I used 702 PlumbAIR for a total re-piping of the house. Danny came out on a Sunday and gave an exact quote (no rough estimate) for the job. Work started on the following Tuesday and took about a week. Very pleased with how the job went. Bob and Oscar did an incredible job. The inspector even told us this was âthe best re-pipingâ heâs ever seen! I will be a loyal customer of 702 PlumbAIR moving forward.

These gentlemen responded quickly. They arrived promptly and during that covid-19 they had masks gloves and booties for their shoes. They got the job done quickly and we're even able to repair something that was broken which, many a plumber would have said oh you need a new part. I highly recommend these guys! Sammy came in to help us with a toilet issue and he was absolutely respectful and patient with our questions. I didnât even have to ask him to take his shoes off as he put on shoe covers as soon as he walked in.

We have a Pioneer Mini Split that was moved from my Son's garage to my Husband's workshop. We needed someone to flush the lines and check them for leaks and then fill with refrigerant. We called a number of places and no one wanted the job. I called 702PlumbAIR and spoke with Riley who immediately told me they were willing to help us.
They came out the very next day, checked the lines, made a repair and filled with refrigerant. They charged us a very fair price. There were 3 guys here to efficiently and professionally get the job done. Our main contact here was Clarence who was super to deal with.
I just can't say enough good about this company. In a world today where integrity, pride, Customer Service and work ethic seem to be declining, 702PlumbAIR proved there is still hope for American business.

A big thank youâ to George for assisting my husband and I with repairing our leak in our laundry room. He was quick and did a thorough job, explaining what went wrong and what we can do to prevent such thing from happening again.
Also, itâs nice to have a âborn and raisedâ Hawaiâi worker doing his thing in the 702 state. My husband and I are both from Hawaii, and we love seeing Hawaii people thriving!!
These guys are model pros. I was moving into a new home, which was a pretty old and run-down house and had a lot of plumbing issues throughout the property. 702 PlumbER gave me a fantastic deal on everything I needed to keep the whole plumbing system in good health for years to come. ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH! The one thing that stood out the most was communication! They were timely, extremely efficient, and most importantly communicative all along the way. We had 5 bids for a bathtub/shower installation that required a bit of plumber's engineering. The other companies either charged too much (some with cocky attitudes that I couldn't trust), or severely dropped the ball with communication. These guys were AMAZING and went above and beyond what was required, and provided suggestions along the way for after the install was completed. Whenever they had a roadblock, they communicated effectively, and came up with solutions that worked! Kudos to Mike & the whole team!

Canât express how happy we were with the service provided by 702 PlumbAIR, especially their plumbing and HVAC technicians Donny Chapman & Clarence Bilgera! On the day of inspections, we received multiple courtesy calls to let us know the technicians were running a little late.
Our plumbing technician Donny Chapman was AWESOME & went above and beyond in more ways than one! We requested for estimates to replace/repair our water heater, main water shutoff valve, all our sink and toilet shutoff valves, toilet rebuilds, and installing a water softener system. We explained to him that funds were a little tight since we recently had a newborn which he took extra time to provide four different estimates to allow us to pick one that we could afford. He also included a free water filter system for our kitchen sink since that is where we bathe our newborn and included the toilet rebuilds for free as well! After we decided on the work we wanted completed, Donny scheduled technicians to come to our home the next day to complete the work. There was some miscommunication regarding the technicians, but Donny notified us that he and his supervisor would personally complete the work themselves. Donny again went above and beyond by future proofing his work by changing our main shutoff valve to accommodate for future installation of a whole home water filtration system. After the work was completed, Donny made sure to clean up his work areas, double checked that there were no leaks, walked us through all the different repairs completed, and answered all our questions.
Fortunately, we did not have to do any repairs to our HVAC system. However, Clarence Bilgera sat with us after his inspection and explained everything that we may need to prepare for in the future being that our HVAC system is old. He also made sure to answer all our questions and concerns in detail. Clarence also exceeded our expectations by waiving the âcoming outâ fee!
Thank you Donny & Clarence for the awesome customer service and going above and beyond our expectations! We will definitely use 702 PlumbAIR for future projects and will refer them to all of our friends and family!!

