Las Vegas, thank you.

Service to install a water heater took much longer than anyone expected. The technician was good at his job but I was also expecting him to install new equipment which did not happen because the overflow tank was in the water heater so it was just a water heater installation. I'd like to still get an itemized receipt of the services that were provided and I'm still waiting on that. I was hoping that everything would be handled in a very professional and perfect and imperfect way but they were still hiccups

I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!! I have been unable to get a response back regarding an open order to fix my Air Conditioning Unit, this has been going on for over a week and three days prior to that which was a weekend plus the first Monday of the week. This company came out on a Tuesday the representative was very knowledgeable but for the rest of the company SUCKS. HOME WARRANTY SAYS THEY ARE WAITING FOR A REPORT FROM AC PRO COMPANY TO DISPATCH SOMEONE OUT TO COMPLETE THE JOB. Have been put on hold for extremely long times to speak to representative. 😡😡

The email I sent to their customer service explains it all:Hello,My appointment with American Home Shield was rescheduled from 8am-1pm today to 1pm-6pm tonight. I received a text from dispatchme that the driver was on the way. Approximately 20 mins after receiving that text, I called the office number for Air Pro Master to get an ETA as I need to lock my pets up for everyone's safety.The phone led me to an emergency services line. The woman that answered was quite rude. I asked for an ETA and she basically told me I don't know with an attitude saying this is an emergency line like I should have known better than to ask her. She said if I click the address in the text notifying me the driver was on the way i'd be able to see his location. This was not true.I watched out the window. The van arrived, i went down stairs to lock my dogs up and answer the door. In that time I did not hear a knock at the door nor receive a phone call as your dispatcher told American Home Shield. I have phone records to prove this.I called the Air Pro Master number again. The same woman answered and again, was quite rude and told me i'd have to wait until Monday. This is unacceptable.I am totally dissatisfied with your service. I have filed a vendor complaint with American Home Shield and I will not be referring business to you.

This week we had a non-draining kitchen sink; the first plumbers Air ProMaster said they couldn't rotoroot the pipes and recommended we open the dry wall and clean out the pipes by the kitchen.Luckily, we asked for a second opinion and they were able to clean out the s-curve under the sink and the problem is solved. Saved us potentially a thousand dollars or more, plus the time and headache of repairing drywall / painting.Sometimes it is good to pause and reassess the options.

I had requested a service through my home warranty to check the potential leak of a pipe on the side of my home. Air Pro Master was assigned to the issue and dispatched one of their technicians to the site. Although no one was present when the technician took a look, he did fiddle with the irrigation device and then let us know that he needs to check back with the home warranty to check if it was covered. That dusk/evening, we noticed the irrigation turned on as expected, however, it continued to stay on despite turning off the irrigation control. The water continued to run over night, the next day, I had contacted the home warranty and told me the part wasn't covered and to address the irrigation issue, they directly transferred me to Air Pro Master. After telling them my situation, they let me know they need to talk to their manager/supervisor on how to address the situation and get back to me. I never heard anything back. Luckily, I was able to address the situation myself and then hire another contractor to fix the issue. They claimed someone cut the wires of the irrigation unit. Although I can't prove AirProMaster would be responsible for the suspect wires being cut, I can comment on the terrible experience, due to the fact that AirProMaster wasn't able to send someone back to address the worsened leakage situation, which was simply addressed by shutting off the water source to the irrigation unit. All-in-all, terrible customer experience.

