Had another company come and look at an issue with my dryer outlet not putting out enough energy but the other guys didn’t even inspect the outlet. KB inspected the outlet and found the issue immediately. KB focused on the immediate problem and not try and upsell me on a bigger costlier solution. Service call was scheduled for the afternoon and they showed up early which is convenient but a little hassle as i had to adjust schedule for the last minute change.

Zachery fixed my AC issue - feels like a new house again. Nice dude (everyone I've dealt with at AB May have been very nice and responsive). When you have someone come into your home to make a repair, and you can tell they really care about their job and care about getting the job done right the first time, it creates a situation where you know you can trust them (and the company) for any future needs...although I hope none of my stuff breaks obviously. Called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to fit me in that next week. Andrew the repair person showed up did an assessment and provided me with options to for maintenance as well as what to expect in the future. No pressure to purchase additional items other than what was needed. He was careful to follow COVID precautions when entering and exiting the home. Great experience!

My sewer line backed up late on a Friday night. The next day snowed heavily and there was a lot of ice. I called several plumbing companies and Mr Plumber was the only one able to help me the same day.

I was expecting to pay dearly for the emergency service during bad weather but their rates were reasonable and the plumber they sent was pleasant to deal with. He let me know up front what my options were and how they would affect pricing. He also let me know what kind of maintenance would be required in the future to mitigate the risk of such a major issue happening again.

They also offered suggestions for a couple things they could do in the future to make my sewer line easier to work with. They get extra business and future calls cost me less money. They didn't try to pitch any kind of long term service contracts or anything like that. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Our hot water heater started leaking yesterday. The installers referred us to Grabill Plumbing, and they called quickly to set an appointment, arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and got everything switched out and re-installed quickly.
