Plummer showed and immediately went to wrong faucet had to stop him from taking the wrong faucet apart, when he found out it was a tub/shower faucet the price immediately went up 75 dollars. Because the set screw was stopped he said that, it had to be cut off, i explained to him it would be easier to just drill it out, as I worked as a maintenance manager and was familiar with best process, He went ahead without my consent and cut it off. He made a huge mess with no regard for the mess he was making, he appeared to be unsure as to how to approach the problem.after finally being able to extract cartridge (only one clip holding it) he clearly did not know what he was doing. He finally finished leaving most of the job to be finished by me(no handle) he then presented me with the bill charing me for cutting off the handle and 80 for the replacement handle. He didn't bother to attempt to clean up after himself destroying the bath mat which he didn't bother to remove before beginning work.After I called shop to complain I spoke to someone who identified themselves as a manager explaining my issues, I'm still waiting for a response.i would never do business with these people again. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

We're very pleased. Tech, Jeff, did an excellent job. He was fast and left the kitchen area clean. When, or if , plumbing needed again I'll certainly call Anytime again. I highly recommend them.

My water heater died on a Friday afternoon. Uh oh! Called Anytime Plumbing as I had done business with them in my former professional career and they had done good work for me back then. In less than 3 hours from my phone call I had a brand new working water heater. The tech, Francisco Martinez, was spot on prepared, courteous and efficient. Impressively, unlike many other tradesmen, Francisco even did a great job of cleaning up the work area. Nice! I want to give a shout out to the home office team who were very friendly and kept me informed throughout. Additionally, I knew the exact price before I got off the phone. No funny business. I paid what I was quoted. Great work.

My sister was having a serious issue with out door spicket that was so corroded that she could not get hose off. Joe came out within an hour of call Got it off added pipe out from house and added heavy duty spicket. He did a great job, so professional and nice.I got them from the internet search. They were family owned and here in Vegas for many years, so that sold me.I told her to call them after not being able to get anyone from several calls to other companies The leak was small but concerned it would get worse.I will use them going forward and will spread the word as will my sister. 05/11/2020: Had a water leak at a connection by a Watts Regulator close to the Water Filtering Unit at my garage. Requested for a technician, Anytime Plumbing responded promptly; sent a technician by name Francisco Martinez. He arrived, identified the problem and replaced a leaking seal. He communicated well, was professional and price was relatively fair. It has been 24 hrs since repair and no leak. I'll use Anytime Plumbing again and is recommended.

I needed someone to check a garage disposal issue and Anytime Plumbing is the one I called. The scheduling agent was very professional and was very accommodating. She told me sorry, all of our technicians are busy and can give me a call. 15 minutes later, a technician was ready to come solve my problem. The technician, Jeff, was also very professional, was knowledgeable and very thorough with checking not only the garage disposal, but the entire sink piping and everything. After a short time for installation, Jeff assured that everything was good to go and everything was clean when he left.The service was complete on a timely fashion and I couldn't be happier with the service. Also, the price was fair considering I had to replace the whole garbage disposal unit.I highly recommend giving Anytime Plumbing a call and especially request for Jeff as he was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful to my property!

The sewer line inside my home broke last week. I called Anytime Plumbing and they came out right away. It turned out that I had a broken sewer line inside the house under the foundation. Jeff and Trevor spent 4 days repairing it. They had to dig 4 feet under the foundation to find the breaks. Jeff and Trevor did an excellent job repairing my sewer line. They were a pleasure to work with! The office staff were also very professional and nice to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a good, honest plumber! Francisco arrived right on time. Cleared a blocked main house sewer line with no problem. Had the experience and equipment to get the job done. Ended up having to use a monster 11/16 snake to clear our main house drain. Great service.

They were very accommodating regarding scheduling the appointment as quickly as possible as there was significant water loss through the cracked pipe.Jon was the technician who worked A to Z on every step, from the digging to installing the shut-off valve, removing and replacing the pipe, cementing and refilling of the dirt.A lot of work and he did it efficiently and kept me posted every step of the way. Since I live out of state, Jon would text, call and send photos of the progress, along with responding to my many texted questions.His work passed inspection and he is a confident plumber, prideful of his work.I am pleased beyond words at the work that was done by Anytime Plumbing and recommend them to those in need of a main water pipe replacement.

So we woke up this am(Sunday 10/23)to our downstairs powder room having water all over the floor. I immediately thought we had a leak at the sink but it turned out the toilet wasn’t draining. After trying to plunge it I couldn’t get it to unclog so we called our home warranty company. They told us they couldn’t have anyone here until Tuesday. I thought no big deal we will just not use that toilet. But we didn’t realize that both toilets upstairs were causing the toilet downstairs to overfill as well. After calling 3 companies anytime plumbing had a tech here in 30 minutes… on a Sunday to boot. Jake our tech was courteous and tried all the tricks in his bag but had to pull the toilet to snake the drain. It had a blockage and he was able to get it fixed up. He did a great job and we are thankful that he was able to get here so soon. Anytime plumbing will definitely be a company we call for future services. Thank you to Jake and the whole anytime plumbing crew.

Contacted Anytime Plumbing to send a plumber out to my house regarding low pressure in the lines. I had called the water company telling them that my water meter wasn't working properly and was having low pressure in and around the house....They told me it was MY problem and that they would send someone out in a COUPLE OF WEEKS to check the meter.Sal F, the plumber from Anytime Plumbing came out and took a throughal look around my house and yard and confirmed my suspicions. We had a water heater go suddenly on a weekday evening. We called Anytime and discussed issue. Estimate for replacement was given, a confirmation call followed shortly after the first call with information on our repair technician. Jose showed up, we discussed issue and he went right to work. A job that I figured would take 2-3 hours was wrapped up in less than 2. Jose was very professional and in my 14 years of living in the valley, this was the best I've seen. Phil was able to turn an ugly situation into one that wasn't too bad. The toilet in my boys' bathroom started leaking terribly, but the faucet handle to turn the water off was broken, so I couldn't even stop the flow. He changed angle stop and fixed the leak all for under $200. As a single mom with Christmas (and a birthday) coming, $200 is a LOT of money, but I know it could have been much worse. Thank you!

I had the pleasure (?) of spending a few days this week with Mac McDermott while he fixed our plumbing issue.We've used Anytime before for minor issues. Nobody likes plumbing problems. They are expensive and messy.Mac diagnosed the problem and worked with us to get it resolved.In all of our dealings with Anytime Plumbing, I have always felt like we were getting a fair deal.Thanks to Mac, we have hot water on demand again!