Air Pro Master was sent to my home by my HW twice for the same problem. My AC was not working in this 112 degree Vegas weather. David the technician from Air Pro was unable to figure out why it was not working and submitted his report stating it was simply an inefficient system. He intentionally blocked my claim from being covered by reporting that there was no technical malfunction, just inefficient. Immediately i requested HW to send out another company to fix my AC. However; they would only send out the same incompetent company, though I sternly requested for a more qualified competent company. HW refused the request of a more qualified company, and sent me the same incompetent technician David from Air Pro. This time, Not only did David not wear booties in my emaculant home, after being asked to do so, he tracked debris, pepples, dirt, and pieces of grass by my master bed...Master bathroom... And all through 70% of house. There is no reason in any world that he should be in my master bedroom, or master bathroom. Instead of finding the issue, Dave had his company send me two quotes of 9500.00 and 9300.00 for a whole new unit. Meanwhile; HW would not cover this due to the nondescript verbage in the written report that Dave had submitted. He clearly was blocking me from having my claim get covered.That same day, I called Hal Mechanics and Dan came out immediately. He instantly put on booties with out me asking, and with in 2 minutes he determined that the wireing was causing my AC and my heat to run simultaneously. Done! Problem solved in 2 minutes, and under 700.00 for everything to be fixed, as well as only nesseccary parts to be replaced. Furthermore; i was assured that my unit did not need to be replaced.I have a full complete policy; however HW doesnt cover inefficient but they would have covered descript terms such as: wireing, electrical and coil replacements, condenser, and panels. Dont ever use Pro Masters they are cons and a rip off.Thank goodness for honest, knowledgeable, competent people like Dan, from Hal Mechanical.

Our home warranty had us use AirPro to replace our water heater. The first appointment window was 11-3, but did not hear from them until 3:30. I would deduct a half star for that but everything else was great. Amy at the office is very friendly and helpful and the technician who replaced our water heater, Brad, was fast and on time! No complaints with the outcome.

WORST COMPANY EVER! They would not work on a rental property, because it was dirty. They couldn't work like that, they said. True it was a nasty mess, but I would like some AC to work in while I have to clean out the pig stye!! They had horrible customer service. The deserve no stars, in my opinion. Completely unprofessional!!! DO NOT use this company. I was referred to these people from my home warranty. Rafu who works in the billing office is extremely rude and unprofessional. He charged me $199 for what he stated was maintenance on my units. I am the landlord for a few rental properties. Rafu advised that someone would call my tenant to schedule the maintenance. That never happened. A week later when I initiated the call to AirPro to find out what happened, Rafu picks up the phone and after sporadically placing me on hold and interrupting me numerous times, he yells at me and stated Well, there are people on the other line. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he places me on hold for about 5 minutes, comes back on the line and states, thank you for patiently waiting I AM the supervisor, what? This guy makes this business feel like a complete joke. If AirPro Master wants to continue doing business their customer service needs to significantly improve and Rafu needs to GO! He is evidently an emotional wreck and unfit to serve in any supervisory position.

The A/C quit cooling. Air Pro Master was called for repair. Gabriel Santos was the tech that came out to service the unit. He was on time, professional and discovered that inferior products had been used on a prior repair. He was able to fix the problem and put the proper parts for the unit without replacing the compressor. I would highly recommend Gabriel and Air Pro Masters for your A/C issues.

My experience with Air Pro Masters was regarding warranty work. The repair could have been resolved timely but the technician would never return my calls, despite assurances several times from the office staff that he would contact me. Instead the office staff calls, inaccurately relays a partial messages, and when questioned then says I don't know because I'm not a plumber. If Air Pro is going to have office staff call about a repair on behalf of a technician, then they should expect to be held answerable for the statements they make. Air Pro needs to have someone that has the appropriate background call, this way there can be an informed response, not being forced to talk to people who don't even have basic trade skills.

Never ever use this company. Home warranty company assigned me to them. Original guy who came was great. Said he would get a toilet and could get an approval and do it in 30 mins. He was off when I had an appointment. Then some other lazy tech didn’t feel like working and said he couldn’t find a toilet and followed that up my sending a report to my warranty company basically saying my toilet that is leaking all over the floor wasn’t broke after never coming. 7/25 and 7/26/2033 Addendum: removed 4 stars because I called since Shower faucet after 1 1/2 week is use the facet completely pulled out of the wall when I pulled knob for shower. I’ve called and no return call past 2 days., all this is under homeowners warranty, guess they don’t like to do quality work or quality customer service. Waiting still …….. Plumbing, leak in shower, and awful fumes. Excellent diagnosis of problem, replaced shower faucet (flip house shot-tie job in all the fixed and add on). 2yrs into buying this house and one problem after another, but awesome work by Air pro tech. !!!! I would recommend.

