Economy Plumbing (and our technician Luke) provided customer service that I am not accustomed to receiving in Kingsland. They answered the phone every time I called and provided a written quote by email within minutes of coming to my home. He was able to do the job that week and the company provided text message reminders and alerts to his arrival time.We had Luke install a tankless hot water heater with a propane conversion, a job that our original plumber told me that they didn't know how to do and wouldn't attempt. Luke did a fantastic job at a fair price. So glad to know about Economy Plumbing... just wish I had known about them from the start of my project.

I have used A & T a few times as I knew the owner from my previous neighborhood. I had to get a water heater replaced last minute a week ago and Pierre was by far, expedient, extremely knowledgeable and very affordable. He ordered, delivered and installed within a few days. His company handles both residential and commercial. I would definitely use them again and any time I need an expert. I also used his company a few years ago due to a toilet leaks and also for some irrigation issues with piping in yard. Again, top notch work, affordable and went above even when the services I needed weren’t their typical types of issues they handle.

I was directed to Mr. Rooter via a customer support site for our tankless water heater company. We reached out to 4 licensed installers and Mr. Rooter was the only one to answer us. A rep came out to the house the next day to do an assessment. Our Rinnai tankless had a busted copper section due to icepocalypse and the turnaround time for a replacement was 1-2 months. Mr. Rooter suggested using a different company as they were getting some stock in that week. I was a little skeptical that this was just a ploy to get us locked in and that inventory would not be available. I was happily wrong. Mr Rooter contacted us within a week as promised, setup an AM install, came on time, and got the water heater up and running. We are very pleased with their very professional and honest approach to doing business. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

Great customer service! They were able to get out within 2 hours of my call this morning. They took the time to explain the situation, problem solve and provide options for solutions. Their price was reasonable and no hard selling. I will absolutely call them again!

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

Possible water leak post ice storm - The technician was courteous on time and AWESOME! After the recent winter storm here in Texas everyone needs a plumber. I waited over 2 weeks to get one to my home and he swooped in like a super hero! I know they are all tired and overworked right now but in the space of a few minutes he gave me immeasurable peace of mind. I have used ABC Services and every time I constantly impressed with the level professionalism and excellent customer care!

I had a leak somewhere in my shower needed help. I also had water pockets coming out of my tub.Robert was very professional and on time. He re sealed my shower drain and Was able to see exactly what was wrong and advised me that I needed a new tub liner.This saved me a lot of headache and money since I thought I would need massive demolition of bathroom and ceiling to fix a leak. But instead his recommendation saved me easily a thousand dollars in further options.Best part is he didn’t charge for his service of resealing drain and opinion on the tub. Very grateful and would recommend this service for others.
