Jennifer Brown was the Senior estimator for Roto-Rooter who was in charge of the project from start to finish. She was professional and compassionate and worked with a great team to complete the project quickly. I now enjoy full use of all my plumbing! Very affordable prices compared to other quotes I received to replace our tankless hot water heater. They also lived up to the their name and were the fastest in setting up an appointment of any plumbers I called.

We called Dayton Services for a free second opinion after another company quoted us over $300 to replace a part. Ricky M. came out that same day, checked the part & told us it was working correctly. He found/fixed the real issue, and also fixed the wiring from the previous company's job. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable in explaining the issue, what to look out for next time, and how to better maintenance our system in the future.

Jonathan Willis was the one who came out when my water heater went all haywire. It got so bad that we had to shut off the water to the entire house before he got here. Was extremely punctual and quick. Very upfront about all costs, was slightly pricy and that’s the only reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars. Did great work and was friendly and fast. Would definitely use them again.

Ben showed up and did some investigation and within a few minutes had figured out that the repair the other company wanted to do was unnecessary. His price was fair and he was incredibly courteous.
