Our hot water heater went out and Anthony’s came out within an hour gave us a bid, I asked to have a water softener installed also and they got it all done in the same day. I was very impressed. Both guys were very professional, and helpful.

We have been Climate Control customers for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. We trust them completely to offer great service at a fair price. Absolutely outstanding. This is an owner/operator. He is running a small business and does great work. The guy you speak with on the phone is the guy putting in your water heater. I researched pricing and other services provided in the area and KC Water Heaters was the best option. He charged me hundreds less for parts than others and worked on the job until it was done right. The install of my water heater ended up being a longer job due to the age of the home, the vents and the piping. KC Water Heaters ensured everything was squared away. He even checked his work - noticed a small leak in a fitting. He took extra time and effort to make sure it was PERFECT. This is clearly an individual who cares about his business and customers. I had Chris Herriot from Mission Heating and Plumbing come out and repair and maintenance my AC. He was such a nice, friendly and knowledgable person. He worked quickly. I appreciated the work he did and also appreciated how friendly the office staff is. When I called they got me an apt the next day which also happened to be a Saturday. They are all fantastic!

R-MECH techs were on time, courteous and friendly. They went to work immediately and were thorough. I would definitely recommend/ contact them again!

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... We have a church built during the 60s and maintained by handymen until we engaged LBA several years ago. We regularly discover previous repairs by others that are below commercial standards. Such was the case of an old bathroom sink drain and p-trap that was grouted into a cast iron waste line. Doug was very careful in the cleanout and final repair of the trap. He checked for leaks in the restroom below the problem drain and cleaned up everything so the restroom could be used immediately. We strongly recommend LBA and their service techs for your repairs.

Our hot water heater started leaking yesterday. The installers referred us to Grabill Plumbing, and they called quickly to set an appointment, arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and got everything switched out and re-installed quickly.