I had a new water heater was installed a month ago because the hot water in my apartment wasn’t working. After the installation by Lowes was completed, behold hot water had been restored, but then my heating system stopped working. Lowes had come back to check the installation and claimed that it wasn’t their problem no more and that it was now a problem for HVAC.So…HVAC people came out, took a look at the unit and claimed that it was a plumbing issue. Then…plumbing came out and took a look at it and said that it was an issue for HVAC. I went through a total of 7 different companies claiming that it was either an issue for HVAC or Plumbing. What a headache!Finally, Anytime Plumbing sent J.D. to take a look at the problem. Quite honestly at this point I lost all hope at restoring heat in my apartment, as I had been without heat for over a month now. I thought, Oh great another person to tell me that it wasn’t their issue…But no, J.D. proved otherwise and did an awesome job at troubleshooting the problem. He asked about the history that led up to this point and I think by him doing that it gave him a better understanding of what was going on. He even got on the phone to seek out a second opinion regarding the HVAC unit. I appreciate the time and the patience that he took to figure out the problem and fix it. Thank you for not walking away from the situation like everyone else and tell me that there wasn’t anything you could do! We can sleep better tonight knowing that there will be heat in our apartment! After our furnace went out we called a different company (not Anytime Plumbing). The technician told us that we needed at minimum a repair costing $3000, but “suggested” we replace the entire unit for over $7,000. This did not sound right so we called Anytime for a second opinion. Eric was the technician who came out. Long story short, and true to my suspicions, the unit was fine. Eric showed us the minor wire issue and fixed the unit for under $200!!! Can’t thank this company enough for their professionalism and honesty. They have a new customer for life.

Woke up to find our water heater leaked all over the garage! Called Anytime Plumbing and they sent David out right away. He was very professional - restored water to the home first and then replaced the water heater and all connections which were old. Thank you for the great service!

Review for ANYTIME PLUMBING, INC., 4690 West Post Road #130, Las Vegas, NV 89118 LIC# 51275, specifically repairman RICK.On Jan 7, 2021, my outside shut off valve for water to the house broke. We had a leaky shower and we were trying t fix it and the valve would not turn off the water, and then stuck in a partially off position. We have carried the Service Line Warranties insurance on the pipes between the house and the street. It should be noted that most home insurance does not cover this pipe or repairs to it. I never used the warranty and was not even sure it was legit or a scam because it costs only $5.95 a month. That seemed too cheap to be real, but my father bought it and I continued to pay for it when I moved in. I called the Warranties company and explained the problem. They told me they were sure it was covered (color me surprised), and that they would send a repairman out to check and see for sure that it was covered, at no cost to me at all (color me surprised again). They said if it was covered the repairman would fix it. Since we are in a Pandemic, they also said, anyone without water for cleaning is considered an emergency (YAH, three times surprised). The same day, ANYTIME PLUMBING called me and said they were sending a man out the same day. They sent a man named RICK, looked about 50yo, and was very polite and pleasant. Rick said the problem was covered by the Warranties insurance and the whole turn off valve was rusted off and had to be replaced. It had been leaking water into the deeper ground under the house for a while even though it was not muddy on top (it was very muddy in the hole). I know a leak like that can cause foundation problems. I told Rick I noticed a jump in the water bill about a month ago when the shower faucet started leaking, so it may have started then. Rick said he would return the next day with the parts and complete the job. He spent the rest of the evening on that first day digging out a huge hole to work in. True to his word, Rick showed up the next day and replaced the valve with a shiny new piping and covered with a container cover. I'm elderly and not always comfortable with workmen at my home. But Rick was amazing. Five star ALL THE WAY. He wore a mask the entire time even though he was outside and didn't need to. He explained each step of what he was doing and that he would need access to electric for some of the tools, and he made me feel exceedingly comfortable, and also did an exceptional job that included clean up. It was really the best work I've had done by any repairman from any company! I highly recommend ANYTIME PLUMBING and their workman Rick, who does the outside work. But I know in the future, I will also be calling them for drains and inside work, too. FIVE STARS for work, repairs, billing, and professionalism!

Been sitting here all day waiting, they were to be here first thing in the morning. I've called twice and haven't gotten anywhere with them.

I had a cooling issue with my A/C unit. Another company told me I needed a new system. Ty called Air Repair and requested Mike as he did maintenance on my system a year ago. Mike came with Chris and found that I was low on refrigerant and it was only in one unit. Mike and Chris located the leak and welded the leak. Saving me from buying a new until and at minimum a evaporator coil. Mike is honest and takes great pride and his work and the same for Chris. Both cleaned up and even vacuumed the work area and carpet. I will definitely work with Air Repair and recommend them to family and friends.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life! Did not bring leak detector, ripped-up my yard, broke landscape lighting, killed bushes and shrubs, sprinkler system and took slate stone with them that decorated the walk-way.Assured me that when they were done I would not be able to tell anyone was here! What a joke! Keith, owner, said job would be done in one day. Seven days later job did not pass inspection. He also promised to send out a landscape lighting company. Never came. Called and left over five messages to no avail!Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. Also, charged me an additional $250 to replace a pipe that had nothing to do with the leak. Leak was actually in one small spot where it would have taken less than an hour to repair had they done their job. Even the inspector could not believe what he saw. He did not sign-off on the inspection because the original leak was never fixed.If you see Rick coming, run the other way! The slowest worker on the planet. Left dirt mixed with rocks, holes, did not cover-up tar paper, left dirt, dead branches and trash everywhere . If only I was here during the so called clean-up. Totally taken advantage of. My home is listed for sale and how can I show potential buyers this mess! The lighting was a huge feature along with the drip & sprinkler system.So, basically my yard will never be the same. I have to replace sprinkler system, lighting and rocks and walk-way stepping stones along with many dead plants. Left trash everywhere! Used my trash cans and did not clean up 3/4 of their mess. Now, I have to do it. I have MS and Lupus and am single and I do not have the money to take care of the damage they caused to my yard.Do not hire this company. Beware, they are liars, do crappy work, and kill every living thing. No regard for homeowner's property. Very very upset and disappointed.At least I can warn others as to what they do and how they do business.

I call them to do A backflow test and they told me they would be out within a few hour well they never show up so I call them and ask them they told me that they couldn't make it in and didn't even bother to let me know so I scheduled again for the next they and same thing Happened so they told me that for sure the next they and I call them earlier to see what was going on and she tells me that she will not be able to make it until Tomorrow. So I finally cancel with them I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

Our experience with Jose was excellent! We had a leaky toilet and we waited for a while to deal with it, until today, when my fiancé had the day off. Anytime Plumbing was such a contrasting example to this other terrible company that we also dealt with today. Long story short, we were trying to help out a friend of a friend who is a plumber. Well, after not hearing from his company 3 days ago when we tried to set up an appointment, someone else showed up today and complained about his boss and his health and his salary... really inappropriate! Then, this guy looked at our toilet and informed us that he didn't have the correct parts and would have to come back tomorrow... NO! We told him to leave and we called Anytime Plumbing. We got a call about an hour later informing us that Jose would be there in a half hour, he showed up right on time. He came in, talked to us, looked at our toilet, brought in his own tools and parts, repaired the toilet, cleaned up the water and he even took out our trash in our bathroom! He was professional, courteous and very quick with his work. Such a contrasting comparison to this other company. I could not be more please , I called a Big Box store and was quoted 700 labor and 650$ for a 6 year warranty 40 gallon gas hot water heater! I said that seems like a lot of money for installation ! Worried that we would be without water until then, we were relieved when Carlos from Anytime Plumbing Inc. arrived within an hour on a busy Friday night. He was transparent and quickly assessed the situation, confidently going to the parts store to find the necessary tools. We had a main line clog. Originally we had a quote from another company and it was astronomical. We called anytime and they said they would be able to do it for a fraction of the cost. Steve showed up within a half hour of calling ready to get the job done. The line was cleared using the jetting service and we were very satisfied and thrilled to save a ton of money. Steve had a great personality and even took a look at a few other things for future recommendations. We will definitely be using anytime for our future plumbing needs.

