Best Water Softener Service in Austin TX

Water softener was leaking which replaces whole system with one with life time warranty on the tanks. Also flushed the tankless water heater which requires replumbing. Also got water pressure back up to what it was 5 years ago. Excellent service and the guys worked long hours (approximately 7) but were diligent and did excellent work. Highly recommend.

Fast and efficient. Cleared a clogged laundry drain. Also used checked with the camera, showing no cloga or breaks through the entire line. Quite a relief since there have been a lot of issues in my neighborhood from the previous summer's drought. Also reasonably priced.

Brendan from Radiant was great. He was friendly, knowledgable, and fast. He showed up, took a look at everything I wanted checked, and gave me several bids to look at, depending on how aggressive I wanted to be. We settled on what was the best work to do right away and he got to it that same day! I didn't feel pressured into services I wasn't ready for/couldn't afford. A really great experience. We'll definitely call Radiant again when we're ready for our next project!

I hadn't used Reliant for several years, but after inadvertently trying someone else several months ago, I relied on Reliant this time. I was impressed by the speed with which they responded, as well as the care they're taking in these times of COVID. Jason is courteous and efficient and made sure he understood the problem before applying a solution.

Recently my water heater stopped working and reached A&T services. They fixed it pretty quickly. The issue with the heater was with the controller and Pierre was able to restart the water heater. As this was quick fix Pierre did not charge us for his service visit. Great of him. I would highly recommend to my friends and family members.

Scammers. Don’t let them take advantage of you.Improper diagnosis and installation led to more water damage to kitchen. Overcharged me by a thousand dollars. Refused to fix.Improper assessment of the garbage disposal that was broken. Charged me $1400, for a new one, and an hours worth of work.Two days later: New Garbage disposal doesn’t work. New pvc pipe put in leeks water under sink and onto kitchen floor. A disaster.Called them to talk about the issue and send “repairman” back out. Michael told me there was food stuck in the NEW garbage disposal that was the problem.......Refused to fix working pipe, or any other part of the job. Refused to provide hourly service quote and breakdown of services I was charged.Spoke to the lady who scheduled the appointment and she too refused to provide a breakdown of services cost and charged.

Nathan did a fantastic job diagnosing a dishwasher leak. He arrived promptly, and the tracking app was helpful in knowing exactly when he would arrive. He was exceptionally through, knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond to help with uninstalling my dishwasher safely so we could attend the water damage. Cap City is my go-to from now on for all plumbing issues

A copper line was cut and leaking in 5 spots . No digging or anything special . Pipe was open area to fix . Took the plumber about 1 1/2 hours . Charged us $2475.00 almost $2500. What kind of bull is this . And of course we had pay it . They took advantage of the situation. Do not use these guys .

Graham and Manny came out to flush the pipes after two incidents of sewage backup. The pipes are old and iron, therefore there was a significant amount of gunk and corrosion. They worked quickly and did a great job. Any water in the sink is draining faster than I've seen in the 2 years we've lived here and we haven't had any further issues. Thanks guys!

Donny Bolls our technician diagnosed the issue promptly and accurately and did the repair with the least disruption (did not have to cut into drywall) and Walker, his associate) cleaned up any debris afterwards. I was happy with the service. I feel the cost of repair was on the high side but it’s from an established company with a 1 year warranty. Overall we were satisfied. Donny was knowledgeable, professional and explained the issues and scope of work to me. Scheduling process was excellent and we did not have to wait long to schedule the repair.

Half of our San Marcos duplex lost AC. After calling the Service dept, William called back and by luck of location, was able to quickly visit the location. Fortunately an easy fix to a fuse issue, but William took the time to explain the functionality and options for the future. Losing AC in August is always stressful, but Dayton and William helped to end the day on a positive note.

Andrew was prompt, professional, very thorough and clearly communicated his process and findings. He quickly zeroed in on the source of a heating problem that our new home has suffered since the day we moved in, a problem which Carrier HVAC technicians from two other dealers had missed for years. I had Fox install an interlock switch on my house for future encounters with power outages. Will we ever experience a power outage like we did for that week in Texas again? Doubtful, but I'd rather be prepared. While communication wasn't necessarily the greatest with scheduling or updates, when it actually came time to have the install done, the technician who did that work was beyond professional and communicated every step of the way what needed to be done. He included his card and while the process of install didn't take long, he spent time afterwards describing what he did, the importance of certain things such as surge protectors and using the interlock switch as well as information relevant to the work. It was quality work that stands out and I would for sure recommend them (as I already have to some) to others. I will edit this post later once I find the gentleman's name who did the install as he deserves the recognition for his work and his attitude.(EDIT.....the technician who came out to do my install was Robert Crandall. Once again, great guy who enjoys his job and a good asset to the team. The timing of everything worked out as I had to use generator back up last night to power the house until we got power back, but it was convenient to have. The work seemed to be performed correctly with strong attention to detail. Work was checked and rechecked before departing site to ensure no leaks. Also, extra care was taken in alignment with the current public health concerns. The final plumbing arrangement was 'clean and neat.'

This was a proactive inspection of toilets, faucets, heater vent pipe, and low water flow issues. Andy explained toilet “guts” need replacing due to wear and tear as well as pressure reducing valve which is the most pressing issue as I have been dealing w low water pressure for a while. He was professional, thorough and knowledgeable and I will be implementing repairs.
