Instead of properly installing my garbage disposal Excalibur plumbing decided to do it quick. They installed my garbage disposal with only 2 out of the 3 bolts that hold the disposal in place and ensure the disposal has a proper seal so it doesn't leak. Low and behold my disposal leaked because Excalibur plumbing didn't install it correctly! Avoid using Excalibur plumbing at all cost! They might do the job fast but they definitely won't do it right!
I had called 15+ companies around Leander, Cedar Park, and Austin to ask for just the labor cost to replace & install a tankless water heater. Every other place either didn't say a price to have a plumber come in for a diagnosis fee or their price was outrageous $1000+. In fact, my previous plumber was looking to do it for $1900, which was ridiculous. I had to call the warranty company if they can reimburse for more of the labor but they set a hard limit of $900. I had lost hope finding a reasonably priced plumber near my area, but thankfully after calling here and explaining my situation, they offered to do the work for $699. I promptly took the offer. They came in a timely manner and did the required work with no problems. I would HIGHLY recommend checking prices with them as they seem to be the only reasonably minded plumbers in the area.

I had a slab leakage. After Jason ran a whole day's manifold diagnosis, he claimed he found out the leaking line. According to him, he isolated the line, the leakage should stop. The pic shows how it looked like a few days later, water was all over my garage. Texted and Called Jason several times, no response. I wrote email to Excalibur, nobody ever replied.I paid $1000+ for the diagnosis, Excalibur only invoiced $900+. Called them multiple times, I was told by Bryce that Jason would call me back or Bobby (master plumber) would call me. A month has passed, no calls.
They were very helpful in letting me me know how to get with the manufacturer to get a replacement part at no cost. Came and fixed the heater in a very short time.

$2848 for roughly 8 hours of work. The 1st day there were 2 people. The next day I think there were 3. And then at some point, very late in the day, they may have brought in a fourth. These fees rival those of attorneys. Wow! Did the problem get resolved? Absolutely. Unfortunately it cost me even more money to remedy the aftermath of getting the original problem resolved… some of it necessary, some of it not. Excalibur Plumbing removed our hot water heater to troubleshoot the original problem. Furthermore, some of the sheetrock behind it had to be cut out. These issues couldn’t be avoided and were expected. There were other places in my home where sheetrock had to be cut away in an effort to troubleshoot as well. Several months later, I bring in a firm to take the hot water heater out again, to fix the sheetrock behind it. The first discovery was that Excalibur Plumbing neglected to reconnect the hot water heater vent in the attic. ADDITIONALLY, they literally bent one of the copper tubes out of the wall to connect it to the top of the heater. Apparently the flexible line they had was too short, so their solution was to bend the copper tube. Unbelievable! These are the 2 primary reasons that I had to absorb yet another huge blow to my bank account. The sheet rock could not be repaired without fixing the copper line first. From there it’s just simple things, basic things, like using a white plastic escutcheon next to the original chrome one that was already installed on a sink/vanity that was intentionally designed to have exposed plumbing. It just makes you scratch your head and wonder what they were thinking. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I submit that in this case, I clearly did not.