I called Anytime Plumbing, Inc for a leaking shower head. They were going to send someone out the evening that I called but I told them the next morning would be fine. They promptly sent Francisco out in the morning. He was very professional and after figuring out that the cause of the leakage was a defective part, he went to a supply shop and purchased the part, and immediately returned with the part to fix the shower. Within an hour and a half the shower was fixed, even with Francisco having to leave to purchase the part. I was very impressed with Francisco for his professionalism, knowledge, and skill.

Grael went directly to the source of the problem, bought the needed part and installed it making the system work to provide almost instant hot water.This was something two other plumbers had failed to do, I have found my new plumber for future problems.

Water main broke. Johnathan came out from Anytime. He was dressed in uniform, spoke well, inquired as to the problem, discovered the problem, made a plan to fix the problem, then fixed the problem. So, if you are in need of someone who understands plumbing from the street through the last valve in the back of your home, you need to call these people and cut through the normal BS found in the Las Vegas Valley.

Even though what we did was unconcentional and definitely macgyvered, he still helped us stopped the leaks without having to redo the whole thing or install new plumbing. Jose came out last Sunday to replace some old copper flex lines due to a hairpin leak in one of them. I called Anytime plumbing around 12pm due to a leaky sink upstairs that had damaged the ceiling in my kitchen. About an hour later, I got a call saying my repair plumber was on his way. About 30 minutes later Phillip was at my door. He was very personable and professional. I would use them again for future repairs. He replaced the stop & supply lines under the sink, price was $180. I have never had that type of repair done, so I cannot say that it was a good deal or not, but I can say he did a great job and left my bathroom looking great!

Michael came and repaired my toilet after it hadn’t been working for a week. He was quick, efficient, professional and fixed the issue in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

Called the company who installed our outside unit 2 seasons ago, again, and was told of leak in ac coil and got a quote for replacement. Called Anytime for another bid and they were out the same day. Found out from Anytime the leak was caused by the oversized outside unit that had been installed. Since our unit was original we asked for replacement quote. They gave us a quote that was very fair and reasonable and could install the upcoming weekend. Scheduled them for that Saturday. Mike and his partner were on time and completed the job right at lunch time. Fantastic job and looks like original equipment! If you have a manufactured/mobile home these are the guys for your ac work! And because of this experience, if a plumber is needed, they will be our first call!

My kitchen faucet was very loose, and the plumbing under the sink was a mess. After checking it out, Kurt ordered a new (free) faucet from Moen, and gave me a quote for the job, including new trapwork. There was no charge for this visit. A week later, when the new faucet was delivered to me, Kurt immediately returned and completed the job. The only negative was that he didn't clean up under the sink when he'd finished, but I think that was probably an oversight, and didn't warrant a lower star rating.

The technician Ruben was very confrontational. He refused to accept a coupon with no expiration date and no exclusions, and just repeated (almost yelling) No, no, no. That's not exactly helpful. I called to cancel the other appointment I had with them. Not only did they not cancel, but they called the next day to reschedule it (apparently their scheduling department could use improvements).

Francisco and Alex did a great job capping off two gas lines. They showed up in a company truck with company shirts, which might seem like a small thing, but it lends legitimacy to any company. They showed up when they said they would, brought all the right parts and did the job right the first time. I liked that they explained what they were doing as they went along. They worked fast and even re-lit the pilot light on my water heater for me after turning off the gas main. They were very personable and at the same time respectful and professional. Just had my hot water tank replaced by Matt Shields of Anytime Plumbing and man what a great job he did. I heard water running my garage at about 1:30 am on a Sunday morning and discovered my hot water heating was leaking. I called Anytime Plumbing right away and got a live person who told me that dispatch will call me about 9:00 am. I got a call at 8:00 am and Mat arrived with a new tank at 10:00 am and by 11:30 had it all installed with new valves and everything. Wow! Fantastic service. We had a problem with our garbage disposal and they came out within a half hour. The problem was my own stupidity with the system, there was nothing wrong. The technician, Paul, was very kind to me and even though it was his right to charge me the service fee, he didn't. Called because two cold faucets upstairs had rotten egg smelling water. Out of all the faucets in the house, only two had the odor, but the tech tried to tell me that the main water line to the entire house was supplying the smelly water, and said I needed a new water softener/conditioner, even though mine was practically brand new. I'm no expert, but if the water from the main out in the sidewalk was the issue, every drop of water in the house would smell like that. I asked him why that wouldn't be the case, he had no answer and just shrugged. Ultimately he seemed uninterested in investigating the issue.Look, if you don't know what the issue is, don't make up an obviously nonsense answer and try to make me buy a $1200 softener. Just say you don't know. Avoid these guys.

Hired Anytime Plumbing to install a shutoff valve before our new refrigerator was delivered. Francisco showed up and was great. As we were talking about the job he showed us that we didn't really need any work done; that we could shut the water off easier without the valve. He was in and out in about 10 minutes and was both friendly and honest. While we didn't actually need Anytime Plumbing for this job. Francisco was so wonderful we'll be sure to call them again for our next plumbing project!

These guys came to my rescue after another so-called leader in the area dropped the ball on me big time! Broken hot water heater - barely three years into a 6 year warranty. Company that initially installed the heater would replace my old heater (still under warranty!) but only after charging me almost $800 in labor to exchange the free heater! That's more than the heater costs! So I said No and called Anytime Plumbing. They responded VERY quickly and took care of paperwork for warranty, and installed my new heater within hours (for much less money) and Dave, the tech who responded onsite, even had lots of recommendations for me on how to take good care of my heater AND some other appliances! He was awesome and Anytime Plumbing is awesome! Highly recommend them!

I became a widow suddenly on March 1 of this year. My late husband was a DIY man and I relied on him to diagnose, repair or call in a professional when needed. After thanksgiving cooking my sink backed up. I Called AnytimePlumbing, and they got the plumber right out in less than an hour. After an 8.5 hour trip to Las Vegas, we arrived at a home with no water pressure and just a trickle coming from faucets. Then to matters worse the sprinkler system began to leak as well, Murphy's Law. We got online and found Anytime Plumbing and was so grateful that they were 24 hour service. They lived up to their high star rating. Jerry arrived the next day as promised.As we explained our dilemma of no water pressure and catching water in buckets overnight, he assured us that he would search out the problem and resolve the issue and did he ever. After severals hours of work (in the hot sun) we had water pressure in every faucet in the house, Hallelujah! He even offered suggestions in regards to the leaky sprinkler system which is now fixed as well. Anytime Plumbing is blessed to have such a dedicated and hard worker like Jerry. Did I mention he deserves a raise! You can't afford to let good help slip away. Thanks Jerry, I'll be singing your praises and recommend Anytime Plumbing, anytime!!!

Needed a gas line sunk into the wall. The service was easy to schedule and they came out fast and fixed the issue quickly.

J.D. came to fix the leaky faucet in my shower. The job was quick—I could sit, uninterrupted as he worked—and he was in and out in about an hour. My faucet is leak-free. Not only did he do a great job, but he was pleasant, punctual, and I hope he comes back if I need him (though I don't think I will have any more problems!). Thanks!

David was our installer/plumber. He was super to work with, did an excellent job and really helped us out in a jam! We are totally fans of Anytime Plumbing, Inc. Have already recommended to friends. David provided our service on April 9, ..last call of a Friday. We really appreciated him.

