Great company and service technicians.

Called Alaskan Air Conditioning at 8.00 AM. The unit was out and the temperature in the house 90. Robert was here in 20 minutes. Need a new unit. Got 20 years out of the old one. Chris L, Marques and Jacob got here within 30 minutes, installed new A/C and heating unit and was done before noon. The most professional, courteous and knowledgable group I have the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time. This company deserves at least 6 stars.

Alaskan is great. Highly recommended. And the technician, Lorenzo, was amazing.

The Technician was knowledge and polite as well as clean. He put shoe covers on every time he was in the house and cleaned up the dust that fell from the attic after his work was done. He also explained to me the optimal temperature settings of 78 when out, 76 when home and 68 at night and said this should help reduce our electric bill.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Alaskan and wont hesitate to use them again!

Jobab is an awesome technician! ! My air conditioner at our airbnb broke down in July on a late Saturday night. I called at least a dozen companies starting with the ones with the most and highest reviews. I left my messages with the receptionist and/or answer machines. At alaskan they passed me directly to their on call person who gave me a 2 hour window. He got to my house but there was no key in the lock box and the guests were out. He said he had to leave and do another call and he came back right after to fix my problem! It was 1:00am in the morning! I was so impressed and happy with his service. He was able to change out the motor that same night! He saved me from what could have been a disaster! The guests were really happy, I was really happy and you will be really happy if you use this company! They are the best!!!!

Great service By Tim & Angelica. Able to diagnose problem in minuets and install new part. Able to explain problem in layman terms along with a great sense of humor. Very surprised when Tim shared with my wife and myself that it was day two of his employment. Both were very attentive to our concerns and timely. Thank you for the great service. Ps. We have been using Alaskan Air, Heating and Plumbing for many years. They all have been very professional from the office staff to the technicians. They are reliable and have excellent customer service. All there technicians are knowledgeable and efficient in their work. Alaskan put in my HVAC system some years ago. I also have a service contract with them that has them come out every 6 months. On my last service visit they missed something and I informed them accordingly. The next day I got a call from one of the owners. That call lasted for 35 minutes. At the end of the call, he asked me to see if they could turn the relationship around. As a result, I contracted with them to redo my AC/heat venting in the attic as I have a 35 year old house and it was the old decaying R4 insulation. At the same time, I asked them to redo my plumbing: shutoffs for all of the bathrooms (there are 4 bathrooms) utility sinks, new outdoor faucets, replace the anode on the hot water heater and put in some ‘T’s’ for hot water circulation(there are 4 bathrooms).

Their organizational skills, processing, professionalism and throughput was incredible to watch. There were 6 guys on the HVAC crew and they worked from 9 AM to 9 PM to get that job done. The plumber then came in and worked for two solid days to get all of the plumbing activities done. I have to admit I threw them some curves as I kept throwing more and more plumbing tasks while he was here.

Conclusion: I have worked in Quality Assurance for 40+ years. We have a saying: “The next best thing to getting it right is making it right.” Use Alaskan. They provide a solid, dependable, efficient service with strong expertise, professionalism and good pricing. They will walk the talk. If you have an older house, like I do, consider a ‘makeover’ by updating your HVAC and plumbing with them.

Nothing but great things to say about the service we receive from Alaskan. Our facility has a mix of both commercial and residential equipment and they keep it humming along with prompt, effective maintenance and repair. Chris has been fantastic in both his fast response and quality work. Would surely recommend you give them a call.

My technicians name was Robert. Great guy and knowledgeable. He was more than able to answer all my questions. He went through a few basic procedures before concluding that I needed a charge on my unit. He also gave me some tips on how to make my unit more efficient with things I could do on my own that falls under periodic maintenance. I'm glad I called Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning. I had Alaskan Plumbing and AC clean the air vents in my home. The crew was very professional and were careful to keep the area clean. They pulled all the dust out of my vents. When they were gone, I noticed the air smelled cleaner. I would use them again.

I have used Alaskan Heating & Air through 2 AC units...a long time now. Today my repair service was completed bt Steve, who I have had for my maintenance checks recently. Steve is so good at his job and took care of me like family. My compressor was toast and it was replaced ASAP with no fuss, no bother and a more than fair price. Ibhave the service program so my savings more than compensated for its cost. Steve is a prince among men. He is courteous, patient and kind. A rare find these days. Thank you Alaskan!!

They installed a new Hot Water Heater in December for us as an Authorized Installer of Lowe's. Then we called them for a quote for new HVAC System right away. They are professional, clean uniforms with employees names on them, Company name on all their Service Trucks, had Rebates for the Lennox Unit and were reasonably priced, Install date on time, and worked so efficiently with no mess. So proud of our Unit and workmanship, and warranty. We would highly recommend Alaskan Plbg, Htg & Air over any other company out there.

JoBob and Marques just left my office, after responding to concerns I had about unbalanced airflow in my office. They were professional, extremely prompt, attentive and helpful. They clearly explained what was causing the problems, and then advised they would contact the property management company and make recommendations to fix the problem. They explained how I could alleviate the issues on a temporary basis until the permanent solutions could be put in place. I highly recommend Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning.

Service tech was rude and vulgar asked for another tech and got excuse after excuse. Make sure they do NOT send Montel . Joe in the office was not helpful.

I called and spoked to Shelby. I have to say, I was on the rude side. I was hot and irritated but she was so pleasant. I felt bad because she was so nice and I was nippy. Great customer service. Chris called back within minutes. He was very pleasant as well. And although the price was a little more than I was willing to pay, their customer service was worth recognition. Alaskan Air has been great for me, and I also refer them to all of my clients as I work in real estate. I have a bi-yearly contract with Alaskan, and I am very happy with the service. Today, my units were serviced by Juan. Very thorough and explained in detail what he was doing. I appreciated the insight.

I used my home warranty company initially when I was having problems with my HVAC. They sent out a company that can only be described as horrific, AMA Heating(Don't ever use!!). They were supposed to replace entire system, and over a 4 month period, couldn't complete the work. They were unresponsive, unprofessional, and seem like they knew nothing of the system. I went outside the warranty company and contacted Alaskan HAC on a Saturday. By that night, I had an estimate. By Monday morning after 3 hrs of work, they brought both my systems up to code and fully charged and functioning with the final part being installed. They were completely professional, absolutely, responsive, timely, and very experienced. I highly recommend Alaskan Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone. Don't beat around the bush with anyone else.

My mother is 85 years old. She has been using this company for years. Whenever is time to do a yearly check up on her A/C unit. They always make up an excuse not to be here on time. Nor do they not show up to take cake of business. She makes an appointment and they confirm it. But yet they don't show up nor call her. To let her know that they won't be here. She has to call them and find out when will someone be here. It's ridiculous. Then that's when the excuses start.