Noe and Jason did a phenomenal job for me today. I've never felt so comfortable and taken care of by service reps like I did today. I've been taken advantage of by other plumbing companies and these guys both took such great care of my needs. This company has become my new plumbing go to company because of the excellent service I received. I won't use anyone else. The price was very competitive as well. Overall - best company to work with! Don't waste your time with anyone else.
Excalibur juggled their schedule to get us hot water ASAP. Eddie installed our new water heater. He was both knowledgeable and competent. I am very grateful for their quick response and highly recommend their service.
Eddie visited our house the very day we called about our water heater. He came out, inspected the very tough location where the water heater is located and delivered an estimate with 3 options on the spot.We decided which direction to go and let Eddie know at which time he promptly scheduled our installation.On the day of install he arrived when he said he would, put down every type of floor protection you can imagine and proceeded the very difficult task of manipulating a 50 gallon water heater out of a small closet 10 feet up in the air. He worked with his partner to remove the old one, replumbed and installed the new one, again in a very tight space.Eddie ran all new venting to the outside, added electronic monitoring, and crawled under the house several times to make certain the drains were all functioning properly. We could not ask for better service and the attention to detail was amazing. This is our second experience with Excalibur Plumbing and they have both been wonderful experiences. Great customer service!!!!
There is a culture within this company of preying on the customer's inexperience and capitalizing on their hardship to overcharge without justification or explanation. The front office has given up on follow up and comunication. If they had any pride in their business it's not evident in their disposition or soft skills. During the negotiation of the $4,100 initial bid we were told we would be called back by two different people. Instead of a callback they just sent a crew out to do the work either hoping we were desperate to accept the initial bid or that maybe a different person would open the door and sign off on the work out of ignorance.When confronted with their lack of communication and unjustifiable bid the company failed to take personal responsibility for not calling back nor did they acknowledge that their initial tech could not complete the line clean out. Their response, Now my guys don't have any work for the next two days. because we turned them away. They also attempted to play myself and my spouse against each other insinuating that the other person was ok with their actions.This kind of response to the customer can only come from a place where you're looking to make as much money as you can with as little effort as possible. Excalibur needs to take serious inspection of whether they want to be the best in town or if they just want to make money and alienate themselves and lose repeat business.There are other companies who want your business and you'll notice the difference in their reasonable rates and courtesy.My neighbor and i ended up doing the repair for less than $500 and in about 8-10 hours over a three day weekend. That's close to 90% less than their bid of $4,100 which does not include the intial failed line clean for $340.My advice: Don't panic or act out of desperation. Call at least three different companies before youhave somone come out. Call the city first.****THE CITY WILL INSPECT YOUR OUTDOOR LINE, RUN A SNAKE AND A CAMERA FOR FREE.****

I have used Excalibur Plumbing multiple times and the latest visit to install our new tankless water heater was impeccable. Jason and his team came out to give a quote and explained what they would be doing and answered all of our questions. They called and got us scheduled that week and we were thrilled with their excellent customer service.
Called them for a water leakage issue. They scheduled for a next day visit. Jason arrived on time and provided a complete diagnosis of all pipes and drainage, luckily No leak was detected, but they still offered free estimates which gave me assurance that things are ok.. Very honest and professional. Will definitely use their service again. Definitely recommend them.
The City of Kyle notified me that they turned off my water due to a leak in the pipes that were my responsibility. I called Excalibur Plumbing. They originally scheduled my appt for the afternoon. At 8:30 AM they called to see if I was available. Since I had an appointment at 10 I told them that I would be home for about 45 minutes. Jeff arrived at my door 20 minutes later. He assess the problem and gave me an estimate. The total charge was well within the estimate and the repair was completed before I returned from my appointment. Jeff called and gave me an update when he finished the work! Great service! Great technician! I have a GREAT PLUMBER!
The Crew showed up on time. They installed an outdoor tankless water heater. Very professional and got the job done in under 2 hours for a reasonable price. Very impressed with their work. We used Excalibur to install a new hot water heater a few months ago and they did an amazing job. Last week, we discovered a leak in our guest house and called them. They came out the same day and found the issue. Two days later, they made the repairs. Very professional and top notch service. Call Excalibur if you need plumbing work done. They are reliable, professional and very reasonably priced.
I highly recommend Excalibur Plumbing, especially Jason. Overall I have found Excalibur to be very reliable, responsive and efficient in scheduling, and flexible when changes are required. Specifically, Jason has helped us to identify and solve multiple issues related to hard-water damage in our home. He has helped us install a whole-home water filter and softener, flush hard water gunk from our lines, install a new tankless water heather, and restore many of our damaged fixtures to working order. Along the way, Jason explained every step thoroughly and always provided an accurate cost estimate of the work. All of this work took multiple visits over a few months and some trial and error, but each time he leaves our home, Jason promises to be back and to be with us until all issues are resolved. From my personal experience, I believe he is talented at his craft, kind, and can be relied upon to do the right thing. We are thankful for Jason and Excalibur Plumbing!

