Best Water Treatment in Austin TX

My outdoor kitchen builder called Radiant after a prior plumber couldn't figure out how to safely/properly plumb in high end gas appliances. They also handled water connection for the outdoor sink. Jay Rine at Radiant did absolutely beautiful work, checked it incredibly well and was just a informative and very professional person to chat with. Highly recommend Jay if you're looking for truly professional plumbing with no shortcuts taken.

After 3 days without water, and 3 companies at our house, we found Fast Plumbing online. They arrived on time on Sat morning, used their excellent leak detection equipment, pinpointed the leak about 2 feet down under rocks and landscaping. It was in main waterline from street to house. Mycol and Sparky got to work digging directly over busted pipe and expertly repaired it. We had been told by other plumbers it would take heavy equipment/backhoes and probably tear up our landscaping to find and repair leak. Job was complete and landscaping rocks back in place in 3 hours. We highly recommend Fast Plumbing and will use them for ALL plumbing work at our house in the future.

I am writing this review to thank and appreciate for the exemplary work and skill of their plumbing service. Their service technician was available on the site right in time. He was very efficient resolved all the issues and explained very well with all the plumbing issues I had. He replaced it with affordable pricing. I recommend this plumbing service for any plumbing needs.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

Called AAA AUGER and got quick service for a great price. Sam came out and found the issue and called me to let me know what it was. I approved the work and he fixed it right away. When he called me he told me it was done he also gave me tips on ways to prevent the issue. From start to finish he was professional and easy to talk to. From now on I know who I will be calling for any issues with plumbing and will also highly recommend AAA AUGER .

Excellent service and reliable - my first choice always.

Nick was very pleasant and seemed very sincere in wanting to resolve our dilemma. He gave me the price of what he would do and set about to get it done. He was excellent at explaining how the equipment worked and what information he could get from it. In just a short time, our drains were cleared of the roots blocking them, and we were back in business! He helped me make a plan to prevent the roots from penetrating the pipe fittings as well.Thanks, Nick!

Repair slow running toilets and slow drain tub

This company was recommended by PreFix and is the most professional plumbing company I’ve used since moving to Texas. They are professional since answering my first call, helped figure out what was going on over the phone, and got someone out quickly to fix a leak.This company is expensive, but if you have an urgent issue they’re worth it.

These guys were fast to respond to my online request for unclogging a drain. Casey was at the house less than 20min after I filled out that form. He was friendly, courteous and even had suggestions about future layouts while we discussed future plans for our house. Great experience with these folks. I’ll definitely use them again. -Jeriah

We used Excalibur to install a new hot water heater a few months ago and they did an amazing job. Last week, we discovered a leak in our guest house and called them.