In 2016, I signed a contract with Robert to replace my HVAC system. Since then I have a maintenance contract with them. They come in the winter to inspect, clean, and check for any problems with the heating system. They come in the summer to check out the AC unit. The dust here is horrible, so they clean out the dust in both units. They also come once a year to do a plumbing inspection, which includes checking water heater, drain, and inspect for any problems.
With the hard water, corrosion is a problem and last year they replaced a corroded part. The techs are always very professional, knowledgeable, and will answer any questions you may have. They all appear to enjoy working for Alaskan, which to me means the company cares for their employees. In turn, they are conscientious and work with intergrity. The last service tech, Luis, was here to inspect the plumbing. He checked the pipes in the bathroom sinks, toilets, and kitchen sink. He did a very thorough inspection. All okay! He booted his feet when he came in the house.
I also appreciate that they call to schedule an appointment, and call prior to arriving. They also call afterwards to make sure everything is okay, and the tech cleaned up, which they always do. Alaskan is my plumber, and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been a customer of Alaskan from the time of my very old units through repairs and replacement and highly recommend this company. Had my yearly maintenance service done on my AC. It's had to find companies these days that don't have an agenda but I have to give a huge shout out to Marsel at Alaskan. Professional by all means but also personable, transparent and honest about what I needed to have done, which he took care of right away at an affordable price. Kudos to Alaskan for having one of the best technicians around.

Look I rarely bother writing reviews mainly because I'm too busy. In this case however I felt it my moral responsibility to share my horrible experience with this company. They were hired by my renovation contractor after I sustained fire and smoke damage to my house. These we're the most unprofessional, sloppy people that worked on my house. It so far has taken them three visits to try to finish the job. The vents covers are crooked, the thermostat is missing etc etc.

Look I have nothing to gain by writing this review but if you need air conditioning or heating work done, do yourself a favor and find a professional contractor!! Trust me on this...

We had Alaskan replace our old AC and heater units. We shopped around and they were the only ones who took into account our specific house, rather than just giving us the standard option. They added a return and relocated the outdoor unit, to give us our patio back. The additional charges for those issues were reasonable. There was a problem the first day that knocked out our cooling, but they came back out right away and got it running right. We just had our first maintenance check 8 or so months later with a professional service tech. We have had no problems with our nice new unit or the included thermostat since it was up and running correctly. We are very glad we chose Alaskan.

Needed the AC worked on where I've been staying in town, the technician was friendly and the AC works wonderfully now so it seems he did a good job!

MY AC PROBLEM WAS VERY IRREGULAR AND WAS QUITE DIFFICULT FOR THE TECHNICIAN TO IDENTIFY. SO AFTER THE INITIAL DIAG {DEAD COMPRESSOR} 2000.00 REPAIR TECH SUGGESTED ANOTHER TECH LOOK TOO , CHRIS THE MANAGER CAME OUT AND DID THE DIAG AGAIN FOR FREE !!!FOUND THAT IT WAS THE STARTER ITS CALLED SOMETHING ELSE A 300.00 REPAIR TO THE COMPRESSOR WHICH WORKED ABOUT HALF THE TIME THATS WHY IT DID NOT COME UP BEFORE THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO SAVE ME SO MUCH MONEY GUYS YOU ROCK

Matt arrived as scheduled and was very professional. Replaced the faulty part in about an hours time and was on his way. The part was not the same as the original however it worked and we once again had air. Matt said he would check on what the original part would cost and get back with me. As promised, Matt called me the next morning. He told me he had good news. Than's always nice to hear. He said that the part was still under warranty and instead of the original cost it would be about a tenth of that!!! Now that's what I call GREAT customer service!!! He returned the same day and swapped out the parts. I will recommend Alaskan Heating and Air to anyone that asks!!! Thank You

ORIGINAL: Reliable and professional

I Have been looking for the HVAC company to replace my old and damaged air ducts. I had one estimate from one of companies. But I wanted a few more estimates. Somehow I found Alaskan company. I was blessed to meet supervisor Chad. He was sincere, honest, pleasant and very intelligent young man Who spent his time to explain about HVAC system and even checked my new air conditioning and heater to make sure they were installed well.

Make a Long long story to shorter, his estimate was very good and I got an appointment for air duct installation right next day. But I wasn’t comfortable to accept the agreement because warranty on materials wasn’t clear. So sadly, I cancelled the appointment on the same night.
Chad called me next morning after he made some phone calls to supplier to get the warranty information for me.
He even drove to my house to show me the email from supplier’s supervisor.
Actually I got the BEST material and labor warranty after I went through frustration, disappointment and doubt on Chad.
I have never met anyone who was willing to go extra miles to help client to get the best warranty and satisfaction. He even saved a spot for my installation right next day with the BEST team of two installers.

Armando and Alex were a great team to work together. They were very pleasant, hard workers and professional. They worked all day until 8 pm. They looked exhausted but they were still pleasant and smiling instead of being grouchy.
They even picked up my filter from their shop when they went to pick up supplies. And replaced it with an old filter for me.
They suctioned each air ducts outlets and floor. They covered with plastic wherever needed it.
Especially Armando was very thorough when he was suctioning each air duct outlets even though he was hungry and exhausted. He even took his time to look for one screw he saw earlier on my drive way. He had to turn on the flash light from his cell phone to find it. He didn’t want me to have a flat tires from it.
And Alex seems to know exactly what he was doing with his skill. He even drew the map of my air duct replacement for the better air flow.

I was very impressed by and happy with their excellent team work with pleasant attitude!!

I also want to thank to Rachelle who was very nice and pleasant whenever I need to call the company.

Overall I feel very blessed with an entire experience with this company.

Overall very pleased with Alaskan!!! Above and beyond!!! Jeff was the technician, he showed up professional and very nice. He had the water heater that I purchased from a big box store. And of course no blame to Alaskan, I ordered a different unit than the one I needed. My water heater was very unique and very scarce. Jeff was very quick with a solution. He got on the phone, found the unit and gave me a great quote, I knew it was a good estimate because I had already had other companies come out with offers. Jeff came back first thing in the morning with the correct unit. He had it installed, with running hot water, in just a little over 2 hours!!! I said it before, I'll say it again! Above and beyond!!!

I've use Alaskan PH&A for my Heat & Air, water heater and other plumbing service. However this time the plumber couldn't unclog my tub drain. He suggested a drain specialist. I call them and that company took less than 15 sec to unclog. Unfortunately I have a new plumbing service.

We were really impressed by the professionalism of the Alaskan Plumbing, Heating & Air technicians that we have had. They are always on time and perform their services in a timely manner. We have had our heating and air conditioning check multiple times and find that they do a great job! We would highly recommend Alaskan Plumbing, Heating & Air to everyone.

The service tech [Matthew] was terrific. He did not hurry me and listened to my questions and concerns...answered all to my satisfaction. I have a service contract due to expire Spring 2016 and will renew as I am confident that my heating and cooling system is in capable hands. I have recommend this company before and will do so again.