The two technicians that came were very friendly and professional. They called when they were on their way per my request. They explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. They were nice to my kids that followed them around while they checked things inside the house. They asked to use our house to clean the coils of our units and even though the hose was unwound and all over our porch when they went to use it, they wound it up properly when they were done. It was a great experience. Even though our property management company hired them to do maintenance on the house we are renting, I will call them when we own our own house in the future.

Use these guys at your own risk! I told the tech from AC Pros Masters that just one room wasn’t getting cold. After inspecting the thermos stat and then going up into the attic the tech informed me that the Zone Box was bad. Said item is hard to find and would cost $2200. I told him ac always worked in the other room which ran off of the same unit/system. I told him I wasn’t ready to pay $2200. System was troubleshot by someone else who identified the damper as bad costing less than $150. Again I say use these guys at your own risk.

Was a great price until I found out that I was being charged for two units. Wish it would have said that in the description, $59 per unit. Not just $59 dollars for tune up. However that was my fault. Was told mother board and gas value needs to be replaced $550. So I called my home warranty and they sent out different company. New company told me only gas valve, motherboard is good. Someone is not very truthful.

We were assigned this company through our home warranty. Last week my heater kept shutting off, the tech came out but, of course, it worked great then. He said if it happened again, to call.Happened again today, called the company and they got the tech out within the hour! He was able to see the error code and fix it. Huge relief that my heat will be working again.Great customer service!!

My Technician installed a beautiful and amazingly functional new kitchen faucet with a pull down sprayer. He also replaced the toilet tank lever. He was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I've used them going back to 2015 for occasional plumbing issues and each time I've received a consistent level of outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Air Pro Master!!

I was a bit concerned with my AC in my home in Las Vegas so I called air pro master. Didn’t want to worry my new-coming tenant so I called air pro first thing in the morning and they sent over a technician the next few hours. Turns out the AC was about to blow out in a matter of time so my warranty company had helped with the coverage and Air Pro did everything in their end and more to keep me happy since I do not reside in the area. Still waiting for our AC to be fixed. We are at day 10 on a 110F heat.The amount of delay caused by approval process through our home warranty and this service company are mind-boggling. Pointing fingers? I will change ratings as soon as my AC is fixed.Update: Day 13Finally the home warranty coordinated with Air Pro Master. The tech revived our AC and pumped a dye on it. We will have temporary AC for these next 2-3 days. After that, they should be able to pinpoint the leak. Hopefully, they don’t need another approval from AHS.Update: Day 17After 4 days of letting the AC run, the tech came back today and discovered 2 leaks and was able to fix it after a few hours. After all the headaches caused by our home warranty the suffering is finally over. Our tech was precise and very knowledgeable of his craft.Time to hunt for a new home warranty company.

Service technicians arrived the next day on both occasions, great first sign. First tech reset breaker and water heater thinking the problem was solved as hot water returned about an hour later.There was no hot water by morning and Air pro worked with my warranty to replace my water heater quickly. Technician arrived on time in the promised window. Friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Annual AC service promised air filter change (not done) and that tech would come in to house and verify unit was cooling to desired temp on thermostat. Also not done. No feedback on unit and any potential or discovered issues. The worst part is he flipped the breaker around to OFF and left it that way! After he left I ran errands and came home to the house being over 80 degrees. When I noticed the unit was not running at all I checked the breaker and switched it and it immediately powered on and started cooling. Thankfully I had seen him switch it and could simply deal with it but I do not understand why he would have done this to the breaker. Won't use them again next year for sure.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY.. THEY WILL MISDIGNOSE YOUR PLUMBING ISSUES SO AHS HOME WARRANTY COMPANY DOESNT HAVE TO PAY OUT....... This company was scheduled out to estimate a couple repairs under AHS home warranty. Now i gotta say.. this is the 1st time an air conditioning company has estimated a job to be repaired with a piece of teflon on a leaking adjustable bolt on a 1 PRV(pressure reducing valve). No way an air conditioning company would estimate a job to be so simply repaired with just a piece of teflon. But since the AHS home warranty company is the one who contracted you out and pays your bills, you go ahead and misdiagnos the problem so the AHS home warranty company so they won't have to pay customer for a proper repair. I bet if we call and ask for the PRV to be replaced not under home warranty, these guys would charge for the whole thing to be replaced and not just a bandaid.

