1 star to the name. Vegas strong heating and cooling? Why? I might as well call my business 9/11 Never forget Plumbing. It’s not the best thing to call your business

They arrive on time and explain every thing in detail. Most of all, THEY ARE HONEST!

Bumble Breeze Technician Timothy is very impressive. He was honest about the solutions he offered and what was in the best interest for the property. Because of his instructions the water heater was replaced in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for better service!

Derek is fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with the service from Derek and Bumble Breeze.

After using another company several times and the problem never fully being fixed, i decided, because of the excellent reviews, to use Bumble Breeze. That was a great choice. They were very professional from the initial contact phone call through to the follow-up emails. The technician they sent out was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the whole entire process, especially why the problem happened in the fist place. Highly recommendable from my viewpoint.

Can’t speak highly enough about Vegas Strong Heating and cooling! Chris came out and diagnosed our problem with the heating unit. Had it running in less than an hour. He wore covers over his boots, took the time to explain the problem and best of all it was only $71.00!!!!I will only use and highly recommend Vegas strong heating and cooling.Knowledgeable, Honest, and respectful ..... need I say more!!!!

I knew when I called out them the system probably needed to be replaced (24 years old). Wes came out and explained everything thoroughly. He took the time to explain differences. I believe I got a good system from a good company. All appointments have been made on time with excellent communication. We had a problem the first day after install but they were quick to get over and address it. Not the cheapest but I feel like it was worth it.

Received same day service. Technician arrived punctual and was very professional. I would use them for all of my personal rentals and real estate listings!

The only company out of 6 that were able to repair a 30 yr old AC unit and a tall enough ladder to go to the roof for repairs. Very helpful and made the repairs.

Our A/C went out unexpectedly while the outside temperature was in the 100s. As if that wasn't bad enough my father is an Altzeimers patient, and is on home hospice care. He is confined to a hospital bed in the living room. When we called Bumble Breeze we explained our situation. They promptly sent a technician named Will to our residence. Will was SUPER professional, polite, friendly, and awesome. He described what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. I would recommend Bumble Breeze to anyone with any HVAC problems. This company is legit.

We had a glitche here with the appointment, but I called and they sent someone out right away to take care of us and Sean was great 👍 very professional answered all our questions and did a fabulous job. Cleans up very well also. Good asset to your company. Also installed a toilet. We will use them again. 😊😊Just a note that we having problems with our toilet install and had a different plumber come out and he check our toilet cause it was not straight and wobbled and come to find out the guy never put spacers in to level the toilet. Cost another 100.00 when he could of done it in the first place. Not a happy customer and no we will not use them again ☹️☹️

Bumble Breeze is an absolute exquisite company in that they are much different from dishonest upsell air conditioner technicians who try to strike fear in you in order to swindle money from you. We had 3 different estimates from 3 different companies, (yes, we did the research and paid our dues in order to get to the bottom of what our air conditioner's concerns were as well as weeding out the bad guys); so paying the estimate fees from these different companies was worth it....Ah, then, we found Bumble Breeze! Jersy, (our air conditioning technician), was a breath of fresh air. Lol (No pun intended.) Ha ha. We highly recommend Bumble Breeze for the price, the service, the actions equal the words with this company. Jersy was honest and professional and quite down to earth. We appreciate Jersy and the fact that Bumble Breeze treats him right due to it being a family owned and run business. The treatment he gave us was transcended from the way he feels and is treated from the company. Thank you for making our world much cooler! Bumble Breeze is awesome!

He provided efficacious HVAC service and also succinctly explained the issues of my AC system and how he repaired it as well. This A/C company is a gem! Saw an ad in the paper for a $49 Fall Maintenance deal so I called them up. Was a great decision because they found an issue we needed to get fixed. The tech was very thorough and was a really nice guy to boot. I highly recommend Vegas Strong heating and cooling!

Wes the technician and Wes the supervisor were both very knowledgeable and professional. They spent a good deal of time trying to correct my AC issue while providing valuable feedback and service, I’d recommend them to someone looking for AC work. They even provided me with a temporary portable AC unit to try and make my living conditions more bearable. Overall they represented this company very well! If they are a sample of the service Bumble breeze provides then they should succeed and you should feel confident using them.

First time customers here! Derek came to our house for a one time AC maintenance appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and an overall joy. He explained our AC and it’s workings to us in a way that we could easily understand, and gave us tips on how we could prolong the life of our AC unit. When we mentioned a few minor issues we noticed with regard to how our house cools, he was quick to identify the problems and provide us with solutions and estimates. Derek was a breath of fresh air, and is likely to make any customer a regular. We can’t thank Derek and Bumble Breeze enough for such a positive experience.

I called Vegas Strong after I had a different company do a maintenance check on my furnaces. The previous company claimed I needed a lot of replacements. Vegas strong came out without knowing this and only found one part that was not performing properly. Needless to say, they were immediately asked to fix the part and gained a new customer. My technician was Scott and he was terrific!

Terrible experience Timothy was constantly trying to up sell us. Came out for a plumbing maintenance, kept pushing to buy valves, upgrade our water softener, said we have used the wrong plumber. Only checked a few valves downstairs did not check anything upstairs. Left with a little bit of a attitude.

Said they'd fixed the minor bathroom sink leak problem last fall but hadn't and as a result would now have to replace two complete drain units for just under $600 because they don't stock the necessary o-rings!! This is after us giving them thousands of dollars of work before they changed their name.

So very glad I found this company! They are honest, reliable, and very trustworthy. Gregory was very kind and took the time to explain all of my options. Even my dog liked him! I have been so tired of HVAC and plumbing companies in Las Vegas constantly trying to upsell. Bumble Breeze has handled our water softener install and now a new heat pump. They have always done a great job of explaining our options, how the science works, and giving honest assessments of what we’re able to buy at about any price point, as well as identify the pros and cons of expensive and cheaper options. All of their sales people and installers have been very friendly and professional. We will certainly use them for years to come!

I contacted Vegas Strong for a plumbing issue at my house, heard back from them within an hour and had two technicians at my house within a couple hours. The technicians, Will and Chase, were very knowledgeable and figured out my issue quickly. They were able to give me a couple different options for how to fix my issue. Since it would take them a few hours to take care of the issue they had to schedule a return trip, they were back the next day and had the issue resolved in a couple hours. Extremely professional team, I will be calling Vegas Strong Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and I recommend if you are searching for a plumbing company to call you should call Vegas Strong.

Did a find job in explaining the ac system and what in needed for future service.

Please beware if you're considering using services from this company. I called Bumble Breeze to come and look at a water softener that was not working, two technicians came the following day, and without touching or looking at my water softener, I was told I would need to replace it with a brand new one. The two technicians, quickly became salesmen and were trying to lock me into buying a $7000 + system, I quickly rejected their pitch and told them I could simply not afford that, they told me I can go buy a new water softener on my own and they would install it for me for $700 once I physically had it, I told them, I would consider it, and they quickly were trying to trick me to sign a work order, without explaining to me what It was, when I found out it was for the install of the water softener, I told them I was going to hold off for now. I was still charged 50 dollars for having 2 salesmen come to my house, instead of someone looking at my existing water softener. I ended up using another company that charged me 600 dollars total for a new water softener and the installation, that's when I learned this company was simply trying to rip me off. Please beware and don't trust the company or its representatives.

Keifer was very friendly and knowledgeable . He was very nice and fixed the pipes quite quickly. I was at first very upset due to many aspects, however Keifer rectified the situation.m, at this time I’m satisfied , however Keifer is a great asset to Bumble breeze.