Our ac was not working and temp was supposed to hit 110 this week in Vegas. Angelique showed up on time the same day I called Alaska. After asking some investigative questions, she inspected the system. She located the issue, made a quick minor repair, and voila ac was cranking out cool air. The only thing we would request differently next time is that she not light up a celebratory cigar in our living room once the job is complete....ok ok she did not really light up a cigar but she did get ac working. Thanks Alaska.

I purchased a water heater through Lowes after my water heater went out in March. Alaskan came out the next day and were very professional, courteous and worked quickly so I wouldn't be displaced any longer than necessary. I'm thankful that Alaskan is more centered on helping their customer, rather than price gouging their customers (like Goettel) I will definitely use their services again.

After having 3 AC companies look at my AC unit (which was leaking) I decided to bite the bullet, stop band-aiding my unit and replace the poorly built unit Beazer Homes put in. I called Alaskan on Wednesday morning and at 6pm that night, Jojab came out and inspected the unit fully. He took the time and effort to inspect everything, take pictures all while dealing with a very hot summer attic. After a great explanation of what I could do, we went with a full overhaul. By Friday morning Joey and Allen showed up with all of the parts, placed down plastic all over the floors, dismantled the old unit and installed the new one. I give them the highest of credit for dealing with the Vegas heat which outside was 105 so the attic may have been 120+ degrees. By no means was it easy getting the old unit out, and the one in. after 4 hours, i had a new quite AC unit and i couldn't find any sign on the floors or walls that they had been there. I would recommend Alaskan to any of my friends. Great job Joey, Allen, and Jojab. Stay Cool!!!

I called several different companies to come and fix my air conditioner. No one could fit me in even though it was 113° out and i had a baby 4yrs old and 3 small dogs that were getting very sick. Alaskan Heating and Air conditioning repair called me right back and had a technician come to fix my air conditioner within 2 hours. Jobob was the technician which did an amazing job. He was very polite ,had the battery nd my air conditioner was fixed in 20 minutes . I was his last call which he was working since 8am he called me around 9:15 pm 45 minutes earlier then my scheduled time and showed me nothing but amazing professionalism ,checked everything inside and outside that my air conditioner was working properly. It was time for the servicing of our furnace to prepare for the winter months and I did not need to remind them, they contacted me! Marcel Swift came out for the servicing. He was very knowledgable, respectful and answered my questions so that I understood him clearly. He was wonderful! He even took the time to check out our AC unit and answer a question I had.
I also love how Alaskan Plumbing, Heating and Air set up their appointments over the phone with friendly personnel who make us feel like we are special customers. They offered a free plumbing inspection of our entire home and also checked out our hot water heater, drained and refilled it at no cost to us. We had a different technician come out to do the plumbing. James Insley came within a half hour of Marcel leaving. Alaskan called to let us know what time James would be here (as they did when Marcel was on his way) James was equally as knowledgable about his plumbing service walking through out our house with me inspecting it all; finding no issues. Jame was easy to talk to as he explained what he was doing and the condition of our old water heater. Without any pressure at all gave us the information we will need in the next few years to replace it. He was also wonderful to work with. The quality of service from the initial phone call to the the technicians is superior at Alaskan!
PS: Alaskan installed a new furnace and AC unit for us last year and i wish I had the names of those two technicians who were outstanding!!

Mixed feelings here:
Pros's - they had a guy come out right away, at 9pm on Memorial Day and said it would not cost extra for the Holiday. He was very nice and professional and worked fast to fix the problem.

Con: my husband recognized the part that was replaced, and after some quick research we realized it was a $30 max part. They charged us $200?!!?!! For the part alone, plus the service call. Nothing I could do because it was done. I get the fact a business has overhead, but an over 6x mark up on a part is astronomical. I feel like I was WAY overcharged.

Used the plumbing dept. today for first time. I had a plugged toilet called them on 5/21 and made an appointment for today. They came out, i showed them the problem, they jumped right on it, fixed it in one hour and checked the rest of the house. Wrote a report, told me what else was wrong charged me a fair price and boogied on outa here. Was extremely happy and will use them again. 😀

Alaskan installed our Maytag unit on our roof over 10 years ago. They have serviced it twice a year since. We have always been happy with their employees and service. I highly recommend this company!

I tried to work with my home warranty to get a tech out to repair my air conditioning unit when it failed a home inspection for a sale. Not only was the contracted tech from the other company ripping me off with more refrigerant than the system is capable of holding, but nothing was actually getting repaired. Multiple visits were required and everyone lost trust. I called back to Alaskan with my urgent request, and Marcel came back out that night to check on my unit, verify repairs, and give everyone assurance that my home was ready for the sale to proceed. I was especially impressed in how knowledgeable he was with setting the schedule on the thermostat. I've seen many ads on Centennial group on FB for air duct cleaning & many people have posted those are scams showing pictures of large piles of debris.

We had Alaskan Air come back & clean our ducts as I was sneezing so much 24/7 despite allergy med daily. 2 men came, laid down plastic & wore disposable booties to protect the carpet, very quiet, respectful, only a couple hours, not a major production at all. Our home is 1650sq ft & they did every room except the bathrooms. $684. I'm so much better & can function again. We had new AC & ducting installed 15 years ago so it was needed.

As a mechanical engineer, I was impressed with the technician's attention to detail and willingness to explain the process. Their careful and fair evaluation of the unit's efficiency and future repair needs was very helpful. I purchased a service contract.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Last night my AC went out at 9:30pm. I called Alaskan and Lorenzo was at my house within 40 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our system back working in 15 minutes. He was professional, courteous and thorough. I would definitely use Alaskan again and will request for Lorenzo.

She canceled it immediately (no kind of charge) and offered to refund my payment immediately.

Replaced two water heaters one electric one gas, drained water from old heater and hauled away.

Many promises followed by a faulty HVAC Installation. Alaskan installed my new HVAC system crooked, so the AC drain leaked and flooded my house, they installed loud, noisy, oversized condenser unit outside that in winter wakes up people sleeping inside in two bedrooms. Alaskan hawks a $250+/yr maintenance plan that doesn’t cover their additional exorbitant costs of parts & labor ($175 for 10 minutes labor using my hose to lightly rinse off the outdoor condenser). Their new Lennox system that should have cost $6500, has ended up costing me over $10,000 in 5 years - not to mention the increased heating/cooling bills from their expensive , noisy, oversized, incompetently installed whole House replacement HVAC system. Alaskan, contracting through Lowes, was a disaster that, like the Titanic movie, goes-on-and-on.

Amazing service. Truly went above and beyond for our family in our time of need. Thank you Jeff and Angelica. Both of you are an asset to your company. You will be the only company we call and will let anyone who needs plumbing or A/C to call you guys.

Alaska Plumbing, Heating & Air had let a cat into our house while we were away. We presented the evidence in the form of doors being left open for 17 minutes at a time. It is worth noting they were the only people at our house while we were away. Chad had written inaccurately in response to a Yelp review that we said there were other contractors in our house so it could have been them. I'd like to think he didn't say this to lie on purpose but may have been mistaken. Either way, the evidence was not in dispute. Fortunately, Animal Control was able to remove the cat (alive) and the cost ended up being the cost of a $800 rug and the $350 fee from Servpro. Animal Control performed the service for free.