Our water heater went out. Excalibur told me pricing for a standard water heater over the phone. They came out the same day and installed the water heater. The plumber who worked on my installation had this added short notice to his schedule so he worked late to get it done. My wife and kids were super happy - cold showers aren’t fun :) Thank you for the responsiveness and a fair price.
We had a freak winter storm last week and I had a frozen pipe. I’m sure they could’ve left me waiting, but Richard was sent the day I called and my pipe was fixed and water was restored. The price was exactly what I was quoted. Excalibur Plumbing is extremely professional and timely. This is the 3rd time I’ve used them & I will use them again.

Our water heater stopped working suddenly and I called many plumbing services, but Excalibur was the only one who offered free diagnosis. Corey from Excalibur came in and diagnosed the issue to be gas control valve and burner assembly and requested me to ask for parts from manufacturer as it was under warranty. Gas control valve was sent in and not the burner assembly. Corey replaced the valve but it still didn’t work because the issue was in burner assembly...on calling manufacturer, they asked me to replace the unit since it was under warranty. Corey came in again and picked the new water heater from distributor, replaced with old one and everything was fine..It’s important to note that Excalibur removed the labor cost for gas control valve replacement from the unit replacement cost. I am really happy with the service and highly recommend the same
Got Excalibur to come out and flush my water heater. Which they did for free when they found I had installed with them 3 yrs ago. Eddie checked water pressure and found very low to spec and changed out PRV same day. Added bonus was my sprinkler heads which were not popping up are working perfectly now. Eddie also did a good job installing new faucets in my kitchen sink and bathroom. They are not cheap but good quality does not come cheap.Very happy with service provided. Will go with excalibur in future.
We had renters in our home without hot water, so in my mind we had an emergency! I called several places to get someone over ASAP, Excalibur responded and Eddie was at the house within a couple hours! Eddie did a great job with explanations, options etc….We had a new hot water heater up and running by the end of the day! Thanks Eddie and Excalibur!!!

In early September I hired Excalibur to replace my water heater. Corey was on time, and on task. His quote consisted of a single sheet of paper and it cut through unnecessary details, just the specific service and the total cost. He installed my water heater exactly how he said, and explained the features clearly. I highly recommend him and his company Excalibur Plumbing.
I found the sticker on my garbage disposal and called Excalibur. I spoke with Brice and he helped me trouble shoot the issue and advised me of my warranty . So they resolved my issue with one phone call. I am happy with the quick response and friendly service.
Water was leaking from the meter box. The MUD people claimed it belongs to the house, and would not fix it. I called over 12 plumbers, most of them would not quote on phone, and/or want to charge a service fee to come out and quote. Bob at Excalibur plumbing was able to give a reasonable verbal quote, and was able to send Riley out for a free estimate the same afternoon. Riley was very professional, he spent about half hour disassemble the shut off value, and he wanted to give me a solution without having to replace the whole shut off value. He replaced the shut off valve and he only charged us half the price that other plumbers had quoted. I think this company is very honest and professional. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. I will definitely use them in the future.

I had a time sensitive need to replace one of our hot water heaters. Although I had Excalibur come out for an estimate, the value and fact they had a tank in the van I chose to move forward at that time. The plumber was quick and thorough. He also took away the old water tank.

I called many places all over the Austin area to get a quote on having my water heater replaced. I spoke with both Bob and Richard at Excalibur. They were able to quote over the phone after I gave them information on what I currently had at my home and what I was looking to replace with. They were friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. They were extremely compeitive on pricing using a flat fee system. I was so impressed I opted to go for the additional warranty that they offer.I was able to book for Friday service on a Tuesday and they showed up on time first thing Friday morning, were very professional and did an outstanding job installing the new water heater.Bob also called after my installation to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with my service and will use them in the future!

