Preston and Juan installed a new water heater and our experiences was flawless. They were kind, thorough, efficient, and transparent throughout the whole process. We would absolutely use this company again!

Oscar went above and beyond to take care of us today! Not only did he do a great job installing our new toilet, he also went to .Home Depot with me to help pick one out and carry it for me. Those things are heavy and I never could have managed it on my own! Over all, Oscar is the best and I will for sure be calling him again if we need any plumbing work done.

I was upset, ney distraught when my plumber arrived without a Benjamin Franklin costume. I had been excited for days waiting for them to arrive, expecting a real life costume as I had seen in the ad. I must admit I had slightly fetishized the encounter, thinking of all the dirty things I could do do Benjamin Franklin. How I yearned for his white curly locks and his massive wrinkled tush. I honestly feared myself, wondering if I would have the self control when he would bend over to repair my sink. I am disappointed in the service provided 1/5 stars.

UPDATE: After I initiated follow-up with Goettl, I was finally contacted by a manager. He took my issues very seriously and dispatched a senior installer to remedy problems with HVAC system, as well as coming to the site himself. He was very concerned with customer service failures, and promised to address as appropriate. While I am satisfied with the outcome, I would still be reluctant to refer others to this company based on cost and support. I have increased my rating from 2 stars to 3 on this basis.*****Goettl is extremely expensive, and for the money I would expect the absolute best care and maintenance. Sadly, I regret my investment with them. My HVAC has never been the same since I completely replaced it, I've had chronic problems with upstairs unit, and while I am bombarded with schedule your maintenance, emails, the left hand does not seem to know what the right hand is doing. Most recently, a team came in to repair some faulty duct work, completely hosed up the ducting so the downstairs unit cooled to 65 degrees and remained there, and the upstairs unit was at a balmy 85 degrees. OOOOPPPPS! When a tech the INSTALLERS requested came to pressure check, he found the ducts had been installed reversed. He did a temporary repair FRIDAY, told me someone would contact me Saturday or Monday to schedule proper repair. I contacted Goettl 10 am Monday, having not heard from anyone...and it is over an hour later and I am STILL WAITING. If I didn't have so much money invested with them, I'd absolutely pull the plug, and may yet. Meantime, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Find a local company that cares about keeping your business in the long term, and takes pride in their work.

O&M Plumbing was fantastic. They did some work at my office. I called another place who came out and quoted me an insane amount. Ben showed up and did some investigation and within a few minutes had figured out that the repair the other company wanted to do was unnecessary. His price was fair and he was incredibly courteous. The garbage disposal started leaking on Saturday. Zoom drain responded quickly to my service request and had a person there by Sunday. Reasonably priced, and fixed quickly.

Respond in a timely manner on Sunday when most other plumbers don’t work. Really helpful!

I've had mediocre water pressure at my house since I moved in - kitchen sink turned into a drizzle if a toilet was flushed, showers were meh, etc. At the recommendation of a neighbor, I reached out to Plumber Near Me and had a response to schedule an appointment for the very next day.Within 20 minutes of their arrival, Chris and Paul diagnosed and fixed the problem - upping my water pressure from 25 PSI to 60 PSI. They did a great job of explaining the root cause and solution. This might've been an easy DIY fix for someone with experience and knowledge, but as someone lacking both, I'm super appreciative of their expertise and will definitely reach out with any future plumbing challenges.I also appreciate the COVID protocol - masks were on, they didn't step inside except when necessary, distance was maintained the whole time.
