A friend referred me to Fratzel Plumbing. They fixed my kitchen sink when it was dripping. When the toliets kept running, they have replaced the inside parts of our toilets. We have had an issue for a long time with the plumbing in the master shower Ever since we did a remodel and it has caused damage. The remodel company would not come back to the house and subsequently went out of business. We have hired several certified plumbers to no avail. With a lot of money spent later and no resolution I thankfully got a referral to Matt at Fratzel Plumbing. Matt is top notch and very knowledgeable in his trade. Matt is very trustworthy, honest and is a master plumber. I can not recommend Matt and his company highly enough. Umm...maybe ok if you're willing to pay a $50 trip charge for an estimate. Plenty of business provide free estimates, but apparently Fratzel is not one of them. I'm surprised they think I'd pay them for the opportunity to bid my job...

Matt responded quickly to my message and came over same day. Super nice. Very professional. Checked my issue thoroughly. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Called them about my leaking water heater and they were out within a half hour. It was fine a few days. They came out and installed a new one within a few days, price was reasonable. Very nice, very respectful during Covid-19.

This business did well initially but they were unable to complete their work until I had my siding replaced. Now that I've done so they won't answer their phone or return my calls. I have a half finished job just waiting. I guess they don't want the work.

Came out to repair bath tub faucet and gas leak repair. Supposedly repaired gas leak, then looked at faucet said he would get back with me on repair. Charged $300, never got back to me despite my two calls. I feel I was wildly overcharged and didn't get one of my things even repaired. Would never use again.

These guys did what I thought was going to be the impossible.

Just paid $275 for a 30-minute job replacing a toilet valve ($10 at Home Depot), supply line ($10 at Home Depot), chrome escutcheon ($5 at Home Depot). Didn't mind the $59 service charge, but the vague invoice didn't break down exactly HOW we were ripped off. But definitely were. Buyer beware. Even if he charges $200 an hour and tripled the Home Depot prices, it doesn't add up. Never again....

I had an issue with the icemaker and water dispenser on my refrigerator and the repairman determined that it was the water line. So I called Fratzel Plumbing and they were able to send Hunter out the next day. He analyzed the problem, explained what it was, and fixed it immediately. I was very impressed with his knowledge, courtesy, friendliness, and treatment of me as a customer and as a person. I also had him check my garbage disposal as it was vibrating and making a lot of noise. I did have to replace it, but the process was so easy. We determined which one I wanted, scheduled an appointment for the next week. Hunter arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I am a senior citizen and I was very pleased with what was charged to do all of the work. They did not try to gauge me (as I have had a very well known plumbing company do previously). Fratzel Plumbing will be my ‘go to’ plumber from now on and I highly recommend their excellent service. Thankful for companies like Fratzel!

They pulled off a job i don't think anyone wanted to do, and for a cost no one could touch, they replumbed my kitchen grey line under my house to the regular drain in the worst crawl space (I haven't dared to go in there), and converted my septic into the city about 100 feet away. I do think it turned out to be more than you guys expected but you still did it for what you said...highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Matt was able to quickly solve our frozen line. We are back up and running!

Our guest bathroom drain was clogged. A repairman came over to clean it out but it was so old and corroded that the pipe crumbled. He replaced the broken parts but was still seeing some leakage where the pipe connected to the main drain. After consulting with his supervisor, they decided that they needed their boss to come and do the repair. He came in 24 hours later and was able to replace all the old worn-out pipe. Everyone left the work area clean, they explained each step of the process and the end price was very fair considering the amount of work that went into this.

Matt is simply the best. Highly competent, Great service, fair prices; a quality guy that'll always have your best interests at heart.

I saved $1,000 by using this company. I have a warranty with AB May and used it frequently. When I found out that I had a main sewer line that was broken, I freaked out and quickly called AB May to see if it was covered in my warranty. Unfortunately it was not covered in my warranty and AB May quoted me at their Valued Customer Rate of $4,000 to cut concrete. Since I was selling my home, I quickly let me real estate agent know about this and he called someone he knew that could help. It happens that Matt Fratzel showed up at the same time the AB May guy was there. He quoted me at $1,000 less than the competition. I was really close on using AB May before Matt showed up. Thanks for saving me $1,000 and for fixing the repair without cutting too much concrete. He also filled it back up with gravel saving me money not to pour concrete

Matt and his worker Kurt are incredible to work with. They are detailed, clean and only will fix what actually needs to be done. Great for fixes, water lines, gas lines/fireplaces, new toilets that are quality and not from a big box store and much more! Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