Secondly, I own homes in six states and employ close to 10,000 people across my various companies. I didn't get to where I am trying to take advantage of local businesses with grand schemes and fictional tales of cats being let into my home so I could try to score a cool $350 and a new rug (although it really did tie the room together)

This is about right and wrong and I will fight for what is right. After reading Chad's misleading Yelp reply I have a renewed sense of duty to spread the word about my experience with this company

i recently had a air conditioning problem at one of the Drs offices that i help maintain. i called Alaskan Air (because they are who i use for my own house) and Matt came out (quickly) and located the problem, adjusted all thermostats and identified the main problem. i was only charged the service call and i was very satisfied with his courteous mannor and his knowledge of the system. i will highly recommend Alaskan Air to anyone that needs help. great company !

These guys were awesome! They showed up on time, covered all of my floors with plastic so there was no mess, they were polite and totally professional. AND they were fairly priced!

I'm editing this, because it is coming into the summer and I'm realizing how much this system is saving me in electricity. When the salesman came to do the bid, he took a lot of time explaining the system I had and the other levels of AC systems (how and when they turn on/cycle). Based on this info I decided to go one level up from what I had with not that big of a price difference. Compared to last June and July, it looks as though I'm saving about $60 a month on my electric bill.

We recently had a PureAir air purification system installed as I was having real problems breathing and being even simple tasks without having to sit down and catch my breath. Within 4 hrs of install, I could feel a difference in the air--I wasn't having as much trouble breathing nor did I feel like I had to sit down every 5 minutes while I was trying to do a simple task. It has now been 2 weeks since the installation & I no longer need either of my inhalers, I can breathe & laugh without coughing my head off and the air smells cleaner, fresher and feels lighter. I know this sounds too good to be true, but it is a fact. I can not wait until I go see my lung Dr. again so that he can see the difference in me! It is a miracle!! Thank you all so much. The most helpful , informative and friendly people you will ever find to work with. I will use this company for all my heating and air conditioning concerns from now on. Thanks again.

They were very professional and explained my options so that I could make the best decision for my home. They installed the AC and the furnace. I then noticed a high-pitch noise the furnace was making when running. Alaskan Air was out in a jiffy and fixed it right away at no charge. THANK YOU!!!

Upstairs A/C quite working late Saturday evening.
Called Alaskan at 7am Sunday morning. Left my information with their answering service. Technician (Marcel) called me back quickly. He was able to get to my place a lot quicker than I was expecting being it was the hottest weekend of the year. Marcel was very friendly and professional. He had my Unit running by 10am. The first contact with Alaskan happened after my garage flooded from a water heater tank that failed. As I searched for a plumbing company I remembered their bill board so I gave them a call. They were very fast in the response and within 24 hours of first contact I had a brand new tankless water heater installed. I was shocked when they arrived when they said. In discussions with the Service personnel I discovered that they had a service plan I could purchase to have my a/c and heat checked every spring and fall I liked it was a good deal and what I really wanted. We wound up purchasing two new HVAC systems from them. Once again they arrived when they said and made sure I understood how everything worked before they left. Alaskan is the best contractor I have ever interacted with. We have two other a/c units that will need to be replaced and with out hesitation I will use Alaskan again. I felt my needs and satisfaction were important to Alaskan.

Very prompt for appointments. Very polite, careful technicians. We had a variety of things. Mostly good, but had to come three times for the swamp cooler leak because they too a short cut (in order to save us $$)

Alaskan installed a new AC unit for me a couple of years ago. They were on time and clean. I had to have a check up on my unit to make sure everything was running well. Had another company put up solar and change some things to make the house more energy efficient. That didn't go so well. Call Alaskan to come back to the house to fix the thermostat. They worked their magic. I love how helpful and concern they are to make us comfortable during these hot summer days

I just want to comment on the technician-Angelica. She arrived on time and was pleasant , friendly and very knowledgeable about our system.The service required her to go into the attic which she did safely. Angelica left the work area clean. When the service was complete she informed us that our ducts were very dusty and suggested a cleaning. All we ever heard about duct cleaning was that it was a scam and pretty expensive. We made no decision at this time.I would recommend your company along with this technician. She is an asset to your company.

The Alaskan Plumbing crew installed a new water heater for us. Their two man crew was on time, and very professional and did great job. When finished their cleanup was great. From this experience I would highly recommend them.

Alaskan Heating sent Jaime and Manu to install a new 2 HVAC system. Before the installation process, a protective plastic covering was laid on the floor and stairwell.
The job includes fixing the leak from the roof and installing a separate return to one of the bedrooms. The total cost is a lot less than another bidder. After the installation, Jaime and Manu shows me how the new thermostat works and when I expect the city inspector and drywall repair guy would contact me.
Apart from being polite and courteous, Jaime and Manu left the premises in clean condition.
I may add, Marcel, the guy who submitted the proposal is great as well.

We called Alaskan with a broken unit early on a Monday morning. They had a tech out within a few hours. Once we decided to purchase a new unit from Alaskan they scheduled the install for a few hours later, same day and completed the work that night! We were very impressed with their friendly, fast service. Definitely highly recommend them to anyone with A/C or heating issues.

Everything about my service call was great. Technician was fast to respond and knowledgeable. They lose one star on cost. Over $600 to replace a blower motor and capacitor. $400 for a $75-$100 motor seems a bit much to me. Especially since they probably get the motors even cheaper then the public can.

Robert showed up for our scheduled appointment on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining the options available to replace my old air conditioner. We settled on the best unit for my house and scheduled an installation time. His installation team showed up on time, and had removed and replaced the air conditioner in two hours time. I was very pleased with with Alaskan Heating and Air and highly recommend them.

Use Alaskan for A/C maintenance and repair - Our technician, Angelica was great! She identified problems quickly and was super polite!

Last year in a desperate attempt to get my A/C working with a 1 yr old at the time and a pregnant wife, Chris and Jobob came to the rescue after many failed attempts to contact other companies that came up on a Google search. This year my other unit went out. Chris had a lightning fast response and Jobob was at my door in no time to yet again save the day. Both are absolutely amazing and far exceeded my customer service expectations. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Called their emergency number on memorial day around noon when the AC died. They promised a call back in 24 hours.

Around 3pm the next day when no callback materialized. I called again. They promiaed to send someone between 4 and 6.

After waiting three hours for a tech who never showed up, i called again.

The person that answered wouldnt identify herself by name and refused to give me any information. She did promise to give my message to the technician. You know... The one that didnt show up.

I do not and have never had an outstanding balance with alaska air. I am a tenant in the house where I live. The representative we dealt with was aware that there was a tenant on premises and a remote landlord who was paying. She spoke tp both of us. My landlord to arrange the repair and me to set up a two hour window when I would be at home to let the technicians in.

