Don't use them!!! This why I don't post reviews too soon. It was the worst customer experience of my entire life. Management (Grant the office manager) is absolutely horrid and not professional at all! We hired licensed bonded Rooter-Man Plumbing, instead of hiring any Joe Smoe of street and they made so many mistakes!! Here's the long story of how this nightmare occurred. We had my elderly mothers home repiped with pex, no copper lines are left on the property. During this time the plumbers left several leaks (hose bib leaking, running toilet, leaks that were underneath).After fixing these leaks another Issue occurred after my elderly mom received a Very High bill from the City of Austin $220 more than previous months! Grant ( the supervisor & manager ) was (No Help) with any problems experienced after Rooter-Man repiped the house. He wanted to check for leaks so he arrived at the house unannounced 2 hours before our scheduled time (no face mask). If I hadn't called the city of Austin right then and there he was ready to leave after 5 mins, even though I had to leave work early to meet him.Rooter-Man Plumbing including (Grant) will take no responsibility! Even though the leaks occurred only during the month we had repiped the entire house. I emailed him 2 previous months bills showing normal usage and included all of the correspondence from 2nd level City of Austin investigation showing that there was no leaks on their end or the property side of the meter. (Leaks occurred from their work). Sadly they are taking advantage of an elderly woman who's on a fixed income.

Jay came out and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He told me what needed to be done and steps I needed to take. Great service!

Excessively high price invoiced after a 2hr late arrival and zero communication following.The work done seems high quality so far - likely an issue with Fast Plumbing the business rather than the plumbers they employ.

I had several broken pipes due to the cold weather. Called More and Moore plumbing. They came out as soon as they could. Made very professional repairs. Their tech's were courteous and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

The last thing you want to happen on a Sunday is to see water flowing out of your garage. But Abacus helped to fix my broken water heater on the same day without any hesitation or difficulty. The technician James was polite, fast, and very thorough; even going above and beyond my expectations.I especially liked the text that gives a background of my technician before they arrive, it was such a nice touch.

I called Ben Franklin on the morning after an ice storm, they were prompt and courteous and fixed my broken pipe in a hurry. I would highly recommend them to others in an emergency.

I selected this company their exceptional guarantee and satisfaction or money back. I knew this was a big project and I wanted the best. The main reason I replaced the AC is because the pan and wood under it was rotted away and in bad shape. I was assured they would replace with new wood and remove the rotted junk. I was so shocked to see they left the rotted wood and just covered it up. Then they took it amongst themselves to cut a piece of frame wood without my authorization. This has caused a huge stress problem in my life, along with huge inconvenience and 3 work days lost. I need someone In corporate to reach out to me and come to a resolution. I have pictures to show and events timeline . I am beyond disappointed with ARS.

On Sunday I had a waterbreak in the house. Although a pricey service call, they were quick, professional and efficient. I was pleased with the service. Jared P was outstanding!

Service seemed good at the time but after replacing my sewer line off my one bathroom they left the mainline barely coupled together with no glue so the line collapsed as the soil which wasn't refilled right, sank. This popped open the line and allowed it to slant backwards dramatically. Then the tree roots recently got into the line through the one opening. Absolutely preventable and ridiculous amateurism for almost $8,000
