Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling employees did an outstanding job of installing my new system. Jim and Trevor showed up on schedule and didn’t even take a break. The old system was removed and the new system installed in 6 hours. That included a new hot water tank. Courteous, friendly and professional. Patrick and Tito also were great!

Both techs today were amazing!

Needed a centuries old dishwasher disconnected prior to kitchen rehab. The technician was thorough yet quick. A friendly guy, too. I'm very happy with the work.

Michael , #1932, came promptly and cleared my kitchen drain leaving no mess. The service was exactly as described and the amount declared before the service began. He explained what he was going to do, what might occur that wasn't anticipated, and then completed the job! I was very pleased and would call Roto Rooter again.

The main water pipe coming into my house froze earlier this week. I called several plumbers and was waitlisted for all of them. Jerry responded to my query with some possible solutions. I did exactly as he said, and in less than three hours our water was back on. I’m so impressed by his willingness to assist me even though he was busy with other customers. I could have easily spent hundreds of dollars trying to get this fixed. Instead, based on Jerry’s suggestion, I fixed the problem with a $20 halogen lamp. The next time I need a plumber, I’m definitely calling Advocate Master Plumbing.

My kids have a house in Lenexa and also have a 3 year old boy who loves his cars! After three visits by their staff, Drain Doctor Daniel Hixon was dispatched to the house and he used the rod machine and a camera to find not only the green car, but the tow truck that the boy sent down the drain to pull it out!
Frankly, Daniel and the whole Snake 'n' Rooter team (especially the phone answering staff!) were as helpful and considerate as anyone could imagine.
The upshot is that the drain (and parking area/tow lot for kid cars) are all clear after considerable effort.
I've always called Snake 'n' Rooter -- and I certainly will again!