I dont know what the deal with an outstanding balance was, but if there was one, it is perfectly reasonable that AA did not want to render additional service until it had been settled.

However, if that was the case they should have called me directly to tell me the appointment was canceled the same way they called me directly to make it.

Its common sense and common courtesy. If you tell someone ill be there between 4 and 6 wait around for me in your sweltering hot house then you decide not to come (even if you have a good reason) you call them back and tell then not to wait around for you

Our system went out at midnight. Our technician came out right away. When he arrived, Raul went right to work. He did the diagnostic tests and gave us the estimate. He never tried to up sell or mislead us into thinking we had a larger problem. (I had this happen with another company). When he was finished, Raul explained what he had done for us. I was truly thankful for his professionalism and understanding of our situation. I would highly recommend him and his company!!!

On August 15th, my wife and I awoke to find no air conditioning on the first floor of our home. With the temperature projected to reach 108 that day, I called Alaskan Air at 8:00 AM hoping to find someone in the office. To my surprise, Patty answered and upon learning that we are on an annual maintenance plan with Alaskan Air she said that she would have a technician dispatched within the hour…another surprise! The technician (Marcel) arrive within 45 minutes……another surprise! Marcel confirmed our fears….one of our 15 year old heat pumps was beyond repair……not a surprise, because Alaskan Air had provided a warning previously.

After checking the Alaskan work schedule with Patty, Marcel said they could replace our entire system that day…..another surprise! By noon, a crew of five technicians (Omar, Armondo, Jason, Alex, and Jamie) arrived with all the components for our new system. For six hours, they worked as a well-coordinated team (without a break) in 106-degree heat to complete the installation. By 6 PM our new Lennox HVAC system was cooling our home……a final, and very pleasant, surprise!

Every Alaskan Air employee in the chain of events that resulted in the installation of our new Lennox HVAC system was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and sensitive to our comfort and convenience. We are pleased to have been treated as such valued customers.

The ownership of Alaskan Air deserves credit for having assembled such a well-trained and service-oriented team. They should be very proud of the team that came to our rescue.

Chad came to our home to give us a quote to replace our 25 year old units. He explained to us, in terms we could understand, what our options are. There was no pressure to make a decision immediately. He was very professional and personable. We would highly recommend calling them first for any hearing, air conditioning or plumbing service.

I called and requested service, I had a quick response and the job was done and done well. I highly recommend them!

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company scammed me by installing my house’s water softener and told us that my family can drink from anywhere in the house after installation. I asked their technician at least three times, before and after installation, he confirmed yes because the water softener is installed for whole house. I paid for an expensive water softener because of that, but later found out that this company lied to me. They did NOT install for the whole house! I only found out about this several days later when my laundry room was installed a new washer/dryer and found out that the water softener SHOCKINGLY did not install for the whole house. My pets had serious diarrhea from the 2nd day we provided them water from the kitchen faucet and cost a few vet visits. I called this company to request them to correct the install and unbelievably, they declined to fix this, and even did not apologize for this mistake. They kept saying they don’t have other option. They don’t compensate for the mistake they made, and caused me to buy an expensive water softener that installed wrongly (and dangerously if my family keeps drinking from kitchen faucet). The only thing they could offer is to credit the $550 installation fee if we agreed to pay thousands more to change the water system!!! This is an unacceptable way to run a business, it is unethical, irresponsible, even causing potential health and safety issues to consumers. Please do not use this company if you don’t want to get scammed and put your health at risk. Until they admit this is their fault and compensate accordingly, this comment should remain here to warn any potential victims of this company.

Marcel Swift did great job !

OMG - what a horrible experience! We hired this company to service our commercial swamp coolers. In the spring, they were a no-call no-show. Finally sent someone a couple of days later who proceeded to do more work than agreed upon (without getting approval). Of course, we received a bill for that and numerous calls for months later asking when we were going to pay for it (their office is a mess and when I shared that I'd already spoken to someone, they sounded surprised as they don't keep good records). Then when they came to do the fall service, they sent 2 people, a tweaker and a guy who spoke no English. Those guys did the job wrong. We will never use this company again. Sheesh!!

Bogdan was fantastic! Came right away, sold me a new furnace and installed it same day.

They’ve never disappointed us and never tried to bamboozle us with false diagnoses. Glad we chose them nearly 4 years ago and we are doing it again for our new house. BTW, Marcel is awesome

I was very impressed with the technicians at Alaskan!

Tim did the maintenance flush and check on our water heater. He showed me the sediments in the drained water and thoroughly explained everything to me. He was very professional and polite!
Our drain in the shower was clogged and he took out all the crud he could reach. It worked and there was no charge for that because he didn't have to use the auger. It was so nice he offered to do that!
He did an excellent job!

Chris was out to do our AC Maintenance. I liked how he cleaned the small electrical box and checked all the wires. He sprayed some special cleaning solution on the AC before hosing it down.
He was very professional! Very thorough inspection I liked how everything was explained to me.

I will definitely use Alaskan Air again and ask for the technicians that just did our services!

Excellent customer service, good communication, always arrive on time. Raul especially always does an excellent job. Very happy with this company.

The technician, Matt R., arrived on time and politely introduced himself and asked what my concerns were and how long I expected to be in the home. He then looked at the thermostats and set them back to go on and run so he could test output (cooling issue front unit) and how cold air at the register and return were. Next he said he had to go up on the roof and do an inspection and would report to me what he found out. Front unit had to have a little Freon but the back or rear unit was fine. He then performed what he called an annual A/C cooling maintenance inspection that included washing out the coils on each unit and checking all critical functions and parts. Then he topped off the front unit with Freon and completed his work and visited with me again about what he did and some “what to be aware of issues”. Further, he recommended that I buy their annual inspection service and explained what was covered in detail and that I would save 20% on parts and up to 1lb. of free Freon. The bill came to less than I was expecting! Matt did an outstanding job and represented the company in an excellent fashion!! Would not hesitate to recommend him and Alaskan Air to anyone. I have been in Las Vegas 40 year’s best A/C service I have ever received! Utilize their service with confidence!! Thanks Matt and Alaskan Heating and Air Conditioning👍

AC went out at 9:30 pm. Made a call to Alaskan (after a competitor told me they couldn't come out until tomorrow afternoon). The woman who answered was quick and polite. Connected me with a tech on the spot. They quoted me a hour arrival time. Were here in 45 min. Techs name was Ivan. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Had the unit up an running in 30 min. He saved me from an uncomfortable night. Based off this experience and Ivan I will be calling this company in a few months when it is time to service the heating. THANK YOU!

