I have used Lexington a few times in the last few months at a property that I help manage and the work has been amazing! Robert is an amazing technician and his professionalism and communication is 2nd to none. I will continue to call Robert with Lexington anytime I have a plumbing issue.

James is a great individual to work with when it comes to getting things done kudos brother.

Living in a home that is 170-years-old, you get some strange construction issues. Lexington was able to pipe burst a winding sewer line (when other companies want to rip up the patio and sidewalk). They left the area better than they found it! Very knowledgeable, extremely professional- and just plain ol’ nice to deal with. Very fair pricing. A Kansas City company that is a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent work from the second tech that came out. Went above and beyond to make sure situation was solved.

I tried calling since Friday, put in a work order for no hot water. Angie, who took my call is one of the rudest humans I’ve ever spoken to, even got hung up on. No calls, no response back. Tried calling again the next day and the lady was very rude and dismissive. What kind of customer service is this!? lWhen they say it’s 24/7 DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

In January 2021 I had a plumber from this company come out to disconnect the gas line to the stove in our apartment so that flooring could be replaced. The next day the stove was reconnected but the connection was loose and there was a gas leak. I paid $235 . I had to call them back out in August and they tightened the connection but claimed that it was not under warranty and sent me a second service bill. Should have apologized for putting my family at risk from leaking gas for eight months .
Would not recommend to anybody.

I live downtown Kansas City where parking spots are paid for an assigned. I was just a witness to this but, one of their workers were rudely blocking somebody’s “paid for” parking spot and not moving ..When the gentleman “who pays for the spot” asked the fella in the Lexington plumbing van to move.I witnessed the employee of Lexington plumbing not only threatened the man, but called him everything under the sun in front of everybody. Absolutely disgusting behavior on the part of the Lexington plumbing employee. If this is who they hire, it says a lot about the company in general.

Great company

These guys are pros, they helped fixed someone else's mistake, and ran a commercial gas line for a pool heater. They inspector through us a curve ball, and they came out and saw the project through to the end.

Had them out yesterday on an emergency call at the office. Main line was stopped up on a new building with about 200 workers in it. Quick, professional, saved the day!

Impeccable. From having sink plumbing installed in the basement to also repairing our sewer main, they are 5 star all the way!! From Don to Brian to Ian, to the crew that came out and did the installs/repairs....It's wonderful to have a company do work for you that is dependable. They showed up on time, were very clean in their work and cleaned up well after the work was completed, as well as being very accommodating to concerns as a homeowner (being cognizant of the yard and using plywood on the grass for equipment, etc....) I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work done and have already referred them to two households in my neighborhood as well. THey do the appropriate work-up prior to the job and when the job is completed.....it's like they weren't even there. 5 Star all the way. Thank you so much for the great work you guys have done!!

We had a pipe burst causing us to close our business early last night. I called a few different places and all were backed up pretty badly due to being after hours and the extreme cold weather we have had this week. Lexington was able to get in that night around 8:30pm within a couple hours of calling them and quickly fixed our issue allowing us to open on time at 5:30am this morning. I appreciate the quick repairs despite all the snow, ice, and subzero temperatures outside!

I can not express how pleased I am with the work that this company completed at my home. If anyone has a plumbing need you have to call Lexington Plumbing.

Super responsive and fast.

Called them for a drain issue another company tried several times to open and recommended a $25,000 repair. Drain was clear within 1 hour and no issues since.

Lexington Plumbing is a top tier plumbing company that is great to work with. Had a plumbing issue and they were at our office very first thing next day as promised. Issue was resolved in less than an hour with minimal disruption to our office staff.

Horrible service, I have a leak in my ceiling from a bathroom, called Tuesday and arranged a time for the to come over, told me they could not come out until Friday, thought that was a little long but fine, called thursday to confirm appointment on Friday everything fine, they called me this morning at 11am to tell me that it would be early to mid next week until they can make it over here. Inexcusable.

Good buisness

Lexington gives one rate over the phone, $105 per hour, but charge a different rate after the job is finished - $159 per hour + $59 per 1/2 hour. 3 hour job estimated $315 actually cost me $454.

This is a deceptive practice and I will not be using Lexington in the future.

Since my last encounter have had nothing but positive results. Techs have always been helpful maybe just 1 bad apple? Used them since 1988 never had a complaint before.

Use Lexington for commercial work at my office, and used them for residential work - they are responsive, professional and all about customer service. Would highly recommend them for both commercial and residential projects - company has wide bandwidth for all ranges of plumbing and project sizes. A++++

Quick and good service

Lexington Plumbing did not show up for their appointment. When I called to ask why they didn't call and reschedule if they had emergencies, they told me to find another company and hung up.

Not happy about the service, bought product from them and didnt last a year now i have to pay again for the back-flow system!!

As the manager of a small business in Lees Summit and experiencing a major water line rupture I have to heap praise on this company. They had the water back on and business as usual before regular opening hours. This break wasn't even found until 1 a.m. Tuesday morning and they had everything going by 11 a.m. Tuesday. Huge thanks and much respect to this crew!

These guys came out on Christmas to fix a pipe. Even though they had been super swamped all day, they were friendly and cheerful and got everything fixed quickly. Nice job, fellas!

I had water coming in a finished basement bedroom. Could not locate the problem. Robert with Lexington found a problem with the pipe coming into the house through the foundation. The next morning Jared and Doug arrived and worked all morning and into the afternoon to fix the problem. Really nice guys, answered all my questions and explained things throughout the process. I’ll be keeping their number in my contacts for sure!

I needed a plumber to fix a couple minor things post inspection for a real estate transition. Lexington was able to come out quick, did only the repairs that were necessary and all for a fair price. The staff was friendly and respectful of my home.

We use this company so often at our apartment complex that I’ve added them to our contractor list as a “first call”. Highly recommend.

They did the job fine but I was overcharged for both hours and materials. I was charged 2+ hours to do the job even though the guy was there less than 1 hour. Also, I was charged $77 for a $7 fitting. If you use this company be VERY careful they do not overcharge you for the work.

I filled out the online request form late at night and had an email from them asking about what date worked for me by the time I woke up the next morning. I scheduled my appointment right then over email. Day of my appointment (I had a 9:00 to 12:00 arrival time window) he called me at 10:00 and said he'd be here in 10-15 minutes. Jake was my plumber... he was great. He worked fast and answered my questions. He replaced the water shut off valves behind my washing machine, replaced the water shut off valves under a bathroom sink and replaced that faucet and drain. I live in a condo, so shutting off the water to the building is not as easy as it is in a single-family home, but he tackled those challenges no problem. The price was $445 and I think that was very reasonable for the time and work done. I will definitely hire Lexington again.

Excellent staff. Excellent service culture and the organization is great at making sure your tech is trained, safe, and friendly. It was a pleasure getting to know this company. Highly recommend!

When something goes wrong at the place I work, Lexington has been super helpful every time we have called them. I have only met with two of their employees, Travis and Cliff, but they were both awesome people. Trustworthy and knowledgeable!
