This review is overdue for Lou! On February 2019, we were at the tail end of finalizing the paperwork to become new home owners. We had concerns about the AC and heater units in the house and called Silverstate HVAC & Plumbing. Lou was our contact, he did an awesome job walking us through the inspection. Louis discovered a lot of “cut corner” work, especially for the heating unit that sits in the crawlspace of the second floor, which was a concern during the prior inspection of the house when we closed the deal. He went in detail of the types of unit replacements needed due to the layout and size of our home to be properly heated/cooled, the teams process of installments, and the after installment inspections, the quote for the entire process was fair and we were able to refinance. I also agreed with his interest of replacing our water heater which was not up to code and close to be out-dated.

The work order process was taken care of all in one day—I couldn’t keep track of the number of crew members; maybe 8-9 guys, each in in two-man groups working on every unit! They cleaned up after themselves—no mess left behind and hauled the old material away. They even installed our new thermostats, which were not purchased through the company. The work was done within 4-5 hours. The crawlspace unit was a challenge—but it got up there! A few days later we had several visits for the after inspection, which the inspector caught something wrong in our crawlspace. The next day, two workers came over to review the concern—it was minor; a couple of installation panels got moved, it was taken care of either way. The inspector came back a few days after that and approved their work—we’re in the green! The third week of March, we just had another inspection which I’ll need to make a review for—Wesley was great, too!

The heater’s and AC units are running very well—heat/cool our loft living space quicker than I thought! The water heater's running well, too! I’m impressed with the Company’s service! Lou is straight forward—honest about the work required and a friendly guy! We’re happy clients!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Terrible service, same day service is a lie! Do not fall for there bs. Total waste of money they'll take your money gladly but not fix the a/c. Worst service I've ever had in my life ! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor, please do not waste your time and money on these people.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

Daniel is a very friendly person, and I would say a valued employee. I was ver uncomfortable about him telling us his foot went through the roof lol he didn’t get injured. Then the duc work having holes I almost had a heart attack. $14,000 at 72 yrs young…

When someone complain about their AC I alway say: I know a guy. my AC stopped working in the middle of July and the temp rose like 15 degrees in no time. Called Jeremy and he came right away. He figured out the problem almost immediately and he had all the needed parts on him.

Zach came out and helped us with the plumbing for a remodel. We were impressed with how thorough he was. We're happy with the work that was done.

I had to get my water heater and air conditioning unit repaired and the techs that came out were very knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. They truly cared about my need and was very thorough in their assessment. I will definitely use Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning again.

Shawn did a great job. Fixed 3 leaks under the kitchen sink and 2 lavatory sink and replaced a cracked stopper also. He is honest, efficient, and a skillful plumber.

The overpriced Daikins that are just a Goodman are horrible quality.
The unprofessional manager that lives talking about his accolades sold me on this and now after install and researching it I’m more than unsatisfied.

The very first company we had come out (very big company with really annoying radio commercials... they don't do things the easy way or the right way), took things apart and quoted us $30,000 for a whole new system. They didn't put anything back together and left.
This company not only fixed everything, they put everything back together. Everything looks so much better and cleaner and nicer than it did before. Quality, professional work too. I'm proud of the work they do. This company is honest, professional, courteous, and I'm just so extremely thankful we found them. They actually care about their customers. This is the only company I'll use for any AC, heating, and plumbing problems. I appreciate this company so much. Highly recommend.

We figured it was time to get our air ducts cleaned, as they haven't been cleaned in the 7 years we've lived in our house. Devin Hill arrived on time, he explained what he would be doing, even went the extra step of cleaning our reusable filters for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Bumble. Highly recommend.
