Adam did a fantastic installation of my new water heater. He answered all of my questions and explained what I needed to do for maintenance in the future. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again when needed.

Bristol has exceptional service! He takes the time to find the real issue and explain it in a way that you can understand. Mike replaced the gas line for me in my basement and replaced a leaky faucet on the outside of my house. Chase took the time to find the cause of our problems; reviewed which type of water heater is best for our area and fixed piping that was never installed correctly by other people at no extra charge. He was very respectful of our home and needs. He also went through step by step on how to maintain our water heater for the most efficiency. Totally would recommend and/or use again!

I worked on the dig crew and observed almost all the day to day operations of the job sites. I can definitively vouch for the integrity, quality, and proficiency of both their work and the men in charge of the work. I have never worked under such hardworking, godly, customer oriented owners. I recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing to all my family, friends, and even my current employer. Unfortunately I had to resign for personal reasons but I recommend working for them to anyone interested!

However, if you’re reading reviews you’re probably not interested in hiring on for this company. You’re most likely trying to evaluate your plumbing operations. I have seen the characters of the owners and the employees and I did not once see them take advantage of their customers. They would always treat everyone JUST as they wanted to be treated. I also saw the quality of work these men preformed. From concrete to quality of material they would always go above and beyond.

I cannot speak higher of their plumbing skills. With 3 master plumbers at the head teaching their knowledge to their workers you have a crazy amount of experience at your disposal. We fixed SO many jobs other plumbers in the area like Bob Hamilton, Roto Rooter, and others were incapable of completing. I personally learned so so much from them and I’m incredibly grateful.

I'm so glad I found these guys. I was quoted $2,300 by a larger well known area company. Steve and Adam came out and repaired my pipe in a matter of minutes at no charge! I couldn't believe it. They were both very open and honest and told me exactly what was happening and what to expect in the future. I will only use them for now on. I highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of Pierpoint Plumbing for over two years. I had them out on two separate occasions, once for a clogged kitchen sink and the other for a broken pipe.