As a single woman, it stresses me out to have to call for any service as I feel most service people see a target on my back. I’ve been quoted the most insane quotes (like $1400 to replace a garage door motor). So when I found Vegas Strong on Yelp, I read through the reviews then called about my upstairs a/c unit not working. Michael was super kind and scheduled a tech to come out between 12-2 on the same day.Reginald showed up a little after 12, it took him just a few minutes to diagnose it was a capacitor issue - which another company had told me they replaced a couple of years ago but that’s a story for another time. Anyway, Reginald replaced the capacitor checked the freon and less than $200 later my a/c is working. I’m a small business owner and I plan to refer all my members to Vegas Strong. Thank you for doing exactly what you said you would do and for treating me with respect.

I've worked with Vegas Strong / Bumblebreeze 3 times. THe first 2 projects went really well and I was very happy, but in their most recent visit, I was quoted over $800 to replace a few parts in my hot and cold water faucets.I was quoted more than $800 to purchase those parts and install them.The quote was kind of deceptive because it lumped the parts and labor into a single number.Fortunately, the maintenance guy in our Condo was able to tell me which parts I needed, and I was able to pick them up at a plumbing supply placenearby for under $70, and he installed them for $200.I still love them for their earlier work, but I'll be more cautious about their quotes in the future.

From arrival to departure the technician was here 15 minutes. Stated that he was knowledgeable about doing the work but doesn't like doing the work. 😒 I have a feeling that doing this review will take longer then what he did here. Afterwards he told me that it would be cheaper for me to do the work and for me to do it. He quoted me $700-$900 for him to do a warranty swap. I'm very disappointed 😞 I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINNESS.

My husband and I were referred to Vegas Strong Heating & Company by our home warranty membership with American Home Shield on Monday 7/29/19. Immediately, we looked forward to doing business with them based on their 5 star top notch services ratings. After speaking with their service office at 7 am the next morning, we were advised that they had a full day ahead of them and would be scheduling us the very next business day with 4 appointment slot openings, morning, afternoon or evening. When our service technician Tom arrived around 7 pm, his jovial laugh rang through the cool evening air before I met him while he spoke with my husband. Tom was professional, pleasant, light hearted, knowledgeable and very friendly. He seemed as if he was just starting his workday, patiently diagnosing our AC unit and expertly explaining every step of his repair process. He took the extra time to ensure the indoor heat of 94 degrees escaped our home and ensured that it was consistently cooling off so we could be comfortable again!! This is an updated/added review:My encounters with the company since my HVAC installation has been hectic, to say the least. Not that I am unhappy thus far, but it's been an interesting experience. By the time I connected with Skyler on the evening of 7/20/2023 I was frantic, and my anxiety level was high. While I am reserving my total after-install experience review for a later date, I am pleased to offer my expressed regard for Skyler in Customer Service. His professionalism; to include his demeanor, patience, initiative and persistence in helping resolve my problem is impressive, to be commended, and is definitely appreciated by me. As much as his type of dedication and genuine concern is sorely, IMO, lacking these days, I sincerely hope that your company values his character and skills as much as I certainly do. He is a great reflection on Bumble Breeze.

They installed a system in a high rise unit less than a year ago that I am selling for an 83 year old woman. They did not do the original installation correctly as it came up in inspection for sale and this vendor acknowledged. They tried to charge her 100 dollars for a diagnostic, failed to show this morning to get the unit operational in favor or making only one trip instead of two when the part comes available. They had a choice to have the system partially operational with the trip this morning but since they were not being paid for work they did incorrectly they opted at the customers expense for only one trip leaving he unit 90 plus degrees.

Our HVAC technician Scott was awesome. He walked us through everything with thorough detail and explained it in a way that a novice like me could understand. We bought their checkup plan because he was so great to work with.

Fast, efficient, on time in uniform with masks! I bought a yearly membership which REALLY saved me money on air conditioning services (2 free ac tune ups) and 20% off other services. Their prices are very good even without the membership! They did try to up sell me once, but I still highly recommend!!

Scott was out to sell me a new A/c. he was very professional and explained everything no high pressure. I had agreed even thou I felt it was too expensive for me at this time but had him write it up. Our technician was courteous and professional. He was able to fix the AC quickly! Especially nice since we were right in the middle of packing to move and it’s 113 degrees out on this hot July day in Vegas. He was my Hero for the day! Wish I knew what his name was.

There was a water leak in the wall behind the toilet. Bumble breeze set a time for the plumber to come in. Roberto showed up on time. He determined that the leak was not at the valve but further up in the water line. He gave a quote before starting work. He was explaining every step along the way. He looked at the best way to find the leak without causing unnecessary damage. He located the leak and ended up replacing a portion of the water line. Roberto was very professional and had a pleasant personality. He wore shoe covering while working in the house. He was very neat and cleaned up after he did the repair. Bought a brand new Train A/C unit after talking with Lewis Weber. 3 weeks later was the first time it broke. I was told I had a defective filter and that was causing the problem. Next technician told me that was BS. Broke again the next week, Aaron came out to fix it this time, seemed very knowledgeable and nice, still couldn't tell me what the problem was. I have very little faith in this unit working properly for the next ten years. Go somewhere else.Update 8/6/21 Changing to 1 star. Now its 2 months later and my brand new AC is broken again for the third time. Now they aren't even answering the phone, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE products/service.

I had a Bumble Breeze technician come out to change my special Aprilaire furnace filter. While Narek was here, I asked him about small rattle I had in my master bedroom, he listened, and while it’s super faint for most people, he was able to hear it, and help me figure out what the source of it was, and he helped fix it. Then I explained about another sound/shake/rumble that I could hear inside the house when the air conditioning unit went into stage two. He went out, looked at the furnace, and knew right away that it was the blower motor. He ordered another one came out the next day and fixed it! The big deal about that, is that I have had several technicians come out and not really be able to identify, or even feel the rumble in the shake. Narek was super!~~~~~~~Update 2023: BB replaced my furnace and AC last year and just had them come back to replace and redesign my ductwork. Finally got someone out to have my duct's clean! These guys were great! Especially the tech, Devin. Originally had him come out last Friday and completely forgot there was no school so I had my daughter at home which I knew would be a challenge! I went to turn on the heater for the first time this season, and...nothing. Based on reviews, I called Bumble Breeze and I am so glad I did! I called around 11:30am and they scheduled my service call for 12-2pm, same day. If you've ever dealt with a contractor before, you would expect 12-2 (especially when I just booked half an hour earlier) to be an unachievable window for a tech to show up, but you'd be wrong. I got a confirmation text when the tech was on his way and he showed up before 1pm. Super professional, got right to work, fixed the issue, turned on the heat, collected the (super affordable) service call fee, and was on his way.

Wesley was a great tech. Really cool guy and broker everything down well for me. I highly recommend their company.

I used to do HVAC repair more than 10 years ago. I knew what was going to be required but did not have access to wholesale parts / tools required to do the job myself.Scott @Vegas Strong HVAC did not know this. He was knowledgeable and punctual. The pricing was well below what I was expecting them to charge, well below what most would have charged. The part he said needed replacing was exactly what I anticipated. There was no, “Well, we found a, b, and c needed fixing too”. I have only used them once on the residential side. They will now be used on the commercial side for the 5 hotels we manage.There are many shady HVAC companies here in Vegas that will insist you replace expensive parts when cheaper components will solve the problem.Vegas Strong is not one of them, and they will continue to get our business moving forward.

Mr. Art H. a Plumbing Service Manager came to my home to access the issue I had with a drain that had clogged during a past rain storm. He did not fix anything, but used his inspection camera to determine the issue. There was no blockage, but he did give me advice on preventive maintenance. He said he will give back $100 in a form of a check in 3-5 business days . He also said that we still covered under warranty. He is really an outstanding individual.

