Great job here by Mathew B and other team members! I wasn’t able to be at the house for repairs- the photos provided were worth a 1,000 words. Trust was earned and highly recommend. Others helped in a fairly big project- but don’t remember the names. All were excellent.

Had a sewage line back up. Roots and a broken pipe. Jason was very knowledgeable. Put me in touch with a disinfecting service that came out the same day. Also pointed out and fixed other various problems. Considering the circumstances was a pleasurable experience and would highly recommend.

Had a plumbing emergency with a hole in a pipe. Called 4 companies, KC Complete was the only one that had a tech call back, in just 10 minutes.
Sam did a great job, was professional and polite...took him away fr dinner with his fiancee even. Cannot recommend enough!!!

The gentleman that showed up to replace our water heater were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were professional along with being quick for installation. Would highly recommend this company.

An honest and affordable furnace repair. Farzad at Supreme Services answered my call this morning and was able to fit me into the afternoon (the time that was convenient for me). The problem was fixed quickly and professionally, and I was charged only for the service call (which was a good price for 2022). This time of year in the cold, a less honest company could easily have invented a much more expensive fix. I recommend Supreme Services, and I’ll be using them again.

Scheduled two different appts. No show and no call to both. Absolutely ridiculous. No way to run a business, would never use or recommend. Called them the first day. Text their employee no response. Called the office the next week and booked two different days. They wouldn’t give me a specific time just said to be home. Spent two days at home and still they didn’t show up. Called our prop manager and had them transfer the claim. Very unprofessional, receptionist is clueless about appt and schedule. Owner makes excuses instead of correcting the error. Luckily got a new company and they are on their way the same day, text to confirm appt. Called to confirm details and will be here in ten mins. Run from this company.

This is my third attempt of sharing my rating my serviceman, Kameron. He was thorough, professional & friendly. He was excellent at teaching me my options. He answered most of my questions before I could even ask them. I would recommend him very highly.

They are my go to company. Replaced furnace and ac at my personal house. The entire sewer line. Was there ASAP. They have done work on all of our rental properties and business. Even stopped what they were doing to help my mom with her broken ac and a hundred degree day. Would recommend him to anyone.

New years eve, Discovered bad leak in our basement coming from the toilet. We also had family from out of town staying with us. Called quality plumbing new years day in a panic. The rep on the phone was very kind, sympathetic and efficient. She explained cost and time frame when we could expect someone to arrive. Nick, our service man was amazing. He explained what was wrong then proceeded to get it fixed. I will definitely keep this company on speed dial and highly recommend them.

Senior technician Dan Horton and his assistant did excellent quality work, very entertaining!

The young gentleman that performed my maintence is named Tito and I have requested his service the last few visits because he is very knowledgible, professional and kind. You are fortunate to have him as an employee.

He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain things to me. He did a good job, was fairly priced and a nice fellow to work with

We expected a long wait for emergency service on a Saturday morning. Although they were busy, they were able to accommodate us within an hour. Wow! Don was very professional and took carry of our problem within 30 minutes. We would definitely call on them again!

LBA - Zack - came out today to do our AC tune up.Great service. Explained things completely. Had a couple of minor issues to take care of to prevent future problems.Well worth the service call today.Zack did a great job!

Mr. Plumber came out and flushed our main line with their high-pressure jet. Got it unclogged in less than an hour. Would give 5 stars, but the cost of the procedure is very high at $500 for less than an hours work.
