I was glad Roto Rooter had the plumbing service and water restoration in one company. They both came out the day my water heater went out causing water in 4 rooms of my house. This is the first time I had ever had this sort if emergency. They were all very nice and helpful, which helped my stress level go down.They are also dealing with insurance on my behalf for the water damage clean up. I would recommend them. The only thing is they were about an hour later each time they said they were coming, but that may be from going over schedule on a previous job and not necessarily bad business.

DO NOT use this company. They charge you $89 to show up which is understandable but attempted to charge $400-$500 for a 15 minute instillation.

Had no hot water at night due to construction that the remodel company couldn't figure out but wanted to charge me $500 for a new pilot switch. Requested to Ben Franklin that someone come out the next day which they did and were able to arrive much earlier than scheduled. Dylan is very professional and pleasant to deal with. The issue was minor, and I was only charged the service charge. Very happy with tech and service and happy that I have contract with them.

Responsive, quick, and fixed our problem!

I first used them on a major water leak on a Sunday of all things. they came out within the hour. Since used them on my job site 5 or 6 times and never have anything but excellent results.

We had a terrible clog in our kitchen sink that 3 other plumbers couldn't clear. Zen and Daniel used their hydro-jet to clear the clog. We have old cast-iron pipes, and Zen and Daniel were very careful with them. I couldn't be happier with their speedy response and resolution of our sink issue. I will definitely contact them again for plumbing repairs!

Dewey and Paul showed up on time, were friendly and professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, gave me a fair estimate, started right away, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up. I will sleep better tonight knowing things are fixed right - and without an expensive bill!

Replaced both heating elements in our hot water heater. He was quick and efficient. Had hot water in 2 hours after his arrival. Did a great job!!