I had a couple of very unexpected and expensive problems arise and this entire company was professional, polite, extremely supportive and responsive to any and all of my many questions. I had the pleasure of dealing with both sides of this business, HVAC and plumbing. Our AC went out and they came out the same day! Very pleased with their service.
Sammy arrived at my home at exactly 2:00 pm. He did a survey of the issues we were having and described different ways of dealing with it. I made a selection and he immediately got to work. I watched him the entire time he was working as I am a do it yourselfer and was actually watching to learn from him. I was very impressed with the process as he put his equipment to work. Within a short time the drain was unclogged! He then assembled the system and ran several tests to assure that the problem was dealt with. He then carefully cleaned up the area and put his tools away. I am very impressed with the quality and efficiency of his work. he was here less than 1 1/2 hours. I will definitely call

Our AC unit decided to quit while it was 106 degrees. Called 702 PlumbAIR and they got a technician out quick. Rainer and Roy really too care us us, and gave us the kamaaina treatment. It would be a couple days for installation due to the weekend, so they dropped off portable units after they got off work and got them set up! Both went above and beyond the call of duty. I initially was not happy with this company and I was âstood upâ on my first appointment. I usually write reviews when I am really happy or really unhappy with service, and I will give 5-stars for being happy with the service from 702 PlumbAIR. I found them on Yelp and realize nothing is perfect, but the business had many favorable reviews and the business owner addresses customers when there are complaints. I received a prompt response and scheduled an appointment the next day for two clogging drains, very bad at the bathtub. Eliseo, the tech, was very helpful, gave his recommendations and explained what he was doing through the process. I was not happy with the total price of the service, felt it was too high but happy with the results.

We have been very pleasantly surprised by 702 PlumbAirâs expertise and generosity. We just noticed a water bill of more than $800 in the evening of Friday June 30 and called 702 PlumbAir on Saturday at 7:30 am for help. Stanley visited our house on the same day around 4 pm. Not only he diagnosed the problem very quickly with a relief valve, but also he generously waived $35 minimum charges. He basically fixed our problem for free. We canât believe it! The lady I talked to was super nice and was able to get me an appointment that same day which I was so happy because living in Vegas with no AC is terrible and we needed it fixed right away. I recently bought a house that came with a whole host of plumbing issues from the sinks leaking to the showers not getting hot to the dishwasher draining through the air gap. I got quotes from 702 PlumbAIR and one other vendor, and I went with 702 because their guy Alex took the time to explain everything that was wrong, how they'd fix it, and what it would cost. He was also friendly and courteous, encouraged us to get another quote to compare, and gave us a little discount that bumped their price a bit lower than the price quoted by the other company.
702 had their plumbers Anthony and Josue out just two days later, and they were fantastic. Friendly and courteous like Alex, super efficient, and communicative the whole way through. They even came back at the end of the day to fix a lingering issue that had been hiding behind all the other issues - at no extra cost, to boot.

I had main water line leak and called a few plumbing companies before choosing 702PlumAir. Tony, the technician came over the next day and evaluated and assessed the problem and explained everything I needed to know. He answered all my questions patiently and pleasantly. Believe me, I had a big list of questions. The next day they send Gerardo and Jaime over and they started working right away. Their boss Bob also came over and monitor their work. Gerardo and Jaime were very professional and worked very hard. They explained what they were doing and when I asked questions they explained it clearly and pleasantly. These two finished their job in two day and they cleaned up very well. Also they arranged for an inspector from City of Henderson. Jenny from their office kept me informed every step of the way and provided me with the inspection report. She was very helpful, respectful, and communicated well with me (phone and email). Getting a water leak like this fixed, replacement of main line can be very stressful but this company helped me to minimize my fears and stress. Used this company due to there awesome reviews and was definitely not disappointed at all. I had Ryan Fitzgerald show up to fix my washer valves and replace some piping. Not only did he always show up on time but he came out and capped my water lines as I had no running water to the house since there was a leak came back next day and fixed it very quickly and explained to me exactly why and what happened to cause the damage. Had the team at 702 PlumbAir come out and replace my full main line from the street to the inside of the garage. The team came in by far the most affordable for this job, executed at exceptional speed to get us water again, communicated throughout the process, and even came back out after everything was paid to do a minor thing I noticed after the job was already done. Loved my experience with 702 PlumbAir and will use them again - I went with them after seeing their teams replies to reviews online - always a good sign and I was not disappointed. Very timely & clean. I was a bit annoyed the service tech received approval for the service call and fee ($149) just to come to the house, diagnose the issue and then tell me he canât do anything without additional approval directly from the homeowner. When I asked if he told the landlord this when he got the first approval he said he should already know. So I asked again if he actually told the landlord or reminded him of there being a 2nd approval required and he stated he didnât. I called and texted and luckily my landlord answered and gave the second approval. So the tech replaces the cartridge and THEN asks me to go outside to turn the water back on. Ummm, Sir for just under $400 youâd think the service tech who is replacing the cartridge in the shower would also be able to turn the water to the home back on. Esp. given Iâm a single parent with two young minors (13 & 8 yrs old) sleeping in the home & itâs after 11pm.
I tried this company for the first time and I'm pretty happy I did. I called (non-emergency) on Monday and the problems were fixed on Tuesday.
Kylan was knowledgeable and explained the problems very well. He wore a mask, social distanced and was an efficient worker. I would hire him again.
Just wanted to add that Nick is also very good and knowledgeable.

