Michael unclogged our main line drain. He did a terrific job. He was on time courteous clean and thorough. He answered all our questions, without complaint. This guy definitely should get a raise. Best plumber we ever had.

Signed up for a furnace maintenance promo, had an excellent experience with the technician Kyle B. and even ended up purchasing the year maintenance plan given that it was reasonably priced and seemed cost effective for regular maintenance. Kyle was very knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn’t pushy about sale of any new products or services, but was great about outlining the pros of the available options.

My air conditioning stopped working at 5 pm and they had a repairman here before 7 pm. Harley Oppenheim went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything and had my ac running within 1 hour. He was awesome. I will be using this company for all my household repairs and would highly recommend them to everyone. The cost was very reasonable and I couldn't be more pleased!

I did a lot of research and got quotes from 8 major companies for a replacement water heater and then came across KC Water Heater. I don’t usually look for smaller companies on a big job, but when I looked at his reviews and saw that all of them were five star I had to give him a shot. He won out over all the others. He spent time going over options very thoroughly with me over the phone (even after hours 😳). what should have been an easy install was a little bit more difficult because of location of heater and codes, and he was the one trying the hardest to come up with a solution I’d be happy with. He showed up on time, was very personable, extremely efficient and informative, and left a very clean work site behind… he installed the exact same product I was quoted by all the other companies without a ridiculous markup, and I don’t regret my choice and will be using him again when this water heater expires, those five stars are well earned! I even had a plumber in my home the same day of installation for a different issue who asked to see the heater install after Chase left and he had nothing but good things to say about the clean install and he is a local competitor!!!

The service pro, Steaven B was very professional and explained any additional equipment before he gave me the final price. It took just under the time he expected to be done with the job. He had very little to clean up and my water heater looks and works great.

Humidifier was leaking contacted LBA sent out service technician earlier in December of 2021 leaking did not stop contacted end of December for follow up repair technician showed up as scheduled and blamed another HVAC company as I would not have left that valve that far open completed the repair and charged for a service call. Should have been covered under first repair

To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question.
I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone.
It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed.
After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!

First the quality for the work was terrible, the tech left all the screws out when he put the cooler back together. They charged me 2400.00 dollars to replace 2 cooling fans. I have no issue on the labor if the work was done correctly. The kicker is that they charged me 1200.00 dollars for 2 cooling fans that I found out today are 90 dollars each. That is like a 600% price increase. I needed help fixing my cooler and what I received was getting taken for a ride. I would not recommend CEI.
