Might just be my new go-to plumber. I called this morning to get on the schedule for an in-home consultation and someone answered immediately. Those big names sometimes won’t answer and certainly don’t return you call if you leave a message. They had next day availability but I was told there was a chance I could get someone out as soon as the afternoon. Well, sure enough they were able to fit me in. Let me tell you, Kevin and Luke are some of the nicest guys you’ll meet. Kevin quickly diagnosed my issue and got the work done fast (I’m doing a small bathroom reno and need to switch from a 2 handle shower to a single). Like a real pro, he made recommendations that will end up saving me some money. The service from CPS is top notch, I’m certain that I’ll be using them again in the future.

The company name really does say it all - both times I called on them, they arrived QUICKly - less than 24 hours after request - and exactly at the appointment time. Once on site, they worked quickly and efficiently - no messing around, just work!
When it came time to settle up - what a RELIEF! I truly don't think they could have been any more fair on the price.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

My wife had AB May services for many years and they performed their jobs well, but in the last few years they became inconsistent, we became a dollar amount, their knowledge from one tech to another was inconsistent. They couldn’t arrive for emergencies until the next day, the service slowed down. My wife found Poor Johns Plumbing, though they don’t offer emergency service or 24 hours, they are absolutely amazing and very professional!

The owners show up on-site, they walk with us on the problems or projects we want done. The owners jump in with their other staff and stay until the job is done. You’ll always work with the owner first, no technician, no salesman.

You can’t beat that kind of service where the owner shows up, not a technician or salesman, an actual owner. Poor Johns pricing is right in the middle, so it’s not cheap and it’s not expensive, very fair pricing. Everyone is very professional, they care about the customer, they don’t treat you like a dollar figure.

We cancelled AB May two years ago for Plumbing issues, we’re Poor Johns customers for life!!

Did not let us know he was running late. A courtesy call would have been welcomed. We did not appreciate a sarcastic comment made to the customer upon arrival.

My tech called me ahead of the appointment as promised. He was very upfront and honest about any issues he found, or potential issues due to my aging system. Very professional, courteous, on time, and all done at a very good rate.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional....