The first one that came did the talking and would only install a pre filter , THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANT !!!! I WANTED A WATER SOFTENING SYSTEM. 702 PLUMBING Came , I did all the talking and the guy just listened gave me the price quote and we agreed . Our master shower handle broke off at 9pm in the evening and we had to turn off our main water for the night. I made a call to 702 Plumb-Air and Mike called me back to let me know they would put us as their first call of the day. This morning Alexander came and capped the faulty pipe restoring our water. 702 Plumber installed a tankless water heater last year. We needed the temperature changed and they came out and did it and showed us how to do it ourselves also. They didn't charge for this. I am happy with my water heater and they have been nothing but professional, with way better prices then other plumbers I had quote me. Technicians are great and they get you scheduled quickly and show up when they say they will. Totally recommend them and I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs.
Very professional, excellent service! They inspected the problem area thoroughly, explained step-by-step all of the work that needed to be done, and even made sure to include another repair that I didn't know needed attention. The work was done really quickly! I would recommend to anyone I know.

Our home was built in 1984 using the old gray pvc pipe and fittings all through the attic. Decided to swap my water heater with a tankless, also needed my water softener to be relocated for better placement within my garage. Had Eliseo and Brandon do the work and theyâre great guys. You can tell they work well together and do good work as a team. Clean set up and everything works great.
We had our water heater go out so when Alexander & Sammy came out they showed us the water softener wasn't working & have no idea for how long so had both replaced. I told them about my water pressure regulator & being scammed. Alexander replaced that for no chg. but forgot to attach a faucet. No problem but Sammy came today promptly @ 8am to redo it. I didn't realize it had to pretty much be restructured but he did that. I will definitely be calling PlumbAir next time I need any plumbing done.

Matt Beebe was the guy who came out to give us an estimate and communicated with us every step of the way. He warned us that it might possibly be more depending on if it was harder than he saw at time of estimate. Day of appointment to repair it came and he was prompt and it was quickly fixed. Estimate was spot on. Will definitely be using 702 Plumber again and highly recommend them.
The guys were AWESOME! They came over gave me an estimate on the work and matched the price from another company, once complete they scheduled the install/repair within 16 hrs. The installers Travis and Isaiah came over and installed within an hour. I am highly impressed with this company and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Used this company for a water main replacement. They came out and gave me a free estimate the day after requesting one. Went with them due to reviews and their 25 year warranty offered on the water main repair. Jaimie and Gordo were really quick and very communicative throughout the entire repair. If you go with this company as I would recommend, definitely request them.
I am happy with the repairs and service I received from Chavis and his team. The price I was quoted was less than a competitor, and Mike was very respectful and wore gloves and a mask the entire time he was in our unit. I hired 702PlumbAir for 2 different jobs. The first was a tankless water heater. The most recent work was for a small sewer line root impingement repair and also a full sewer line flush. They were on time and dug to find the intrusion, which in my opinion was hardly worth the effort. The guy that gave us the quote ran a scope through a cleanout and showed my wife it was definitely in need of a full cleanout, but not a repair. That is on me, because I didn't view the camera originally. Anyhow, Jaime and Jeraldo were Awesome and today they restored the dig as if it were original, they were great to work with and I would ask for them by name for any future work. We love our tankless heater, it cranks out 140° water all day. I do recommend this company, but you will need to ask a lot of questions about the process and the city inspector. They are proactive as long as you are.