We had a leak in the laundry room it was the valve to the washer. We didn't see it because it was a small leak, but leaked for weeks apparently. I called Anytime Plumbing and they said it would take a day to come out. When he did come out he looked at the valve and said it would be $695.00 to change it. And I asked if he would just turn off the water to the valve and he said he would have to charge me to do that. I called another company to come out and he came out the same day and all he did was remove the old valve and tighten the connections. It took 10 minutes to do and at a fraction of what Anytime was going to charge. Please get a few estimates for work because some companies are rip offs.

Albert came out to install a kitchen faucet that my SO and I had started on our own and quickly found out we couldn't do. It turned out we bought an incorrect faucet for our sink and he was able to help us find the correct one that would fit and quickly installed it once we had it in hand, plus helped fix a leak we thought was due to the old faucet but actually a pipe issue. He was also very patient with our dog and cat who wanted to investigate what was going on. I was also able to ask Albert if Anytime Plumbing could assist later on with a bathroom project and he was more than helpful in letting me know how the company could help when I'm ready for that project. The company was able to send Albert the next day after our call (it wasn't an emergency for us) and we are so happy to have a working faucet and no leaks again!

I called today to request for a quote, Andrea greeted the call with a positive attitude, gathered water leak information, and placed us on dispatch list for the next available time; she wan’t able to guarantee if techs will be available today or this week; but considered to wait in line until further notice; while calling other plumbers for quotes and availability. Luckily, I received a call 2-hours later by Heather, to confirm a tech available to come same day within 30-45 mins. Awesome!Service tech - Francisco arrived promptly at designated time. He called me upon arrival and inspected the water leak area. Within 10-mins, he identified the problem with the Fill Valve which needed to be replaced.He called me back to quote the price to replace the part and labor of $300 ($150 for part replacement, $150 labor same day). During this follow up call, we had a family member in his presence giving rude opinions; which I’m apologizing for her behavior on the other end of the call. I explained that she is not the owner of the home, and the owner has the decision to select the best and qualified company to fix the problem. We truly appreciate Francisco’s high quality level of customer service, patience, professionalism, and follow through. Jeff and Anytime Plumbing were great!Originally, I had my guy come to inspect my pipes knocking in my walls, and he told me that I needed to have them completely replaced, and that it would cost me 5 grand in cash for him to do it. Thankfully, he ghosted me when it came time to do the work, and I called Anytime Plumbing instead. Jeff came out the same day I called and told me it was just my Pressure Regulator gizmo (i'm a stereotypical Software Developer, i know nothing about plumbing other that water go down the hole), and the gizmo wasn't even busted, it just needed to be adjusted!I waited a week before writing this review, as I wanted to make sure that the issue was completely fixed, and since Jeff's visit, my pipes have been as silent as my Tinder DM's.Thank you SO MUCH Jeff and Anytime Plumbing! I cannot recommend them enough!!

The worst feeling in the world is coming home to a puddle of water in the kitchen. Not quite as bad as a flood in a bathroom, but bad enough. The plumber that the Home Warranty people sent us could not come out for two days. I got authorization to go out of network and called Anytime Plumbing. Within an hour and a half, they were finishing up the installation of a new garbage disposal. Francisco and his trainee were professional and answered all my questions. Without a doubt, I will keep their business card handy.

Had a rather serious sewer line blockage at my house in Summerlin/Las Vegas and it was handled promptly and efficiently by Steve D. Intially the problem was reviewed by Robert, but this lead to a much more detailed investigation by Steve D. the next day, who was assisted by Wayne. The problem was a 'root' growth in part of the line. After this was repaired, a few days later, there was yet another issue connected with this in a soft water line that is blocked. Steve D. responded promptly to this and we r moving towards a final repair. Great work by all but Steve D. took charge and has been most helpful in all this. Thanks....

Albert was extremely professional, took all COVID precautions, and worked hard to unclog the drain at our house, eventually running a snake in the dark until the job was done. Highly recommended.

Anytime Plumbing to the rescue. We're grateful for Anytime being such a quality company. They had installed a new furnace for us in 2009. We've had no problems until recently, as a pipe started leaking water due to wear and tear. Anytime Plumbing sent someone out right away, it didn't matter that it was on a Saturday. Not a problem for Anytime. Bill was our service technician and he was super, and special thanks to Keith for his communication with us and making us feel like valued customers. Five stars for Anytime, and we look forward to singing Anytime's praises anytime friends or neighbors need plumbing services. Additionally, we live in Boulder City and it wasn't a big deal for Anytime to service us up here.

Was almost hit in the Wal Mart parking lot by one of the service techs, who then slammed his truck into park, and got out and came barrelling towards me and my niece (blocking my only way to exit) and got very confrontational because he believed he had been flipped off..(that never happened) This guy was the WORST. Hopefully all their service techs aren't like this guy...What a joke.

We had a pipe break under our mobile home. A lot of plumbing companies don't work on mobile homes. Our daughter called Anytime Plumbing and they said no problem. They sent a young man out (Alberto) he worked quickly to get the problem taken care of, never complaining about having to get under the house. Fortunately, he had a good flashlight, as it was already getting dark. He got here looking so clean and left with his uniform a big dirty mess. He brushed it off like it was no big deal. Really a fantastic company! We had a broken toilet AND leaking kitchen sink. They were out the same day I called to check on the issue. They needed to get some parts and were back early the next day, spending time fixing each problem, installing the toilet, etc. Jeff was the plumber that was sent and I can't say enough wonderful things about him! He really spent the time to make sure everything was working properly - checking and rechecking before he left. He's an employee that really cares about his customers and doing a good job the right way. Both the company and Jeff are highly recommended!

Showed up on a Sunday when a previous customer finished early or canceled. Technician, Jeff Hiltner fixed the problem with a kitchen faucet valve and made sure there were no leaks or mess before leaving.

I called to have a valve line replaced for my new refrigerator, a guy came out within the hour. The customer service and follow up was superb.

We were referred to this company by our neighbor that has used them for years. Very reliable, honest, friendly and knowledgeable company. Will definitely use again.

Woke up to no HOT water on the 11th of November....called Anytime Plumbing, who was the same company that put the previous hot water heater in. Mr. Bailey was the installer and he did a wonderful job - drained the heater without getting an excessive amount of water on the garage floor, cleaned up the area during and after the install. And YES!, I would definately call them again for plumbing issues. The cost was very reasonable too - which makes it nice.

This company sets up appointments and then no shows. No call and no apology for not showing. They overcharge for parts. Staff is rude and simply trying to charge you as much as possible per visit. Tech on previous business asked to use my restroom and left it smelling horrible and a mess. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

On April 10, 2022 Bailey from Anytime Plumbing put a new seal on one of our toilets and stopped a leak from the tank. He was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. He kept us informed on everything that needed repairing. We would definitely ask for Baily again if we have other plumbing issues.

