Radiant is always responsive, professional, and effective. Today CR diagnosed and fixed some issues from a not-so-great plumbing job we had done by someone else previously; he was meticulous and very respectful of my home and time. I am so relieved to have the problem fixed and my space left clean and functional. He also advised me about what had gone wrong with the original job so I could try to address it with the other contractor.

Terrible service. Hired them to repair a sticky gas regulator valve. Once onsite, the technician said a diagnostic service fee would result in one of two actions - either an immediate repair of the gas regulator valve, or he would order a new valve and apply the pre-paid fee to the replacement service. After a few minutes he claimed to have fixed the problem, but shortly after he left it quit working again. I phoned to ask about next steps and was suddenly told they were “not allowed” to replace the gas regulator valve. They suggested I purchase a whole new appliance at which point they would give me a discount on the installation. The tech straight up assured me it was a simple fix though, and didn’t change his story until after my $200+ check was cashed. I called back several times and found the phone to suddenly be out of order. When I finally got through I was told management call me, but no one ever did. I’m feeling pretty scammed at this point. The valve still sticks, I’m out over $200, and the tech left behind some gnarly gouges in my hardwood floor. Save yourself a headache and hire someone else for your plumbing needs.

We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

I can't help but want to shower praise upon Mr. Rooter. There's no other plumber in Austin quite like them. Their dedication to high-quality service towers above all of their competition, it's truly admirable and amazing.

Nathan did a fantastic job diagnosing a dishwasher leak. He arrived promptly, and the tracking app was helpful in knowing exactly when he would arrive. He was exceptionally through, knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond to help with uninstalling my dishwasher safely so we could attend the water damage. Cap City is my go-to from now on for all plumbing issues

I love Fast Plumbing!! I have called them several times the past few years. Eric has cleaned out drains, repaired a toilet, leaky faucets in and outside, and installed a water heater in our attic!! Yesterday Jose came and efficiently installed a new garbage disposal! But first he removed a huge rat from under a dish washer my husband and I, (grandparents), could not remove!! Jose exceeded our expectations!! Also Melissa and Diana were most gracious, friendly and helpful on the phone!! If you need a plumber, call Fast Plumbing!!!

Let's be real. Nobody wants to call a plumber. Not on a Saturday, which is, of course, when all plumbing issues are scheduled to appear, not when you have sewage coming into the house instead of out of it, and especially not when every plumber in town is booked a month in advance because of the winder storm. I called six plumbers, and Plumb Masters were the only ones to answer immediately. Yes, it's more expensive on the weekend, but try telling your SO that we're just going to have to hold it for 48 hours. Anyway, Plumb Masters scheduled Jami to come over right away. He was very clear in what he was going to do and was very well equipped (with gadgets I had never seen) to diagnose the problem. The diagnosis was not good: collapsed drainage pipe. Need to dig. Jami explained the cost differences depending on where the problem was (ranging from 'that's not cheap' to 'let's just walk away from the house and move to the mountains'). Still, Jami used the snake to clear up a bit of the pipe so we could start using the restroom again immediately! They scheduled to come back and do the work on Monday. This time Jami was working with Jordan, and this dynamic duo of drainage doctors took to the front yard to locate the broken pipe. When they finally located it, it turned out that roots had gotten in through a screw-top lid that the builder didn't put cement on. The pipe was not burst or collapsed, so Jami and Jordan called me outside, they talked to their office and discounted the heck out of the original quote. The cleared out the pipe and cemented the lid so it never happens again. I really appreciated the honesty as well as the care they took to mark the hole so people wouldn't fall into it while the cement dried. A few days later Jami and Jordan came back and closed everything up in a matter of minutes with no fuss. I do recommend you call them have them quote you for the repair, even over the weekend, because they were fast and clearly know what they're doing.

Technician Jarrod Johnson was fantastic. He took care of our problem expertly and efficiently and provided us with excellent resources to deal with future issues. We will do business with Abacus in the future for two reasons: efficient and rapid scheduling process, and Jarrod's great service. Top notch folks.

Great technician responded and evaluated the system and thought it could continue to run until it eventually fails. Did not try to up sell. Very impressive and good natured. A real professional. Any company would be fortunate to have that young man working for them. Derrick I think, is his name. I’ll strongly consider Dayton for a new unit installation when the time comes and would recommend them to other property owners. Need more companies like this in Austin.

A word of warning to my neighbors. My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.

I've utilized Stan's for HVAC service since we bought our house in 2006, with uniformly good results. In this instance, I had two plumbing problems at the same time and was able to get highly professional assistance very quickly, the next day, at a reasonable and fair price. I continue to be pleased with the quality and speed of Stan's service through the years, and even now in challenging labor times.

I couldn't thank Yuri more. He came out very last minute to help with issues I was having. And of course, I had to bring my wife to the airport at the time he could make it, so I left the door open for him. Upon my return 2 out of the 3 things I was having issues with were already complete and he was working hard on the 3rd.Very trustworthy fellow and fantastic plumber!

The gate valve used for the main home owner water supply shut off was stuck partially open limiting water pressure to my home. Benjamin Franklin sent a plumber within several hours. Upon describing my water pressure issue Tim quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a game plan for repair. I appreciate his attention to detail and thorough explanation of the problem and how it is resolved. My home is now getting old enough that plumbing issues or going to be more frequent so it is good to know I have a professional to trust for repairs.
