In the wee hours one morning we discovered a water pipe leak in the wall separating our office and garage. It sounded like a running faucet in the wall. A quarter inch of water was on the office floor. After shutting off the house water and mopping up the mess, we called LV Restoration because they are a complete, one-stop company. At 5:30am we were able to speak with a live person, and by 9:00am the wallboard was removed, water was restored to the house, and blowers were drying out the wall. Once dried out, the wall was completely reconstructed to match existing paint colors and baseboard molding in a single day. These guys are complete craftsmen who can do it all, which greatly speeds up the reconstruction process. We highly recommend LV Restoration for all your flooding recovery needs, as well as any other kitchen/bathroom renovation and remodeling needs. Technician Brian came out to our apartment at 7300 Pirates Cove Rd and helped us at a time of need. He went beyond what most people would of done and help fix the water leak. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his work. If i ever have a plumbing problem in the future im definitely calling Brian out again. 5 star sevice for sure!

I had been researching for restoration company to help fix the damages from the heavy rain and snow last year. I had come across LV Restoration and request for an estimate. Right away, they send in Romy, who came in and told what the process was. He really got this ball moving and made sure our roof was fix right away once an estimator came in. David, a project estimator, came in and did all the necessary steps and measurements to ensure the insurance pay for the damages done. He was even nice enough to sit down with me to explain the whole process for an hour and half. Then the company send in Miguel from an asbestos company to remediate the asbestos. Miguel and his team did a great job remediating the asbestos and packing our things into a pod. Once the remediation was done, Luis, Director of Operations, and Juan, the project manager/contractor came in, and started restoring our dining/kitchen room and the apartment. Most of all, the president of this company, Joe has really help us with insurance. He really fought tooth and nails to make sure the insurance pay for the necessary repairs to be done on the house and he ensured the restoration was done right away due to my mom’s condition. This company really treat us like family all the way and make sure we are satisfied until the very end. If you want a company, you can trust and fight tooth and nails for you with the insurance. This is the company for you. My mom and I are really thankful for what this company has done for us.

Wow!!!! The positive reviews are real, what a great team. My main water line went out, without hesitation, Brian outbids all other estimates, he assessed, fixed, and I was fully satisfied of his work, simple and quick, better than new! I would highly recommend this team to family and friends.

Called them up on the 21st at 8am and Brian came out by 11am. I had a leak under my main bathroom sink and my shut off valve was from the late seventies. He explained what he would do and what I needed to get it done as I live in a 4 unit complex with an HOA. Arrangements were made for him to come out on the 22nd to do the work and he provided me with a very reasonable price. He was here the next day and even though he had a more difficult time with the old plumbing the price never changed. I found him to be personable, professional, efficient and true to his word. Thanks LV Restoration & Plumbing. I would do all you could to keep him in your employ. I would definitely use this company again!!

Well I don't know where to start my water heater burst damaged my drywall in the garage and seeped into the drywall in the bedroom. Behind the Walls soaked rug and it was a mess. I wasn't home I have a tenant in that house and the Tenant and Joe at LV restoration Plumbing got together and started repair processe. The Insurance company was difficult to deal with. I had to remind the claims adjuster that I am the client. After Joe and the tenant got together it was great to see that my tenant and Joe worked very well together. They done everything necessary to get the house back into condition it came out to be an A+ condition I am so so relieved. It took a little time my tenant was patient Joel set up a temporary hot water system for the tenants. It went so smooth after the tenant and Joe at Las Vegas restoration got together and coordinate everything that tension and stress levels drop to near zero. I need to mention Joe delt with my insurance company and that was good for me. I am considering changing insurance company. If you need work regarding water damage or Plumbing call Joe. Thanks Joe.

Last night our toilets decided that the water should be in the showers/bath tubs. We decided to wait a while maybe there was a burst pipe in our area. Nope, well we called and a matter of 30+mins Trenton showed up and un clogged our problem. Definitely will recommend them for friends and family and for future problems. Hopefully not that soon, price was decent for what he had to do. Thanks again

My mother called this company to fix an issue with the washer drain, and they helped her by price matching another company which charged $150 less than LVR does. Which I was grateful for but then...

Shortly after supposedly fixing the problem and receiving their pay. The toilets stop working which were working fine prior to the service and I later found that they never put the drain cover back on causing raw sewage to spill out all over my moms yard! They also told her that the main drain pipe was broken! How they figured that without ever sending a camera down, still baffles me!?