So 'Steven D' from Anytime Plumbing, Inc. is working on my neighbors house because of some broken pipes. 'Steven D' had seen an excess amount of water leaking from my garage and had checked with the neighbors to see if anyone could contact my wife or I (unfortunately our neighbors don't have our cell phone numbers). My wife arrived home shortly after, and the water mysteriously stopped leaking from our garage onto the driveway. 'Steve D' informed me of what he saw and I decided to attend to the matter by removing some of the sheet rock around the area where water had been leaking. 'Steven D' took time out of his current plumbing duties with the neighbor to take a peek at the issue; he knew immediately what the problem was and then proceeded to explain that it was due to back flow from the HOA water line that had a break in it, where it was then overflowing into the electrical conduit and back up to our garage, thus leaking through our wall. I'm extremely thankful that 'Steven D' was so helpful, conscientious, and honest - I can't say that those attributes are easily found in many folks who reside in Las Vegas today. I guarantee that should I encounter any issues with plumbing or water heaters, Anytime Plumbing, Inc. will be the first and only business that I contact! Thank you again 'Steven D'!

I called Anytime plumbing on 03/15/2016 to have a leaking tank to hose gasket replaced on the 22-year-old toilet in my master bathroom. Water was literally pouring onto the floor every time that it was flushed after each use.They were going to come out the very same day to promptly take care of this matter, but since this was not my only available toilet - and thus not an emergency - I instead scheduled this appointment for the morning of the next day, 03/16/2016, when I had more time available.The office called me as expected on Wednesday morning to let me know when their service technician, Jose, was on the way to my house. He arrived within 30 minutes at about 10:30 a.m. Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me an upfront estimate of the total cost for the gasket replacement including parts/labor charges - right around $200. He even suggested (not knowing that I was already aware of this option!) that I purchase Anytime Plumbing's currently running deal on Angie's List ($200.00 of plumbing work for $150.00) to save $50.00 off of my total bill. That's exactly what I did. Now that was very considerate of him, don't you think?The job itself was completed within one hour with the expected outcome of a completely functional, non-leaking toilet. Jose also replaced some screws and their gaskets that were leaking and did a thorough cleanup of my bathroom before leaving.This was my second satisfied experience using Anytime Plumbing and I can recommend this business and especially their great service technician, Jose, without reservations for a satisfactory resolution of all your plumbing problems at any time.

Yesterday I discovered water leaking into my living room. I called Anytime Plumbing because my employer had used them before. They send Francisco out and he replaced the water heater. He was honest, efficient and reasonably priced and gave me advice concerning other plumbing concerns that I had.

John M came on a Sunday when no one else was available and was able to help us out in a matter of 15 minutes and got everything settled up quickly!

We had a water heater tank pipe-line lick /hole /problem. I found Anytime plumbing phone number from Google search. Great reviews only. Very weird. When we call them they told us that they don't have any technician available for same day to come. After an one hour lather there track came with out our knowledge.The technician ”M” was nice and courteous. He fixed the problem changing our good brand part with chipper part and change the pipe about less than 6” all work token less an hour. More time he was in his track and charged us very expensive $589.43. In the beginning, he told us he will try to fix the pipe and will charge $20 for pipe and $145 for one hour If work will take longer maybe an hour more. I will never ever call them again. They are Not honest and Very expensive. This is ludicrous. I do not recommend anyone to call them for anything.

Francisco is a master plumber... with experience, knowledge and a courteous manner...he let's you know what he is doing and why so that you understand what's happening every step of the way. This company was dispatched twice by the Home Warranty company and each time the jobs before mine pushed me out over a week. Meaning my job was scheduled for Monday and the jobs all day took too long and I go moved to the next day. This happened every day for over a week, EACH TIME. I used all of my time off and the leak gets worse every time. The only plumber who responded and actually gave friendly service was the one who called and asked if he could keep my number for personal reasons since he found me attractive and wanted to see me again. Neither time, after they FINALLY show up, will they actually fix the issue. The problems have later been assessed by other companies and their estimates are less than half and a third what this company makes. I cannot stress the unprofessionalism, disrespect, and absolute dissatisfaction with any business dealing I've had with this company. It literally became an on going joke at work as to what time the reschedule call would come in everyday.

With an old house in Las Vegas, I've had a lot of trouble, and I've had all types of sketchy servicemen quote me all sorts of ridiculous numbers to fix things. Once I dealt with an Anytime tech, I stopped calling anyone else. They're fast, reasonable and direct, and they won't waste your time or money.

I had an air conditioner go out and my first call was to Anytime Plumbing. I was dreading hearing news that the compressor was broken, which would have been very expensive. The tech, Mike, arrived within the time promised. Mike quickly diagnosed that the fan motor on my A/C unit was broken, and tested the compressor and it was ok. He quoted me a fair price for the repair. Mike was very courteous and professional and didn't mind me watching the repair process. He explained what he was doing and educated me a bit about how an air conditioning unit works. Within an hour, my house was nice and cool.I have also used Anytime Plumbing for a water heater replacement last year and had just as good of an experience. Hopefully I won't need anymore major repairs anytime soon, but if I do Anytime will be my first call.I believe this company operates with honesty and integrity.

We had a major water leak that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. We originally called another company to come out to find and fix the leak. After waiting almost all day for the other company, the technician called after 4pm to say that he couldn't make it and would come out on Monday because they don't work on Sundays.One call to Anytime Plumbing and we had an appointment first thing on Sunday morning. Our technician, Steven D, was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He worked with us to come up with the best solution to fix the problem. He even stayed nearly 2 hours over his shift to finish. We were extremely pleased with our entire experience with Steven and Anytime Plumbing. They will always be our first call for future plumbing projects.

I had a faucet that was dripping a lot and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. I had used Anytime Plumbing in the past and I was happy that they could come out on such short notice, as was the case this time, other companies said they could come out in a couple of days which would not have been help to me as I needed to get it fixed immediately. Francisco Martinez came out and he was such a pleasant and knowledgable person. He determined what the problem was right away. I needed a new part and he said since it was an old part he was not sure if they would have it available plus it was getting close to the time the store was going to close, but he made it to the store and surprisingly they had the part so I did not have to wait until the next day for him to come back which meant I would have had to go with my water being shut off until the next day. Visited Kelly Pipe looking for a sewer plug removal product. Counter representative listened to my problem and offered the suggestion to call Anytime Plumbing. Anytime listened and sent out Rick, a tech who was experienced with older cast iron sewer products. Rick gave a very acceptable estimate and immediately began work. In about 45 minutes he had the cleanouts open and left to obtain new ABS plugs.Very satisfied with the work and cost. Will use Anytime in the future for plumbing problems and will now consider them for air conditioning.

I have been using Anytime Plumbing for many years. The company has always been available and wonderful to work with except for my latest experience. One of its plumbers replaced the inside mechanisms in two of my toilets due to leaks. Then we had a charcoal filter installed by another plumber who accidentally switched the lines, causing charcoal to infiltrate the tanks in all 3 of my toilets. Weeks later, the flappers in 2 toilets weren't working properly. The same plumber from Anytime returned but refused to fix or even replace the flappers that were under warranty, blaming it on the charcoal in the tank. So we called another more experienced plumber who said the charcoal had nothing to do with it, that the flappers were defective. He replaced everything inside both toilets, which cost $55 (not including labor). I called Anytime Plumbing, requesting the $55 refund. The woman I spoke with refused, never apologized for the initial plumber's refusal to help us, blaming this on the more experienced plumber, saying he should have just gone to the plumbing supply and exchanged the parts. I don't have the parts but do have a receipt. She said do you expect me to believe you? Well, yes, after 15 years of being your customer and never asking for anything like this before, I do expect you to believe me. She could have given me a $55 credit, ensuring I would call them back for more work. At the very least, she could have apologized and been polite. This company is no longer my plumber.