I had an appointment last Tuesday for a tune up advertise for $49, when setting up the appointment I ask if they could do an estimate also on the appointment, wich they advertise Free on the website. At the appointment day employee Wesly came did the inspection and told us the unit had a leaking and didn't perform any tune up on the unit. I ask for hes advice since one of my room it was very hot, he offer to unscrew the vent and change it for the air to move to a different direction. I ask if there was going to be a charge since no service was perform and when doing the appointment initially over the phone I ask for a free estimate, he told us that because he change the vents he had to change the the tune up for a service call and we still had to pay the $49 dlls. He call Greg to come and gave us an estimate to REPLACE the unit, and me and my husband explained to Greg, we were very unsatisfied to being charge, he told us he was going to call hes manager and let us know. I sent him a text the next day, no response. Call the office the next day, and was told they will call me today, no call..This is very clearly a click and bait since no service was perform, we got charge and offer to replace my unit. Probably a great number of this reviews could be false.

The technician, initially, provided me a quote after completing his inspection of ALL plumbing related matters. The invoice quote (for parts and labor) totaled almost $900. 30 minutes later, the technician advised that he forgot to include a labor cost estimate for one of the procedures. The revised/updated quote was, now, over $2,700. Needless to say, I was absolutely “speechless” and told the technician that I would need to “think about it (the cost) before moving forward.” Of course, there was nothing to think about as it appears the Technician was quoting the absolute “upper end” of the spectrum for his labor costs. In my opinion, this is a very poor practice to recruit NEW (and, possibly, long-time loyal customers the service company. I will elect to find a more reasonably priced plumbing outfit to service my needs.

Aaron was very nice and professional. He was also very knowledgeable about the problems. His solution was what was in my best interest, not to make more money. Instead of trying to get us to buy a whole new system he laid out exactly what we needed to do to repair the system. I really appreciated that.

They have addressed all my questions and concerns and were apologetic. I spoke to Art and he has gone above and beyond to try to make it right again. I am appreciative for the help they have offered and look forward to being a longtime customer.I called Monday morning very early about 7am because my water heater was leaking. I asked for someone to call back with quotes and getting a tech over. I mentioned it was urgent. Today is Wednesday and I never received a call back. Horrible lack of communication.

I was informed of a continuous running water meter by the Las Vegas Valley Water District. This was coupled, at the same time, by notification of a family emergency out of state. As soon as I contacted Bumble Breeze and explained my situation Art came out to the house, within an hour of my call and free of charge, to immediately see what they could do to help. It was determined that the leak was somewhere between the LVWD meter at the street and the water shut off valve to the house. Because my house is 15 years old, it made sense to replace the entire waterline from the LVWD meter to the house instead of doing a patch, at the risk of other leaks developing down the road. Bumble Breeze quoted me a fair price, started immediately and worked tirelessly so I could get on a plane and take care of urgent family issues. Art, Kenneth and Robert were exceptional in their service, attention to detail, provided quality workmanship, and follow-up. Bumble Breeze really stepped up in a unique situation where other Yelp plumbers and leak detection contractors were slow to respond, if at all. I can't recommend Bumble Breeze enough and for any future plumbing or HVAC work, they'll be the company I call.

Great experience from Bumble Breeze! They sent out 4 technicians for my fall maintenance and my whole home plumbing inspection. Scott was super helpful and informed me that my furnace will need a future repair but it was okay for the time being. I also had Kent come out and fix my thermostat. Then I had Will and Nicolas came out shortly after for the plumbing inspection. With this they even helped me get more water pressure in one of my showers. I highly recommend this company for future use.

We had an emergency on a Saturday night and they had a technician, Daniel Theirrien, at our house within an hour. Very friendly and professional. He stopped the leak/flooding. We bought a new water heater that night and the same technician came to work on his day off, so he could install the new one and see the job through. Absolutely recommend.

This was AWESOME! A/C in Vegas is a necessity, but replacing the system was always such a big and daunting decision that I, quite frankly, put off for way too long. When I finally decided to go for it, a few messages via Yelp and a couple of phone calls later, and I had an extremely helpful and knowledgeable fellow check out the original equipment and provide a quote, helped me set up financing, and schedule the work. Literally 24 hours later, EVERYTHING IS DONE! My condo has a brand-spankin'-new A/C and I no longer fear taking on the Vegas summer with a painfully aging original A/C again. The response was timely, the work inobtrusive, and not only do I whole-heartedly recommend these guys, but I have no doubt that I will be engaging their help again someday when I need any more work done! He replaced the pressure vacuum value and did a nice job. Very nice person that explained everything. The only problem was he did not reattach or plug in my instant hot water. The technicians that came out were very professional and very respectful for my home. The plumber that came out was very nice and knowledgeable as well. We had an unexpected issue and they handled it very fast to avoid any problems. They all jumped in together to deal with it. In many ways I feel that went above and beyond. Definitely have my business for any future needs.

Service was great and fast. I do have a problem with trane hvac systems however. Just got a new ac unit 2 years ago, it stopped working and was told that two of the lines rubbing together caused a coolant leak. Repair was 2200$. Bumble breeze was nice enough to take it down to 1800$. Manufacturers should have covered it, especially being only 2 years old. Kudos to Josh though, he had me up and running in no time

Derek did a good job cleaning my ac unit

The company receptionist did not tell the truth about the experience of the technician they sent. Out HOA requires that technicians should have experience in the compound because of the accessibility of the units being in the roof decks. The tech sent was new and did not do a good job and instead of just doing maintenance, destroyed the functionality of our aircon because after she left the unit which was working well did not cool anymore. And when I called the company, they did not like to send a technician to repair until after 2 days while we were having a heat wave in Las Vegas that time with temps as high as 115 degrees. I will never use them again for fear that they will destroy our well maintained system.

They did the removal and install of the new HVAC systems.

After having a horrible first experience with my Home Warranty service for servicing my A/C unit, I reached out to Bumble Breeze at the recommendation of a friend. I received a pleasant and courteous experience from the Customer Service Representative, Monica with prompt scheduling. I was called with updates by the Customer Service Representative, Rachel to keep me informed of when my Service Technician would arrive. Upon arrival, my service Technician, Omar Martinez was courteous and explained everything in detail. He promptly replaced the blown fuses in my roof top A/C unit to get my house back to cool and comfortable after being without air-conditioning for three days in the 100° Vegas heat! I have no issue with the way I was talked to, both technicians that came were very nice. I was getting a second opinion on an AC change and they couldn’t meet the price but they talked about repairs that could make it more efficient knowing I’m working with a 20yr old machine. He said with the problems I previously had, I probably have a leak and needed repair so I went that route. I got the quote and agreed. When Omar came he was great. A very nice man and explained everything to me. There was no leak so when time came to pay I was being charged my full estimate which was search AND repair. There was no repair so I couldn’t believe they were trying to get the whole price out of me. He called his boss and they game me 300$ off a 1000$ estimate for search and repair. I find it hard to believe that to search for a problem it costs 700$ and as we looked for more answers it costs about 300$ To search for a leak. Then we had our refrigerant filled but there was no way of how much we needed or what he filled, just whatever was on the estimate. I took the loss. $2700 for search, no repair and to fill refrigerant. I’m disappointed in the business and will take it as a learning experience. Family owned and very friendly and nice but it’s all about the $$$

A complete bait and switch. We agreed that I would buy the upgraded most efficient trane model. XV 20i. Instead they showed up with a trane XR model. The cheapest. It was a complete bait and switch. I called to complain and they did a runaround. After all their poor excuses. I simply told him to get the hell out of my house and driveway and I would go to a reliable company. The 'comfort advisor' that lied to myself and to my wife is named Greg Hartley.