So I called and dealt with the guy who came out and before I could finish my sentence, he was quoting me $250 for another snake cleaning as he called it. Then he said that there was never a cover on the pipe that spit out all the raw sewage, which is a complete lie! And when I said sir there was one there and disagreed with him, he hung up on me!

So I got a hold of the owner and he sent someone else out and the price went from $250 for a cleaning to a new main pipe for $3000 or so!!! But then he said don't worry about that let's remodel your bathroom and all you pay is the insurance deductible... I said well I'll call my insurance to make sure that it's covered, he responded with don't worry about that, we know exactly what to say to make sure that they pay for it after we complete the work!!! All I had to do is pay the deductible and give them the okay to rebuild my bathroom and they would make so much that they will throw in the main sewage pipe in on the work order!
Yeah, no! Insurance companies do not always cover all work and then I would get stuck with an internal financing program paying premium rates because I signed a contract to give them the okay to begin work!

To summarize I felt scammed and I felt that they took advantage of my mother and they were trying to get more out of her by doing a remodel of the restroom and fixing the main drain line!! Which by the way I had another plumber come out and he ran the camera in the pipe and guess what? The main drain pipe was not broken and he fixed the entire issue that they caused and put a new cap on my drain that they lost or purposely left off for less money than their drain cleaning of $250 that this company was trying to charge my mother to to fix the issue they caused!

I would not recommend this company, due to bad customer service, unprofessional employees, unwilling to fix their problems, used cars salesmen mentality, high prices and I feel that they are very unethical...

The only positive experience that I had was talking to miss Faye who was nice and understanding and didn't immediately try to make me feel like I was in the wrong before hearing me out and trying to sell me on some bogus services without creditable evidence... so I am not in any way or form satisfied and I will never recommend or use this company again and I highly recommend that other potential prey I'm mean clients don't either...

I called LV Restoration to make an appointment for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. I was given an appointment for Thursday, 2/11, at 12:30 p.m. with Louis. On Thursday, at 1:00, Louis was still not at our home & I hadn't heard from LV Restoration. I called the business & was told he was on his way. Louis arrived, looked around our kitchen, & left, letting us know he would have an estimate to us by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I called the office after Louis left & confirmed they had our email address for the estimate. On Friday (2/19) of the next week, 3-4 days after the time promised for the estimate, I had still not received an estimate from Louis. I again called the office. The woman answering the phone told me she would contact Louis immediately & either have him get the estimate to me or let me know what was going on. It has now been over a month since our appointment with Louis & almost a month since I called to find out where our estimate was. We haven't received an estimate or heard from LV Restoration. I can't comment on the quality or value of the work because we didn't even get that far. What I can say is that in the limited contact I had with the business, Louis arrived late to our appointment without letting us know. Louis failed to provide an estimate by the time promised. The office failed to keep us updated or to follow up with us. Needless to say, we did not use LV Restoration for our remodel.

Affordable fair charge, appointment was scheduled on short notice due to leak, technician was professional and friendly. Technician Brian was able to to detect where leak was coming from and repaired in a timely manner. Technician did a great job! I highly recommend!

***YOU ARE GOING TO WANT TO READ THIS REVIEW***

I had a leak in my slab.  I called my home warranty company and they sent a low tiered plumber.  They right away quoted me $6k to reroute my plumbing above the foundation.  I never like using the home warranty companies, so I called and ended up meeting with 3 other contractors. Vegas contractors are known for being shadey, and the ones that came out also wanted to reroute my pipes...and the price kept going up.

After doing a lot of research on rerouting pipes, I came across LV Restoration.  On the phone, the woman who answered was able to answer a lot of questions and she seemed super knowledgeable about plumbing.  She conference called me with one of their technicians and discussed the issue.  They agreed a reroute may be needed but wanted to come check it out in person.... AND AT NO CHARGE!

Here's where is gets really good..... Brian.  So Brian comes to my house and I explain all that I thought I knew about my issue.  He too agreed that we MAY need a reroute, but he did something Crazy. He actually said lets open the walls up where the manifolds are and investigate what the problem is before we commit to doing a larger scale job.  Brian said he has done many of these types of jobs in the past and would know exactly where to look and exactly what to do, in order to minimize the amount of unnecessary work.

So Brian came to my home, opened up the wall (as shown in the picture), did simple diagnosis that he has learned with his years of experience, and showed me which one of the copper lines had the leak.  He cut the line and capped it, and there was no leak to the rest of the house!!!  So now we had to figure out which location the bad pipe went to.  This is important because instead of rerouting the entire house, we would only need to reroute the one damaged line.  Turns out it was an old line capped off during a remodel 20 years ago...AND WE DIDN'T NEED TO REROUTE ANYTHING, JUST CAP OFF THE LINE.

