Mike Covington did a really good job and was on time and easy to work with.. my new garbage disposal is great and he fixed another issue that my sink had with the alignment of my pipes!! Great job.. would recommend and use again

Being a contractor myself, i can appreciate the commitment it requires to meet weekly and daily deadlines. So, when I needed repairs beyond my experience, I called Mike at Bristol Plumbing. I've come to appreciate the benefits of his plumbing knowledge and strait talk. He's always punctual and has done bid work as well as offering a fair hourly rate. And his work is much safer and cleaner than other companies who, I've come to understand, have overcharged me for similar repairs. Trust me. Whether you want a new water heater/expansion tank replacement or a toilet valve, the work will be done to code specification at a fair rate, and in a timely manor. But, that's what professionals do.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Answered the phone “Hello” whos this? instead of in a professional manner. I Asked for assistance with service and was cut off by being asked who was paying and how much. Do not recommend using these guys ever if that’s the type of service they provide to all potential customers

We were new to the Kansas City area and found Mike via a neighbor referral. Mike came out and fixed two shower valves that were not operating correctly. He did this quickly and in a professional manner. He was also very responsive and completed the work at a great value!

Bristol Plumbing came out this morning to repair frozen water pipes leading to the kitchen sink. I called on Sunday & they came out first thing this morning. They were meticulous in assessing the problem & determining the location of the frozen pipe in the finished basement ceiling. They were careful only to remove the necessary drywall to locate the correct water pipes. Our kitchen faucet is now working & we have a plan to correct the problem for the long term. Their pricing was very fair for the work they did, especially on a sub-freezing day. I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing!

Had a water line for my fridge issue, which included inline water filter, called Bristol plumbing on Sunday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, done, very professional, on time and reasonable, good job. Finally found a go to plumber.

Mike was great. Was able to make time in his schedule quickly, explained what he was doing and I am extremely happy with the quality of the work.

I have had two experiences with Mike and Bristol and couldn't have been more satisfied with the work that was done.

First situation was we disconnected our washer and the faucets didn't stop running so needed them replaced and was able to get Mike out that same day to get the work done.

Second situation was in a new home and our washer was overflowing in the drain and got Mike scheduled to come out and clear the drain and seemed to help the situation.

Bristol Plumbing's contact information is on the refrigerator and will not hesitate to call for any future plumbing work.

Thanks for the help thus far and I am sure we'll be getting some work in the future...it's bound to happen it's plumbing.

We have had THREE plumbers(including the top rated ones such as Bob Hamilton) out to try to fix our tankless water heater and Mike was the only one that was able to fix the issue! We needed a plumber to fix a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. We had already had another plumbing company out to see us TWICE and they could not find the problem. We called Bristol and they were very accomodating. Mike was on time and very professional. In a very short time, he and his coworker fixed the drain, cleaned up and I felt like they were very reasonable with their fee. I will definitely call them next time we have any plumbing issues. I started using Bristol plumbing recently and have had such a good experience that I now recommend them to my clients! I felt compelled to leave a review because recently I had a client who had a potential sewer line claim. Another company came out and told her she needed extensive work on her sewer line and it would be $13,300 to fix. I encouraged her to get a couple estimates and opinions from other plumbers before determining next steps. Mike the owner of Bristol plumbing had one of his guys out immediately and the problem was fixed for a few hundred dollars. My client was beyond appreciative. Thank you Mike and Bristol plumbing! As an insurance agent having great resources for my clients is so important!

I was not impressed with this company or with Mike. He replaced one piece in the back of my toilet, a very inexpensive piece and did not have the part needed for the other toilet, charged 149.50 and left. He was here no longer than 30 minutes and my toilet still does not work right!!

Mike Covington, Bristol Plumbing, has always been my go to person on plumbing issues. He comes out , does what is needed and he doesn't try to oversell you something like other big box plumbing bushiness do.

I have always thought Bristol was great but this past weekend I got a real education. In a temporary lapse in judgment, I called another plumber in an emergency. They came out and gave me a bid that was astronomical. I told them to leave and called Mike at Bristol, The next day, he came out and did the job quickly and professionally for roughly 20% of what the other outfit bid.

This is a great guy, a good business and someone you should stick with regardless of the circumstances. Really knows his stuff and really works hard to do it right the first time for a reasonable price.

Mike is an independent plumber specializing in tankless water heaters. He worked us in at the end of a long day and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our Navien tankless water heater. Most importantly, he had the necessary specialized part on his truck, so we got our hot water back without having to wait for parts delivery and a second visit. If you have a tankless water heater, I highly recommend Mike / Bristol.

Mike is a great plumber and an even better guy. I called him the evening that our water heater broke and he worked us in the very next morning. Within a few hours our hot water was back on. Personable, professional, and reasonable prices. Very pleased!

Mike was very professional and provided multiple services at an excellent price. He also works on tankless water heaters which has been very hard to find someone that works on them. I notified him last minute about a separate issue and he had no issues with taking care of that along with the original issue I had called him about. Would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing for any plumbing issues you have.

I called Bristol because the main line coming into my house was leaking. I sent a picture of the leaking nut, and I was told, Try tightening that nut, GENTLY, and see if that leak stops. Otherwise, we'll need to contact waterone to supervise the repair. It worked! That's a level of service I find rarely. I definitely recommend Bristol Plumbing.

MIke at Bristol Plumbing is so responsive and does such great work. I have had them at my home to do work several times including a trip to my house in sub zero temperatures to check for frozen pipes. They have done a outstanding job from replacing fixtures in my bathroom to fixing leaks. I give them a 5 star rating and would recommend them to anyone!

Had multiple plumbing issues that we'd been putting off in the house until my own attempts to reseat a toilet resulted in cracking the original flange. Called up Mike after seeing some nice reviews on social media in our neighborhood and am EXTREMELY glad we did.

Mike is exceptionally professional and experienced and came by to diagnose water flow/leak issues in two bathroom showers, and completely remounted one toilet while making another run like new.

Mike specializes in tankless water heater installation and also gave a very thorough cost/benefit analysis and explained our tank/tankless options to replace a 24 year old water heater we need to have replaced as well.

Plumbers are never cheap, but in the case of Mike and Bristol Plumbing, we immediately felt like our check was money well spent.

I called Bristol as my 13 year old Noritz tankless hot water heater had developed a significant drip and had stopped working. Mike and his team were out the very next morning and confirmed that the unit was indeed “toast” and needed to be replaced. Mike and his crew showed up the next morning and began the removal and replacement with a new Noitz tankless. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and willingness to explain all the way through the process. He made some needed changes to the existing air intake and exhaust piping and took the time to explain why. They left the area clean and just like they found it. Needless to say my experience was awesome and I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing.