This company was hired by our warranty company to patch up a dying AC unit afterwards we ended up replacing the whole unit an ductwork with another company when we installed solar panels. Bumblebreeze came in an gave me a free service call tune up an found a issue with my new ac unit, the tech did find the problem but was wrong with the factor causing it . Thanks for bumblebreeze ac for finding the problem but here's my issue it was working before the tech touched it but not afterwards an I was quoted 400 plus to fix it the tech said it was sun damage but when I had the installation company come to fix it they said I was out of warranty but it wasn't the sun it was wired wrong even though it worked so they fixed it at no cost . Not sure how long it would have worked as it was glad it got fixed

EDIT: THIS COMPANY IS A HAZARDTLDR; Our neighborhood was left without water for over 24 hours. Fire hydrants were left wide open. Good thing there wasn't a fire before they turned the water back on.A homeowner in my HOA hired this company to replace several curb stop service valves in our community. Since the neighborhood is on one meter, water has been shut off to my whole neighborhood for the service. Residents were initially told that water would be shut off from 8am-12pm on Monday, 4/24. As of 11am on Tuesday, 4/25, water is still off for the neighborhood. Bumble Breeze will not tell residents how much longer the service will take. My Fiance approached the technician working in the neighborhood to ask how much longer the water would be off. He proceeded to lie about how long service has been off, rolled his eyes at my fiance, and told her to calm down when she began getting frustrated with his lack of transparency and rude attitude. Calling the business has not been helpful either. Since we are not the homeowners who requested the service, they refuse to tell us how much longer we will be without water in our home.

I had Rene Barraza and Anthony Petcoff at my home to replace all of my sewer and water lines. They were careful, precise and paid close attention to detail in their work. The pride of workmanship they exhibited was extremely evident. They were polite, respectful and considerate.They kept me informed on the status of the job without my having to ask. They answered the numerous questions I had and let me know when they were leaving to get parts or go to lunch. This was very important to me as my neighborhood isn't the safest so I knew to lock the door that was kept open while they were here so they could go in and out when needed. Agreements were made and kept on a handshake alone. I recently refinished the original wood floors here in my 1951 home. I requested protective booties be worn to protect them as much as possible. I never had to ask twice. Also, I had requested masks be worn while they were in my home due to having a family member with a compromised immune system. Again, I never had to ask twice.These qualities are extremely hard to find in people nowadays let alone employees. I don't think I will be using these guy again. I ask them to give me a quote on replacing a (flammable vapor sensor) on a fairly new 50 gal water heater in my condo. The part was $32.00 threw Raheem and amazon. He came out and said the water heater heats the house and needed to be replaced. $4500 I never heard of such non sense, and I have managed apartments for 30 years, so you use plumbers a lot. I found a plumber through a good friend, and they fixed it for $125.00 including the part. BE AWARE

We needed a quick plumbing repair for the holidays. We used Yelp and got 4 companies to contact us within 24 hours.Bumble Breeze was the 3rd to contact us and we nearly went with someone else. These guys got someone to come out first thing in the morning the next day to take a look.Let me start off by saying that Riley is the freakin' man. I'm not being paid anything for this nor do I care about e-clout. For everyone looking for plumbing services - see if Riley can come out if he's available.Riley gave us our quote after performing the assessment. Quote was fair and we had one that was lower, but this was very fairly priced. What really sold me was that he was very personable and a good dude. More importantly - honest. How often can you say that about plumbers when they'll nickel and dime you to death, then ask for more money.Riley came back with (I think Ryan?) 2 days later to complete the plumbing work. For those wondering, we had a bow in our sewage line going into the street. These guys did a kickass job and spend hours completing the repair.All in all, I'm extremely satisfied. Very informative but unfortunately what I needed done was something more for a counter top company. Sean showed up early and was extremely nice and very knowledgeable on different ways to tackle this project and the proper company's to possibly call to get what I needed done. Sean was completely honest about this is something they couldn't do but he pointed me in the right direction on choices I can make. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will def be calling Bumblebee.

We had several quotes done to replace our unit. We felt the most confident with this company. The customer service was fantastic, the installers were incredibly nice, and the company was very accommodating to my family and I. They really went above and beyond and I am happy to give 5 stars. Heating and AC companies are a dime a dozen out here. If you want the best of the best use this company. They even sent out a roofer to adjust the roof because the newer units are smaller than the older ones. Top notch! I will use Vegas Strong AC/Heatimg for all of my units!

Water softener was installed… The price was high but they were on-time and the installer was knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend again just be ready for the price.

We figured it was time to get our air ducts cleaned, as they haven't been cleaned in the 7 years we've lived in our house. Vegas Strong Heating and Cooling came to fix our air conditioning after a storm knocked out power in our neighborhood and, when turned back on, the AC didn't work. They were prompt, courteous, and taught us a few new things good to know about our AC system! I am recommending Vegas Strong H & C as a great company to call for service.

Called me to do the monthly check up and Derek the tech came within the time frame. Told me everything he was going to do and walked me through all of the process showing me how my hvac units should be operating. Long story short I had to get my capacitor replaced in both units and since I was a member I was able to get one replaced with my membership in there program. The membership has already payed for itself. Derek is incredible and I give this company 5 stars or even more if I could.

I had five different companies give me estimates on a new air conditioner system . Scott was the last one to come to my door . He was the most informative one and explained every detail to me . I was totally confident in choosing Bummble Breeze to to the job . He gave me options about the units and pricing . I am confident I choose the right company.

Although the price was a bit high we did have an emergency situation. And although it didn’t seem like he was working at some point he finished in reasonable time. He did do a good job so thus only 4 stars (plus nobody is perfect).

They came out about a month ago to do a routine service check. The technician was very polite and personable. He told me my small AC unit was working great and that my larger unit needed about 1k of repairs or it wouldn't make it though the summer. They completed the work, but in retrospect, I should have had a second company take a look.A few weeks later, my smaller unit conveniently stopped working. The same tech came out and informed me the compressor was now suddenly bad. Originally quoted me a little over 2k to replace it and then informed me he called the office and they forgot to add charges so it would be closer to 4k. He asked them to send a salesperson out to discuss condenser replacement options.Scott came out and was very polite. He quoted me over 12k to install a new Trane unit. That seemed high so I told him I'd sleep on it and let him know.I had another company come out and they confirmed the compressor was bad. They suggested I replace it with a Trane unit and quoted me $3,200 installed.I messaged Scott to thank him for his time and to let him know I was going to have the work done by another company since it was about a quarter of the price.Scott's reply back to me is attached. Only contact this company if you want to overpay and deal with unprofessional salesmen. There's probably a reason they had to change the company name from Vegas Strong.

Great service on time same day repairs

Representative arrived on time and flushed the hot water heater. The service was performed quickly and he gave us information on needed service and a quote.Additionally, a separate rep performed a spring tune up on the HVAC system. Was very thorough on work and communicated what he did well.

I have called Vegas Strong a couple times for my rental units. Really appreciate the good advice and quick service and great pricing.Most other HVAC companies just want to replace the whole system. And that may be the right thing but if you want options call these guys!! I will be calling them again when needed!

I’m cleaning out my garage we located a pressure valve and having issues with water pressure tried to open it up but the valve broke so then we have basically no water pressure. We called Vegas Strong and spokewith Heather who said they could have someone come by around 2 pm. I got a call right after 1 that they were 30-40 min away would it be ok to come early!! William and Chase came in, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate I felt was reasonable. I told them to go ahead and do the work. They completed it in a timely manner, were very professional and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for better service or technicians William and Chase were both awesome!

