Melvin was awesome to work with. He performed drain testing by filling pipes up with water and looking for the water level to drop. Made me 100% certain I didn’t have a slab leak in my sewer/septic line. Thank you!!!

Just like many other reviewers, I found my go-to plumber!We had a broken underground pipe connecting to a sewage pump. I asked three companies to give me a quote. The previous two just took a one minute look and asked for ridiculously high price. David is the only plumber correctly identified what caused the problem and offered me the best price. He brought an another crew with him the next day and fixed the pipe beautifully, he also offers a one-year warranty on the repair.Very satisfied experience, highly recommended!.

The tech that came out to diagnose & estimate my pressure issue was absolutely terrific about going through all the options, being thorough & helpful in explaining things, & considering potential factors. When he said I may not even have a pressure reducing valve on the line, he did a smart thing & checked neighboring yards , noticing none of them had one, ruling that out as an issue

Couldn't be happier with my experience with A and T plumbing. I had some work which was needed in my house. Called A and T plumbing and they were real good and putting me on the schedule and getting a service member out quickly to do the work. The service guy was very professional and completed the repair fast. All in all I could not ask for anything more from them, I will recommend them to all my friends.

Unfortunately this is not a company I would recommend or trust. They did arrive on time but we received no calls that they were at our business. They left before we arrived and determined “nothing was wrong”. Within minutes of arrival our plumbing backed up into the bathroom. WARNING they refused to come back out to assess the situation and deemed it not an emergency! Highly recommend shopping around before using this company.

This rave review is belated, but I just want to sincerely thank Capital City Plumbing and Drain, and especially Ryan, for doing such great work. We were concerned that we had a pipe collapse and that we would need to completely replace our old cast iron plumbing. That day will come, but for now the problem ended up just being a blockage. Ryan devoted serious time and effort to carefully investigating the problem, and then clearing the blockage. We are really thankful for his patience and focus and expertise! Capital City was also a fantastic company to communicate with. They were clear, prompt and efficient with texts and phone calls. Thank you so much again.

Jeff and his cohort were kind, educational, and friendly. They solved the problem quickly and were willing to check another problem I have been trying to isolate. Jeff even helped remotely to prime the water heaters after the propane ran dry! Exceptional service!

I had these guys install a new fancy touchless kitchen faucet in my home and they did a professional job and wore a mask the entire time they were in my home. I had an issue a few days later with my water heater and they were kind enough to help troubleshoot it over the phone. Based off my experience working with them, they have excellent customer service and are true professionals. I will be using them again in the future for other projects.

Excellent service. Andrew was prompt and thorough when troubleshooting our A/C issue. He found the problem quickly and fixed it and went above and beyond in mending an issue with a filter. Andrew was respectful and nice when explaining the problem. All of this was very much appreciated and more than anything I found him to be very trustworthy. Andrew had our A/C working quickly. I will definitely use Stan's Heating, Air, & Plumbing for any future needs and highly recommend them as they have honest and respectively employees like Andrew.

Yuri, our point of contact with Ciao plumbing is everything you want a plumber to be but were afraid no longer existed. In one of the most trying times in Austin’s history (immediately after the great freeze of 2021), Yuri was immediately responsive to our desperate call for help and was able to track down needed parts when most large plumbing companies had snatched up everything that was available whether they needed them or not. Yuri also demonstrated that he was willing to really work to find the problem and fix it. He is our plumber of choice for life!!

Great company. Start to finish. I could tell that they know their stuff and were clean, polite and friendly. I will definitely call them for my next plumbing project, which will be a recirculating pump so I don't have to wait several minutes for the hot water to get all the way to the other end of the house to take a shower.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to get a second opinion on some pretty extensive work under the slab of our house. I was very impressed with them for the following reasons:Customer service - I talked to Fred when I first called. He was courteous, helpful, and personable. The day of my service call, Josh called me the morning of to let me know my plumber was on his way and gave me an ETA. Additionally, I received a text that included a picture of him. That was nice, so I knew who to expect.Timeliness - When I first scheduled the appointment, Fred told me the plumber would arrive between 9 and 11 am. He actually arrived at 9:30! So many service companies arrive at the very end of the window, so I was pleasantly surprised.Knowledge and Patience - Jonathan listened to our problem and talked us through all the options available to us. We had a million questions and he answered all of them and helped us get clarity.I can't speak to the quality of their work, because we ended up going with the first company. That said, I'll 100% go back to Benjamin Franklin for my next plumbing issue.