This was the first time my fiancee and I called Alaskan to repair an HVAC unit. Robert showed up on time to diagnose the problem. As we suspected, our 23-year-old unit was dead. Robert suggested replacing it with a 16-seer Maytag. He drafted a proposal and gave us a fair deal. In addition, he did not charge us for the service call, and he reimbursed us for a one-night stay at Suncoast, since it was after hours and the unit could not be immediately replaced. The next morning Derrick, Jimmy and Sean arrived on time to install the new HVAC unit. They performed the work in an efficient, professional manner. All four techs were extremely courteous and consummate pros. We are so glad we decided to call Alaskan. We make the highest recommendation without reservation.

I had a Sunday night emergency where my outside faucet broke off (in the stucco wall) I had to turn off the water at the street meter. I called Alaskan and was told one of their Tech's was nearby and would be there shortly. Sure enough Tony Sanchez shows up, gave me a couple options and he replaced the faucet in about 1 hr. Professional, courteous excellent work. Thank you Tony and Alaskan Plumbing, Heating and Air! Oh, the price was one of the best parts, Sunday night-Covid19 restrictions- and the charge was as low as it gets, way lower than you'd think! Ben S.

We have used Alaskan multiple times over the last five years and they have provided us with excellent, professional and courteous service, every time. Our latest issue with our AC, one of their technician, Bogdan P, called to inform his eta, as promised, arrived on time, and inspected the AC Unit. Upon inspection, we had a blower motor issue and Bogdan asked about when the AC unit was installed, he stated the unit should still be under warranty, called the manufacturer and informed us that it was still under warranty. This was the second time we had a blower motor issue but another AC repair company told us it was not under warranty and we had to pay for the part (previous company lied to us). Bogdan went to pick up new motor but since it was not the original motor, the manufacturer would not take it back. Bogdan fought for us and got the new motor for us. Upon his return, he realized the brackets for the motor was missing and went back to the manufacturer a second time to get the brackets. Bogdan went above and beyond for us, fought for us, and replaced the motor as quickly as possible. He even called the next day to make sure there were no issues with the unit.
We highly recommend Alaskan and if anyone at Alaskan is reading this, Bogdan is a great asset to your company.

My AC went out on probably the hottest day of the year so far (of course) and the day before my in-laws were set to arrive, so I was pretty stressed out. Thankfully Alaskan was able to get one of their techs that was wrapping up with another customer a mile away. They replaced the part and saved my sanity. Obviously very happy with the service.

Technician Robert came to service my AC units to prepare them for the summer. He was full of good information. I recently moved into a new home and I had a bunch of additional questions that he was able to answer for me. Great company. Will use again.

They were amazing. We found a water leak late in the day and they came right out and fixed the problem immediately and offer suggestions for other options for a better long term solution if we wanted to pursue them. We will use them for every plumbing need we have. The price was extremely fair and it was clear the integrity in their work was very important to them.

I called them to come out and replace my moms air conditioner. They sent a young lady out who claimed to have fixed something but come to find out she just used a water hose on the unit . And it wasn’t fixed but she charged me $300 . So I called that night to have someone sent back out and I had to keep calling to catch up with someone. Finally they sent someone out the next day and he checked and said that in fact the unit was no longer any good and he assured me I would get a refund. I had to call for about 2 days, left vm and no call was returned so I actually went in and spoke with the owners and they assured me I would get a refund but I never got it . And I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone or return any call and it’s been a little over 2 weeks . Very unprofessional and I’m not pleased with the customer service they provide .

This is the 2nd time we’ve had an install from Alaskan (we have 2 units). Our 1st unit went out about 3 years ago and then our other unit yesterday. I think it speaks volumes that we’ve had them install twice. Their techs are professional, respectful & do amazing work. They showed up when they said they would and didn’t leave a mess behind. I seriously wouldn’t use anyone else!

They drag their feet to get things done and are over priced on job quotes. I had a lot of work done in the past with them that costed well over $30k. I was not happy with a hvac problem I had that was under warranty too. They misdiagnosed the problem. The only reason why I know that is because I hired another company after they’re trying to charge me $1200 on a warranty item. It turned out to be nothing wrong with the unit. Just a power spike that made the unit make a loud noise until it was reset. I had multi quotes lately, and they were always more than better known companies. No savings for the little guy or repeat customers. No value and questionable warranty practices. if you deal with them, get multi quotes from different companies. Ask plenty of questions about the warranty. For example, recharging the Freon is an extra extremely expensive cost under warranty. Because it’s not covered and that’s how they can afford to fix things at no cost to them.

Robert come by today for a fall tuneup. Great service, explained what needed to be done, what should be done, and what could wait. This company provides top notch service on all fronts. They take the time to explain and share information with the customer.

First of all they charge you a starting fee. Because of that you would expect their prices for parts to be, well, maybe not reasonable but at least not astronomical. But they do not just double the price, they add a zero also. They charged me $260 for a capacitor that costs $10. I actually bought the same capacitor for $10 incl shipping as a reminder to myself not to hire Alaskan again. Then they wanted about $800 to fix an air clogged water heater line, venting it is less than 10 minutes or labor. I will fix it myself instead, not because I enjoy having to be self sufficient, but because of the way the Las Vegas market currently is, you have to.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from this company. I had an old unit that was pretty much gone and didn’t want it to stop working in our hot summer. I called and got a very reasonable estimate and had my new AC/heating installed within the week. Thank you for the great service!

The first HVAC company I contacted could find nothing wrong. A month later when the problem started again there didn't seem to be any urgency by that company to take another look. I called Alaskan and was treated to excellent customer service on the phone by Judy. The technician Matt was friendly, thorough, and fully explained his diagnosis of the problem. Alaskan installed 2 new HVAC units in 2021. Highly recommend them to everyone. Competitive , top quality work, no games, no sales pressure—they do what they say and are highly reliable, something rare in todays time. Customer service/scheduling person is great when you call. Easy access to their accounting dept. We bought the maintenance contract for 10 years. Techs are well trained and could answer all of my technical questions. If you want a highly responsive company and want to work with great trades people—techs, front and back office and even the sales guys— Call Alaskan!!

After 3 weeks of being out of service, while trying to establish if my quote was the best possible price available. Alaskan did reduce my quote slightly. Still I know I'm being overcharged by double. Research all part numbers on your own with a quick Google search. Then ask how many labor hours that part is expected to install. Make your own decisions based on what is best for your household. My decision is to break a 20yr relationship with Alaskan and share my experience with you. We're not looking for the cheapest parts or service. We just want to ensure we are not being RIPPED OFF! If a part from a dealer direct source costs $68, it's not fair to charge $380 and say that a warranty, labor and service meets the difference in price.

This was likely the most thorough $49.00 inspection (Angie's List special) of my now 22-year-old furnace that I recall having experienced.

The technician, Jobab, called me with 30-40 minutes advance notice on the day of service to let me know that he was coming.

Jobab was not at all rushed and spent about one hour at my residence systematically going through everything on my semi-ancient furnace. He's also a pleasant person, easy to talk to.

An unexpected problem with the furnace suddenly not functioning after having worked fine initially also was resolved satisfactorily.

