Needed a full replacement of front porch steps. Got it scheduled and completed within a week. Work was very well done, with a high quality product when finished.

Chase was great. He explained what he was going to do and why. He was very responsive to my needs and got the job done the same day. He had to work to
change the work that was done 10 years ago when I had a home warranty service replace the water heater. I found out thru Chase that it was installed incorrectly then and the reasons why. If I could go back and take that company to court, I would do so considering the safety issues that Chase pointed out to me. I am so thankful that I had someone like Chase to work with. These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I had a technician come out yesterday and he explained everything and stayed in the price that was quoted to me. Plus they warranty their work and the tech used the parts that I had currently on hand and didn't charge me for any additional parts and labor. Great place highly recommend!

John replaced an old water heater tank that was literally on its last legs. He replaced it with a tankless and I couldn't be happier.

John was referred to me by a friend, he came out on time, uniformed up, he gave me a bid to replace my sewer they did it in a timely manner, had it inspected cleaned up after themselves..I will surely call him for all my plumbing needs..

Ike was the technician who came to my home on a clogged main drain. He not only was on time but actually arrived earlier than original time given. He was very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to call True Blue for any plumbing needs.

We called them on a Friday afternoon, I got a return call from a plumber within an hour, he came righ in and augered our drain line, and was done in about 30 minutes. The cost was very reasonable and the guy was very professional and polite. This is now my family's go-to plumbing service!

After first call it took almost a week to get the work done after 3 appointments that they failed to show up to do the work blaming lack of parts when they were the ones setting the appointments! Would not use them for any future plumbing needs.

Our R-22 air condition system developed a leak and was not cooling. I called R-Mech and 2 other companies on 9/3 to evaluate whether to repair the system or install a new system. All three companies made a good case for a new A/C condenser and A coil considering the age of the unit, expected repair cost and the cost /availability of the R-22 refrigerant . Justin from R-Mech gave an excellent analysis of the old system and offered the best price and warranty for a new system using the new 410 A refrigerant. The decision to use R-Mech was made on 9/4. Justin arranged for the installation to be done on 9/6 and the installation was completed and the old equipment removed on 9/6. Westin and Ben did the installation.Justin was a pleasure to work with, was timely, competent and professional before, during and after the installation.The installation by Westin and Ben was completed in a timely manner , was neat and was cleaned up on completion. Westin and Ben were also competent professional and pleasant.This installation was smooth and hassle free and The R-Mech personnel went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and the system was working properly. I would use R-Mech again.