Brian could have easily taken my wallet for a ride today, but he was very honest and thorough.  The price I paid was a fraction of any quote.  The frustrations were eliminated today.  I can't stress enough how great this company is.

What an awesome job Blane did on our remodeling projects. We converted a room to a bedroom. We converted a dining to a beautiful office with 1300 lb. iron doors, remodeled the entire kitchen, painted the inside of the whole house, and remodeled the fireplace. What an awesome job and I can assure you that you will not find a better company and a better price!

I can not tell you how grateful I am to Trent and the staff at LV Restoration and Plumbing. They were so diligent and kind to my 80 yr old mother. They moved all the furniture and put it all back. She had a inside water heater go out. They were professional and courteous. We are so grateful they were the ones we chose.

I had a leaky pipe at my house and I called Joe D, the owner and he sent a technician ( Brian ) right away. Brian quoted me and gave me a reasonable price that we agreed upon. He could not start that night as it was a major repair. It involved the major pipe from the main water line, they had to dig deep in my front yard. But he started working on the leak the next day. They did a great job fixing the problem and putting everything back to how my front yard looks before. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

I found these guys on a cold call just for an estimate because my case was a semi emergency to most people. They came on a Sunday and in a timely manner which is rare in itself, but the technician, who introduced himself as Brian, very professional in his assessment and the price I felt was affordable but I needed a confirmation from my Realty Company, again on a Sunday and tomorrow being a holiday! I regretfully did not get a go ahead on the project but I must admit I was still enamored by the company and their representative! If I owned this home, I would have chosen them to do the work, but I thought this is the least I can do to show the appreciation of an exceptional company! After getting the run around and enormous quotes from 2 other recommended plumbers we called LV Restoration. Brian was prompt. His explanations on scope of work were understandable and the price was very fair. While we were still waiting to hear back from the previous 2 plumbers to schedule work, Brian was in and out and the job completed and not a moment too soon. Emergency Restoration Experts were by far the best plumbing company we have ever has to use. We don't have other experiences with Restoration companies. LV Restoration performed a whole whole pipe replacement on my house. They removed the Polybutylene pipes and replaced them with Pex pipes.

They did this within the timeframe promised and their work passed inspection the first time. The drywall repairs needed where they had to access the pipes in many locations were of top quality and you cannot tell the walls were cut into at all.

This is not an inexpensive procedure, but their quality of work and peace of mind knowing I'll never have a water line failure is well worth the cost.

I definitely recommend LV Restoration for this type of work.

Complete emergency water removal and restoration. This job took a little more than a week and I had my home back fully restored. The team over at LV Restoration & Plumbing was incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. The owner Joe is an absolute god sent, he is so knowledgeable and makes sure you are happy with everything and explains everything before moving forward.

Our main tech, Freddie was diligent in his efforts to get all our questions - answered. Also, to make sure our home was back to 100%!!

We had a pretty large flood, and this team came in and cleaned it up that night (at 11pm). They then dealt with insurance throughout the entire process. Joe and team are legit. Glad to be back in our completed house.

Did not use them for plumbing services but called them in the middle of the night with a sprinkler system issue. They got back to me on the phone very quickly and walked me through how to shut off the valves without trying to charge me. The person went out of their way to try to take pictures and verbally walk me through the process. Would definitely give them a chance for plumbing services.

I hired a contractor to come into my kitchen to remove a couple of cabinets to get to a slab leak....a few hours later, my kitchen was gone. It's a long, miserable story. The most important part is always the ending anyways. After meeting with a few contractors to come in and repair the damage, I ended up hiring LV Restoration. From the second they walked in my door, IT WAS ON....these guys were on a mission. Immediately went to work, if something didn't seem like it wasn't going to plan, they pulled me in to discuss my options. I work in a skilled nursing facility, we had a underground gas leak and was shut down by southwest gas. I called LV Restoration & Plumbing about 10:30 PM. Bryan arrived at 11:00 PM. and stayed till about 1:00AM. to try to resolve the problem. unfortunately none of the plumbing parts supply stores will honer their 24hr Emergency Policies. so his hands were tied and couldnt finish that night. He returned the next day (Easter Sunday) with all the parts he needed and stayed till about 4:00PM to finish. Its good to know that there's good people out there who will put in the effort to help those in need. I feel Brian went above and beyond to help get my facility back on line. I will most definitely be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs.

