Chase just came out to my home after I found an issue early this morning. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I would say around 10% higher than some other estimates, but honestly, the quality was great and he walked me through the entire process. You can also tell he takes a lot of pride in doing things the right way. Let me tell you what I loved, absolutely loved about this guy. He is very detail oriented and courteous with making any mess. As he's cleaning up, he opens our front door and it sticks a little bit. After 4 encounters with the door, I hear a power drill and 3 min's later my door is fixed and I think he was more happy than we were. I'll call him everytime

Stephen and his son are good people. Their fees are excessive, $360 per hour for labor and up charged parts by 50%. Told them we weren't getting hot water in our shower and they replaced the shower valve. Found out the problem was the hot water heater wasn't working. Ask for an estimate before hiring!

Mike Murphy knows just about everything there is to know about the work that needs to be done and how to get it done effectively for a price that does not burn a hole in your pocket. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Benjamin Franklin. I called dispatch and explained to them that I had a major flood at my house due to a washer malfunction. My insurance company said they were requiring a plumbers report for the washer before they would approve my claim. Dispatch said they had someone in the area and could send them right away.Marshall showed up in about 30 minutes. My house was torn to pieces, still in the drying process from the the water damage and literally 100 degrees inside. He was so friendly and understanding of the difficult situation I was in. I explained to him what the insurance company was asking. He quickly performed the inspection, wrote up a report and sent it to me within no time.It's obviously been a very difficult few days in our household. Benjamin Franklin took one of the many tasks I've had to complete and made it so easy from start to finish. It probably seemed like business as usual to them, but anything to make our lives easier in a time like this means so much. Two days before Christmas guests were to arrive, our toilets' flushes became sluggish. Not good! So we immediately called Snake N Rooter (since we had used them before). A technician came out promptly, cleared tree roots from 100 feet of our sewer line, and gave good advice for preventing future root problems (advice to save us money in the future). He was a very likeable and professional technician. The following week I needed to call customer service about a discrepancy on our bill (time billed). She was also very professional and took care of the problem immediately by refunding the amount of the discrepancy. We are very pleased with the prompt and professional service that we have received from Snake N Rooter, and I highly recommend them.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
