On Christmas Eve, we had a pipe in our finished basement bust. As I'm new to the area, I frantically began going down the list and calling plumbers only to be turned down due to the holidays. Kyle answered the phone and told me he would be here asap. And he was here just as he said. Not only did he keep me informed about the time he would arrive, as he was working for other folks in the same condition we were in, he was extremely courteous and kind. He literally saved our holiday as we were having guest to arrive that evening. Hands down a great person and affordable. He is now saved in my phone and will be our go to guy for any plumbing needs. Artic Freeze February 2021. I had a pipe burst and every plumber, including my regular, was already full with other jobs, understandably. Kyle from Devoted was able to get out to me same day and repair the burst section in about 30 min.

After having bad service from another company(they didn't show up on 2 scheduled appointments) we contacted Kyle. He responded on the same day and evaluated the problem. He dealt with the Home warranty and after we inquired about an upgraded system he provided what he believed to be the best dual battery back up sump pump for our needs. He provided a quote and did everything he said for the agreed price. He ran us through how everything worked and was very professional and friendly! Had an issue with my kitchen sink leaking and attempted to fix it myself. No matter what I did, nothing seemed to work, and I eventually ended up accidentally pulling off the garbage disposal. Haha. I went online and asked around to see if anyone had any ideas of a good plumber that wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg and someone recommended Kyle. I didn't expect much, figured I would pay someone a bunch of money to put together some pipes, but what I got was so much better. I explained what happened to the pipes and what was happening and he took the time out of his day to call me and walk me through the steps of what I needed to do. When I got the part I needed and still couldn't get it to stop leaking, I got another call about how to improve what I did and I fixed it completely. Anyone else I think would have charged me to come out and do something I did myself, (The one other company I called wanted to send out someone under an emergency call, charging me even more) but Kyle gave me his time, and didn't charge me for it, while also helping me solve my problem. I'm immensely grateful, and will turn to him for all my plumbing needs.

As others here have said, I would give Kyle and Devoted Plumbing a better than 5 star review if I could! He is amazing. My dad has ALS and needed a new ADA toilet installed. I worked on it for hours only to realize late at night that the phalange was cracked. I called Kyle, he was onsite within 15 minutes, had the toilet set and leak proof in 20 minutes. He was a Godsend to my parents! Please give him all the business you can, you will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend Kyle at Devoted Plumbing. I had my warranty company come out about low pressure with my bathtub faucet. They came out replaced a valve and I still had low water pressure. After another call to my warranty company they said their plumber determined it was a clog in my hot water line and was not covered. I called and texted a few different companies and Kyle was the first to respond. He set up an appointment and showed up as promised. He determined there was a broken piece stuck in the valve the previous plumber had installed. The faucet put up a good fight but Kyle was victorious! The hot water is flowing once again! I also had him look at a problem under my sink and his assistant did a great job resolving that problem. Both Kyle and his assistant were so professional and knew what they were doing. His pricing is amazingly reasonable. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up their mess. I recommend Devoted Plumbing for all your indoor plumbing needs! I came across this company through a quick Google Search and called for an estimate on fixing a running toilet that I just couldn't get to stop myself. When I called I got a hold of Kyle who quoted me a the best price out of 5 companies I called. Two of the bigger companies wouldn't even give me an estimate without having someone come out, and one of those wanted to charge a $75 call fee. Regardless I went with Devoted Plumbing.

Kyle kept me up to date on his schedule and where I fit in to it. He let me know he was running ahead of schedule and was able to get me taken care of earlier than expected. Once he made it to my location he took a quick look at the toilet and found that he needed a part pretty uncommon these days. He popped out for about 20 minutes and returned with the part he needed. Another 20 minutes and he was letting me know it was all done.

I had a burst pipe in the basement and a very slow running floor drain. Kyle was able to come right away. He got the drain to run and was able to fix the burst pipe right away. Then, he waited a few minutes for the City to turn the water back on at the street - in order to make sure the problem was fixed. He identified another leak in the kitchen that could just be shut off and dealt with later. He charged less than his original quote because the job easier than expected - VERY reasonable. And, I've already hired him to replace two toilets. Kyle is very personable, easy to talk to, and reasonably priced.

My hot water heater started leaking within 4 months of buying my home. Devoted Plumbing was referred by my realtor when I reached out to her because my home warranty company failed to provide a competent plumbing contractor. My shower faucet blew up inside my shower wall last night. Called Kyle with Devoted Plumbing. Had to shut off the main water valve for the whole house and this morning he came by and removed the valve guts and left to get the replacement. Was back in a hour and fixed it! If you use him you will understand you wouldn't call anyone else. Great guy.

Kyle is kind, professional, fair-priced, and efficient. He's serviced our home twice.

First was for a drain line snake. Previous owners apparently washed their dog in the shower. Fun stuff.

The second was a new water heater installation. I failed to communicate some specs on our unit, which required a different model to be purchased to facilitate installation.

He reacted and responded incredibly quickly and was able to order the new model and install the very next day.

Both times in our home, he has been an excellent professional, kind, warm, and generous with sharing additional plumbing knowledge. We have a 1970s home with a lot of interesting updates that have been made over the years.

I would be quick to recommend Kyle and Devoted Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing repair, installation, or consultation.