Since the time is inevitably coming to purchase some new HVAC equipment, I did get an estimate from Alaskan Air for doing so and will seriously be considering this company when the work needs to be done.

Alaskan Heating and Air has been amazing. Been a client for many years. Had two of my HVAC systems changed, which is never an exciting expense, for some it financially devastating replacing one unit let alone two.

The team at Alaskan gave us many options and never tried any crazy sales tactics to pressure us or upsell to something we didn’t need.

Also they have a plumbing division and offers free inspection if worried about the life of your water heater.

My air conditioner stopped working and I called around to see if I could get someone to come look at it. Alaskan had someone available same day. The tech arrived clean and well dressed. After going through it I was worried he would try to sell me on a new hvac system since mine is older. He said the motor was out and that we could just replace the motor since the rest of the unit was in good working condition. He ordered the part and next day came and installed the new motor. I had cool air blowing in no time. I would definitely recommend Alaskan air and give Robert, my service technician 5 stars.

I was very pleased with the tech, Steven, who came out and fixed a leak in my unit. He was knowledgeable, professional, and did good work. Because of him, I signed up for the annual maintenance. Excellent Service from Bogdan at Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning!
Called ahead to let us know he was arriving 10 minutes early, stayed until the job was completely done, answered all my questions, and followed up with a phone call 2 days later to verify the AC was still cooling the house!

I had someone else (random company) come out to inspect it last year, and he said nothing was wrong, and it was simply too hot. Well, same symptoms this year, and Bogdan quickly explained there wasn't enough refrigerant. We opted for the 3 yr service plan, since this company has excellent reviews, and got a pound of refrigerant free. After putting in refrigerant, my AC cooled the upstairs almost instantly.

I know my system is outdated, but at least I have cool air again for the same electric bill. I'm grateful for everything Bogdan explained, the prompt courteous service, booties to cover shoes in the house, and honest service.

My heater went out the day after Christmas in 2019. Since buying my house in 2011 I have had nothing but problems with my AC/Heater unit. I have called and worked with so many different companies in town and after going through calling someone out to look at my unit approximately 2 times a year for 8 years I came to expect a level of service that caused me headache and stress. Until I called Alaskan, their service was undeniably the absolute best service I have ever encountered. They were responsive, on time, made me feel important and they have a level of professionalism that should be the standard. We had to get a new unit and all new duct work installed (which we knew we needed but never trusted any of the companies we had out enough to trust them with such a big job). Their pricing was right, the process was smooth and the new unit works flawlessly.

I have always felt that AC companies were just salesmen trying to earn their commission and not really caring about my situation. Alaskan changed my view on all of that and constantly checked on me and informed me of how the process would work. After being burned by so many other companies I waited almost 4 months to write this review just to be absolutely SURE that everything was in working order, the whole it’s almost too good to be true thing so I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. Well, it didn’t. It’s still hasn’t and at this point I am confident it never will.

Alaskan is rare find in this city. I HIGHLY recommend that you call them for ALL of your needs. Like I said, I have worked with NUMEROUS companies around town and Alaskan is without a doubt 5 stars and the best company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache of calling around and let Alaskan be you first and only call.

Robert Hampton has taken car of my A/C needs on my house for maintenance and my father's A/C compressor went out right before summer started and he was able to install a whole new A/C unit on the house the next day without having to wait days for installation.

Alaskan started the job at the beginning of October 2020. The sales guy, Marcell, and installation technicians were great. They were prompt and on-time, did a great job and left me with a much better AC. As advertised they had to remove some drywall and insulation during the install. No surprises. With all that said, Alaskan ensured me that they were going to clean up their mess and repair the opening to my attic.

The repair to my attic opening took a bit longer than anticipated. The repair is now scheduled for this weekend (2/26). The sub contractor claimed they had trouble getting a hold of me. I checked my records and couldn't find any evidence of their calls. We were able to cool down and Chad from Alaskan and I talked, I told him what I found, and he was apologetic. I very much appreciated this. I also apologized for my short tempter and we had a good talk about the path forward.

Bottom line, some things were dropped by their subcontractor. Chad (and Alaskan) were willing to talk through it and still ensure the job was done. They even offered financial compensation if I had to pay anything out of pocket, but that wasn't the case. While I can't give them a 5 star review, I am making this edit from 1 to 3 stars. The willingness to talk it out and apologize goes a long way, and that is admirable since in the end we are not perfect.

I have done business with them a few times and it has always been a great experience. Most recently we had a hepa filtration system with the UV light. Price was great and they came right out and did a great job installing it. A+

Alex and Tony P. cleaned our a/c ducts and also our dryer vent. They explained everything on what they were going to do. They were professionals with a good and positive attitude. They did an outstanding job. When the job was completed they showed us what they did and also asked if we had any questions.

I bought a TRANE AC UNIT in 2017. It runs perfectly; and I wanted to keep it that way. Marcel came and did the AC UNIT inspection and did an excellent job checking all aspects of the AC UNIT. I was impressed with Marcel's level of expertise in the way he went about conducting the inspection. By Marcel's precision in doing the inspection; I could tell he was a TOP OF THE LINE AC UNIT TECHNICIAN. Marcel left with my AC UNIT operating as efficiently as before he came; which is all that I expected.

These guys are amazing.....and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. A sober living home full of women needed their help with the air. They came out and without hesitation donated the repairs. We are all in this together and when one of us needs help, its really cool, pardon the pun, to know that these guys are willing to step up and give !! Thanks so much

Ladevean, hopefully I didn’t misspell his name, was the technician that serviced a diagnostic for us on our A/C unit. He was very professional, polite, and did a meticulous job. He also gave us information on how often to do this, or to physically check it ourselves and to make sure we change our filters regularly. The before and after pictures really showed us how dirty a unit can get. We will definitely be calling this business in the future.

I had a massive issue with Alaskan yesterday and earlier. Three hours after posting the review, one of the owners, Chad, called to apologize and is working on correcting the issue. He even was willing to come to my home at 9pm on a Saturday and reassess the situation. I did appreciate that.

Chad asked I call Alaskan Sunday morning and talk with the on call tech so we can talk with Chad again to assess the situation Sunday after he was out of church. I called at 8:45 Sunday morning. it is now 5:10pm and we have not heard from the on call tech yet.
115 degrees today...A phone call saying I'm the tech and I have 15 jobs ahead of you before I can discuss the situation would have been nice.

I had a new unit installed in our casita. It was a mini-split wall mount indoor unit. The representative was Joseph Moss that sold us the unit. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He answered all of our questions and had a good attitude the whole time. He explained everything about the new unit. He gave me a card to call him if I had any other questions before or after the installation. I read the booklet that came with the new unit and I had questions regarding the information in the booklet and Joseph answered all of the questions. I called the office to review all of the information in regard to warranties and permits. They take care of all of the paperwork. They also have a great service agreement after the sale; they cover the cost of twice yearly service check ups for the unit they installed. In talking to the office; I talked to Dominic; and he stated that the free service agreements were good until 2030.