So, Michael just left our house. He gave us options and wasn't afraid to take a gamble in order to save us some cash. The gamble worked like a charm. He was very professional, courtesy and knew his stuff. Thank you again for making the same day appointment. Thank you for being affordable.

Had them do warranty work on my house to repair a leak waterline from the street Left 3' pipe sticking straight out of the ground 6 from the house Did the job the laziest way possible didn't even put the pipes on the inside back in the wall. My experience with Anytime Plumbing has solidified my future with them as a lifelong customer. My water heater stopped working and my insurance company sent a work order to Anytime Plumbing. I didn't know what to expect, but after looking them up on Google, I felt my family and I would be in good hands.Technician David Eddie showed up the same day and diagnosed the issue within minutes. I was informed that I would need a new water heater, which I assumed anyways due to the age of it. He showed up the next day and installed my new one in about 1.5 hours. The motor on my ac unit had died, and my air conditioner this wasn't cooling my home. I called these guys at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. The operator didn't really give me any time frame for my appointment, which was fine. I only asked for a half hour heads up before they were going to be there so i could get home from work and I went to work. I had no sooner arrived when I got a call that they were on their way. I turned around and went back home and their tech, Robert was about 5 minutes behind me. I led him to the stalled motor. He was friendly and professional. Robert spun the blade, which spun freely (meaning it hadn't seized) and checked the capacitor before determining the motor indeed needed replacing. He was done within about 45 minutes. Total cost for replacement was about $530. More than I really wanted to spend. My research said that the motor would cost between 50 and 300 dollars depending on make/model. I'm a computer technician, so I probably could have done it myself if I was OK with ordering a replacement motor, waiting several days for shipment (since it was a Friday, it likely wouldn't ship till Monday), hoping it was the right one, then teaching myself about ac unit while missing some needed diagnostic tools. It may have been a tad expensive, but considering first contact to finish was less than 2 hours on a Friday afternoon, I was thoroughly impressed.I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.

Roof a/c pack quit cooling after 15 years of hard use. Made service call. Edgar arrived in less than an hour. He kept us posted with only the facts during every steps of his comprehensive trouble shooting. R-12 gas charge was very low but no obvious leak(s) detected. Recovered remaining gas, vacuumed system, and decay checked OK.Recharged system and added sealer/leak detection dye. Ran system and cooling ops check OK now. They have been phenomenal! We just bought a house and had another plumbing company come out and tell us we had a tree root in our main drain. They wanted to tear up our master bathroom to get it out but we called Anytime for another opinion. They found out it was an old wire snake someone broke off down there. We had Jerry and another technician come out and they got almost all of it out with no tearing up of anythin. They couldn't get it all and when we had a back up they came out and cleared it for us free of charge. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly people, couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

Francisco completely turned my experience around. I had trouble getting a technician out to my home the past two days. (They were really busy). So, they scheduled him to come see me between 8-9am today. He arrived almost right at 8. He installed a toilet for me, two angle stops in the kitchen, reinstalled an air gap & garbage disposal for me. He’s also coming back out to finish installing the kitchen faucet - as Home Depot’s countertop installer didn’t make the hole in the marble large enough. I am very happy with our tech Jerry. It took him several days to complete the work which ended with him replacing our main water line from the street to the manifold. It was not easy, he had to bring in a jackhammer to break through the caliche. He kept me informed of progress and did a great job of cleaning up and replacing the rocks. It did take a week to get him to the house because Anytime he as so busy, but I am thoroughly happy with his work and Anytime Plumbing.

The tech was very late didn'teven apologize.Then try to convince me that the parts I needed for my sink wore discountuied so harder to replace.That's why the estimate was so high,it was 3 times more then what I pay for the sink really? So I searched he was completely wrong the right parts are available and cheap.He didn't care blame it on his boss for prices.As well the tech bully me & use scare tactics to get me to use them.So I ask to speak to his manager she did the same thing.Im still in disbelief that this business can do this to people and get away with it too.

We called on a Tuesday for a sewer problem. It was an insurance referral. They told us no appointments until Friday, but then called me every day to tell me they cannot come that day. When I kept telling them that I know, we agreed on Friday, they would refuse to confirm Friday. Each time was a new dispatcher that refused to schedule.I finally asked for the owner or a manager to call me because we really needed an appointment confirmation. They never called. Four days later, we had to call Service Line and get a new sewer repair service.Awful. Rude. Avoid.

We had a terrible oder coming from our sink it almost smelled like raw sewage, we knew we had to have something done quickly.Mike came in introduced himself and took a look under our sink and saw that everything was hooked up wrong. Woke up to a clogged kitchen sink. Anytime Plumbing sent out Alberto who was here within a couple of hours after calling in. My drain was being extra troublesome, so Alberto called in for some reinforcements. The two of them were able to figure out where the clog was coming from and after climbing on my roof they were able to snake my drain from the top of the house and unclogged the drain. Anytime plumbing is my go to place for all my plumbing needs. Matt came out to the house to take care of plugged toilet. He was very courteous. Contacted Anytime Plumbing through my warranty company to service an A/C that was not cooling my apartment. Was left without A/C for over a week because of their inability to resolve the issue. Had to have them come back 3 times over an 8 day period to finally have an operational A/C all through 90+ degree weather. They showed very little concern throughout the process up until the 7th day when I was told I was talking to the owner and that he was going to make sure it was resolved the next day (8th day). Would never use this company for any A/C needs. Looks like they must be good plumbers though, should stick to that.

Came on a Sunday to fix our water heater emergency. Then came back to fix an issue we caused the next day. Very responsive. Life savers!

I have seen Anytime Plumbing trucks around vegas since I can remember, so when my business needed service, they were the ones that came to mind. Francisco came out first, he was very unfriendly and we could tell he wanted to be in & out, even mentioning that he didnt want to go to his next job. He seemed to have fixed the issue, but the next day the toilet was backing up again. Another tech came out (Justin) who could tell there was something stuck that needed to be removed, Francisco came back the next day and he stated that we were using to much toilet paper and there was no issue, it seemed to be running, so he left. then an hour later it was backed up again. Justin came back and was able to pull the pen out of the toilet (that Francisco insisted was toilet paper) and get us back up and running 100%. Not only did Francisco waste our time by not fully investigating the issue, but cost the company money. Justin was amazing and i would highly recommend him and Anytime plumbing moving forward.

I had a low water pressure issue. No emergency, but in a few hours the problem was solved. A new pressure regulator was a simple fix for them.

Absolutely AWFUL!!! My elderly father has insurance for outside plumbing fr the road. I noticed a leak at the sidewalk/property. Dad called his insurance company and they stated Anytime would be the one to come out. Got an email stating they would be there at a specific time. So I made sure I was there. They NEVER SHOWED. This happened 3 days in a row. They called dad and said oh we won't be there maybe tomorrow. I called them back THEY WERE THE RUDES COMPANY IVE EVER BEEN IN CONTACT WITH. I told them my father was without water and their statement to they OH WELL we will get there when we get there. We can't promise a day or time unless you want to be put on a list and maybe we will hit there sometime in the next 2 weeks. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! When I told them the city had flagged my dad's property for the leak. His exact words NOT MY PROBLEM!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Talked to the insurance company got the well we can try to find someone else but we won't pay for someone of your choice to fix it, it must be one of ours. Long story short my boyfriend wound up running all over the valley to find parts for the leak because the pipes they have out there are no longer in use. He got it fixed and ANYTIME PLUMBING NEVER SHOWED. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. WORST EVER!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!

Scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate on a clogged drain. Was given a 2 hour window (2 to 4). We were told when booking, someone would contact us. No one did. Thinking because we booked through Google, perhaps it didn't go through. We called and they claimed to have received our request but they were busy. This was at 3:45. They said they would call when someone was on their way. Again, no one called. By 6 o'clock we had received no response from this company, so we canceled. The audacity of them asking if we want to reschedule. No. Will never use this place as they don't know how to conduct business. So unprofessional.

Dealing with any kind of plumbing issues is always such a hassle but Albert was so kind and patient with me, he answered all my questions and communicated the whole process. I was not in the home while he worked on the hot water heater but he made sure to send me all pictures of everything he did and explained the whole process. Albert was on time, efficient and responsive. I hope I don’t have another plumbing issue but If I do, I will be using Anytime Plumbing again!

Manager didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, just made up excuses of why they didn’t make it 6 times. HORRIBLE. Do NOT call this business. It was a really hard part to find he had to order it. The water was leaking and he fix it as soon as possible.

Only company out of five I called that would not give me a 2-3 block of time for someone to come to my home to get an estimate of work needed to be done. About a $1500 job, so nothing to sneeze at. They asked me what day I would be available, I said Monday, and they said someone would be out some time during that day, but could not give me a block of time for that day or any day. That in itself is ridiculous! A few days later, Monday morning comes and goes. All afternoon comes and goes. Then finally, at 5:35 pm they call me and say a technician is a available to be in route to my house.... are you kidding me!!! I promptly told them I didn't need their services. Piss poor service to say the least.

We had a water mark on a downstairs ceiling indicating some sort of leak upstairs. Francisco was very clear on the process and cost to cut the ceiling and look for the leak. The leak was identified and corrected in a step-by-step process that insured we got the job done correctly. Francisco was professional, knowledgeable, punctual and seemed to have a genuine concern to get the job done right.

No Negative comments for their technician. But their management is not understandable. 1. They didn't send me the invoice until I asked for it. 2. I just asked them to add some detail (3 words) to the job report but they refused.Nothing really made me upset until the manager stated that adding the detail is like cheating to him. What????? You didn't write your report with commonsense detail. I asked you to add it based off the FACT and TRUTH. It sounds like cheating to you???? Why adding proper detail with 3 words make it so difficult after the customer paid a few hundred $? I was almost ready to hire them to do a few other plumbing work but they want to lose it, but I have to say BYE to this company.

Joel comes highly recommended for any water heater issues you may encounter. Great company with fair rates (trust me I called them all). Anyway, if you need plumbing work, I do recommend you give this company a call first,. You probably won't have to make a second call if you do. I would not recommend Jose though. You might ask that he doesn't get called out actually. Especially for your water heater needs anyway. Edit: October 20 2016. So turns out Joel just rigged things up to work, do not use this company. Jose, Joel, Sal, run. Ever since my original review, I have had plumbing problems every month, now the second job Joel did on June 19th messed my entire toilet up. He came out for a simple clog when he took my toilet off, suddenly I need a couple hundred in toilet repairs, asked if I just needed a new toilet and was told no. He left to get parts for about 2 hours, came back, was done in about 20 minutes. Turns out he also cut a big hole in my wall (checking my legal rights on that one) Now 3 months later, the entire toilet has broken away from the floor and Joel no longer works for the company (I know why now), Sal came out and told me I needed $900 worth of work to make this right. No thanks, the money will spent be with another plumber. I was also not really offered a solution, just told that I need about $900 worth of work and that the toilet that was fine 3 months ago was shot and that they do warrant their work for 30 days. Also I understand my house is old and needs work, just that $400 could have been towards the $900 worth of work, I needed, especially considered Joel cut a whole in my wall without my permission. Sal just kind of told me nothing he could do.

Had a major leak in my bathroom. A young man named Bailey showed up and stayed until the job was done. Repaired the toilet, shower and the cause of the leak. Good attitude and good work ethic. Even cleaned up after himself. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you. Humbly and full of gratitude.

On the positive side, they did come out the next day to do the repairs (water heater sediment trap installation, temperature pressure relief value and 2 bath tub stopper repairs). However, after arriving more than 30 minutes late to the appointment and inspection of the issues already spelled out when the appointment was made, the technician then needed to go on a 1.5 hour shopping trip for the basic parts. This 1 1/2 hour shopping trip was charged at the standard hourly repair rate, essentially doubly the total billed time. I was surprised that the basic parts weren't kept on hand in the repair van. Apparently, according to management, this is their standard practice.

I discovered a small leak behind a wall in my garage. Thinking the worst, because it was next to the water heater. I started an online search for a plumbing company that would come out on Sunday. Voila. Anytime Plumbing to the rescue. I called about 1:30. Jose was at my doorstep and hour later. He quickly and efficiently found a pin-hole leak. He gave me an estimate that I thought was reasonable quickly proceeded to make the repair. An hour later he was done. Jose was polite, certain to clean up any mess and like I said the cost was reasonable. Anytime Plumbing now has my vote for its excellent customer service. Oh, and by the way, while he was here, I showed Jose another small plumbing problem which he also fixed at a reasonable price. It may sound trite, but I will sleep better tonight because of Jose and the company he works for.

I got a quote for replacing the cartridges for my bathtub faucets. It was $200 to $250. To replace a faucet in bathroom sink was $139 for one an $75 for second (in case no match found) if I purchased the faucets myself.I don’t know anything about plumbing but that sounded like too much. So for my peace of mind I made a couple of more calls and the whole job was completed by someone else for less than the price quoted on tub, including the cost of a new faucet (they found a match).I make no claims on the quality of their work and they arrived on time and the gentleman was professional, but it always pays to get multiple estimates.

Trying to follow up on southwest gas about a connection and contacted this company. They changed the service date there times before having someone available to go and get the work done. The technician was kind and professional and he did excellent but the amount these people charge for a simple pipe removal and capping of the gas line is just absurd, ridicculous, unbelievably expensive attesting is hourly and it didn’t even take 30 minutes to do it. A neighbor recommended Anytime Plumbing and I was very pleased with the work Rick did when he came to install a new outdoor faucet. I watched him and was impressed with his attention to detail and that he went out of his way to find the non-standard faucet I asked for. While at my house, in just a few minutes he adjusted the stoppers in bathroomsinks so I could remove them for cleaning, something the plumber who installed them said couldn't be done. I had Rick come back to replace my other outdoor faucet the following week and again he did an excellent job and explained to me how to deal with my kitchen faucet clogging up. He has a pleasant personality and a sense of humor, a nice man I feltcomfortable allowing in my house. I am very happy to have someone this competent that I can call for plumbing work. The scheduling people were also very helpful, kept me posted when they got backed up with work and had to delay mine.

