We have been Climate Control customers for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. We trust them completely to offer great service at a fair price. The technicians are always professional and friendly. We have NEVER been left hanging when we needed service and we truly believe our annual maintenance service has saved us thousands of dollars.

Technician performance was excellent.However I was disappointed with the following. My hvac thermostat is too difficult for me to operate. I had purchased a different thermostat that I would be comfortable with. I asked the technician if could change it out. He said the charge would be $329 with my discount per company policy. The thermostat only cost $85. Needless to say, I told him let’s forget it. Outrageous is putting it mildly. Very disappointed.

Great team they didn’t come too early, so I didn’t have to wake up to a machine in my back yard tespectful to mine and my neighbors property.worked well and and diligently. Had a complete sewer line replacement with minimal collateral damage

Excellent service

By far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they very personable, but very honest and work with integrity. They worked tirelessly to fix a shower leak we had. They explained the issue thoroughly to me and helped me understand. They also were very respectful to my house (they wore shoe booties) and cleaned up when they were done. I 100% trust them if I ever have an issue, again.

Seth showed up within the specified time frame and gave me a complete rundown of what to expect along with the cost of each item in order of importance.
He was knowledgeable and managed to snake out the floor drain while explaining everything in detail.
I would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone.

Saturday morning, of course, I noticed water on the basement floor coming from the master bathroom. First of all I did not expect to get help today. So I was really very pleased to be able to get help on Saturday. I found these folks to be knowledgeable and concerned about walking around in my house and cutting out drywall. Yes it was more than I had anticipated but I felt like I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend and I plan to ask Tru Blue for assistance in the future. Thank you, Devin!

Called Chris to fix a basement drain that was backing up. He came within a couple of hours even though it was a Saturday morning! He snaked the drain and while he was here replaced a hot water shutoff valve. He is very knowledgeable and professional and his prices seem reasonable. We will definitely call him again when we have plumbing needs.