in 10/20, I requested a service for little leaking for my faucet. The tech said he had no part and need to order part to schedule another service. The second scheduled service arrived. He said he was still not able to fix it. He left the faucet disconnected and not in position.Then I got message from my home warranty that my faucet problem was pre-existing condition not covered by warranty policy and need $185 to repair. That was Nov. 4th.I could not accept this result. whole winter, I was using icy water.Today, I finally made phone calls to complain the service. The American Home Shield told me I need to call Air Pro Master. AIr Pro master told me it was out of their warranty period. I need to pay $65 to put it back. The problem is they left my faucet disconnected from hot water and not in position. They should do it right when the tech left from second service.In the past, I used their heating service. The service was poor. I need to use other company to diagnose the problem.Overall, Air Pro Master service is extremely poor. I will never use them again.

This company is a shame, trying to charge me almost $1100 to refill the freon into my ac condenser, which is covered by AHS home warranty. Their freon price is more than doubled comparing to other reputable companies, stay away from these crooks.

I called a few places and came across them from typing air conditioning repair service and found them on Google. Spoke to their front end customer support and had their support team reach out to me. Their rep named Ed showed up and went over my old HVAC system to make sure what was happening to the cooler and heater on the AC unit. After a detail analyzation, they found the blower had failed. I then ordered a new HVAC system. From the initial call, to the rep to the install, its been smooth ever since. They even called me after the installation to make sure how the technicians dealt with me and the new AC install. Love this company. Thank you Ed.

Air Pro has no ethics. They arrive at my place, charge me $75.00 then tell me they can't snake the drain for the toilet unless they put in a clean out drain for $500.00.This clean out is only good for this drain only.In less then 5 minutes, the toilet was removed by us and we snaked it out with a rental power snake. All fixed and working normal. (For the price of a wax ring and snake rental, paid less then the 75)Why a plumbing company who has the tools and the know how would not make a dam effort to do their job and then charge me so they can write on a piece of paper that they can not clear drain unless they install a clean out first is beyond reasonable.Why they want to screw people like this I do not know.Stay away from this company!

The company I work for uses Air Pro for all of its needs when renovation homes in the Vegas Valley, so of course they were the first company I called when I started having issues with BOTH of my units. Customer service was amazing. They were VERY busy the day I called and said they likely wouldn’t get to my house until the evening. About an hour or so after scheduling, I got a call from a tech who thought my AC had gone out completely. He said they would’ve moved me up if that was in fact the case, but it wasn’t. Just a few short hours later I got the text that my techs were on their way. Lucky me, not only did I get an awesome tech, Andrew Popp, but I was lucky to get the GM of the company, Tim Nass to assist. The bad news was that our downstairs unit needed to be replaced. Tim walked me through all of the benefits, including federal assistance, that I would receive from getting a new energy star unit. Trust me, knowing I was about to drop a few thousands dollars made me cringe, but Tim new what he was talking about and all things he assured me happened, including having the new unit installed the next day. Now, let’s get back to Andrew. Not only was he a great tech, but I felt completely comfortable with him coming in and out of our home. He was great with my kiddos and put up with our crazy bulldog, so was a win win. Air Pro will be our go to moving forward. Thank you, Air Pro!

Both of my technicians came on time, actually took the time to take pictures of our unit and explained to us what the problem was. I had Air Pro Master install a water heater. This is a company you would call legally dishonest. I was sent to this company by AHS. My contract allows for replacement of the water heater and all components and parts but this company knows how to circumvent around your insurance contract and gouge you with overpriced parts that your contract doesn’t cover and in some cases you might not need. They don’t send anybody to inspect your water heater they do it all virtually so they estimate how much there gonna charge you without anybody physically looking at your heater. Then when I called for my appointment the lady quoted me a price of 850 dollars and she had no idea what they were charging me for. That’s 850 dollars with insurance. Then she went and asked what there charging me for. 195 dollars for a plumbing permit. Don’t be scammed you can go on citizenaccess.clarkcounty.com and buy and print your certificate for 50 dollars but these scammers charge you 195 for it. 220 dollars for an expansion tank that costs 50 dollars at most that insurance won’t cover cause it’s deemed unnecessary and screws on like a water hose so it takes one minute to install. 135 dollars for waterlines that cost 30 dollars top. 75 dollars for a 20 dollar sediment trap. Then 200 dollars that she didn’t know what they were charging me for. It’s a shame cause this company makes a good amount of money from AHS there’s probably no reason why they have to gouge the customers. I’m cancelling my AHS because I don’t want to have insurance from a company that refers to dishonest businesses like Air Pro Master LLC.

