I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s. When it was mounted it was not level so the drawer kept falling out. Chris came out to fix that. Well, it is level and I am happy the drawer doesn’t fall out but now the dishwasher is no longer in the cabinet.

Eric, the plumber, installed a new dishwasher that I purchased from Lowe’s. He needed to do some minor adjustment for the perfect fit. He gave a quick tutorial about how the dishwasher cycles work and also talked to my husband about a better way to connect / replace some of the fittings beneath the sink. I think did a great job. He came as a Lowes contractor but I’d call on them again should the need arise.

We ordered a new dishwasher and installation from Lowes online. Chris from Fairway came to our home and completed a quick installation. He communicated in advance when he would arrive. The entire process took less than 30 minutes including the removal of our older unit. We are very happy with the service. Would highly recommned.

Cliff at Fairway Plumbing is fantastic and I will use him for all of my plumbing work in the future. Fairway was originally sub-contracted on some home remodel work we had done and they did such as great job I elected to call them again when our toilet needed re-seating and to replace our old water heater. I was originally thinking of installing a tankless water heater and had some concerns. Of the 4 plumbers I called, Fairway had the 2nd most competitive price and was highly responsive. In addition, rather than trying to upsell me or misrepresent value like the rest of the plumbers I called, Cliff was honest and upfront about what to expect with all the pros & cons of chosing a tankless vs. tank. Ultimately it made more sense to stick with a tank replacement based on my concerns and Fairway was patient and remained highly responsive in answering my questions and revising quotes despite the lower cost of the work upon scope adjustment.The installation was quick and they left the affected areas cleaner than when they arrived. I referred a neighbor to Fairway based on my positive experience and he too had glowing reviews.I can't recommend them enough - stop debating and add Fairway to your short-list to get quotes from. I'm sure they'll impress you just as they have us!

These people were contracted by Lowes to install my microwave. My first appointment was cancelled because the installer had Covid. That's fine, but it was pushed out another two weeks. For the second appointment, my husband had to take off of work. Nobody showed up, nobody contacted me, and nobody answered any of my phone messages. I had to harass them until they finally rescheduled me AGAIN. The kicker is that they rescheduled me for ANOTHER two weeks out. So it took a total of 6 weeks and 2 days of missed work to get a microwave installed. Another grievance I have is that I had no choice whatsoever in the timeframe offered to me. I called and asked for another timeframe (one that isn't during school pick up), and I was told that I had no choice for the timeframe. I just had to live with what they decided to give me. I really hate this company, and the only reason I gave them any stars at all is that the installer was nice and worked quickly.

Eric came to replace our dishwasher through a Lowes purchase and installation. He was quick, thorough, and efficient and gave us some good suggestions on the use of the machine. Extremely good service.

I purchased a dishwasher at Lowe's who contracted CRST home solutions who I think then contracted this company to do the install. When the installer initially put the dishwasher in he claimed there was an issue with the power and left. I then had an electrician come out to diagnose it and it turned out everything was fine. Long story short then CRST who contracted this company told me that by having the electrician unmount the dishwasher to check the plug behind it, I had voided my installation warranty. The spiraled into involving Lowe's and in the end I'm being refunded the entire amount of the install labor charge and 3 months after the purchase. This company came back to Mount the dishwasher for good. I think the installer made a simple mistake, but at the same time blaming the switch or the power was a pretty rookie move and kicked off a very unfortunate series of events for me.

I purchased a new dishwasher; Fairway Plumbing performed the delivery, installation, and old appliance removal. The installation was set for Saturday the 16th. They called on the 11th to see if I would like a sooner appointment, which I did. They scheduled me for the 12th between 11 am and 2 pm. The installation technician sent a text when he was on his way. He arrived within the time frame scheduled. The installation was quick, knowledgeable, curtious, and professional. He gave me a run down of my new appliance and answered all my questions. He removed my old appliance and all the trash from the new appliance. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I will be adding them to my list of installation and repair companies for my home.

