We had a very good experience with this company. We had a pipe burst during that had been capped then. We had many other things we needed to do before this pipe. We finally contacted Radiant (it did take a couple of weeks) but the tech came out and was very efficient and completed the repair. He had to run a whole new pipe.Update: We just called them out for a heating issue. Daniel came & he was excellent!He was very friendly & informative & we really appreciated him.

Brandon was very professional, explained everything that was needed , did a courtesy check of all the sinks, toilets, & water heater.

We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

I scheduled a service call for a leak in my kitchen sink. The technician came by and he took 20 mins to tell me what the problem is .He wasn’t even sure where the issue is and quoted me 680$ for replacing kitchen strainer which is not even the root of the leak.I could get a new sink for that. The quote is ridiculous.

I've used this company here or there to fix mostly minor problems. Today they really came through for me though. My well had a major issue and not only did Eric and Noah manage to make it out the same day, but offered to stay late when another issue arose. They were very polite even though I was alittle exasperated (thanks guys) and did an excellent job! Highly recommend!

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

Company was responsive, arrived on weekend, and was able to fix my AC today. Other companies were not. Technician was knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Would recommend.

Everyone we have worked with from Stan's has always been great. They service many of our neighbors as well! Efrain and Walker were wonderful coming out to pinpoint the issue with our old unit, John did a great job advising us what unit would be best to replace our old (unfortunately unrepairable) unit with, and Reuben and George did a quick and amazing job installing our new unit on short notice. From the first visit to having a new system installed we were fully taken care of in just 4 business days. We really appreciate how professional and responsive they have been and would highly recommend.

Kelvin & Manny did an awesome job with an AC unit replacement in our apartment unit. They were friendly, prompt, clean, and diligent. They were courteous throughout the entire day, and did a fantastic and high quality job. They made sure our questions were answered and that our place was spotless before they left.