Tony Viola and his partner were the best, My A/C had been replaced and kept freezing up, they came for a service call after three weeks of not working they fixed the problem, I have a newborn at home and it very difficult when it wasn’t working. Came out in July for a shower leak, they told me to caulk the pony wall. Waited for my husband to come home from a deployment to fix it, did not use the shower in my master bathroom until this past weekend and it's still leaking. Air pro said they are not liable even though their contractor misdiagnosed. $1100 deductibles for insurance claims. Will never use this joke of a company again.

My home warranty company chose Air Pro Master to handle my water heater at first I was skeptical because they are an air conditioning company and their 24 service call phone number was full when I called.No need to worry though I was scheduled for diagnosis between 0900-1200 Jose showed up at 0900 spent 15 minutes diagnosed bad tank, disconnected and drained water heater in anticipation of changing it out. I had issues with AHS not wanting to cover service because they insisted water heater was under warranty even though water heater manufacturer clearly states only original purchaser retains warranty which I am not. Not Air Pro Masters fault.Amy squeezed us in the next day between 1 and 6.The next day Jan showed up at 1pm by himself and had the water heater swapped out and up and running by 2pm. Awesome service by everyone associated with Air Pro Master.If only AHS had half the customer service skills I probably would not be paying 500 to replace a water heater they should be covering.

My house required a whole new HVAC system. The A/C and the Furnace were both near death and the A/C was using the old R22 freon. My old furnace barely got me through that freak October freeze, I decided to bite the bullet and overhaul it the whole system. Tony came by to give me an estimate and explained my options and I liked the price what I heard and went with Air Pro Master. Since this was being done in between seasons when no heating or cooling was necessary and not an emergency I had time to choose a convenient date. Due to factors like other work going on at my house that had to be coordinated as well as a rare two day rain storm predicted during my scheduled date, I was forced to change the date and contacted Tony who arranged to have the date moved up to beat the storm and it all worked out perfectly. The installers showed up on time and finished on time, cleaned up well, and there was no unplanned collateral damage considering all of the large parts moving in and out of the house and yard. The attic opening had expected minor damage trying to get the old furnace out and the dry wall guy came out on the day I chose and within the time frame I was told he would, and left the attic opening looking much better than it was previously with new moulding and paint and I'm currently enjoying the new quiet furnace and am looking forward to the new quiet much more efficient A/C next summer.

Have had recurring plumbing problem due to their negligence and to no avail has anyone in authority returned my calls in 3 days. We have an ongoing water leak and is causing more damage after they supposedly fixed the problem the first time. Had walls replaced and paint and trim all redone. Now back to the same problem again as in the beginning. They came out second time ...now know the problem supposedly with only a 10 minute visual inspection and want several thousand to repair.We wanted to talk to the manager or owner as we had many questions. It is so unbelievable that they claim great customer service. How can that be when no one in authority will even return our calls? How long should one wait til other action has to be taken? Thanks to the State Contracters Board and other options available to me 'the consumer' I have no recourse but to pursue all of these options. Absolutely pathetic that a company can be so negligent when it comes to their customer service.

Our Home Warranty service uses these guys and every time we call them the first things out of their mouths are home warranty won't cover that despite the fact in most cases it should, but also they seem to assume we expect free services, no, we don't we just want the problem fixed. They seem adamant to argue before they even get in the door. I had to keep telling him, I really don't care, just help us fix the issue. #1, I plan to ditch home warranty, #2 these guys will be the last ones we call, I'll find someone nicer and less argumentative