And finally Alejandro was my plumbing maintenance/technician. he went over all my drains, water valves, faucets, hot water heater checking for issue drained flushed my water heater. Again very friendly very detailed made a few recommendations to me about up coming plumbing needs concerning some remodeling I have planned. It was a complete package all done in one afternoon thank you.

They installed a reverse osmosis system under my kitchen sink, also replaced the p trap as it was rusted. Very happy with their work. We also use them for our furnace and AC maintenance. Very happy with their timely service.

Not sure why they are asking me about this service as no technician came out. After waiting 2.5 hours I get a call telling me that they submitted pictures and my unit passed inspection. Now I’m trying to get a copy of the Inspection Report and have NOT BEEN successful. I feel I’ve been jerked around and wasted $500.00 which I want refunded. Made you think you were getting all kinds of discounts, I feel I got hoodwinked! Unfortunately not happy and would not use them again.

We used Bumble Breeze to clean our dryer vent from wall to roof. It was a great experience. There was a little dedicated gecko trapped in the lint.Communication with the company was prompt & updated often.Devin was friendly & efficient. We will be using them again for more duct cleaning.

I called and got their next available time slot two days away. They called and showed up when they said they would. The plumber was very polite and knowledgeable. I asked so he explained how the new fittings he used work. He said they are rated to last up to 30 years. He also explained that the type of pipes we have should be kept cool so they won't deteriorate. Great service!

Drained and removed my defective hot water heater and took it to Home Depot for exchange for a new one (heater was 1 year old and under full warranty).Properly installed new water heater and turned on. The technician was great. The price of service was too expensive. I looked parts up on Amazon.com $8.66 for a capacitor. There charge to install 299.00. I have know in electrical work. I decided to order the part and install myself.

He carefully explained my options and said I'd have a new unit delivered on Sunday. And that he'd come over--on his day off to do the installation! The plumber came out and looked around and said I had a slab leak. He said has been doing this for multiple years and he knows what it is. He estimated $2500 to fix it. He talked a lot, to the point where I began to not trust him because it seemed like he was trying to push something on me. I had another company come in and they found the leak and it was not a slab leak, it was a leak in a pipe, that will cost around $500 to fix instead of $2500. When the technician from Bumble called me back and asked if I was going to have him do the work, I said no and the leak is not what you said it was. It is not A slab leak. He said they are wrong. I thought he was arrogant and unprofessional and pushing something that I did not need. I am leaving this review, because I picked them because they had a five star review. I wonder if all those positive reviews are real.

Morgan the young man that did our service was super friendly and efficient. He did a great job. Can't give him enough praise super young man. After the first visit they fixed a capacitor and I bought the maintenance plan. Everything worked for about two days and a fan motor went out. So after four visits and almost $1000 all systems are working good. No complaints a week later. Did not feel they overcharged us and they were pleasant to deal with. So far a trustworthy company

We moved into a new place this past week and immediately noticed an HVAC leak. Our landlord called this morning for an appointment to get an estimate, and Morgan was here within 4 hours of the appointment being made. He was professional and explained things in terms we understood. Although he was only here for an estimate he was able to perform the work needed while he was here instead of us having to make another appointment to come back. We will always use Bumble Breeze for our A/C, heating, and plumbing because of their consistent 5 star service and their easy to schedule systems.

We've had to deal with a few plumbers from Bumble over the last couple of weeks and I can honestly say that all of them have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Sean and Jake specifically have been phenomenal. so good in fact that I signed up for club membership so I don't have to deal with any other companies.

I'm not sure what has happened to this company in the last year and a half. The focus seems to be on advertising and selling as opposed to good service. We had a technician come out to troubleshoot a noisy HVAC fan in our attic. The quote was for $2600 for a new motor and fan. We looked online and one of the parts was $350 on Amazon. We scheduled a second opinion with a different company that came out this morning. Sure enough, the straps had to be tightened, and the fan and motor were fine. Cost us $35 for the service call. We also asked how much they would charge for the fan and motor replacement, and the total price was $1100 with parts and labor included. Absolutely beware and get a second opinion, because you're paying for their inefficient advertising campaign at this point. Sadly, I don't think we'll ever use Bumble Breeze again. UPDATE: my husband called to let them know about this, and they asked us to take down the review if they'd refund the service charge. Not the point guys. This is not the first time we felt that they are more salesman then technicians.

I think Devin Hill with Bumble Breeze is the most awesome duct cleaner. I messaged the company on Yelp and they responded within 5 minutes. Their quote was over the phone unlike other companies that wanted to come out first. They were incredibly reasonable and had an opening within a day. They communicated every step of the way. I’ve been in my house 16 1/2 years and hadn’t had the ducts cleaned. When I started to see too much dust and had a stuffy nose every day, I knew it was past time. They even cleaned my dryer vent. One thing I liked about this company is that they cleaned the whole vent line and not just the first 5’. Devin Hill explained everything he did and was very knowledgeable about the a/c system. If you need duct cleaning I HIGHLY recommend Bumble Breeze. Fast, reliable and affordable!! It’s been a week and already I notice a difference in the house. No more stuffy noses, my son isn’t coughing anymore and the house smells better.

The guy was great, but his assessment of the situation was wrong and poor. He told me that my compressor was shot along with the fan and to replace the compressor will cost about $4000 to $5000 and the fan another $1000 long story short he encouraged me to buy a new air condition unit for $15000, (great salesperson) well I called another company which came out at 10am fixed my unit in literally 15 minutes long story short he said the part that starts the compressor was bad, when I asked about the fan he should me the fan was working properly??? Again that was 10am this morning and my system has been working great every since??… Maybe you guys need to train you technicians to fix units and not sale air condition unit for a high and ridiculous price of $15000

While the pre-visit started out a little rocky, once Wesley arrived it was smooth sailing. He was not only very likable, he knew his business. We have just moved into a new house and did not understand a few things that were going on with the HVAC. He answered all our questions. We then had him install a new controller. It was a bit more challenging than he thought, due to the previous installer taking shortcuts, he finally figured the issues and resolved them. My wife and I would have him back for any HVAC issue.

Unfortunately for me, a neighbor in my HOA hired Bumble Breeze for plumbing services. We were given notice about a valve replacement that would cause water to our community to be shut off for 4 hours. I can only assume Bumble Breeze sent a plumber with no previous training or experience, as my water was shut off for 24 hours. I was not prepared for losing running water for this amount of time, so my family ran out of drinking water. It was briefly turned back on for about an hour or two the following day, and is now off once again as I write this. When I approached the plumber to ask for an estimate on the project completion, he found it appropriate to tell me to calm down and state that the water had not been turned off for 24 hours. While the customer service representatives and supervisor I spoke with on the phone behaved professionally, the skill and behavior of their technicians is highly questionable. I caution anyone from hiring this company for plumbing services. Clearly there is no sense of urgency even when an entire community is left without running water overnight.

I don't usually write reviews but this company deserves one. I was very hesitant to call to get our air conditioner serviced because of all my neighbors and friends telling me horror stories. I saw an add and read their reviews and all sounded good. When Chris came out he walked my husband through all that he did outside and then when he came inside the mobile home he checked the heater gave us suggestions for air filters and that we didn't need an air filter on one part of the heater. He checked the vents and explained why he did what he was doing and what he found out. It was a pleasant experience and gave us tips and suggestions for the cooling and heating. He also explained how old our furnace and air conditioner were. I highly recommend them and they responded fast to my call on a very hot part of the season.

