Working with Diamond to get my service call scheduled was a breeze. I had some things in my schedule change and she was able to work around me to get me scheduled for a service call.
Anthony showed up on time and was very honest about what needed to be done to my kitchen sink. He explained the process and exactly what he was doing during the work.
He kept his work area very clean and did a detailed cleaning job prior to leaving so that it appeared nobody had disturbed my home.

I would highly recommend QRP and I think I've found my go to when it comes to plumbing on my property.

Great service not awesome priceThe LBA service person was terrific. He is knowledgeable and clear, and did not engage in BS. I think the service was expensive, especially in light of the fact that we purchased,approximately 7 years ago, one of the most expensive units. But I see no reason to criticize the service person because LBA's charges are, I believe, high. The LBA service person also explained how to use the LED flashing-light code on the motherboard to see what might not be functioning correctly. No previous LBA had even mentioned the code to me. He also showed me how to clean the condenser. Again, no previous LED service person had done as such. So I give him the service award of the year. He was also very polite.

No one likes a cold shower! Josh got us in first thing when our hot water heater quit doing its job and quickly laid out our options. Given our existing one was already 13 years old, we opted to replace it. In less than 2 hours of giving him the ok, he had a new and improved one installed and we were back up and running. Super friendly and took the time to explain everything. We'll definitely call on Above & Beyond again!

Watch out for technician Bryan Ford. He used to be my roommate until I found a tiny hidden camera he put in my bedroom. I wouldn't be surprised if he put them in people's homes when he's on a job.

Lee was fantastic!! 3 of our kitchen sinks and our laundry sink were completely clogged.
Lee came out the same day we called! Not only was he very thorough, but he also took the time to explain what his plan was. We felt very comfortable with him. Lee also knew exactly what to do and how to fix our problem!