The installer John and the scheduler were great at communicating and informing me of next steps.My hot water heater went out at 10 am today I had hot water by 4:30 pm. Very happy with customer service and the honest approach of Joey, Louie, and Richard. We replaced the gas valve on our water heater and they provided up front pricing options and clearly explained each. I chose the most affordable and ordered the part.After the part was in delivered they came back out and did the install the same morning I called. During the install they noticed a part that was failing and explained what would happen if it wasn't fixed. I took a look and the part was visibly failing and changing color. I decided to replace the parts and was present for the entire process. Quality workmanship, willingness to answer questions and upfront pricing through the entire process.We have hot water again and should we have any other plumbing concerns we will be calling them in.
We are in a fairly new home, but we discovered that we needed a plumber! Our hot water heater was just not doing it's job as well as it was.We needed a flush! We got one from Excalibur Plumbing, and had a chance to chat about some other things plumbing-related in our house. He gave us a very reasonable quote for replacement toilets and advice about keeping our A/C drain line clear. (Who knew the A/C drain was connected to the master bath sinks? He did, and told us.) We didn't know that, so Excalibur saved us from potential bathroom (and master bedroom) flooding by advising me to ensure the sinks were draining properly.The owner was extremely knowledgeable about all the topics that I asked about, gave us great advice, and flushed our water heater too. I was very comfortable with him in our house. He was neat and clean, and just plain nice.We will use Excalibur for all our plumbing needs from now on. Jason from Excalibur was a life saver over the holidays. He not only knew what was going on immediately with our faulty grinder pump for 3 years, he also provided the solution the same day with help from Noe. Both were amazing and professional. Jason's explanation of the problem made sense. It seems that the wrong pump for the area was installed by a different company. We had an emergency today as the foundation repair company broke a waterline. I had already called two plumbers that were not available to come out. I had very good experiences with Excalibur. Lewis and Richard are very professional and helpful. I had a significant amount of work done: a new hot water heater, gas drops for outside grill and hot tub, new toilet installations and furnace gas line brought up to code. The toilets Lewis recommended are excellent. I picked them up myself and they installed them. Cost for all the work was noticeably lower than others and the work itself was excellent.

I called around to get some estimates for replacing a water heater, and these guys, by far, were less expensive and very direct about the pricing, service, warranty, and knowledgeable on symptoms of the problem I was experiencing.Not only did I receive some education on how everything works, but also on preventative maintenance to ensure the WH lasts as long as possible. A key thing for me is they are physically based out of the same city I live in and were actually able to come out the same day for the replacement unit.It was two guys and they were in and out in roughly 1.5hrs and most others would likely have taken about 4 or 5 hrs to justify their costs. I saved, at least $350 to $600 in comparison to other estimates.These are definitely my go-to plumbers moving forward.

