We called Anthony after the HVAC in our new house iced over on a hot day. The service tech claimed our system was basically empty and that we had a large leak and would likely need a full replacement. To their credit, they got someone from the sales team out the same day to do an assessment and make a recommendation for a replacement system. My wife was home during the initial service call, and I was home for the sales pitch later.After the assessment, the Anthony sales rep recommended a $14,000 complete system replacement. Given this was a large sum of money and the HVAC was only 5 years old, we opted to get a second opinion and contacted our home warranty provider. Their technician came out and pointed out that the system would be unable to freeze over if it was basically empty, - there has to be some freon in the system to freeze in the first place.After searching for a leak, the warranty tech was unable to find one and concluded the system had a slow leak somewhere. He suggested we could refill the system and see how long it lasted - that was well over a month ago, and our existing HVAC is working as expected despite the triple digit temperatures we are now experiencing. Our total out of pocket cost for the warranty call was $85 vs. the $14,000 quote we received from Anthony. Even if they have to refill the system annually, that's a long time before it becomes cost effective to get the replacement system.After discussing the entire experience with my wife, we concluded this was an easy cash grab attempt from new home owners and a woman who handled the initial service call alone.I'm very disappointed this entire contact with Anthony and will not be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for HVAC service in the future.

Thanks to Cameron of CPS for coming out on short notice to repair the shutoff valves for my washing machine. Arrived on time. Assessed the situation and provided a few options with different price points. Made the repairs quickly and got the main water back on. Also received a discount as a repeat customer.

Anthony with Quick relief was quick, polite and confident in what he was doing. He repaired a leaking toilet and a small gas leak. I will call quick relief plumbing again they were easy to deal with and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and polite.

They got to my house in less than 2 hrs from my phone call to help make sure all the water was shut off after a line broke. When they returned the following day they where early and took time to explain everything they needed to too.

They told us they would come do our estimate one day, didn't come until the next day without letting us know. They rescheduled 3 times and called us on the 3rd rescheduled date and said our water heater wasn't in and it would be 4 more days or we would have to pay $1,000 to have a bigger tank installed. Would not recommend. We had to move our schedules around so much and went without hot water for 2 weeks waiting on these people.

New years eve, Discovered bad leak in our basement coming from the toilet. We also had family from out of town staying with us. Called quality plumbing new years day in a panic. The rep on the phone was very kind, sympathetic and efficient. She explained cost and time frame when we could expect someone to arrive. Nick, our service man was amazing. He explained what was wrong then proceeded to get it fixed. I will definitely keep this company on speed dial and highly recommend them.
