HE FARMS HIS WORK OUT. I DIDN'T GET A RECEIPT, NEVER GOT A SCHEDULE OF SERVICES AND SOME RANDOM GUY CAME TO DO THE DRAIN CLEANING AND DIDN'T COMPLETE HIS WORK. WHEN I CHALLENGED JOHN ON HIS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND PEOPLE HE IS USING UNDER HIS COMPANIES UMBRELLA! Ask to see his licenses and make sure you get a scope of work & bill of services if you dare.

Our basement flooded and Wel Don was here within 3 hours despite being busy with a lot of jobs because of heavy rains recently. Joe diagnosed the problem immediately (a faulty sump pump) and installed a new one within 30 minutes. He quoted me the price before starting and I figured that was before labor costs. Nope! Time came to pay and quoted price was the total for the pump AND the labor. WAY less than the national average for sump pumps. Less than an hour and our problem was fixed. Highly recommend!!

I had Anthony at quick relief plumbing install a backflow preventer in the basement floor, move the main floor drain as well as rough-in for a new shower, toilet and sink in my basement. I have done multiple other renovation projects over the last several years and found these guys to be very professional. They did excellent work at a very good price. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work you would have.

Excellent service from start to finish! Terry was very knowledgeable and friendly and cleared our kitchen drain in less than an hour. :)

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.
