Kyle Lackner did such a great job installing the toilets I provided. He had to put a little more effort into installing them due to the style of toilets but he knew what he was doing. I had one toilet that did not flush at all due to it being clogged and another that bowl was cracked and leaking. Kyle walked me through the install process and features of the new toilets. I appreciate him so much, after a month and a half of 2 nonfunctional bathrooms we’re finally back up and running. Thank you Kyle.

Being new to the city with a new home purchase and new born baby. I would highly recommend this company. I did have an issue initially, however they exceeded my expectations with fixing my A/C unit. It feels good to be a valued customer of R-Mech, and I will continue to use them throughout the seasons. Again, they over exceeded our expectations with correcting the issue. As all customers should be I'm a happy camper. Also, shout out to Mike for the excellent assessment.

We had to replace both our upstairs and downstairs furnaces and Jeremy, Jacob, Ezra and Kevin were all fantastic! Personable, got the job done in a timely manner and left the area in our storage room where they were working even cleaner and tidier than before they came! We are also thankful for Eli who came to our home yesterday and found that we had an issue with both furnaces that could've been very serious. Last, but not least, Scott McKinley went over and beyond in helping us choose the best furnaces to fit our needs! From the first phone call until the guys left today, we have had nothing but excellent service! Definitely recommend!
