Guest bathroom was fully clogged and having issues - super easy to schedule an appointment online, everyone I spoke with was super kind and professional. Our plumber was Alan and he was wonderful - did a great job, was quick, efficient, and nice. Will definitely use their services again for any upcoming needs!

I have sent many e-mails for days asking for warranty work. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. They are completely ignoring me. Installed a new system, numerous problems, now I am asking for warranty work. My e-mails have gone unanswered for days. I don't know what to do! Very poor warranty .

I highly recommend working with this company. The technician explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He even stayed longer then then normal so he could ensure I wasn’t having a water leak. If I have any plumbing issues, I’m defiantly calling them out again.

Mr Rooter was prompt and efficient at unstopping our kitchen drain. Nick arrived within 3 hours after we first contacted the company. He ran a snake approximately 50 ft to unclog the drain. I am very please with Mr Rooter ( Nick). He also spoke with my wife about things she could do in the future to help mitigate future clogged drains.

Oscar was our technician and he was fantastic! He was very responsive, professional, and skilled at his work. Oscar was thorough and explained what he was doing. Scheduling and getting updates from dispatch was frustrating. If I were reviewing the dispatch team alone the stars would be much different. Oscar, the technician who visited us earned the 5 stars. I was optimistic about using Thunderbird Plumbing to replace a water heater in our home after reading some of the reviews and after my initial contact with them. Unfortunately, the owner seems to have become offended by my asking him how many years of experience his technicians have and if are they certified. The owner's first response was You likely found us by our reviews? I couldn't tell how many water heaters we've replaced. I responded that I wasn't trying to insult anyone and apologized if it came across that way. I was just looking for some peace of mind. He responded with No worries, just let us know if you have any more questions. So I again asked if he could tell me how approximately how many years of experience his technicians have. To this I received two responses - one stating each technician's years of experience, and then another email that said I’m going to respectfully decline. You take care.

I can’t tell you how thankful I am for the job Chris did. An outside pipe broke at night and it was 28 degrees. I must’ve called literally 10 companies and none offered to come out that night. Chris did and (along with Casey) dug deep into the ground while it was freezing outside to fix the pipe. And on top of all that, they charged half of what a competitor told me over the phone they would do it for. I never comment on these things but I had to. These guys are legit.

Not only did they clear the main line blockage for half what anyone else in town was charging, they came back out and cleared debris the city left after doing more repairs and didnt charge me a second time. They did it all quickly and worked with me on scheduling. Thank you!

Brad came out to my house on a freezing December morning and replaced my owner cutoff valve at the street. He's super no nonsense, so if you're looking for touchy feely, go talk to the guy walking the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. He's done a couple of other jobs for me in the past, and I wouldn't call anyone else.