I called Plumbair after I had RotoRooter out to snake a line and they said they hit something hard. They did not have a camera to put in my clean out to look at my line. They wanted 12,000 to replace my pipes under the kitchen and laundry but also wanted to completely destroy my new remodel.
PlumbAir came in.. Brandon and Eliseo. They were extremely professional and the had cameras and pipe locators. Turns out most of my cast iron pipe was bad including my main line. All the people who came in to dig and jackhammer were very polite and professional. They tunneled under my walls and took as little tile out as they could. This is a very stressful thing for a homeowner that has just remodeled most of their home. They made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had through the project which only took 4 days. They replaced all my piping, my main and gave me a new water line. I was very pleased with their work. They put up containment and throughly cleaned up when the job was done. I highly recommend them!!! I am a satisfied customer.

Brandon and Danny came out to my house because my main line had a break. Another company quoted me double the amount, couldn't come out right away, etc. but these guys came out the next day and worked from 3pm to 9pm straight until I forced them to take a break for 10 minutes and eat something. They said they just wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and tested because of the holidays coming up. They were very polite and cleaned up very well after everything. Everything has been working as its supposed to since the repair so I'm confident they've done a good job. Highly recommend them and will use them again if ever needed.

Fantastic company. Prices are fair and everyone I worked with was polite and knowledgeable. They fixed my leaks, wobbly toilet and cleaned up when they finished their work. No surprises on the bill either. I absolutely recommend you call them for any plumbing work.
Update: Operations Manager called after I posted this review and apologized for the poor service. His comments and sincerity were honest and appreciated. I will give them a call if I need any plumbing done.
Two visits (one for an estimate and the other to do the work) and both times over a hour outside the scheduled two hour window. On second visit received a text informing me they were on their way. Showed up a hour and forty five minutes later and 65 minutes past the scheduled two hour window.

First met Bob Martinez at a Van Marke when I was trying to pour more chemicals down my drain to unclog. He spent about half an hour educating me on why that may not be a good idea which was awesome.
Then he came to my house and ran the snake and just found hair down there! That saved me a thousand dollars compared to what other plumbers were quoting for more serious repairs. No shade to the others but Bob Martinez got it done. 5/5.Will definitely call again when I need and will also recommend to friends. Thanks Bob!

I expected the technician to say he would have to come back the next day since it was around 4:30 PM but he replaced it that day, working late into the evening. I really appreciate that. The quality of of the work was grade A as well. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.

We needed some pipes soldered so new valves could be replaced and we had the main shutoff for almost a whole day already trying to DIY it when we ran into the soldering problem. Inquired Saturday night was called an hour later and set up appointment for Sunday AM. Plumber arrived early and was completely done 90 minutes later. Which included driving to their shop to get new water heater. Installed water heater to code with new water and gas supply lines. I recommend this vendor. Joey answered all my questions and explained the details of the install. Very professional

Excellent service. I had supplied the tankless water heater, of an unusual design, which was not fully functional upon installation. They went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue, which turned out to be an equipment-specific wiring issue. They successfully did so and passed the information to my electrician, despite being free of any responsibility for the equipment I supplied.

Ryan F is amazing! I had a water leak in my home on a weeknight at midnight. I called 702PlumbAir for emergency service and Ryan arrived within the hour. I was in a bit of a panic and he was calm, super knowledgeable and extremely patient while working on my home. I was so impressed and surprised that he did not try to rush or seem inconvenienced, especially as he had to come to my home at 1 in the morning. This repair has ended up being a major project and Ryan has been there every time heâs said he would be and has explained each step of the process. Plus he has done a great job. I work with a lot of contractors in town and try to be reasonable. I know it's thankless work. But these folks were not transparent, which as a lawyer, really aggregates me. Because I know that if I'm taken advantage of, there are dozens of other folks who are, too, but can't stand up for themselves.
These plumbers came out and gave me an estimate for a major sink install that seemed high, so I spent some time getting other quotes. The 702 folks said they would match a lower quote I found, and because they had already come out to do the estimate, I gave the project to them. I should also say they were friendly throughout the process.
Once they had already finished the install, they tacked on additional costs pushing the total to even more than they originally quoted (and far more than the quote they said they would match). The reason? Because they chose to install a sink that needed additional parts to work for our kitchen. Did they tell me before the install to make sure I was ok with added costs? No. They installed it anyway and then told me to pay the extra (or finish the project myself).
Again, I can deal with poor customer service. I can deal with things going wrong. But when a company tells you one thing and then charges you something different, it's aggravating. I didn't pick the sink they installed, so obviously their choice to install the wrong-sized sink isn't something I have control over. That they charged us for their mistake is a big red flag in my book. I can't recommend other folks go with them. And we certainly won't be in the future.

