Thanks Hector, after trying for 2 days with different companies, with bad results and delays in answering for fixing my ac these guys arrive the same day that i called them within 2 hours, and got it fixed for a reasonable price and offer to help in report a bad contractor who rip us off.

Last night our toilets decided that the water should be in the showers/bath tubs. We decided to wait a while maybe there was a burst pipe in our area. Nope, well we called and a matter of 30+mins Trenton showed up and un clogged our problem. Definitely will recommend them for friends and family and for future problems. Gary was our repair man. Extremely professional, prompt, and clean. Who would think that the installation of a water heater could be such a pleasant and educational experience! Gary took the time to teach and explain all service techniques not just for maintence of equipment but to keep my family safe and secure.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

Came in fully protected with mask, booties etc. Reviewed my request, analyzed the issue, recommended the repair, performed very efficiently, checked water purity, made recommendations for servicing my new water heater Nd air conditioning units, called office to get pricing, and cleaned up before he left. I would use Goettl again based on professionalism.

I inherited Express Home Service when my AC company shut down a few months back. Gave me a year of their annual service plan, and things are great. Just did an AC maintenance, answered my questions, suggested only a few minor repairs since my unit is 10 years old, discussed a few other options to keep my unit working. Wimpy AC sent DeAndrew to get our heat up and running, he was there with in 20 minutes and much to my surprise he had our heat working with in 30 minutes. Simply is the BEST!!!! Ask for DeAndrew every time!!!!

After 3 weeks of being out of service, while trying to establish if my quote was the best possible price available. Alaskan did reduce my quote slightly. Still I know I'm being overcharged by double. Research all part numbers on your own with a quick Google search. Then ask how many labor hours that part is expected to install. Make your own decisions based on what is best for your household. My decision is to break a 20yr relationship with Alaskan and share my experience with you. We're not looking for the cheapest parts or service. We just want to ensure we are not being RIPPED OFF! If a part from a dealer direct source costs $68, it's not fair to charge $380 and say that a warranty, labor and service meets the difference in price.

So glad I found this company. They were wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable, and REASONABLE!! I highly recommend using them! You won't be disappointed!