Jaime Villegas installed the unit. He covered everything inside with plastic. He did not scratch or get dirty anything he came in contact with. The unit on the wall was installed and was perfectly level. The outside unit he tied down to the cement pad so it could not be moved. He painted the gutter through which the electrical wiring, refrigeration pipes, and condensation pipe passed through. The gutter paint matched the color of the outside wall. Jaime explained the operation of the unit; and how to use the remote to run the unit. Jaime was very patient and knowledgeable during this whole process.

This was a second unit that Alaskan Heating and Air has installed for us. They also installed a new unit in the main house.

Wow! Called Alaskan this morning and they had a tech out a few hours later! Matthew, our technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what was causing our problem with our compressor and then went around the house adjusting our vents. Great company and will refer our friends and family in the future!

We have had great service from this company twice this year. Our fan motor went out in our AC unit in July and Stephen was at our home within an hour of our call. We were back in AC comfort lighting fast. They were back at our home for winter maintenance this week and Stephen once again did an amazing job. He explain what he saw and what we could do to keep our 18 year old unit in good working order.

Just had this company come out to my home and i am really impressed. Very professional and friendly. I am renting my home for now and the technician took the time to call my landlord and break everything down to her. The technician Robert was on time, dressed professional and didn't rush to get to his next house even though he had a long hot day ahead of him. I definitely recommend this company to anyone in Las Vegas. Ask for Robert he was awesome!!!!

They have not held up Their end of the contract to repair sewer AND landscaping and are not responding to fix the situation. Professionalism is extremely lacking when it comes to taking accountability. Please fix this situation!

I had a company give me a quote to replace my unit. I called for a second opinion and Alaskan air came out. I was impressed with the information i was given and the ability to make an informed decision. Out of all the companies I felt Alaskan was the most knowledgable and had the most integrity.

Joey showed great professionalism as a face for his company. Had to do a plumbing maintenance throughout the whole house. He was so thorough, clean and kind, I almost didn't know he was there. You know its a great compnay when your employees love their job. It really shines in their work! Truly a company that cares about their employees. I pre-warned Joey about my scaredy cat potentially freaking out. So even when the cat stayed calm after Joey was working near by, you know this is a good sign of nice people. I never heard my cat scamper away. That was a huge hurdle for my cat. I just can't say enough good things about them. I will refer their good name to everyone. Truly someone you can trust!!!

Alaskan heating and air has performed all of our cooling,heating and air duct services. They do an outstanding job and they are very professional. Tim Vergari did our warranty inspection today for our plumbing and hot water tank and he is very knowledgeable and professional about everything. They are the best! We have used their services for the last five years and we will continue to do so,thank you Alaskan air

Starting with Monica, this was one of my best service experiences EVER.
They responded quickly, communicated clearly and efficiently, set an appointment sooner than later and showed up when they promised.
Tim Vergari, the technician was extremely personable and outstandingly knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge. There was no push to upsell.
We had a question about something the day after he was there and Monica sent Tim back out immediately at no charge to see what was going on.

This afternoon Jeff & Tim replaced my kitchen sink and of course the sink we purchased did not fit. When my husband called the company who sold us the sink, Jeff got on the phone and described to the sales associate what we needed. Luckily the company we purchased the sink from was less than a mile away and Jeff & Tim stayed while my husband made the exchanged. While they waited Jeff & Tim were not idle. They took my old sink apart (faucets, RO spicket), and removed the silicone seal on my counter top.

Having the AC die in July is never fun, but Alaskan was great throughout the process. Great staff and they fit us in as quickly as possible.

Alaskan were incredibly professional and helpful in every way. I would recommend Alaskan over any Air Conditioning company in Las Vegas. We tried them all and these guys were the best by a huge margin. Everything from price to service was excellent.

Be very wary of this company - I ONLY POSTED 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU CAN'T POST UNLESS YOU GIVE AT LEAST ONE, I WOULD GIVE A -5 STARS IF ALLOWED. They prey on the elderly. My 85 year old mother's air conditioning went out this week during the 118 degree heat wave and told her it would cost $9000 to replace her unit and were charging her obscene interest to finance the a/c.

When I called to cancel the agreement, the next day (the agreement allows 5 business days to cancel) Raul was rude and wanted to know the reason why in a very unprofessional tone. I explained it was too expensive and asked if a letter was necessary. He said yes.

The following day, before 8:00 a.m. Chad was calling my mother to try to get her not to cancel the contract. My 85 year mother referred him to my brother, a Senior Project Manager with a well known, high end residential builder here in town with a 45+ years experience in construction at all levels. Chad spent 20 minutes insulting my brother saying Are you one of those blow and go guys who doesn't care about the quality of product put in your home. It was beyond insulting, there are no further words for his insults and unprofessional behavior. Chad then called my mother again trying to get her to fulfill the contract agreement.

After harassing my mother twice and insulting my brother, I called Chad who told me to call the office. The office then told me I had to speak to Chad -- I informed them to stop harassing my elderly parent or I would have legal counsel contact them as well as notify the Attorney Generals office.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE HARASSING THE ELDERLY!!

Matt was my technician. He explained everything so I would understand. Was on time and very efficient. I'm very pleased - would highly recommend this company.

Only took one day in order to get a technician to my house after I called, and it wasn't an emergency. Angelica was my technician and she was AWESOME! She was extremely detailed and thorough with her review of my air conditioning system and even cleaned up some wire issues, just because she is THAT professional. I would recommend these guys, and Angelica, all day long...

I have to tell you all about my experience with Alaskan. My main company has an office with large A/C units on top. They have handled all of them like champs, so what I did then was this. I am a property manager with 13 properties (homes) that I have another company doing all this for me. So beings that I have noticed my last company basically slacking bad, I change out them for Alaskan Heat & Air. I LOVE THEM!!! My favorite person so far is Matthew, likes being called Matt (because that was the name he left on my message) who has always been very prompt and professional. I also had another gentleman who was very nice and professional as well, I just prefer Matt. This company does everything right from calling ahead (I request a 30 minute) to let you know he's on his way. To showing you how to change out your air filters if needed in between visits. He also makes sure you have no doubts about anything or have any questions not asked or not answered to your satisfaction. They do not try to find something to replace if there isn't anything needed. Love Them!! Merry Christmas to me.

Been with Alaskan for over 5 years... great service...

Last weekend my AC unit would not turn on. I called one repair company and they guesstimated that I would need a full servicing, at a minimum and most likely a new compressor. I called Alaskan after a friend recommended them and was pleasantly surprised that their impression of my situation wasn't nearly as bad/expensive as the other company made it sound. They were able to make it out early the next morning and not only was their diagnosis over the phone correct but the repair time/cost was also less than they had initially estimated. Their technician was very professional and fixed the unit quickly. He was even good with my dog supervising him as he worked in the backyard, bonus points for that!
