Best Plumbing Issues in Kansas City MO

We've used CPS twice. They've always been upfront on pricing and get the job done. They are also respectful while visiting our home. They've fixed a shower leak for us and theyve installed a dishwasher for us as well. I've used other plumbers in the past, but none gave such a positive experience like this.

Mixed Reviews. Giving a 3 star base on my first encounter
The first time I used this company about a year ago, they were on time, communicated and did great work.
Tried to use them again. Set up a time for them to come, I did not hear from them at the time they stated. So I called and said they were running behind but would definitely be there before dark. I waited and never saw them or received any type of call back or communication.

5 Stars ⭐️ I would not hesitate to refer Bill Frye to anyone. Great company you can trust.
Bill is professional, honest, upfront with costs, showed me the camera footage in the line, explained things. He and Tyler got the roots out then treated for future.
Bill saved me $$$$$..

Another plumber said my pipes were broken and wanted to dig up my yard and charge me thousands for unnecessary work.

Chase was great. He explained what he was going to do and why. He was very responsive to my needs and got the job done the same day. He had to work to
change the work that was done 10 years ago when I had a home warranty service replace the water heater. I found out thru Chase that it was installed incorrectly then and the reasons why. If I could go back and take that company to court, I would do so considering the safety issues that Chase pointed out to me. I am so thankful that I had someone like Chase to work with. I very seldom write reviews but Quick Relief Plumbing went beyond to get a part for my shower faucet so that I could get the repair done at the lowest cost. They were on target to what needed to be done, without trying to rip me off with hidden charges. They were timely and kept me informed and were courteous as well as professional. I plan to use them again and tell my friends who are mostly seniors like me. You don’t know which company to trust but I found one in Quick Relief Plumbing.

Gave them a call at 12:30 and by 12:34 called back and came to my house at 3 o'clock. Unclogged a basement drain. Friendly, professional and reasonable pricing. Will use again when needed.

After leaving my original review, I was contacted by the business owner. Within the week my front lawn was regraded.

I used Mr. Rooter to unclog a drain pipe and then line said pipe. The work they performed was adequate and I have no complaints about their on site staff.

Their follow up on the job is subpar. The pipe lining was done in February 2021. At that time, two mounds of dirt were left in the front yard. The people doing the work let me know that I should call back in a few months in the rain didn't settle everything back to an acceptable grade.

On August 13th we had finally had enough rainy days to tamp down the soil a bit. The two mounds stood tall, so I decided to call Mr. Rooter to take care of the landscaping they tore up. This lead to them scheduling someone to come out over and over, only for nobody to show up at the scheduled time. I called back a total of four times over two months and set another date in their system.

I just got off the phone with them again to cancel whatever might be in their calendar to visit my property. I will be finding a professional landscape service to clean up their job site after so many missed appointments.

Having just purchased a home, I was saddled with a few repair issues. The most chilling was a my hot water heater going out, on a Friday night. Saturday, I was on the hunt for a reputable business and received a call from Chris Wilson with Mac Wilson plumbing, LLC. Chris was very prompt, professional and assured me that the issue would be rectified in a timely fashion. Scheduled an appointment for Monday to install the new Gas Tankless Water Heater. Upon further discovery - it was determined that it was not really feasible/cost effective to replace bad tank with a tankless, because of the required venting and amperage needed. I appreciate the entire teams input, as they were the experts and made me feel comfortable in my final decision.
I would highly recommend this team, and will enter them into my phone, as my continued ‘go-to’.