Rainier and Jason were the ones that came out and provided the repair and maintenance needed to get our AC blowing a winter wonderland to get us through the end of the flaming heat. Would highly recommend. What made the experience even better was that he recommended contractors to assist with evaluating and fixing the water damage that occurred when our water heater broke. They came out the same day! This saved so much time, especially on a holiday weekend.
From the initial call the staff were all courteous, professional and calm as I was rambling on about my issue. I had a failing PRV. When the tech showed up, he provided a few options to me. I appreciated his honesty and how accommodating he was. The replacement went smoothly and I am now back to having appropriately reduced pressure in my home.

I had a water leak in my garage on a Saturday night. Sunday I called 702 and they walked me through everything and set up an appointment with me. They were prompt and George ( who also owns the company!) came out and did an immediate inspection of the area. He told me we would have to go through the wall and called another company that came out within 45 minutes to inspect the wall. While we were waiting, he came in the house and helped me change shower heads in the house too! As soon as they got the full picture, they immediately started to get to work and within 3 hours everything was fixed and I had running water again. Would highly recommend 702 for any plumbing issues, no matter how big or small.

My water heater burst at some point while I was at work yesterday, leaving me in total distress over a flooded garage. I called a DIFFERENT company (first I found) and they kept me waiting for 3 hours while repeatedly reassuring me they were only 20 minutes away.
Frustrated and desperate, I called 702 PLUMBER based on distance, response time, and good reviews. George and his associate arrived well within the estimated 30 minutes (they were early) and got to work right away, explaining the problem and my options in detail. They were able to replace my water heater right away, despite it now being after 9pm.
He also came back today to temporarily hook the water heater up on the floor of my garage so that the remediation work can be done on my drywall, and was totally pleasant and efficient. I mentioned that I thought my shower mechanism might have been jostled when they tested the water after the heater install last night, resulting in a leak, and he immediately fixed it with no question, actually replacing my faucet and handle at no charge. (I promise I tipped appropriately to his above and beyond work ethic!)

*** 1 Year Update: I contacted this company again for a diagnostic on a garbage disposal. No one responded to the website contact form requesting a quote, so I ended up following up myself by calling. No big deal. The day of the appointment came and not only did the technician not show up during the arrival window, no one bothered to update me until after the arrival window had closed. He was still 25 minutes away from my home. I cancelled on the spot. Additionally, the work that Anthony did last year on the sink install is leaking profusely and caused a small flood in my half bathroom last night. I was going to ask them about this too but never mind. I'll do it myself. I do not work with or hire companies that do not respect my time. ***

702 Plumbing LLC installed a water treatment system at my house .The technician that was sent for the installation was Danny Valdivia.He did a fantastic job on the matter.I found a slight variance on the installation that put a very low pressure on the shower in one of my bathrooms.
I called the company about the situation and Danny came back the next day to fix the problem.He did another excellent repair on the problem.He is very knowledgeable,courteous and patient on the job.
I would recommend the company with 5 star rating to anyone that needs a plumber.
First visit - fixed the clog in my kitchen sink (jet spray); 2nd visit installed a Pfister faucet that was incorrectly installed by my handyman. Also, flushed out my hot water heater and showed me a very corroded anode rod that needed to be replaced stat. Very pleased with this company!

During the past year, I've had 2 unfortunate plumbing issues. Both times I contacted 702 PlumbAir and both times I received a quick response, quick repairs and awesome service. Every representative of the company from plumbers, techs, office dispatchers, etc. were very courteous, and answered any questions I had. Dealing with homeowner issues is never an easy task, but they made everything very easy for me on both occasions. Highly recommended and the only company I'll use for any future needs.
2022 UPDATE: Recently called them for yearly A/C cleaning and maintenance, and although itâs been a different person every time Iâve called them, everyone is always nice, and very informative. With the quality of customer service gone way down since COVID, 702 is still delivering that quality service every time.

Reached out on Yelp for a hose bib repair in our backyard and received an immediate response. They offered to come out same day to look at it and give a quote and further fixed it the same day. Our hose is also in a hard to reach place behind a built in grill and they added an L arm extender to make it easier to reach. Also recommended a better hose to withstand Vegas heat.Very kind, professional, quick repair and masked! Would recommend.

