Best Vent Systems in Kansas City MO

Shower tub leak. Technician found the issue and repaired it. Technician explained all of his work and answered all questions. I was very happy with his work and would request him again when any service was needed in the future.

When my hvac system was replaced they were unable to use a wired thermostat and replaced it with a wireless one less than 3yrs ago. I'm moving and tried to get information about how discontinuing my internet service would affect the operation of the wireless thermostat. I had to call several times in order to actually speak with a technician who assured me that it didn't require the internet to work. However, since my internet was turned off it's been staying around 65° no matter what it's set to. There only response is to charge me for a service call even though I never asked for a wireless thermostat. This is NOT a Smart thermostat yet the customer service ppl that answer their phone, and even the tech I spoke with, assume I can talk to it.

KB Complete Plumbing was amazing. We had been dealing with another company who kept pushing us back several times. Didnt have our tankless water heater (which they said we had to have instead of a regular one) Kevin was right on time (which we loved) then let us know our water heater that everyone else told us was unfixable, could be fixed. He fixed it in no time and even put it on blocks to prevent the water from breaking it again. He saved us over $4000 and I would recommend him to anyone!

AB May installed a new furnace and A/C at our 4plex earlier this month and did an excellent job; professional, clean, quick (brought about an 8 person crew), and respectful. System has been great but some of the ducts to our other system started falling when A/C kicked on last week. Within two days, AB May was there and fixed them for free “in case they bumped them” while installing our new system. We’ll continue to use AB MAY for all of our future HVAC needs… while they may not be the very cheapest, the quality of work pays for itself immensely.

I called them based on a referral from a friend and I’ll never use anyone else. Prompt and very knowledgeable.. they had the issue fixed immediately when another company had me jumping through all sorts of other nonsense. These guys rock. Thanks QP!

-- well good feeling gone I ended up with a small hole part of pipe removed from 2 people and 5 hours of labor and big charge and problem was never fixed either because didnt feel comfy not willing to do tricky work, suggested other options but never contacted me with bids.....I shouldn't have to coordinate different groups of your company.... Went with other guys that could run with it and fix issues perm not bandaid solution as previously suggested

Dale went above and beyond to help us when our thermostat went haywire. Really appreciate him helping us.

The man who came to unclog my drain was very professional and knowledgeable. It didn’t take very long at all for him to do what he needed to do and figure out what the problem was. The company was recommended by a family member and I will definitely do the same in the future.

Austin was great, arrived right on time and went straight to work on the backup caused by a blocked floor drain. He was finished in no time, and gave me suggestions on what to do pro actively in the future. He also is having a camera person come out and offer further action so that we can be rid of back ups in our basement. Thanks so much.