Final Update: 3/4/2023My water softener needed replacement so I contacted Tim at Air Pro Masters. Tim came out and 'sold' me on a water conditioning system instead of replacing the water softener (I blame myself for falling for the sales pitch and not doing my normal research). A water conditioner is nothing like a water softener and way more expensive (thousands more). Initially when installed, the system was hooked up backwards and I was getting progressively worse rashes/hives after each shower. We had some sinks/faucets replaced at the same time and each one leaked after install. After multiple return visits, the leaks and water conditioner system were 'fixed'. Not even sure if the system is actually working correctly today though, but at least I don't get the intense hives/rashes anymore! But my skin absolutely HATES it - no matter how much moisturizer I put on, I am still constantly itchy - good times :( I was told the system was guaranteed but after calling when my body was really tripping out (when it was hooked up backwards), I quickly learned that 'guarantee' meant absolutely nothing. I have scheduled the whole system to be removed by another company and have a water softener installed - exactly what I originally asked for and wanted. Overall a bad experience and a VERY expensive lesson for me. Hoping this review helps others to remember: don't fall for sales tactics, do your own research, don't trust any information without verifying things for yourself. I wish I would have never contacted this company again, but that's my mistake, and the only reason for two stars and not one. Lesson learned!!Update 1/5/2023: Tim reached out to me after seeing this review. He was very adamant to make things right and apologetic for the experience. The fact that a business manager takes immediate action after seeing an unfavorable review, shows he values customer feedback and that is the type of business I want to support. I will absolutely contact them when needed in the future.Original post 1/3/2023: I had my water heater replaced on 12/29/2020 but it recently started knocking. I did some research and found it may simply need a flush so I called the installation company. Was told a flush would be $150 but that the problem could be with the anode rods and that would cost an additional $185. When I asked about warranty since the unit is just a few days over two years, I was quoted $1700 to replace. I asked how that was possible since the unit/install was $1150 two years ago and response was prices increased. I understand that everything has increased but a 50% increase seems absurd and false. I called a different company and they are coming out tomorrow to do a diagnostic of the rods and a flush for $49. Also when I asked about cost to replace, it was no where near $1700 (much closer to the Dec 2020 price I paid). I had been happy with this company but if that is their attitude toward repeat customers, I'll just go elsewhere.

I have never been treated so poorly by such a terribly run company. They were contacted through American Home Shield to fix a hot water heater. APM came out the next day to fix the hot water heater. It was determined in 2 minutes the unit need to be replaced, but the tech didn't have a 75 gallon tank on the truck, he would be back tomorrow. We called the next morning to find out when he would be there. We were given the run around for 2 hours. Finally we were told they didn't have a tank and it would have to be ordered. The manager told me that if American Home Shield could provide a tank they would replace it. AMS found a tank the next day, but then APM decided they didn't have any technicians until the following Monday. So no hot water for 6 days, because of their mismanagement. On the original call they could have asked what size the tank was and had it ordered for install. Instead they can't do simple tasks and my family suffered for 6 days with no hot water, boiling water so we could bathe an infant.

My heater gave out on me this week!! My house was freezing! My friend had told me about Air Pro Master and how she’s been with them for years so I called them over to fix my heater! In my opinion this company is unethical and is in business with American home shield warranty. They collect your deductible, and then say it’s not safe to proceed making your service no longer covered. They diagnosed an issue with my air conditioner and said they would be out with the replacement parts in 3 to 4 days. Then they contacted the warranty company and said it wasn’t safe. This is how American home shield makes money by collecting their premiums, and air pro master gets their deductible for showing up. They don’t have to do any work all they have to do is say it’s not safe and the issue is no longer covered. I will be contacting Nevada attorney General‘s office to report both air pro masters, and American home shield warranty company.

The Tech came in said he could fix the problem. Left and the Company wants $75. The Tech didn't even take off hisbshoes or cover them to walk across my light beige carpet. When my Home Warranty Company, Old Republic also known as The Porch, denied my request. My bathtub faucet pipe is bent and my hot and cold water dial is SO hard to pull it out to turn the water on. Porch said this isn't covered under their warranty. So I asked Airpro Masters for a quote that I would go out of pocket for, but the Tech refused to do a quote. I have called 3 other plumbing companies: DSM plumbing, Drain Busters and Pure Plumbing. None charge to come out to do a quote. Great people. Very friendly. Honestly want to help. Tell you all the costs and possibly other things that could come up STAY AWAY FROM AIRPRO MASTERS. THEY SUCK