We use both online write-ups + word of mouth to share our local competent + professional service company finds.Anytime Plumbing has arrived on time, each time we have called for plumbing service (Anytime Plumbing will call you 1/2 an hour before their technician will arrive). This is our second experience with Francisco Martinez. Both experiences have been excellent. Francisco Martinez is definitely an honest + extremely competent service technician. We must also say that Anytime Plumbing has always (all 6 times) sent out to our home extremely knowledgeable + professional technicians. Anytime Plumbing service technicians + service trucks have all the necessary supplies/parts/equipment with them (instead of unnecessary trips to a supply house on your time). He located the main line, pulled out the machine and got to work. Before he started he told me what the price would be. Our home is covered through insurance for outside water pipes and sewer. Last night our sewer backed up in the house. Today Francisco Martinez from Anytime Plumbing came out to take care of the problem he did excellent work and explained everything to us. While here we also had him fix the shower due to it wouldn't turn off. He had a very hard time due to the the calcium build up he had to cut the handle off to get to the part to replace. Just go my Hot Water Heater fixed by JD. The company researched my warranty information on my heater and JD brought enough parts to build one from scratch! Very fast and high quality repair work. We will definitely use this company again.

Our master bedroom toilet hasn’t been working and after my boyfriend tried playing plumber we finally decided to call an actual plumber. Jake was the one who assisted us with the repair, super friendly and super helpful, he was very upfront and honest about what he could do and mapped out our options for us. He was upfront about pricing and explained what he could try first for us to be more cost effective instead of automatically telling us to replace everything. Fast, good service. Called about a main sprinkler line that was leaking and one of their service providers, Malcolm, showed up within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and even gave me a couple of repair options depending on what I wanted to do to help me save money. He was very professional and courteous. Totally great experience today with Anytime Plumbing. They answered the phone within 3 rings. The lady who answered was very pleasant and very helpful. She promised a plumber in 30 mins. and we had one. Diego was wonderful. He installed 2 new faucets in our laundry room and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him. The company sent Trevor to my home to obtain a second opinion for a warranty company. Not only did he say he could do the repair the same day with warranty company approval but he would obtain the approval immediately. The sewer line issue had been going on for over a week by the time this company was sent to my home. He went to his truck and contacted the warranty company and was given approval to do the work. The issue was resolved with only a little follow up to be done by me with the city sewer services department. Trevor was professional and knowledgable. Am extremely satisfied with work done when another company had proposed over $25,000 worth of work and at least another week of waiting time. This will be my go to plumbing company for all plumbing issues in the future.

We had another water problem – REALLY! Second water leak in 4 months!!! This new water leak problem was from an original 2009 waterline install – with the water leak coming to a head last week. The original home external waterline installation used the lowest grade available copper tubing available. Add to that a legal waterline install but not the best way to install this waterline. With the approach of the 4th of July weekend, we had problems getting service here. Our insurance Company advised even the insurance companies are having issues with getting service providers to customers - due to the lack of service people to support. When Anytime Plumbing arrived - a total of three technician visits - we finally got the right technician Jerry the Leak Technician.Jerry got onto the water leak problem ASAP and fixed the water leak as if this was his own home. He fixed the leak issue and placed the lines in the best configuration possible – using only the best materials on the market today. We are extremely happy with Jerry's professionalism + work ethic. Jerry and technicians like Jerry are why we only use Anytime Plumbing Inc for all of our plumbing repairs.Jerry + Anytime Plumbing Inc gets all 10’s AGAIN!!!

Anytime booked me same day. Steven D. showed up at my unit shortly after. Loved the fact he checked his shoes at the door, was super professional, and even showed me a few tricks so I was more knowledgeable on how to troubleshoot. I used a $20 off coupon which was also a bonus and he didn't give me any grief for using it. Proved to me the problems and showed me the solution. Love this company and Steven was great! Anytime, you're lucky to find employees like this in Vegas- it's hard to come by. I can only imagine the rest of your staff is the same quality.

The Kirk called me and explained the situation and he is a true gentleman. Kirk took care of the previous service charge of. $1200 by applying it to a brand new A/C UNIT. Had great service from Francisco Martinez yesterday. Initially called Precision Plumbing but they were way over priced (saying they increased their prices by 20%). Called anytime plumbing and they came out the very next morning and repaired my water shut off valve in the garage for a fair price. Great service and great price!

JD came out and was exceptional and very professional. Took care of the problem in no time. Very courteous and helpful. He even laughed at my jokes.

I had a horrible experience with this company! I called them Saturday morning to get service to my house as I had 2 toilets plus a shower backing up. When I called for service I was told that I was scheduled and they would call me back when a technician was available giving me a 30 minute heads up when he was on his way. As promised, I received a call later that day (3:42 pm) stating the plumber was on his way. He arrived shortly after 4:00 pm and spent almost 3 hours working to clear my clogged drain and then told me that my backflow valve was stuck (plus unreachable and underwater) and he tried with the tools he has to open it but a special tool is needed so he will have a senior technician come back the next morning to remove it and that would solve my problem.The next morning I hadn't heard anything from the company so I called them at 10:00 am to ask the status of the senior technician coming and was told that all technicians were busy and they would again call me 30 minutes prior to arriving. I questioned why I wasn't given an appointment or at least a time window and I was told by Guy that isn't how they operate. I had no choice but to accept this odd business policy. At 3:36 pm I finally received a call from the company but it was to tell me that the dispatch office closes at 4 pm and a technician wouldn't be able to get to me before that and if I still wanted someone to come out after that I had to agree to the $260 per hour after hours rate for service. I explained the full situation to Guy, assuming he didn't know the circumstances that happened the night before. I explained that I hadn't requested after hours service but their technician couldn't fix it yesterday and told me they had to have someone else return with the correct tool for the job. He didn't care and became very rude telling me my choices were to accept the after hours rates or I could cancel the service. When I asked if someone would be for sure coming out this evening, he said he couldn't tell me anything unless I agreed to the after hours rates. He then hung up on me as he didn't like the way I was talking to him. I immediately called back and got a girl this time and she basically told me the same thing so I told them to cancel and hung up.After this horrible experience and now being without any working toilets in my home for 2 full days after waiting for Anytime Plumbing, I called Resolution Plumbing who identified the backflow valve was not working properly and needed to be replaced.The photo posted shows how Anytime Plumbing left the cleanout at my house....the same way it looked when he arrived.

After reading reviews of plumbers in the area, I contacted ANYTIME PLUMBING.At 10 am, set an appointment for 5pm.No water pressure...bad pressure valve.Received a call at 4:15pm that they moved others ahead of me and bumped my appointment to 8:30 the next morning.😡😡😡😡😡😡I guess we will see if they show up or if I get bumped again.Poor customer service and communication in my mind.

So the pipe connected to my washer was coming up & clogged. Francisco came and very quickly and knowledgably told me the problem and what he would do. I had a pipe replace with a new one and at testingtime, It was FIXED!!!!! Francisco explained to me why it happened, and how to maintain that certain pipe. Thank you Francisco ! Oh and he is bilingual...ALWAYS a plus!

Just had a new Water Heater installed since the old one gave out after about 7 years. We had a leak in our ice maker line valve, and the water had penetrated the dry wall. We had to shut water off to the entire house. Called Anytime Plumbing and Francisco showed up about an hour later. He gauged the problem quickly and went to work. Previous installation was a bit faulty but Francisco corrected that and got us back online quickly.Thank you Francisco and Anytime Plumbing.

Francisco came over to fix a toilet leak and was very quick, professional and knowledgeable! He was able to explain to me what happened and how it was being fixed in layman's terms so that I could understand what was going on.