Jason came to clean a clog out of our bathroom sinks (Jack & Jill). He was thorough , professional and very knowledgeable ! We chatted to him about replacing our Garbage disposal because it’s 11 years old and he had one on the truck and installed it right then! Great service! Would recommend for any plumbing needs!
This is my 3rd time to use Excalibur plumbing over the past 2 years. I'm absolutely sold that this is the only plumbing company I want in my house.I travel quite a bit for business and was on the road out of state when my wife called to let me know that the pressure on our hot water was weak throughout the house and that morning showers had to be a little quicker than usual unless you wanted it cold.I called Excalibur Plumbing and asked them to check it out for me. I was worried I may have a sediment issue throughout my pipes as the house is 13 years old.Excalibur came by the house and diagnosed the issue, complete with picture-based documentation they were able to email me. They also removed as much of what was clogging my old water heater as possible with a flush combined with a hammer and chisel to get us through the weekend.Excalibur contacted me with the details and my options. I opted for a new high efficiency water heater with a rapid recharge as we had suffered with the builder grade model for too long.The next morning Excalibur installed a new top of the line Rheem water heater and verified functionality without any problems.I'm happy to report that not only do we have what seems like unlimited hot water now, but we also have higher water pressure than we've ever had in this house. Feels like they installed a booster pump although they assured me they didn't. Really happy with this.Excalibur properly diagnosed and documented what was going on, set expectations around resolution and cost, then met or exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend these guys.
I called Excalibur to install a water softener bypass. Louis and Richard arrived and provided a very reasonable estimate. I hadn't called them to actually install the water softener (I bought one myself) but Louis gave me an estimate for that as well. They had to go to a job down south that was going to take most of the day and they didn't have the parts they needed on the truck. I wasn't disappointed because I knew what I was asking wasn't a typical request (I was very specific what I wanted done). I was only going to have them install the bypass. However, Louis contacted me shortly after leaving that the other job had cancelled for the day. So I took him up on the full softener installation. I am so glad I did. They were done in a quarter of the time it would have taken me. Additionally, they had the parts and skills to do it right. Louis even called the manufacturer to double check the startup procedure (I had ordered an unorthodox setup) and correctly programmed it for me. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We had our water heater flushed at our home and at a rental home and they were quick and efficient and very professional and and on time. I highly recommend this company. We have used them in the past for other issues like repairs and they've always done a great job.
Someone was sent out right away when I called! They were prompt and courteous. All that was wrong was the pilot light went out on my gas water heater. They taught me how to relight it myself in case it happened again. Best of all, they didn't charge me! I highly recommend Excalibur Plumbing!
I was trying to get work don't on my Hot water heater, and I have a Double Wide Mobile home, and they said they don't work on mobile/modular homes, with they amount of homes in the area that fit this classification, I am highly disappointed that I had to wait half the day to get an e-mail or call back, just to be told this. now I have to try to find another company very disappointing after all the other great reviews.

So happy I called Excalibur when I noticed our hot water running red! Louie came out and determined that one of our water heaters was leaking and the other was likely to start shortly--both tanks were full of rust! I was able to schedule replacement for first thing the following morning.He was polite, honest, efficient, and even good with both kids and pets. He took the time to explain the type of plumbing we have and how that could affect future repairs if they become necessary. He made sure that I knew I would need a roofer to come and check the seals around the vents attached to the water heaters (they're in our attic), and he also went above and beyond in making sure that everything was cleaned up and in as good or better shape than when he arrived.I honestly can't say enough nice things about Louie and the crew at Excalibur. They will always be my first call if something goes wrong with our plumbing!

These guys are great! Had used them previously to install a new water heater. They know what they’re doing, they are prompt and courteous, they call in advance and arrive when they say they will and they go good work at a fair price!
Awful. I called and they had someone out same day, which was nice. But that's about where it ended. The guy showed up, was obviously in a hurry and did not care about my issue. He was at my house less than 5 minutes and told me I did not have a leak in my house, even though there was a puddle of water on my garage floor.Instead of trying to help, he was more insistent on their September savings of trying to get me to purchase a new water heater of which I do not need. He also mentioned that my issue could have been from my washer or dryer (even though there was no water in my laundry room) or from my house gutters not draining properly. Seriously!?Another guy from another company came out and diagnosed the issue and 2 potential spots it could be in, in less than 5 minutes.Needless to say, had I listed to the guy from excalibur and waited for it to happen again I would be in big trouble.

Hot water finally............I had contacted with Louis from the get. He came out and went over exactly what needed to be done to replace my water heater, offered to stick it in while the was at the house. I needed time to get some other estimates so the wrote me gave estimate and was on his way. All the other companies didn't want to waste their time coming by and gave me a ballpark range of cost. I decided to go with Louis because he knew what needed to be done and therefore calculated it into his estimate. I knew the others would whip out their pencil about five minutes after arriving. Louis did a superb job, did what he proposed to do and did it in a friendly and congenial manner. What more can you expect? Thank Louis.......you'll be getting my plumbing business from here on out. We had a hot water heater and low pressure problem in our home. Excalibur sent out Blake and Richard who were very professional/knowledgeable and found the problem right away. I said they made my teenage daughter happy. No more lukewarm showers!I highly recommend Excalibur Plumbing. 5 STARS!