I had a very urgent water issue when George and Travis went far and beyond to remedy the situation.
I had a brand new hot water tank installed January 6, 2020 (installed by another plumber) but for some reason it failed. I call 702 Plumbers and George came out right away. He ended up replacing the tank as it was under warranty. It was the end of the day and he continued to complete the job so I would hot water that evening. Being new to Nevada and not having a network of professionals to handle problems I was so fortunate to have found 702 Plumber.
Very reasonable rates too.

We got a new sink that I had taken months to choose the exact one I wanted. I had also chosen my dream garbage disposal and a really nice faucet. When I went to install it the valves leaked and were damaged. I had Alex come to fix those and then something started leaking. He came within hours and found what the problem was and fixed that without a charge. Then we talked about what I would have to do to get my plumbing right because the house was built with the drain pipe twice as high as it was supposed to be. He gave me the cost efficient option to buy a different garbage disposal and fix it myself. He even showed me what he would recommend I use to fix it. I could not bring myself to downgrade my disposal so he gave me a quote to move my pipe to the right spot, but he again informed me that there was a cheaper option to switch disposals.
So long story short I kept my disposal and paid for him to lower the pipe after payday and he got everything taken care of for $200 less than the other quote I received and he even connected the plumbing for the sink after he did the drain relocation. I can honestly say that I have found a company that I will be loyal to as a new homeowner and I think 702plumbing has a gem of an employee and I hope they recognize his dedication and hard work.

Nothing like getting a call from your wife at 3:00 PM on Friday of Labor Day Weekend that the garage is flooded because of the water heater. I went to Yelp and tried a few companies but it was quickly becoming apparent we were not going to have hot water this weekend and likely staying in a local hotel. Then I tried 702 and 10 minutes later I had a confirmed appointment within the hour. I received a text asking about the specs of the water heater and less than an hour later the tech Kylan was there getting to work. By 7:00 PM the water heater was installed! Professional, prompt, affordable - I can't say enough about how quickly they jumped into action to save our weekend. It felt great to support this small business and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
George and Jason did a great job Of replacing old water lines and shut off valves, replacing RO cartridges, and replacing worn out toilet fixtures. The company works with you in pricing when a lot of work is being done.

Anthony was the technician and he was so polite and professional. He installed the part we needed to connect our new dishwasher to the sink and connected the dishwasher. This is our new home so we have a reverse osmosis system and he explained the maintenance and I had questions about our water heater he also walked me through that and our water softener system. He was just amazing and he also told me about their annual membership maintenance that is super great and will be signing up. I had a stoppage in my tub and toilet and I made the call to 702 PlumbAir and Ryan came out that day and did his inspection. Jaime and Gordo came out the next day and did a very big repair that lasted almost a week. They had dug about 6 feet long and 5 feet deep by hand and worked their magic. Jaime and Gordo are very professional, prompt and great asset to the company. They did an amazing job and great quality work! If you are looking for a plumber? UPDATE ! I called these guys again for an AC issue. AC Tech named MOE was very efficient and friendly and made my repair quickly while explaining the issue.
Scheduling was efficient. Technician came same day. Very knowledgeable and A+ communication and explanation of the problem and what he would do to fix it. I was offsite, but he kept me updated as work progressed, gave a detailed estimate with no hidden costs. This is the second time we have used 702 PlumbAIR. Highly recommend.

Had a huge, expensive job in front of me so was looking for a company that did both Plumbing and A/C. Found this company and was so impressed with their attention to customer service. We were having extreme plumbing issues and Michael Beebe was so kind and offered to send a technician out to us to snake and camera our drains at no charge, just to help us out! We didn't forget that! Though we did get additional quotes for the job, no one beat the customer service and attention we got from 702PLUMBAIR.
The entire staff from Danny to Clarence worked hard, efficiently and got the job done as painlessly as possible (and trust me it was a big, messy, scary job) and they catered to us every step of the way! Even painstakingly chipping out of tile floor so we could reuse it rather than having the added expense of all new flooring.
These guys beat deadlines for me, did a great job, were pleasant, helpful and efficient. I can not recommend this company more for all your plumbing, ac and heating needs!

We had a water leak in our guest shower. And they was able to come in a find and fix the problem without replacing everything in our shower like we thought we would have to do. Very professional, communicative and punctual.