I had originally given them of 5 star review. I even tipped Chris. But, they won't return my girlfriends request for them to install a clip that they said they would. It was not delivered at time of installation. This was the manufacturers fault. But, Chris said he would reach out after he received it. Crickets

Fairway Way Plumbling person came to us through Lowe’s to take the measurements for our Oven replacement. We were told that measurements will be upload and shared with Lowe’s in couple of hours but it’s been a week but it’s still not done. We are hosting a big party and this has delayed the whole replacement process and we are without an oven.

Technicians installed an over the range microwave oven. He was very careful in removing the existing appliance and replacing it with the new in a very timely manner. He even removed the knobs on my range and covered it avoiding any damage. I was very pleased with tech’s professionalism and knowledge.

Fairway installed a dishwasher and a new sink for me this week. I was impressed with the professionalism of the technicians. They were knowledgeable and took the time to do quality work. The sink install was a bit complicated, the technician had to cut the counter to standard size for the sink to fit. He did a great job, was precise and I ended up with a beautiful new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. I was able to schedule quickly and they were right on time if not early. Would definitely use them again.

They installed our new dishwasher. From the time I made the purchase Wilma from Fairway kept in contact with me to get an install date and time, and answer any questions I had. There was an issue with my purchase, so I had to cancel the purchase and repurchase. Lowe’s forgot to set up the install again. I called Fairway to let them know. They told me not to worry, they would take care of it. Two days later they came and hooked up my new dishwasher. I was at work when he came, but my husband said he was very nice, professional and fast. He cleaned up when he was done, took the old dishwasher away. as well as the box for the new one. I would use them again for other services in the future.

We used this company a few years ago to install a water heater. We needed to replace upstairs heater so after calling for estimates with some of the bigger companies (shockingly expensive) used by Lowe’s/HD, we remembered these guys so tracked down their info from heater. Called and got ballpark quote on phone which was much more reasonable so we set up appt. The 2 techs (Cliff and Joey) were able to come by earlier which was great. They inspected area and we were pleasantly surprised that the final quote was middle of their estimated range and included everything A-Z with no hidden costs. They installed heater, took the old and didn’t leave even a hint of trash, dirt or mess. Cliff and Joey were super polite, efficient, and knowledgeable - we highly recommend this company; their employees represent them well. thank you!

Technician Joey was helpful, efficient, and very thorough in installing my new Whirlpool DW. During the installation he noted the disposal was not sealed correctly which explained some leakage we had been having. My next purchase will be an upgrade with my disposal. Joey came and drained our hot water heater and them fixed one of our faucets . The hot water hose was not allowing the hot water to flow freely and he fixed it . Joey did excellent work in a timely fashion. It is so wonderful to know plumbers who are honest and work with integrity. We would like to give them a ten star rating if the app had one! The are the BEST at what they do .

They were the installers for Lowe's where I bought a dishwasher. Installer was quick, tested the appliance and showed how to use it.

It was pouring rain, they never complained, they worked so well as a team, they were extremely nice and professional. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service, installer was extremely rude. The very first thing the installer asked me as soon as i opened my door was: What am I doing here? ' He did not have any clue why he paid a repair visit to my home, he claim that his work order was saying 'revisit' nothing more nothing less. He could not do the installation i pointed to because somebody else before him had taken wrong measurements and the appliance did not fit. He left withought saying anything. I open the door do go to his car and discuss what would be the next step, but he was gone. Do not even think of hiring this company, they are HORRIBLE! I give them 1 star because there is no zero!!!!

I needed my water heater replaced, they did a fabulous job. I never realized my water heater was so sick. The noise and the leak was a dead giveaway. It took about an hour and 45 minutes to replace my 21 yrs 6 mos old 40 gallon tank. They even brought me up to Austin code, even though I live in Pville. Cliff was promth and professional. I knew coming into the project I wasnt up to code so him telling me I needed extra parts wasnt a surprise to me. He and his crew finished the job in a timely manner and left the work areas clean. Every thing looks and works great.

I had two water heaters with the magnets installed in my attic by these guys and was pleased with their work. I also recently had a problem where they came out and fixed one water heater under warranty. I would recommend them.

