I have used A & T a few times as I knew the owner from my previous neighborhood. I had to get a water heater replaced last minute a week ago and Pierre was by far, expedient, extremely knowledgeable and very affordable. He ordered, delivered and installed within a few days. His company handles both residential and commercial. I would definitely use them again and any time I need an expert. I also used his company a few years ago due to a toilet leaks and also for some irrigation issues with piping in yard. Again, top notch work, affordable and went above even when the services I needed weren’t their typical types of issues they handle.

Mr. Rooter perfectly fit everything I needed from a plumber. I needed one who was affordable, one who was skillful, and, of course, one who worked in or was based in Austin. We had a stopped up toilet. Oliver and Jordan came and were able to diagnose the problem to a defective toilet, and they gave me an estimate to replace, which I have accepted. In addition, they did a complete examination of the plumbing in the house and fixed a few minor problems.

Called Goettl based on great reviews. They lived up to the reviews. Scheduling person asked all the right questions to diagnosis what we needed, and Richard came out and replaced a frozen valve under the sink. Best service call of any technician from any trade I've ever encountered. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, clean, and helpful beyond expectations. He discovered another valve was broken in the house and gave a quick, no pressure, estimate for that repair as well. I won't call anyone else going forward.

This is the second time I've had Ben Franklin out . First time was for a leak on moving day which they took care of quickly. Not a fun thing to deal with water spewing from a pipe in the wall on the day you move. Because of how they dealt with everything that day I was confident they could handle a garbage disposal install. And they did. Came when they said the would. Charged what they estimated. Called to confirm. And followed up with an emailed receipt. I'm not a fan of parting with my money, but when it's to a service provider like Ben Franklin and their employees like Tim Peterson, I'm happy to share they're quality people who do quality work. Definitely and highly recommend these folks.