Prompt and stellar service
I had 2 valves, one shower that I could no longer adjust the hot and cold and one tub that was leaking in my 20 yo + home. AHS sent out a plumber to repair them. Bottom line 1) didn't attempt to repair shower, so still could not adjust hot or cold and 2) stopped leak in #2 but I couldn't adjust the hot or cold. Needed a real plumber to come out and properly assess what the issues were. 702PlumbAIR sent Victor who was amazing from the jump. He explained in detail the issues and with a bit of a struggle, especially in the shower, fixed both. Now I have no leaky tub valve and I can adjust the hot and cold in shower and tub. These guys showed up on time with the most professional attitude. First thing they did was set down heavy duty plastic to protect my floors and a plastic wall to keep the dust down. They were quick and didnât take the easy way out. The job actually took them an extra hour or 2 because THEY were not happy with the way the tub was sitting, so they redid some stuff to make it right. After they finished they did a detailed wipe down of everything and left the bathroom in great condition. Iâm very happy with the work and I will definitely be calling those guys back to do my next shower!

He was quick and know exactly what to do. Most of all he was on time that's a plus for me.
I noticed water pressure regulator failed to lower water pressure inside the house and contacted 702 PlumbAir. Appointment was easy. When the technician showed up, he measured the water pressure again to make sure, and verified that the regulator indeed stopped working. He even tried to match the make of the regulator and did a pretty clean and thorough job replacing it.

Woke up the other day, went to take my shower and the water wasn't getting hot. It was lukewarm. I quickly finished my shower and asked my with about her shower. She agreed the water wasn't warming up. I went and checked the water heater. Thankfully, it wasn't leaking. I immediately called 702 PlumbAir. They were able to get a plumber out that same day. After looking over the water heater, he showed me that it was toast. He patiently explained that options for replacement. After talking it over with the wife we went with a tankless system.
There was a small hiccup where they quoted me a price for a water heater that was too small for our home. They corrected the size of the water heater and did not change the price. They were up front about it and super honest.
They were scheduled to come out the next morning. Their system texted me when the technicians were on the way. They arrived on time and within the scheduled arrival window. I was at work, but I was told that they explained everything they were going to do and got right to work. When they needed a part, they knocked and advised they were going to pick up a part and grab a quick lunch.
I got home from work as they were finishing up. They were super friendly, explained where they were in the process and answered all my questions. Once they finished the work they cleaned up and explained everything again. I highly recommend 702PlumbAir

Very shady company. I had them come out to look at my leaked ceiling. Matt was the name of plumber. He told me the spout needed to be replace ( I paid $195 for that job just so they can ripped it apart 1 hour afterward ). He referred me to Quick Dry Restoration company so they take care of the ceiling. What I didn't know was that they all work together as a team along with contractor company. Told me that the insurance will cover the damage caused by leak but insurance only cover about 70% of the cost. The restoration company came out and gutted half of my bathroom open saying that there were moisture that need to be dry. Of course its gonna be moisture , its the bathroom!!! My insurance company tried to contact him but he never respond back. Finally it took them 2 weeks before insurance approved which I was worry that they might not. Its been 2 months and my bathroom hasn't been fix because of this mess. What should've been a $500 - 600 easy fix job turn into $8000 nightmare. Be careful before you use this company and if they want to refer you to their so called affiliated company just say no.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Danny Lloyd when I had a leak in my ceiling. I was freaking out because I had water leaking from my garage ceiling and I had to shut off the water. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The plumbing quality in my community is very poor and it looks like I will need to replace it eventually. obviously I will use their services when I have that done. And that is because they did not take advantage of the situation in my time of need.

I initially called 702 PlumbER to replace my tankless water heater. They were very responsive and did a great job installing the new one. I paid a bit more than another quote I received, but the installation included membership in their 702 PlumbER Club which is like a maintenance plan.
A couple months later, I called them out to repair a faucet and a few hose bib vacuum breakers. They came out for my appointment, but I had a hard time getting a quote from them afterwards. After a couple weeks of calling them with still no progress, I got fed up and posted a bad review on Google. I planned to find a new plumber and move on from 702 PlumbER.
I got a call from Michael @ 702 PlumbER immediately. He wanted to know what caused the bad review and wanted to know how he could help. He ended up finding the part I needed and installing it personally. He really went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. I really appreciate that level of service, so I am updating my review.
