Dan was at my house on the morning of 4/17 to do my camera scope. He was very thorough about explaining my options and getting my advanced drain cleaning set up. Drew was great in cleaning out roots from my main sewer line. He was prompt, courteous, and professional.

Michael was my tech to check out my unit. He was quick and cleaned up after. He explained what he did and had to change out. Very friendly.

Came out and fix my air conditioner did an excellent job

Drain overflowed while washing clothes Thursday morning. Tried to clear it ourselves, no luck. Friday morning called Quality. We were told they were all booked up, but could come out Friday evening on overtime. Got a call back around 6 Friday that a big emergency came up and we’d have to move to Saturday morning. As the day progressed they continued to call and let us know what time they would be here. Very very pleased with the great communication. JP was our plumber and we were so happy with his courteous, professional and friendly manner. He initially thought we might have a broken cast iron drain pipe, as the snake brought up some mud. After a thorough snaking it brought back tree roots as the culprit. Drain was flushed out and is running clear now. Quality Plumbing is going to be our plumber from now on. Great work JP and many kudos to everyone for their friendly and professional communication!

After dealing with a different company for weeks trying to diagnose and get replacement parts for our Furnace, it died on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend. Fed up with the progress with the original company, I called Mission and Chris Herriott was out at our house within a couple hours. Chris found the replacement part located in the city and went personally to retrieve it. Upon replacing, he tested and recommended that we consider a furnace replacement as this would be a short term fix and we'd continue to spend money and have problems. Not the news we wanted, but appreciated Chris' honesty and professional opinion. He was great!Patrick O'Brien was out to help price various options for our furnace and appreciated his timeliness, professionalism and walking through a variety of options. We agreed on a replament unit and our previous service call was credited as part of our overall price!We had Jim Hutsell and Trevor Bobbitt out to replace our Furnace and A/C within a week and they were great. Very professional and got us up and running within a day. Much appreciated!While Jim and Trevor were replacing our furnace they discovered an unrelated plumbing leak. They called back to the office an Luis De La Garza was headed our way in less than an hour! Luis was courteous and professional and explained the issues and took pictures of the problem and the repair.I would strongly recommend them to anyone and will plan to use Mission in the future for all of our pluming and HVAC needs!

I have always had excellent service by knowledgeable and professional technicians. Last winter was the fourth time they have been to my residence on a service call. I have no knowledge or experience with HVAC systems and must rely on professionals. The technician identified the issue very quickly. He showed me how to fix it which saved me almost a thousand dollars. Great guys, great company, great owner. It’s nice to have a company that you can trust. Highly recommended. They won’t be the cheapest, but the best never are!!

Angelena was great. She talked us through the situation and the various options to solve the problem. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend her and LBA. I have used LBA for over ten years now and they do a great job every time.

Save yourself time and money, and call Mr. Plumber first. Mr. Plumber came out next day, and was able to clear my main line within minutes after fixing the other plumbers mistakes. They were very professional, had the proper equipment, and clean up after themselves. Pricing was very reasonable, and would have saved me a lot of hassle if I would have called them first. Don't make my mistake, and just call Mr. Plumber first. I called two other companies to clear my mainline to the sewer. The first plumber cleared it for a week, the second (Major sponsor of everything in Kansas) tried to clear it, then ended up making the situation worse and tried to get me to buy a whole new pipe to the main. Mr. Plumber didn't try to up sell. They used their sewer camera to find the problem, and then used their robust rooter to clear the line. Compared to the other two plumber this rooter looked professional grade. Thank you Mr. Plumber for fixing our problem in a timely manner!