I hired this company to install a new hot water heater. When the job was done I went up into my attic and the company employee that did the installation said to me that there may be some small leaks from the roof but nothing substantial to worry about. My immediate response was that there has never been any leaks in my attic and there should be no leaks when you complete the job. He said he would look at the connection from the water heater that went up through a vent located on the roof. He later said it was corrected and he left when the job was completed. Two days later there was a very big thunderstorm that rained for the entire day. I decided to go up into my attic just to check and see if there were any leaks and there were. Water had already come into the attic and was on the flooring of the attic and I had multiple buckets to catch the water. I had a can of spray foam so I used the entire can to spray up into the vent where the water was leaking to try and get it to stop which for the most part it did. I called the company after spraying the foam and spoke to an employee of the company who told me someone would be back with me shortly which never happened. The weekend went by and on Monday I got a call from the owner saying that he was just now finding out about the leak in my attic because no one that worked for him called him to say there was an emergency at one of their customers home with water leaking into the attic. I had to have a roofing company come out and go up on my roof and fix the vent that the person installing the hot water heater had pushed up breaking the seal where the vent and roof met so that was why the water was leaking into my attic according to the roofing company. Last week I called this same company to ask them why the fittings on the water heater were rusting and had green corrosion all over them and also sent them two photos to show them what I was talking about. They replied by saying “at this time we would prefer you hire another company for all your future plumbing needs.” I explained to them that I was going to leave feedback online at a review site discussing my experience with them and they threatened to sue me for lying about my experience and said “your email seems to admit premeditated defamation of a company” despite the fact that I had never posted anything so they were making this threat without ever knowing what I was going to post about my bad experience. My take away from their threat was that they would do whatever they had to do to protect their reputation online, threatened to file a lawsuit against me without ever having any idea what I was going to say about them which is simply a business trying to bully a customer into conceding to their threats to protect their online reputation. So not only did they do a bad job installing the hot water heater they also used poorly made equipment that is failing because of rust and corrosion which should not happen and finally they threatened to sue me. Probably a good idea to shop around and consider another company because you don’t want this to happen to you.
This was a non urgent repair and they replied and set date promptly. Jason did a hood job of analyzing the situation and helped me save money at least 50% of the cost by doing some simple prep work myself. He the volunteered to assist with eliminating the grinder pump vibration that he diagnosed as the main cause and related to the work of a third party.
Found Excalibur Plumbing through Angie's List. That alone tells you they're good. I was pleased with both the service and the great customer service. They communicated well, arrived as scheduled, and completed the work as promised.

They are the best. Have been out multiple times for a water heater pilot light coking out and not being able to reignite and haven’t charged us once.
Jason was professional, courteous, and most importantly, focused on safety. He went above and beyond to make sure the whole water heater installation was not just code-compliant, but also safe and up to current best practices.

Found Excalibur Plumbing on Angie's list (one of Angie's special deals). The deal was for a water heater flush and inspection for $59. Unlike other deals I purchase through Groupon or Angie's List, the owner emailed me to acknowledge my coupon purchase and asked that I contact him to schedule the service. He also sent a reminder email when the coupon was scheduled to expire.I scheduled the service in October or November (2011). The service tech arrived on time, drained the water heaters, and gave them a clean bill of health! Will be using them every year for this service.

