I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Technician was on time. Respectful and appropriately friendly. Appearance neat and professional. Kent looked over the job and then presented the various options. Answered all our questions and the proceeded per our decision. We felt comfortable leaving him to work as we went about our day. This is not our first encounter with LBA.