I was concerned about a leak from my shower and the company was able to get out to my house quick. My technician, Jake, was knowledgable, professional, and exceedingly helpful. It doesn’t seem that there was any pipe leak, but rather some broken tile could be causing the problem. Jake was able to get me in contact with a referral company that has also provided great service. The morning of my appointment, my bathroom sink had become backed up and Jake was able to clear it in just a few minutes, so thankfully he was still able to take care of a problem! Because of him I will definitely be using this company again in the future. I didn’t feel ripped off or like I was being talked down to just because I’m a girl, and that alone made the entire visit.

Bumble Breeze has saved our homes AC twice in the span of 2 years (each during) the summer time. Omar was our AC tech and he was easy to talk too and very efficient. He had to come to our home twice but it wasn’t his nor bumble breeze fault. They fixed our ac and then our breaker started heating up the next day so he came back and found the solution. He was very accommodating to all of our needs and didn’t mind that our 3 year old was helping him while playing with his tools. Bumblebreeze was hired to replace the plumbing in my house due to a water leak. The plumbing work itself was well done and complete. They were late on most days and only worked a full eight hour day once. I was also put off at least twice so that other jobs could be worked on.The related work was not as satisfactory. Many holes had to be cut in my drywall and exterior walls. The work was messy inside, as was expected, but no care was taken to protect our belongings in the rooms. They cut a wire in my exterior wall that was not reported to me until the repairing contractor found and repaired it, at additional cost. The wall was also hacked up poorly resulting in additional cost to repair. They had to come out three different times to fix leaks, and while they were responsive, I felt as though for the significant amount of money I paid, the quality control could have been higher. Overall it was good, the work was done, and it is working, but the related items were disappointing given the cost.

Wes was on time, friendly and very professional. We have had very good experiences with everyone sent by Bumble Breeze. We have had only good experiences with the office, too. Michael and Tomorrow Duffey.

Wesley was so professional while taking care of our air conditioning unit. He took photos to show us what was wrong and also explained to us what he was going to do to fix it. He was quick, efficient and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Not to mention he loves dogs and didnt mind the doodles jumping on him!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an a/c system or repair.

Jake did a great job he went above and beyond! My Whole house filtration system sprung a leak. Called Bumble Breeze and within a half hour Jake was there installed shut off’s valves(which the first company never did) and I had water within an hour and a half, and I was able to use the water until they were able to come over and install a new filtration system. I really appreciate the hard work that Jake put in I recommend Bumble Breeze!Robert was very professional and did quality work. He answered all my questions. Robert was very neat, he cleaned up after he was finished.

Kane did an excellent job replacing the laundry valve box and some plumbing angle stops. On the laundry valve box, he was careful in cutting the drywall that needed to be removed to do the valve replacement, so he could just replace that piece of drywall. It has obviously been cut out and put back, but he didn’t just leave a big hole in the wall. For the angle stops, he made sure there were no leaks and even replaced an old supply line leading to my faucet which wouldn’t stop dripping after the angle stop was replaced. Absolutely excellent and extremely conscientious customer service.

Our water heater went out on Saturday night, we called to have someone come out, they had a Sunday morning at 10am the tech was here on time and he was professional, he worked clean and efficiently and he completed the job in the timeframe that he provided.

These guys are nice, professional and do great work. My only problem was that he told me a new 50 gallon Bradford White water heater or similar quality would be around $3000. I called another company and they are definitely a lot cheaper. I will not be using Bumble Breeze to replace my water heater.

Our water heater was leaking on a Saturday. We called Bumble Breeze that day and they sent someone the next day. The water heater was under warranty however we opted to upgrade to a tank less water heater. Bumble Breeze assisted with everything from financing to installation to inspection. When my AC condenser stopped working, I had a buddy refer me to Bumble Breeze. It was a Saturday and a technician was over within the hour of calling in. Will took a look at my condenser and found the issue - a blown connector. He has the part on the truck and replaced it. He made sure everything worked and then continued to check other parts and run diagnostics. He found out the capacitor was not running properly and was way below the levels it should be at which was what caused the connector to blow. So glad he didn’t just leave after replacing the first thing! Showed me all the costs ahead of time as well. I am extremely grateful for Will coming out so quickly and making sure everything was working properly. Very reasonably priced as well!

They came to our new home and did a free inspection, showed us what kind of dirt and dust was in the vents. They scheduled us the next day for a cleaning. Punctual, professional, overall a fantastic job. The house smells cleaner and the air and heat are working so well. I can’t recommend this service and this company enough!Update: previous review was in October of 2018, we have now been in our home one year and just got a check up/duct clean. Please BEWARE AND BE VERY CAUTIOUS about choosing Bumble Breeze!! Do more research with other companies! My first experience with Vegas Strong, now Bumble Breeze, was good. I got quick responses from dispatch to get help when we really needed help. This caused us to continue using their services and we ended up needing to get a new HVAC unit. Spent thousands on a new unit that they highly recommended and was unfortunately their only option to choose from. We had it installed and now nearly 4 years later, we’ve constantly have had issues with it. There is a 10-year warranty on parts, but only 1 year on labor. All the parts we’ve needed replaced were covered by the warranty, but with issue after issue and having to pay their additional labor fees, I feel nickel and dimed to death. I understand that was clear up front, but I also didn’t expect numerous issue after issue on a new unit to the point where now we have coolant fluid leaking onto the coils. This replacement part is not in town and will take over a week to get here plus scheduling after that. This is Las Vegas where the heat is not kind. We also have a baby and a special needs child who has therapy at home where we need a working unit. I tried working with BB’s supervisor on what options I have as to a refund, replacement, etc on this LEMON unit. I was ENSURED they have NOTHING to do with the products they sell, and were not willing to do anything to help me other than to google Goodman and take it up with them. I found it unacceptable that this clearly defective unit that this company sold to us as a reliable product, was not willing to help their frustrated customer with a product they support. This unit is not even 4 years old and we’re now having to put out thousands more into a different company that has well-known name brand units that offer 10 year warranty on parts and labor and hassle free unit replacements if after several issues come up. BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH. I wish I had known this is how Bumble Breeze takes care of their customers.

He didn’t work on the plumbing leak we called for service. He said his supervisor will come in the morning to find out how it will get fixed. We told him we are leaving early in the morning to go back to LA. My husband instead worked on it that evening and fixed the problem. It was a waste of time when you call for service and the service man don’t know how to fix the plumbing issue. Bumble Bee have to train their service man on the field or hire people that are experienced and competent.

Timothy did an excellent job fixing my toilet tank leak and replacing the shut off valve. Toilet doesn't rock anymore and sits very solid after he leveled it. Wesley has always been my go-to guy at Bumble. He came over to check out the split AC units that they installed last year as they weren’t working. He found the issue and had them running in no time. He also found an issue that the crew failed to catch upon initial install and he’s getting it don’t first thing tomorrow. He’s knowledgeable and professional and always puts the customer first.

Technician performed a diagnostic on our drain that was smelling and showed nothing major just that some liquid plumber should work to clean it up. He offered to pick up product and charge an hour of labor which would be $249 which i feel is pretty steep for that. I was a bit disappointed when it turned out i had the product already at home he couldn’t do it for a cheaper price but i wasn’t sure it was an option. The guy was professional and did his job so i still rate them good even though i was still a bit disappointed

Upon inspecting my unit, I was told that warrantee would cover my broken coil but that refrigerant and labor would be almost 3K AND THAT THE PART WOULDN’T BE AVAILABLE FOR TWO TO THREE MONTHS (in the Las Vegas summer). It was then casually suggested that I purchase a WHOLE NEW UNIT. I decided to go with another company that can at least get the part in a week.

