Where do I start?.. Hector Cardenas of Techcool was the most friendly and professional with my dad and I! Last week he was referred to me by my manager and he came out the same day... and had our unit replaced the next morning. THE NEXT MORNING! I've never been so happy with yheir services! 10 year warranty and superior services, Techcool is definitely saved in my phone contacts for anyone that needs an AC company!

Haik was extremely professional, honest, and really helped us to make the best decisions for our unit. Not only was he quick to respond in the middle of summer but quickly addressed/resolved the issue and gave us great feedback on what to do in the future. Plumbing waterheater.

I wake up to my house being hot and the a/c making odd noises. Best Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair was able to send out a technician within the hour. The technician Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and explain everything he found so I could understand. I trusted him recommendations and had a nice cool home that same day. I would definitely use them again and I would ask for Ryan specifically. 5 stars are well deserved!

Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.

On time and professional. Took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done. Excellent company. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

This company is the worst repair company I have ever dealt with! A service technician came out to my home to repair a leak and did not repair it properly. The leak started again the same day. Henry who claims to be the manager refused to send someone out again gave me the solution of turning off my water until the next day. We are in the middle of pandemic, who would turn off their water at such a time? Now there is water damage to my wall and this company does not want to be accountable! They however have no clue of who they have just messed with they have not heard the last of me!

Called them on a Thursday. Got a same day appt. I agreed to let them do the work. Started and finished the work the next day. Their price to fix the slab leak was well below other companies. Courteous, easy to work with, and they show up on time.