I'm quite disappointed with this company. They were assigned as the contractor for a home warranty work order when our AC unit stopped working during the first hot (106+) week of the year. We had to wait 2 days (despite the claim of 24/7 service on their trucks), and we were given a window from 1-6pm. The tech didn't arrive until 7:30pm and was clearly overbooked and exhausted when he arrived. He was barely able to physically make it up the stairs and ladder to the attic. After reviewing and attempting to diagnose the issue, he said he didn't have the parts on-hand and would have to return first thing in the morning to install the replacements.The following morning I received a text from the technician that his only opening was late in the afternoon (same as yesterday.). Thankfully he arrived a little earlier than 7:30pm (although still clearly exhausted), he replaced the parts in the attic, heard the AC unit kick on and assumed it was working without checking that it was actually blowing cool air, and left.5 minutes after he left, I called him to inform that the unit was no longer turning on and was not blowing cold air, so the repairs didn't seem to fix the issue. He said he was unable to come back as he was nearly at his next job, and he would return first thing in the morning to address the issue. (starting to notice a pattern here)The following morning, I texted the tech to see what time he was arriving, and he then said my office will contact you. ... uh oh ... The office indeed contacted me and said he had closed out the work order and I would need to call the home warranty company to have a recall order placed. They also attempted to claim that I was now calling about a different unit than before (I was not). Even if I got the recall order from the home warranty company immediately I was told that they didn't have any techs available to come out, and I would have to wait 3 more days for the next service.The customer service representative didn't seem to care and was not willing to make the situation right despite the misinformation. She only repeated that they needed a recall order but wouldn't be able to schedule anyone same day anyway. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told that the supervisor was not in but would call me when he was. When I asked for a more specific time, I was told that he doesn't keep a schedule so she wasn't able to give me a specific time. Meanwhile our bedrooms are 90+ degrees and we still don't have a solution in sight. I attempted to change our contractor through the home warranty, but apparently I am stuck with this company as they were originally assigned to the work order.If you are considering this company as a private customer, beware... although maybe they'll be more accommodating if they know they don't have a home warranty contract limitation and charge whatever they want for 24/7 service.*edit* After posting my review I looked at the 5 star review submitted just before mine. The post indicates that they received same day service. Based on the timing of the post and timeline provided, clearly this customer put in a request after my work order was placed and received service (from the same technician) before we did. We were also told same day service was not possible but that the tech would be scheduled for us sooner if there was an opening. Clearly that was a lie.

If you are considering hiring Pro Master, LLC, do not walk away, run away.Today an Air Pro Master, LLC representative came by our house to repair two toilets. We were using our American Shield Insurance Policy. We have to pay a $75.00 fee for each service call. I explained to the representative that the toilet continues to runs after it flushes, when the water in the tank reaches the desired level, the water continues to run and the turn off value is too close to the water line and it is difficult to turn off the water. He said there was nothing he could do about the shut off water value because it is/was a preexistence issue. I said no problem with the shut off value.He turned on the water and then he noticed the flap did not go down like it should. He looked at the arm attached to the handle. He told me because the arm had some corrosion it was not allowing the flap to sit. Then he said because there is corrosion on the arm then that is considered a preexistence condition as well and was not covered under my policy. Then I explained the ball was not rising to the desired level therefor the arm attached was not shutting off the water when the tank was being refilled.He manually pulled up the aforementioned arm and the water shut off. He said the arm was working now therefore there was nothing he could do because it is currently working.Any plumber should realize if the flap is not sitting or lowering like it should 99% percent of the time the flap needs to be replaced. Anyone with any plumbing experience should know in Vegas if a metal arm is in water for any period of water it will show some signs of corrosion. Again, if any plumber noticed that one has to manually lift an arm to shut off the water then it is not working properly. Then he tried to tell me the arm attached to the flap is causing the arm attached to ball to malfunction. The two are not connected. How can he possibly tell whether these are preexisting conditions if they were working properly when we purchased the house?Over the years, I have done plumbing work; I have own and managed income properties and houses, replaced and repaired numerous toilet parts. I found his explanations beyond reason. If any other Pro Master representatives are like this young man then they should not advertise as a plumbing company.