I have needed to have two different plumbing issues taken care of in the last six months. One being a water leak in my front yard. Fairway came out the same day, stayed after dark and fixed the problem. The guys were friendly and the prices were very reasonable.I highly recommend them!

These guys did an install of a gas range yesterday at my home in Pflugerville, Tx. Both of them were polite and VERY professional. They did the install for Lowe's (which I have issues with). I can't say enough about what great service I received from these Fairway installers. Use Fairway, if you must, purchase from Lowe's, at least demand that Fairway do the install. It was the only part of this transaction that was unproblematic. I tipped them what I had, they deserved more.

Honest people. The Communication is on point and Cliff took his time to explain to me how water heaters work so I can save money in the future. Hopefully we don't need any more plumbing services for a while but if we do, we will 100% go with them again! It's just a relief to find a trustworthy plumbing company near us!

Our tenant's water heater needed to be replaced, and what we assumed would be a straightforward replacement turned into a more complex job for both Fairway and an HVAC company (since the water heater also heated the thermostat.) Wilma with Fairway was so responsive, kind, professional, and thorough in walking us through the process! This issue arose over the Christmas holidays, yet Fairway still worked with us through solving the issue, also coordinating with the HVAC company to figure out what the initial issue was. We highly recommend Fairway for your water heater/plumbing needs!!!

Hands down an amazing experience all the way through! This summer's heat wave got to my attic water heater. You know what I'm talking about. After getting bid from Radiant (which I paid to have them come out) I felt it was too high. I called around to some other companies but no one will really give you pricing over the phone. I honestly stumbled across this company here on google and reached out.Tara answered the phone and explained that they give free bids and could set me up for an appointment. She then got information about my broken water heater and went on to explain that the reason for the questioning was to determine the emergency of the situation and to figure out what municipality I was with. My leak was going into a pan so they could come out next day and the City of Austin is who my code upgrades were going to be based off of. She then told me that part of my bid would be for a C.O.A. permit, where an inspector would then come out at a later date to make sure a legal and professional install was done. I had some questions about that as I couldn't see how much could have possible changed since my home was only 9 years old. She then transferred me to Wilma.Wilma was very informative and even gave me the C.O.A. permitting office's number so I could check for myself about the code requirements. I texted her a few pictures so they could get an idea of the situation to give me a soft quote as to what may be required. She then told me they supply Rheem water heaters and I could choose the type of warranty that Rheem offers (6 year, 9 year, and so on). I felt informed and confident in my decision to have the plumbers come out for an actual bid.Cliff and Adam were very timely, friendly, and informative. All of my questions and concerns were addressed right away. I understood exactly why I needed an expansion tank and why a gas line can't ever be used twice. Cliff also assured me I could use the water heater right away. He gave me a copy of my bid and I decided to go with them for my new water heater. They were actually able to get the unit installed the very next day! I was immediately called to setup a time for the inspector to come out for the following week. My inspection passed!!AFTER going through this entire process I am glad to have ignored some of the other reviews on here as you can't always believe something written in anger. You can definitely ask any employee there about anything and they will take the time to help you and get you any information needed. I will keep Fairway in mind for any future plumbing needs....that is should an issue arise.

I would not recommend buying a water heater from Lowes or using this company to install it.They wanted $560 in addition to the $259 install fee to bring the water heater up to code.In my opinion their charges were absolutely ridiculous.

Had this company install a Hot Water Heater 5 years ago. Elbow in pipe began leaking and I called them to come out. They wanted $405 to replace it. Do not use this company as they do NOT use quality parts/pipe, connections.Update - Just had another company come out and discovered pipes and connections Fairway used are not even allowed for Hot Water Heater installation!

Amazing customer service! Tyler came to correct an install error that someone else did when delivering my propane gas stove. He explained what he did. Cleaned the area he was working in. And had a great smile while he was talking to me! I'm so excited to be able to use my new stove and not be worried about anything! Thank you!

Lowe’s booked them for my New Dishwasher installation. I also had old dishwasher haul away service but installer left the old dishwasher out on middle of our driveway. I had to call Lowe’s to arrange for haul away appointment again.Installer left a dent on inside of the dishwasher while installing. He did not let us know about it before taking my signature.