The team that came was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Explained things to me in an easy way so I understood all the questions I asked. Very polite and friendly.

Bumble breeze is a life saver!!! My AC had stopped working around 5pm or 6pm. I thought I would be good with just a fan but no! Before you know it it's 90 degrees in my house. I called them up and Andrew was so helpful. He stated that a tech would be coming over between 8 and 11 and that it was only $49 to inspect the AC even if it was after hours and that it would go towards any other fees if need be. Around 9pm to my surprise Aaron arrived! Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful and got my AC fixed within 2 hours! Awesome service and reliable!

I didn't feel pressured or stress about anything after the estimate was given to me which is why I'm going with Bumble Breeze. They were able to work with me since I just purchased a home and needed to have both plumbing and HVAC work done. Tony the plumber technician was great. Wes the HVAC technician was awesome he thoroughly explained everything that was wrong and even showed me, no one has ever done that before. I had an issue with my heater and called Vegas Strong heating and cooling. They came out same day. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. Great prices and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Got a call saying technical would be here within 30 -45 min and that was at 604pm it is now 751 and still no one. Called to see when they would be here and they said sorry for the inconvenience but we will send someone at 830pm. I totally get that technicians run late, but not 3 hours late after they called saying they are on the way and will show up in 30-45 min . I had to call and then was told they would be there by 830 and then got another call saying they will be there soon and show up after 9. Just would have liked the technicians to call and say they are running behind. Should have to call and see what's going on 4 hours after the scheduled time frame

I don’t know where all the positive reviews come from but these guys wanted to charge me $659 for a half hours work. That is to take a garbage disposal out of a sink and replace the U joint drain. That’s $1,318/hour. I told the guy that even my over priced lawyer doesn’t charge that. After I expressed my incredulity he brought the price down to $469 but I told him to take a walk. These positive reviews are a sham.

This is the second time using Bumble Breeze and they are wonderful! Both technicians were great. Very easy to schedule, on time, very friendly and patient. Timothy was our most recent technician and he explained everything very thoroughly and had time to install a whole new toilet today. So glad we could get this resolved quickly. Pricey but efficient. The drain clog I had in my kitchen sink was really bad and had built up over the years from the previous owner(s). It was causing my kitchen sink to flood when the upstairs neighbor used their sink directly above ours as I live on the first floor unit of a condo. I called Bumble Breeze about this issue and they booked their plumber to come out the next day and figure out the issue once and for all. The next day, the plumber came and diagnosed the issue. A few hours later, they sent another plumber out with the hydro jett and camera to finish the job. Yes - it was a mess once the job was done, but the plumber helped clean the majority of it up and made sure that the clog was completely cleared before leaving. Because the clog was so severe it did run me about $1500 to fix but I cannot express how relieved I am to know this problem is solved. Thank you Bumble Breeze for being a service much needed! They knew exactly how to solve this problem and was honest and straightforward which I appreciate.

Will and Wesley came to our home about 30 minutes after we called needing service, which was later in the evening when we could have easily been pushed to an appointment the next day. I don't trust this company at all. We had a problem with our showers The water was not getting hot. They said it would be a simple change of filters. They didn't charge by the hour they charge by the project. $450 in the part was $77 It took about 5 to 10 minutes to change out. Riley the technician ended up going to home Depot and saying that the part was no longer available online or at home Depot (We ordered the part online since then) and said it was going to have to change the valve in the showers in order to fix the problem which costed a whopping $3,000. It was a scam to try to get more money for a problem that didn't need it. I think what they did is a felony to be honest because they came into the house lied about the parts jacked up the prices and tried to take a $77 part with 10 minutes of labor and try to jack up the price to $3,000 and make us change the valve and the cartridge. This place is a scam stay away from it.

The technician, Josh, was at the site within an hour and a half Dash on a Saturday. 45 minutes later Josh called me with a very, very detailed explanation of what needed repairs and what needed to be replaced. He said $1814 for everything.Then he did something I’ve never heard – he gave me a bare-bones estimate of $1118. He said it won’t fix everything that needs fixing but it will get your unit running. And you will someday sooner than later you will still need those other parts repaired or replaced.Very professional. Outstanding

Bumble Breeze has cute marketing and expensive HVAC systems. But their salesman Scott did spend a lot of time with me explaining heat pump options and technology which ultimately was useful. I ended up buying a system from another competitor with less marketing pizzazz, better warranty and much lower cost. I would not have written this review except BB kept nagging me with automated texts until I did.

Great great great company it's a breath of fresh air to find a local company that has history here in the valley . I fell that many of the businesses here are just here for the boom and will be gone once everything dies down like they all did last time, Vegas Strong is owned by a great family that has been here and will be here. The owners never have a problem meeting or talking with their customers and explaining anything that's not clear, they are very knowledgeable and trust worthy .

Our fire pit has a gas leak and Tony has been working with me troubleshooting the issue and helping me make a plan to get this repaired. We are still in the process of gaining access to the gas piping so Tony can return to replace gas piping once the demo is completed. He’s is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Bumble Breeze is easily the most helpful and accommodating service company in Vegas hands down. Their receptionists take great notes and schedule you asap. I first requested a Spring tune up for my AC because it seemed to not work as great as last year, which the Spring tune up was on special and priced very well. Jerrell came out to do the tune up and informed me of all the issues with my AC. He was very nice. I ended up having to replace my AC unit with a new one. Kent and his partners, didn't catch their names, replaced the AC and finished early. Kent explained everything to me about the new AC and emailed me pictures to confirm everything. Kent and his partner were also very nice. Everything works great now and I'm so happy. Did I mention that all this happened within 3 days? They were very fast and I was shocked how timely and nice they were compared to any other service company I have ever hired. Couldn't recommend enough.

I ultimately did not use Bumble Breeze, but i was impressed with Arnaldo's professional and knowledge. He performed a basic, but effective, inspection then thoroughly explained the options and related time frame.

Used Bumble breeze twice. The 1st time the technician went out of his way to fix our issue. Second time the this technician had beers on his mind instead of fixing our leaking water heater. Instead told us that he could not fix it because our warranty company was closed and he can not touch it without permission. All false! I called the manufacturer the next day and was told that is incorrect. Call FOCUS PLUMBING and they had it fixed in under 30 minutes parts in hand because it is a common issue. I have no idea why Bumble breeze would allow their technician to leave a customer with a leaky water heater for 4 days. Oh let’s not even talk about the fact that I was charged the call fee for absolutely no work or diagnosis of the issue!

Heater wouldn't start so I scheduled an appointment with Vegas Strong and they were able to come out the next day. They gave me a 2 hour window but called me 30 minutes before the technician was on the way which is extremely helpful. Tom arrived, provided excellent service and was able to get it running again. They offer a membership service which provides diagnostics multiple times a year and discounts on repairs and replacements. I will be recommending them to all friends and family.

It took me $754 to find out how bad your company performs. First of all, the unit pricing is a rip off andq ridiculous. No matter how much time spent the unit price is the same even for small jobs. You were on the roof for 15 minutes tops for replacing a 5-8 feet of low voltage wiring and forcing a high voltage wiring into the roof and taping it up with black electrical tape (totally ridiculous). I spoke to the manager to correct the problems (he talked a lot and had a lot of excuses). Can you believe it for 15 minutes at $754(unbelievable). The manager was more concerned about my first survey then then he was about me as a customer. Technician came out a second time to correct the problems (20 minutes) with some hesitation. I indicated to the technician to look at my neighbor HVAC unit and how well it was wired. The manager called me for a follow-up and he claimed to care about me by coming out a second time (remember, I saw the problems not him or technician). I ask him for $200 credit because I saw the problems. The manager was more concerned about his company then me (the customer). I am letting my friends, neighbors and family know about this company. I am truly looking for a good and honest HVAC company who also cares.I just had another company come out to review Bumble Breeze work and they found a bad corrector and did not recommend replacing the capacitor and charge me $ 59. Bumble Breeze I just don't know what to say about you. I still think you should refund me. I am writing the BBB.