I purchased one of those deals for a water heater flush from Excalibur Plumbing, and it was a great experience. I personally appreciate not being pressured by a company to purchase additional products and dealing with people who understand what the meaning of customer service truely is. I found all of that with Excalibur Plumbing. Not only did they flush my water heater, which needed it badly, they also did a complete inspection of my plumbing in the house. They graded each item A thru F so that I knew which items I may need to be concerned about in the near future. There was absolutely no pressure to up-sell, and Sean was very knowledgeable and answered all my plumbing questions to my satisfaction. I hadn't had a need for a plumber yet since I moved to Austin, but now I know where I will go for my future needs.
Excalibur offered me a very good price and warranty. The installers were professional and the installation was very clean; very nice work. Very glad I used them
I have been trying to figure out why my Water Softener stopped working. I called Excalibur Plumbing and they sent out Louie Natale the same day I called. It took Louie five minutes to figure out what the problem was; out-of-line-of-sight shut-off valve, and remedy the problem from a previous NON-Excalibur plumber. NO CHARGE. NO CHARGE for the trip either. NO CHARGE for anything. The next time I need a plumber I'm going to call Excalibur because of Louie Natale. It is hard to find people with character and integrity in the service world. I'm not going to forget this one. Thanks Excalibur. Thanks Louie.
Had a recent home inspection done that needed work from a plumber installing outdoor back flow preventers, while this job isn’t a large or hard job, they came on time, did the work quickly and wrote up a statement for another concern that met code and did not need repairing. Thanks!

I called Excalibur Plumbing and they came right out and fix my noise issue with my hotwater heater. The gentlemen were very professional and were veryhelpful in fixing my issue. I would highly recommend them! Great company and people.
Excalibur was super responsive and came out immediately to install a water heater that was on the fritz. Did a little research on the average cost and they were right in the money with the quote.
Hire these guys! The crew was here less than an hour after I called them for a quote. When I called them to tell them to do the work later that afternoon they were here 15 minutes early the next morning and had the install done in no time at all. Louie and his helper did a great job! I would have given them more stars if I could.

Was skeptical that a plumbing company could be this good, but they are! They came in to repair a leak quickly, gave me a very reasonable quote, and did good work. We will definitely be using them again when we need plumbing work/repairs done.

Called them this morning, had to leave a message so I left a long, detailed message. The guy calls me back, I could tell he did not take the time to listen to my message, so I asked him if he did. He said no, the phones were busy, so he just listened to part of it and called me back unprepared. When he asked me if I wanted have him set me up for a free estimate, and I nicely said no thank you, he gruffly said Yeah! and hung up.

We called to schedule an appointment since we needed our gas stove to be installed. They told us they could schedule us in on Monday. They texted us around 4 on Monday to let us know they couldn't make it. They told us they were going to come out on Wednesday from 2-5pm. They called my husband at 4:40pm to let him know they weren't going to make it. He said they would come out this morning at 7:30am. No one showed up. My husband did not receive a phone call or a text saying they would not make it. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of care towards their customers as well as wasting our time. Do not use them for any needs as they don't value their customers.
Overall work was okay. Plumber installed my water softener incorrectly and still waiting for full resolution. Response times are laggy and could use improvement.
Jason was our tech guy. He was fabulous. In, out, got the job done. Covered from head to toe in proper safety gear. I had one small job but they came anyway. Thank you!

I hired a plumber to fix my problems.. not too tell me how to look on you tube and do it myself cheaper. That was the most un professional thing I've ever heard. They not only didn't finish a 1600 dollar job but told me how I could do it my self!! I would never recommend this company.. they where in a hury to leave cause it was past 5 pm!! Horrible service!!! Choose another plumber unless you want directions on how to do it your self! The fact that they left with still a leak under my house is beyond me

Highly recommend these guys--they installed water heaters for us, and cheerfully addressed a couple of minor issues, including coming out on a holiday weekend to check a glitch (Water was lukewarm in the am) at no charge. Very decent folk and good prices.

Jason was very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly. Used a drop cloth to catch most of the mess. Wore a mask and shoe covers before entering the house. Gave us options for the work to be performed. Provided some additional recommendations for future improvements. Would use them again.