The crew that helped me out was very effecient overall. From talking to people on the phone to those who worked at my house. I had one of the guys try and troubleshoot a few things inside to see if maybe we could get my insurance to cover my cost. After seeing it was a problem from outside they were still willing to work with me so that I didn't have to pay the whole thing at once which was greatly appreciated considering it was a pretty big job. They worked on the problem right away and got my leak taken care of. Not sure why the negative reviews because they did the job and got it done.

We noticed a leak in our front yard on Tuesday morning 1-8-19 and called LV Restoration. They showed up within an hour. Brian quickly located the problem. It was our water main into our house. It was repaired and everything returned to normal. Their professionalism and quick resolution is commendable.

I Chris Vargas have worked with this company as their cabinet specialist for several months now, have installed several higher end custom ( I build them in the shop)cabinets, more of the homeowners get to layout there kitchen, doesn't always work out for me LOL,,But we'll get done and give the customer what the paid for, Check us out!

Googled plumbers for an urgent need and they had Brian call me right away (on a Saturday). Very professional, took time and fixed our kitchen sink problem promptly that same day. I found LV Restoration & Plumbing online when searching for a leak detection service. On a Sunday morning, I entered my information online requesting an appointment. In less than 5 minutes, my phone rang. To my amazement, Brian told me he could be there later Sunday afternoon ! He called when he was 20 minutes away, like he said he would. He arrived soon after.
He was very friendly and well versed in water issues. He was knowledgeable with how Las Vegas Water District works and the problem that I was having. He walked around my property in 110 degree heat with a spring in his step, looking and listening for any leaks, as we deducted it was from my irrigation system. Once we investigated all 10 irrigation boxes, bugs in all, he found two leaks.
When I ask him how much do I owe, he said - nothing. His visit was a free estimate. I was pleasantly surprised and taken aback at the same time. I would definitely use LV Restoration & Plumbing again in the future for anything water related involving my home. Thank you Brian !

Called LV Restoration to find out if it was possible to repair 2 bathrooms of a house we acquired the rooms ate a total rebuild with possible sewer issues. Receptionist did not understand you cannot turn water there are no fixtures but scheduled a appraisal.Brandon came over understood problems discussed everything and said would start moving. Then nothing happened after 2 weeks called back got rude Receptionist she said they were busy I understand that but how much and when could this be started, she says $11500 over the phone of course I asked what does that include and where did that number come from, then I was told There seems to be bad blood have don't call back. I asked to speak with the owner, he called back quickly apologized and next day sent Bobby to inspect . That went well he was knowledgeable and professional told us to look at fixtures and described the cultured marble tops. We went to Floor and decor, Home depot, lowes found cabinets flooring toilets while waiting on estimate. Bobby called once said things were moving along a will get back, then nothing finally 5/25 Receptionist called left a message 1 of the team's was holding up the estimate. Since then nothing again. This company is way too much trouble to bother with

Had my first contractor completely flake out on me and abandon me after a slab leak flooded most of my house. Had the worst insurance company in the world. Seriously, if you have Western Mutual for your home insurance, switch immediately, I won't even get into that here because I will probably catch a slander case in the local courts if I do. As for Joe, he stepped in and helped me get the insurance company to pay more than they wanted. He had a awesome attorney I was able to consult, and in the end it all worked out. Maybe not as good as it should have if I had a real insurance company, but for the nightmare I was dealing with, the only good thing was LV Restoration and Joe personally helping me thru it. Ended up doing a full on remodeling from the floors to the ceiling. The work was excellent, and from everyone I talked to we got everything done in a record time. Of course it didn't seem that way, but I sit back and think about everything from plumbing, to electrical, to paint, to I don't think anything was untouched. Had a few problems, some big, some small, but they stand behind their work, and do whatever it takes to make it right. I have never done a full remodeling or delt with a flood ever before, and I don't wish it on anyone. LV Restoration is the company to use. He came in and fixed the nightmare that was left by the first contractor who disappeared after cutting holes in most of my walls and I now have a new house. Just finished everything less than a week ago, so I still haven't really had a chance to absorb everything that was done. But everyday now it gets better and better as I get used to a whole new house and get everything back to normal. I am working with Joe soon on a commercial project I have coming up, and I'm looking forward to knowing going in that the work will be to the highest standards. Don't hesitate to call for anything you need. Don't risk another unknown contractor.