He was very professional. He knew exactly what to look for to properly diagnose the problem. It took him less than 20 minutes to get the unit back working.

They are a must for anybody that wants a company that gives nothing but the best.I had no idea that there was more than just hot and cold when getting a new a HVAC system. Louis explained thoroughly on what a new system should cover, what my options were, and answered all my questions.The install crew came on time and installed the new system with absolutely no problems and didn't leave a mess or anything.Louis, Mario, and the rest of the staff at Bumble Breeze went above and beyond throughout the whole process and kept me at ease. Greg gave me estimate on replacement of one of our AC units and furnance. He was very helpful, however we went with a 5 star competitor who was cheaper and offered a little more in their package. I told Greg we were going with another company, he then matched the price. I declined the offer, should have given me best price the first time.

Unsatisfied with service. First off they charge you a $99 service charge that if you do do services with them they dont apply it to the bill which is wild but ok. Then they charged us $275 to replace the flusher inside the toilet. High but it is what it is. Then the toilet stopped working an hour after they left. They came back the next day and wanted to charge us $99 again to come back out. Then they told us the toilet was clogged because people are putting toilet paper in it, normal usage amount. The plumber told us that never should toilet paper be flushed in the toilet. When we asked what we should do with it after using it to clean ourselves, he said that used toilet paper should be thrown in the trash and not the toilet. That’s where I drew the line. That’s the wildest thing I’ve heard. In 2023 after using toilet paper we should place it in the trash can? It’s also a commercial space hooked to the city sewer. Not like it’s a septic tank or anything different. Don’t trust them and won’t be calling or referring them. Cherry on top is they charged us another $250 to snake the toilet on the second visit.

I highly recommend Vegas Strong Heating and Cooling!!! They are a really experienced and knowledgeable team of HVAC professionals. I needed my outside unit serviced for the Summer so I called and set up an appointment. Technician Ante arrived on time, gave an explanation of the process and started to work.My unit needed cleaning and also a small part that had not been replaced in several years. The prices were very fair and he took care of it really quick. I will continue to use Vegas Strong as my preferred heating and cooling company as well as refer them to anyone I know.Thanks again!!

Over 5 years and thousands of dollars spent with other plumbing and a/c companies and the problem still exists until maybe now...thank you, Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling, Plumbing! Ante came by this morning with his A/C crew to follow up on the previous work from their plumbing crew; all in several attempts to locate and eliminate the foul odor that has been invading our work space off and on for the past 5 years. Hopefully, they have found the source and the issue is resolved. Time will tell but we are hopeful since Ante explained in details of what they had discovered and the appropriate corrective actions were taken to eliminate the odor issue.

My air went out and living in the desert that’s your worst nightmare! Someone recommended Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling. I called and a a Technician came out right away! He explained everything to me and was so patient with my 1,000’s of questions! My air was fixed before I knew it and it didn’t break my bank. I am so thankful for the helpful and friendly staff, from my first call to getting my air fixed was a lot easier than I expected. The last thing you want is more of a headache when you are dealing with the unexpected and they by far exceeded all expectations. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and if I ever need help with my unit again I know who to call!

Be aware - make sure you compare prices before contracting them! Was quoted $3500 for replacing a blower motor. Saying needed special parts that can only be shipped from Chicago. Also said they need one week. Lies - their competitor bought parts locally right away, and charged less than half the price. We are a group of clueless-looking girls if that matters. Do not get ripped off! Talk to at least one other company before using their services!

SCAM don't trust! The office is nice to make you trust them than offer you offers to sign up for the maintenance membership 149/yr. My toelettes were not leaking but they suggested to replace my Toelettes shutoff valves, they quoted me $ 2040 to just replace 6 valves, which takes a minimum amount of time and the parts cost just a few $. My water heater was leaking and without even checking it they immediately pressured me to have them install a new one for $ 3300 and offered me their predatory financing. That's called PREDATORY PRICING, taking advantage of unaware, trusting people. They finally got me by overcharging me $ 585 for the gas furnace heater valve ($ 60 on Amazon) which took the tech 8 min to replace and he took my 2021 part home with him that just needed to be tightened. But if I had listened to them, I would have had to shell out a total close to $ 6,000. They don't even try to fix they sell overpriced and are just as scandalous as some auto repair shops.

This guy is an asset to your company, he was very professional and did quality work. I would hire him again.

They kept me informed on what they were doing and did an excellent job. When they left everything was spotless as though they were never here. I will definitely use them again.

I would leave a one star review but my service has not even been completed yet. I had an appointment on Friday I was called to say their technician was behind because one of their jobs was running into a problem… ok fine so I made arrangements to reschedule my day however as I’m waiting for my 4 hour window (the second window of time I was told) I get a call 2 hours in saying sorry where not going to make it can we reschedule you for Monday. I just called and was told I’m next when a technician becomes available. I know that things happen but I’ve rearranged my schedule twice now. I hope they actually make the appointment and I can revise my review but as of right now I can’t!

Our A/C stopped blowing air which is the worst in Vegas heat. However Omar was able to repair/replace the blower motor for the unit in the attic and now we have cold air. Hallelujah! The technician who came over to do heating tune up wasn’t thinking and parked his vehicle in front of our trash container during pick up day and unfortunately they didn’t pick it up. Its very inconsiderate. And this company doesn’t provide replacement filters for tune ups unlike others with same rates. I will change company for sure.

Aaron Winder is also very knowledgeable about AC systems, he reworked the wiring liked he promised he would. Everything is working properly and we are very pleased with how everything looks and feels comfortable moving forward with the company. Arron is a credit to himself and the Bumble Breeze company.

Not the first time using this company. Staff always very friendly and knowledgeable. Service tech remembered the little things about my family when he returned for yearly service. Was very honest about my system and what it needed to make us happy throughout the year. Made you feel like a friend, not just a customer. Would recommend these guys to everyone! While it did take a tech 3 times to correct the original leaking spigot (outdoor faucet), the final visit (4th) from a Sr. Tech did correct the leak. They were very responsive, even during after hours and were always on time. I would have given them 5 stars, but because it took 4 attempts, I couldn’t do so.

Response time was phenomenal, when my water heater sprung a leak they had somebody here within the hour and it took less than an hour to have the new water heater in.Just had them replace the HVAC system. Called yesterday replacement done today. Wilson and his team mate worked their behinds off on a 110 degree day, in my attic for 12 hours. So very impressed! Professional, courteous and the definition of hard workers!

Can’t say enough good things about Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling. Devin did an amazing job with the duct cleaning and Scott was so helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Scott troubleshot our zone heating problem and when our home warranty failed us once again, I immediately got on the phone to have Scott come back out for the repairs. Since our home warranty wouldn’t fix the repairs, I only wanted these guys to fix it! Scott replaced the circuit board and came back out for a duct motor repair as well. Everything is working now and we couldn’t be happier. Definitely will use your company for all our heating and cooling repairs and service!I also wanted to take the time and give a heartfelt thank you to you guys for your compassion for my wife. She was also at Route 91 and endured a horror no one should have to witness during their lifetime. Your thoughts and well wishes to her and I will always be remembered.
